Description

【0001】
【0014】

Figure 0003657674
【0015】
Figure 0003657674

[Industrial application fields]
The disclosed technology is a gold alloy with white color that is used as a material for jewelry such as furniture, furniture, crafts, rings, pierce pins, piercing catches, tie pins, earrings, watch bands, watch frames, eyeglass frames, etc. It belongs to the technical field.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Crafts such as furniture, pierce pins, piercing catches, tie pins, earrings, and jewelry such as watch bands and watch frames have recently been required to have high-quality design and have been used as materials. There is an increasing demand for so-called white gold alloys having a white color even among the gold alloys.
[0003]
Thus, the so-called white gold alloy is generally divided into two types, one of which is a white gold alloy containing nickel and the other of which is a white system containing palladium. There is a gold alloy.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The former white gold alloy has the physical merit of being hard and springy, but on the other hand it has poor castability and has been close up recently when used. Has the disadvantage of causing nickel allergy.
[0005]
In addition, the white gold alloy containing nickel needs to be processed after destroying the dendritic layer, which is the cast structure, when plastic processing of the cast material is performed. Therefore, the difficulty that the processing is extremely difficult material. There is.
[0006]
In addition, the latter has good workability, but on the other hand, there is a demerit that hardness is not obtained even if strong processing is performed, and it is not suitable for parts such as pier spin and pierce catch that require springiness It is a material with the inconvenience.
[0007]
In view of the fact that nickel-containing alloys, which are one of the causes of metal allergies in the jewelry industry in the future, will cause a bottleneck in demand, their production tends to be weighted. However, there is a negative point that a white gold alloy that meets the demand has not been developed.
[0008]
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The purpose of the present invention is a technical problem to be solved by allergy in processing and use due to the physical properties of the white gold alloy of the conventional mode based on the above-mentioned conventional technology, while not containing nickel, Providing an excellent white gold alloy that has the same or better strength as the white gold alloy containing nickel and has a color tone that is very close to the platinum color and is beneficial to the crafts and jewelry industries. It is what.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the composition of the invention of the present application, which is summarized in the scope of the above-mentioned claims along the above-mentioned object, is 11 to 20% silver, 8 to 15% palladium, and 10 to 10% copper. Technical measures were taken with a white gold alloy having a white color of 20%, zinc 0.1-2%, and the balance gold.
[0010]
[Action]
Thus, in the white gold alloy of the present invention, a fine white color tone that is very close to the platinum color is obtained by making silver 11 to 20%, and sufficient mechanical strength is obtained during casting. In addition, by making palladium 15 to 15%, it is possible to decolor the gold color in the obtained crafts and jewelry, and gas absorption and melting point due to internal defects such as pinholes during melting casting in the atmosphere In order to maintain a healthy and stable quality without causing an increase in the amount of copper, the precipitation hardening by the formation of two regular lattices of palladium-copper and gold-copper is made by making copper 10 to 20%. The performance is not diminished, sufficient mechanical strength is obtained, and further, by making zinc 0.1-2, oxidation and gas entrainment during melt casting are prevented, and deoxidation effect Can get Thus, embrittlement is prevented and a white color tone is surely obtained, and by not containing nickel, occurrence of nickel allergy or the like is surely prevented. .
[0011]
【Example】
Next, examples and mechanical characteristics of the present invention will be described below.
[0012]
The blending amount was 2000 g, and a plate material of t1.0 mm obtained by performing roll processing by cold rolling from an ingot obtained through melt casting was used as a sample.
[0013]
Table 1 shows the mechanical properties of the white gold alloys (1) to (6) in the examples of the invention of this application and the known examples (7) and (8). .
[0014]
[Table 1]
Figure 0003657674
The experimental data on these characteristics is shown in Table 2 below.
[0015]
[Table 2]
Figure 0003657674
Thus, as can be seen from the test data of Table 2 above, the white gold alloy of the present invention has sufficient hardness and mechanical strength as compared to the conventional examples containing nickel, In addition, it was found that the workability was good and the color tone was equivalent to that of the conventional known white gold alloy.
[0016]
Then, according to an experiment for comparing the hardness of each of the above-described examples and the known white gold alloy, the silver ratio is 11.0% and palladium is 11.0% in the weight ratio of Example (3). , 19.0% of copper, 0.5% of zinc and the balance consisting of gold and 20.0% of silver, 11.0% of palladium, 10.0% of copper by weight ratio of Example 2 %, Zinc is 0.5%, and the rest is made of gold and the sample processed from t2.0 mm to t1.0 mm, respectively, and the gold-copper of the known example (7) processed in the same manner Each sample was heat treated at 300 to 800 ° C. for 60 minutes using the zinc-nickel material and the gold-silver-palladium material of the known example (8) and compared with the hardness. However, as shown in the accompanying drawings, the white gold alloy of the present invention is compared with a known material containing nickel. It turns out that it has the characteristic which becomes very hard in a 300-400 degreeC temperature range, and it turns out that the said hardness characteristic is a characteristic which is not seen in the well-known material containing nickel.
[0017]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, silver is basically 11 to 20% by weight, palladium is 8 to 15%, copper is 10 to 20%, zinc is 0.1 to 2% and the balance is gold. In the white gold alloy of the invention, since it is sufficiently hard and effective spring property is obtained compared to the white gold alloy containing nickel which has been conventionally used, crafts and jewelry that require high hardness For example, an excellent effect that the material is extremely suitable for a pierce catch such as a pierce catch that requires a sharp pointed part such as a pier spin or a tie pin or a spring property is exhibited.
[0018]
Further, in the plastic working, the white gold alloy containing nickel has been considered to have a high processing rate, but the white gold alloy material of the present invention is annealed even at a low processing rate. It is a material that is extremely easy to handle without cracking the surface in later processing, and has the effect of being a material that is extremely easy to handle even in crafts and jewelry.
[0019]
In addition, since the white gold alloy of the present invention does not contain nickel in the material, it has an excellent effect that it is sufficient to consider the use so that there is no worry about nickel allergies that have been close up recently. Is played.
