Description

【0001】
【0038】
(1) 約35℃の洗濯水への浸漬および予洗[集荷袋に縫着された水溶性糸が溶解して、縫い付けがはずれ、収納袋が洗濯水中に分散した];
(3) 洗剤や漂白剤を添加した約50℃の温水による本洗い;
(4) 常温の水によるすすぎ(3回実施し、3回目のすすぎ時には柔軟剤と抗菌剤を添加した);

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an improvement of a laundry collection tool, and more particularly, to a laundry collection tool suitable for handling laundry in which contaminants harmful to the human body are attached.
[0002]
[Background Art and Problems to be Solved by the Invention]
In addition to recent advances in laundry equipment and laundry technology, the combination of a wide variety of laundry stores, nowadays in Japan, laundry stores such as clothes and bedding generated in the home are also It has become commonplace to make external requests to other companies.
[0003]
The types of laundry brought into the cleaning store are also diversifying.
Among these laundry items, there are blood, body fluids, and excrement for laundry (linens) such as underwear, socks, pajamas, sheets, towels, towels, etc. provided by medical institutions such as hospitals and nursing homes such as nursing homes. Laundry with a lot of bacteria attached, such as laundry with countless bacteria and microorganisms, is routinely included and must be handled with great care.
[0004]
Usually, laundry such as lab coats and sheets used in medical institutions such as hospitals is collected in a lump by a specialized cleaning company (linen supplier) and returned to the medical institution after being washed. Specifically, the cleaning contractor who has received the request for washing manually stores a large amount of laundry in a predetermined box and transports them as they are to the laundry factory. In the laundry factory, the laundry that has been carried in is sorted by hand, and after being immersed in a disinfectant such as sodium hypochlorite for several hours and washed with water, normal washing is performed. That is, according to these conventional work procedures, there are many parts that rely on manual work, and in particular, work processes that directly touch the laundry, such as manual collection and sorting of dirty laundry, are still routinely performed. .
[0005]
As described above, as long as the conventional washing method is used, in a series of steps of collecting, transporting, sterilizing, and washing laundry from medical institutions or nursing homes, workers who are involved in each step adhere to the laundry. Direct or indirect contact with pollutants is unavoidable, and secondary infections to workers due to contact with pollutants are recognized as a serious problem.
[0006]
In addition, sodium hypochlorite, which is often used in conventional sterilization processes, can be expected to have a certain level of bactericidal properties, but it does not necessarily have a sufficient cleaning effect on blood stains called infectious disease contaminants. There are also problems such as yellowing remaining, and improvements are awaited.
[0007]
Up to now, effective technical measures for preventing these secondary infections have not been established, and it has been proposed to disinfect disinfectants on laundry and to require workers to wear protective clothing. The current situation is only there. However, according to the method of spraying disinfectant, it is necessary to consider the impact on the environment, and in addition to the economic burden related to drug purchase, it is necessary to periodically remove the drug attached to the box. It will also impose a heavy work burden. In addition, in the method of wearing protective clothing, it is necessary to educate workers on how to wear and use protective clothing, and there is a corresponding cost burden for replacement and maintenance of protective clothing. In this way, any of the measures proposed so far cannot avoid the generation of new work burdens and cost burdens, which is contrary to the realization of lower costs that are common in the cleaning industry. In terms of providing high-quality services, it was not preferable.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention has been invented in view of the above-mentioned problems derived from laundry provided from medical institutions or nursing homes, and the gist of the invention is to provide at least one water-soluble storage bag. There is provided a laundry collection tool comprising two storage bags and a collection bag having an opening for discharging the storage bag to the outside.
[0009]
And according to the preferable embodiment of this invention, the opening part of the collection bag before thrown into a washing machine is sewn with a water-soluble thread | yarn, and is closed.
[0010]
Further, according to the present invention, the method includes the steps of putting the laundry in the water-soluble storage bag described above, then putting at least one storage bag in the collection bag, and then putting these collection bags into the washing machine. A laundry method for laundry is also provided.
[0011]
According to these configurations of the present invention, for example, the collection bag whose opening is sewn and closed with water-soluble yarn is immersed in washing water (washing water) in the washing tub so that the water-soluble yarn is dissolved. As a result, the sewing is eliminated and the storage bag is discharged into the washing tub through the opening of the collection bag. Around this time, the storage bag itself is dissolved by the washing water in the washing tub or the washing water that has entered the collection bag, and the laundry is discharged from the storage bag. With this action that occurs in the laundry tub, a series of processes from the collection of laundry to sterilization and washing from medical institutions and nursing homes can be carried out without the operator having to touch the laundry directly. Become.
[0012]
In addition, due to such an action of the present invention, it is possible to wash laundry from medical institutions and nursing homes in the same way as ordinary laundry without relying on special means such as disinfectant and protective clothing. It is also possible to provide a good quality cleaning service.
[0013]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
[0014]
First, the storage bag 1 for storing laundry is also referred to as a round bag, and referring to FIG. 1, the water-soluble bag is entirely formed of a water-soluble resin sheet. Is the body.
[0015]
By the way, the term “water-soluble resin” used in the present specification refers to a natural resin or a synthetic resin having such a property that its shape collapses by contact with water, such as water solubility, water disintegration property, and water dissociation property. It is a generic name. As these water-soluble resins, cellulose resins (for example, polyvinyl alcohol resin, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc.), polyalginic acid resins, polyalkylene resins, and the like can be used in the present invention. In particular, in the present invention, a polyvinyl alcohol resin can be suitably used from the viewpoints of good strength, transparency, processability and water solubility.
[0016]
As the constituent resin of the storage bag 1, it is preferable that it hardly dissolves or breaks by contact with water at a temperature near room temperature, and contacts with water at the temperature at the time of sterilization / washing in a washing machine, that is, warm water or hot water. Use the one that only dissolves. Specifically, it is desirable to select, as the constituent resin of the storage bag 1, a resin that dissolves only upon contact with hot water (hot water) having a temperature of about 55 ° C. or higher, preferably about 55 to about 65 ° C.
[0017]
The storage bag 1 is provided with means for opening and closing the laundry intake 2 (opening / closing means 3). The opening / closing means is not particularly limited as long as it has a function of preventing the laundry stored in the storage bag 1 from leaking out of the bag 1 when closed. However, from the viewpoint of labor saving that the collection work of the opening / closing means after washing is omitted, the opening / closing means 3 is one that dissolves together with the storage bag 1 by contact with water, for example, the constituent material of the storage bag 1 and It is preferable to select one made of the same material.
[0018]
According to a preferred aspect of the present invention, as illustrated in FIG. 2, as an opening / closing means, a water-soluble string 4 having one end fixed to a peripheral edge (for example, a bottom end) other than the side where the intake port 2 is formed. Used, the intake port 2 after the laundry has been put in is tied with a string 4 and closed.
[0019]
Next, the collection bag 5 for housing the storage bag 1 will be described. Referring to the schematic diagram of the collection bag 5 shown in FIG. 3, the collection bag 5 is composed of an outer bag 5A and an inner bag 5B, each of which is water / airless made of a water-insoluble material. It is a bag formed from a single permeable sheet or a composite sheet formed by superposing a pair of water / air impermeable sheets made of a water-insoluble material. Specifically, the collection bag 5 is composed of the outer bag 5A formed from these composite sheets and the same material as the outer bag 5A, and the intake 6 of the collection bag 5 is defined as the outer bag 5A. The inner bag 5B is provided in the outer bag 5A so as to be shared. In this way, the collection bag 5 has a double bag structure of the outer bag 5A and the inner bag 5B, so that the laundry that has been first disinfected and wet, or the laundry that contains a lot of moisture can be put in by mistake. Even if the bag 1 dissolves and the laundry leaks out, the inner bag 5B and then the outer bag 5A are effective for the laundry to leak outside the laundry bag 5. Prevent it.
[0020]
Moreover, since the collection bag 5 functions also as a carrying bag, it is important to make it from the material which is not easily damaged by the impact received during conveyance.
[0021]
The composite sheet constituting both the outer bag 5A and the inner bag 5B of the collection bag 5 is a water-insoluble, rigid material that can be sewn and impermeable to water and air If it is not particularly limited, nylon, polyester, urethane, vinyl chloride, rubber, synthetic leather, etc. are suitable in the present invention in consideration of mass productivity, ease of processing, and cost. Can be used.
[0022]
According to a preferred feature of the present invention, the respective openings of the outer bag 5A and the inner bag 5B of the collection bag 5, specifically, a part of the peripheral edge of the collection bag 5 excluding the storage bag intake port 6, Preferably, both side ends a, a and bottom end b of the outer bag 5A and the inner bag 5B are sewn with the water-soluble thread 7.
[0023]
As used herein, the term “water-soluble yarn” is used interchangeably with water-soluble yarn, water-soluble fiber, water-degradable yarn, water-degradable fiber, etc., and dissolves upon contact with water. A general term for yarn and fiber. Specifically, it is desirable to select, as a water-soluble yarn, a yarn that dissolves only when contacted with water having a temperature equal to or higher than room temperature (warm water). As such water-soluble yarns, cellulosic fibers (for example, polyvinyl alcohol fiber, carboxymethyl cellulose, etc.), polyalginic acid fibers, polyalkylene fibers, yarns produced from these fibers, and the like can be used in the present invention. .
[0024]
Alternatively, as means for closing the opening of the collection bag 5, opening / closing means such as a fastener can be used instead of the water-soluble yarn described above or together with the water-soluble yarn. Use of a water-insoluble means such as a fastener is advantageous in that it eliminates the need to sew water-soluble thread at the opening of the collection bag and to perform the verification operation.
[0025]
By the way, the storage bag intake 6 of the collection bag 5 of the present invention is provided with an opening / closing means. The opening / closing means may be any structure as long as the storage bag 1 does not leak out of the collection bag 5 when closed. In consideration of corrosion resistance, ease of attachment, cost, etc., a purse, a fastener, a button , Hooks, fasteners, etc. are available in the present invention. For example, as illustrated in FIG. 3, the drawstring 8 and the binding tool 9 are used together. First, after closing the intake port 6 with the drawstring 8, the neck portion of the closed intake port 6 is tied with the binding tool 9. As a result, the intake 6 is doubly and securely tied, and the storage bag 1 in the collection bag 5 can be effectively prevented from leaking out of the bag 5. Alternatively, it is naturally possible to simply close the intake port without using these opening / closing means.
[0026]
The procedure for using the laundry collection tool of the present invention provided with a collection bag whose opening is sewn with a water-soluble thread and closed will be described below.
[0027]
First, the laundry generated in a medical institution or nursing home is packed in the storage bag 1 of the laundry collection tool A on an individual or room basis, and then the storage bag 1 is collected and washed on a room or department basis. The product collection tool A is packed in a collection bag 5 (FIG. 4).
[0028]
Next, these collection bags 5 are put into a movable cart Y placed in a relatively conspicuous place in a facility such as a medical institution or nursing home, and the collection bags 5 are stored in the cart until the cleaning company comes to collect them. It is kept in Y (FIG. 5).
[0029]
Then, the collection bag 5 collected by the cleaning company is put into a commercial washing machine in a laundry factory. When the collection bag 5 is immersed in the washing water Z in the washing tub, the water-soluble thread sewn on the collection bag 5 dissolves and the sewing is eliminated, and at the same time, the storage bag 1 packed in the collection bag 5 is removed. Released into water (FIG. 6). In this case, after the first cleaning is performed according to the standard in the “Act on the Prevention of Infectious Diseases and Medical Care for Patients with Infectious Diseases (Act No. 114, October 2, 1998)” It is preferable that the sterilization treatment is performed for 10 minutes or more with hot water at about 80 ° C. so that there are no viable bacteria in the first waste water. At this time, the storage bag 1 itself is exposed to the washing water and dissolved, and as a result, the laundry is dispersed in the washing water. Thereafter, the normal washing is performed so that the washing liquid is evenly distributed over the entire laundry and sufficient washing can be performed, and the entire laundry can be evenly dried.
[0030]
In addition, in the case of a collection bag whose opening is sewn with a water-soluble thread and closed, the collection bag used through a series of cleaning steps is sewn again with water-soluble thread on both side ends and bottom end, The collection bag can be reused for the next cleaning.
[0031]
In the case of a collection bag whose opening is water-insoluble, such as a collection bag that is opened and closed by a fastener, the fastener is released manually or by mechanical means before the collection bag is put into the washing machine, and a series of cleaning is performed. By refastening the fasteners that have been released after the process is completed, the collection bag can be reused for the next cleaning.
[0032]
【Example】
The present invention will be described below with reference to examples thereof, but it is needless to say that the present invention should not be construed in a limited manner based on the disclosure of the examples.
[0033]
As a storage bag, a water-soluble bag for infectious diseases (Popard; Kuraray Co., Ltd., external dimensions: 65 cm x 66 cm) equipped with a water-soluble string (length 60 cm) with one end attached to the bottom end as an opening and closing means, I prepared 17 bags.
[0034]
An outer bag made of nylon sheet (outer dimensions: 102cm x 80cm) and the same material as the outer bag, and installed inside the outer bag so as to share the collection bag intake with the outer bag Four collection bags consisting of inner bags (outer dimensions: 100 cm × 77 cm) were prepared.
[0035]
The outer bag and the inner bag of each of the collection bags were sewn with water-soluble yarn continuously over about 250 cm on both side ends and bottom end. In addition, a drawstring and a binding tool were attached as means for opening and closing the collection bag intake.
[0036]
A total of about 20 kg of laundry such as linens and sheets used by patients infected with methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) was arranged so that an equal amount could be put in each storage bag. These storage bags in which the laundry was put were further arranged so that an equal amount was put in each collection bag.
[0037]
These collection bags were applied to the following cleaning process.
[0038]
(1) Soaking in washing water at about 35 ° C and pre-washing [water-soluble thread sewn in the collection bag is dissolved, sewn off, and the storage bag is dispersed in the washing water];
(2) After introducing detergents and auxiliaries (hydrogen peroxide, etc.), sterilize with hot water at about 80 ° C for more than 10 minutes. According to the standards of “Act No. 114 of March 2)”: The storage bag was dissolved and the laundry inside it was released into the wash water: No harmful bacteria were found in the first drain after sterilization ]
(3) Main washing with hot water of about 50 ℃ with detergent and bleach added;
(4) Rinsing with water at normal temperature (implemented 3 times, softener and antibacterial agent added during the third rinse);
(5) Dehydration of laundry; and
(6) Drying laundry.
[0039]
According to the cleaning method of the present embodiment, the washing liquid spreads over the entire laundry without causing the worker (cleaning worker) to directly touch the laundry that the bacteria seem to have adhered to. ) And the entire laundry was evenly dried and finished well.
[0040]
【The invention's effect】
In this way, according to the present invention, the intended purpose is to collect sterilization and laundry from the collection of laundry from medical institutions and nursing homes without direct contact with the laundry with contaminated substances. A series of steps leading to cleaning can be performed.
[0041]
In addition, according to the laundry collection tool of the present invention, it is possible to wash laundry from a medical institution or nursing home in the same way as normal laundry without resorting to special means such as disinfectant and protective clothing. It is also possible to provide an inexpensive and high-quality cleaning service.
