Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a valve device in a liquid container such as an electric pot.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In liquid containers such as electric pots, a water stop valve at the time of falling to prevent the outflow of hot water when the liquid container falls, and the natural outflow of hot water when tilted forward by a certain angle when the liquid level is full or close to it It is common to provide a valve device having a forward tilt stop water valve (see, for example, JP-A-9-108109, JP-A-11-290221, etc.).
[0003]
The above-mentioned water stop valve at the time of falling accommodates a weight valve body so that it can move in the vertical direction in a housing portion provided in the middle of the liquid passage, and a valve hole provided on the upper surface of the housing portion. It is the structure made to oppose. At the time of normal pump discharge, the weight valve body is stationary at its bottom with its own weight and the valve hole is opened to allow discharge of hot water, but when the liquid container falls, This prevents the hot water from flowing out by closing the valve hole.
[0004]
On the other hand, the forward tilting stop valve that prevents natural outflow of hot water when the liquid container is tilted forwards is retracted into a pocket in which a ball-shaped water stop valve body is recessed from the liquid passage. Occasionally, the valve hole is closed by natural movement to prevent natural outflow of hot water.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When the internal liquid is discharged by the action of the pump, the water stop valve body of the forward tilt stop water valve must be retracted inside the pocket so as not to prevent the discharge of the internal liquid. However, when a fast discharge flow occurs in the pocket inlet portion, the pocket inlet portion becomes negative pressure, and the water stop valve inside may be sucked out to close the valve hole. For this reason, the problem that discharge stops unexpectedly during discharge arises.
[0006]
In addition, when the liquid container is tilted slightly forward depending on the conditions of the installation location, the water stop valve may come out of the pocket due to the tilt, and the valve hole may be blocked. In this case, when the valve hole is provided on the downstream side (the outlet side of the valve body storage portion), if water is poured into the internal container in the above state where the valve hole is closed, the internal pressure of the liquid passage is reduced. As a result of the rise, the water stop valve body bites into the valve hole and does not leave. As a result, hot water cannot be discharged, and hot water does not rise into the pumping pipe.
[0007]
Then, this invention makes it a subject to provide the valve apparatus which eliminates the above malfunctions in the conventional water stop valve at the time of forward inclination, and can perform a reliable water stop action.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a water stop valve hole, a water stop valve storage portion, and a ball stored in the water stop valve storage portion in the middle of a liquid passage between the inner container and the discharge port. A forward water stop part composed of a water stop valve body of the shape is provided, and when the container body leans forward, the water stop valve body is naturally moved to close the water stop valve hole to prevent the internal liquid from flowing out naturally. In the valve device for a liquid container in which the internal liquid is discharged through the water stop valve hole when the internal liquid is discharged by the pump, the center line of the water stop valve hole is directed in the front-rear direction on the upstream side of the storage portion. The configuration provided as described above was adopted.
[0009]
The valve body guide surface on the bottom surface of the valve storage portion may be either horizontal or a highly inclined surface on the valve hole side. In these cases, the water stop is provided at the rear end portion of the guide surface. The structure provided with the shallow recessed part which receives a valve body is employable.
[0010]
According to the above configuration, when the internal liquid (usually hot water) of the liquid container is discharged by the action of the pump, the internal liquid enters the water stop valve storage part from the water stop valve hole and discharges from the storage part. Go out towards. At this time, if the valve guide surface on the bottom surface of the water stop valve storage is horizontal, or if the liquid container is tilted forward even if the water stop valve hole side is inclined, the water stop valve The body may block the valve hole from the downstream side (the inside of the water stop valve housing), but since the pressure of the discharge flow from the pump is applied from the upstream side (also from the outside), the water stop valve body Forcibly retract to open the water stop valve hole. Therefore, the discharge of the internal liquid is not hindered.
Also, when the internal liquid is full or close to it, if an external force is applied and the liquid container tilts forward by more than a certain angle, the water stop valve body moves naturally and closes the valve hole. Prevent spillage. At this time, the pressure of the internal liquid is applied from the upstream side to the water stop valve body, but there is no pressure by the pump and only the head pressure of the internal liquid, so the weight of the water stop valve body is appropriately set. This will not be retracted and will remain closed.
[0011]
In addition, the structure which provided the water stop part at the time of a fall can be taken in the upstream of said water stop part at the time of said forward inclination. According to this structure, the water stop part at the time of a forward tilt and the water stop part at the time of a fall can be comprised as one set assembly.
[0012]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. 1 and 2 show the discharge part of the pot. This pot is adapted to discharge the liquid inside by an electric pump or a manual air pump. The lower end of the pumped water pipe 3 is connected to the bottom of the inner container 2 housed in the container main body 1, and a liquid passage 5 extending from the lower end to the discharge port 4 is formed. A valve device 6 is provided in the middle of the liquid passage 5, that is, between the upper end of the pumped water pipe 3 and the discharge port 4.
[0013]
As shown in FIG. 3, the valve device 6 includes a valve case lower member 7, a valve case middle member 8, a valve case upper member 9, a weight valve element 11 for a stop water valve at the time of falling, It comprises a ball-shaped water stop valve body 12 and a check valve body 13 for recirculation. The valve case lower member 7, the middle member 8 and the upper member 9 are vertically fitted in this order to constitute one valve case.
[0014]
The valve case lower member 7 has a connection part 14 with the pumping pipe 3, a storage part 15 of the weight valve body 11, and a circulation part 16, and these parts are slits provided on the peripheral wall of the storage part 15. 17 communicate with each other. The valve case middle member 8 constitutes the upper wall of the connecting portion 14, the storage portion 15, and the circulating portion 16. A cylindrical valve hole 18 is provided in the upper surface portion of the storage portion 15. The valve hole 18 is opposed to the weight valve body 11 accommodated in the accommodating portion 15 with a certain distance, and constitutes a water stop portion 19 at the time of falling (see FIG. 4).
[0015]
The valve case middle member 8 has an L-shaped partition wall 21 in plan view (see FIG. 5A), and a groove 22 of the valve case upper member 9 is fitted into the partition wall 21 so that the upstream side and the downstream side are formed. The valve hole 18 is opened on the upstream side. Further, the partition wall 21 is provided with a water stop valve hole 23 having a center line in the front-rear direction of the container body 1 (see FIGS. 3, 4 (b) and 5 (a)). A water stop valve storage portion 24 is provided on the downstream side communicated by the water stop valve hole 23, and a discharge passage 25 having an L shape in plan view is provided on the downstream side of the water stop valve storage portion 24. The aforementioned discharge port 4 is provided at the end of the discharge passage 25.
[0016]
Two guide ribs 26, 26 are provided in the front-rear direction facing the water stop valve hole 23 on the bottom surface of the water stop valve storage portion 24, and the above ball-shaped on the guide ribs 26, 26. The water stop valve body 12 is mounted so that it can roll freely. When the water stop valve body 12 moves forward most, the water stop valve hole 23 is closed (see the two-dot chain line in FIGS. 4 and 5). In order to prevent the water stop valve body 12 from deviating from the guide ribs 26, 26, left restriction ribs 27, 27 and right restriction ribs 28, 28 are provided on the inner surface of the valve case upper member 9.
[0017]
As shown in FIG. 4B, the bottom surface of the water stop valve storage portion 24, that is, the guide ribs 26, 26 is horizontal at a portion close to the water stop valve hole 23, but it is rearward from the middle to the rear end. A shallow concave portion 29 is formed between the inclined portion and the inner wall surface of the valve case upper member 9. In the normal state, the water stop valve body 12 is located in the recess 29 and faces the upstream (inlet side) water stop valve hole 23 at a predetermined interval. The above-mentioned water stop valve body 12, the water stop valve hole 23, and the water stop valve storage portion 24 constitute a water stop portion 30 at the time of forward tilt.
[0018]
The downstream side of the water stop valve storage portion 24 is lowered by one step by the step portion 31 (see FIG. 4A) and communicates with the discharge passage 25 (see FIG. 6). A circulation hole 32 is provided in the bottom surface of the discharge passage 25 so as to approach the step portion 31, and the check valve body 13 is attached to the lower surface of the circulation hole 32. The recirculation hole 32 is used to recirculate the liquid remaining in the discharge passage 25 after the completion of the discharge of the internal liquid to the pumping pipe 3, and the check valve body 13 passes through the recirculation hole 32 when the internal liquid is discharged. Prevent shortcuts. In addition, the same circulation hole and check valve body may be provided on the bottom surface of the concave portion 29 in some cases.
[0019]
FIG. 7 shows another example of the water stop valve storage 24. That is, FIG. 5A shows an example in which the guide rib 26 is inclined over the entire length. The inclination biases the water stop valve body 12 in the direction of opening the water stop valve hole 23 (the direction away from it), thereby reducing the possibility of accidentally closing the water stop valve hole 23. FIG. 5B is horizontal over the entire length, and the position of the water stop valve body 12 is difficult to determine. However, since the water stop valve hole 23 is on the upstream side, the water stop valve hole 23 is the water stop valve. Even if it is blocked by the body 12, it is forcibly retracted and released by the pressure of the discharged liquid pressurized by the pump. Accordingly, there is no hindrance to the discharge of the internal liquid. In any case, a shallow concave portion 29 may be provided at the rearmost portion (see a two-dot chain line).
[0020]
The valve device 6 of the embodiment is as described above, and when the pump is operated in a state where the container main body 1 is upright, the internal liquid passes through the valve device 6 through the valve device 6 to the discharge port 4. Discharged. In the inside of the valve device 6, the weight valve body 11 of the water-stopping portion 19 at the time of falling is stationary in the storage portion 15 by its own weight and opens the valve hole 18. Moreover, in the water stop part 30 at the time of forward inclination, when the water stop valve body 12 has open | released the water stop valve hole 23, when it is obstruct | occluded, this is forcedly pushed away with the discharge pressure of an internal liquid. And is discharged from the discharge port 4 through the discharge passage 25 to the outside. Since the discharge pressure acts on the water stop valve body 12 from the upstream side, the water stop valve hole 23 is not blocked during discharge, and there is no inconvenience that the discharge is interrupted unexpectedly.
[0021]
In addition, when the internal liquid is poured into the inner container 2, the internal pressure of the liquid passage 5 rises as the liquid level in the pumping pipe 3 rises. Therefore, there is no inconvenience that the liquid level in the pumping pipe 3 does not rise.
[0022]
When the discharge of the internal liquid by the pump is stopped, the liquid in the discharge passage 25 recirculates by pushing the check valve body 13 through the reflux hole 32. Any other liquid that recirculates through the water stop valve hole 23 may generate a negative pressure in the water stop valve hole 23 and move the water stop valve body 12 toward the water stop valve hole 23. As described above, this can be dealt with by providing the rear end portion of the water stop valve storage portion 24 with the recess 29 that stabilizes the water stop valve body 12 at that position.
[0023]
On the other hand, when the pump body is not operated and the liquid volume is full or close to it, an external force acts on the container body 1 for some reason, and the container body 1 tilts forward beyond a certain angle. The water stop valve body 12 moves to close the water stop valve hole 23. Only the water head pressure of the liquid in the inner container 2 acts on the water stop valve body 12. Therefore, the outflow of the internal liquid can be prevented by forming the water stop valve body 12 of a metal such as stainless steel so as to have a weight that can be opposed to the water head pressure at the full capacity. In this case, in order to reduce the weight or size of the water stop valve body 12, the guide rib 26 has a low gradient on the side of the water stop valve hole 23 as long as it does not hinder the discharge of the internal liquid due to the pump pressure. You may form so that it may become. When such a reverse gradient is applied, it is desirable to provide a return hole and a check valve body that closes the return hole on the bottom surface of the stop valve storage portion 24 in order to circulate the residual liquid.

【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the water stop valve hole that constitutes the water stop part at the time of forward tilt is provided on the upstream side of the water stop valve storage part, so that the water stop valve body may be accidentally blocked. Even
Since it is forcibly opened by the discharge flow, inconveniences such as unexpected stop during discharge are solved. Moreover, since the water stop valve hole is formed so that the center line thereof faces in the front-rear direction, the opening / closing operation by the water stop valve body moving in the front-rear direction is reliably performed.
