Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a trolley with shelves, and more particularly to a trolley with shelves that are used for transporting, for example, flowers and daily necessities.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Generally, this kind of trolley with a shelf includes a trolley body having traveling wheels, four parallel pillars erected on the upper part of the trolley body, and a shelf board laid between the pillars. The latching claws protruding from the shelf plate are engaged with the latching holes arranged at appropriate intervals in the longitudinal direction of the opposing struts, and the shelf plate is constructed. . In the cart with shelves configured in this way, especially for the display, the shelves provided on the cart are displayed by being tilted forward on the customer side so that the customer can easily see them.
[0003]
However, in the conventional cart of this type, since the locking hole for adjusting the height of the shelf provided in the support column is formed in a substantially rectangular shape, either one of them is required to incline the shelf. It was necessary to make the locking hole of the column on the side of the side higher than the other side. Another structure is known in which the width of the substantially rectangular locking hole is increased. As another structure, a structure in which one side or both locking claws themselves are formed so as to be movable with respect to the shelf board is also known.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the structure in which the locking claw on one side is made higher than the other, not only the inclination direction of the shelf plate is limited, but the width of the shelf plate is apparently increased by tilting the shelf plate. However, there is a problem that one of the locking claws does not engage with the locking hole. On the other hand, when the width of the locking hole is wide, the shelf board can be inclined and installed, but since the locking claw and the side edge of the locking hole are in point contact, rattling is not possible. As a result, there was a problem that the strength decreased. In addition, in the case where the locking claw itself is movable, an adjustment mechanism (moving mechanism) for eliminating the contact between the locking claw and the side edge of the locking hole and rattling is necessary. There was a problem of increased costs.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is an object of the present invention to provide a cart with shelves in which a shelf board can be easily and firmly tilted without rattling and the cost can be reduced. It is what.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-described object, a cart with a shelf according to the present invention is constructed between a cart main body having traveling wheels, at least four columns that are erected on the top of the cart body, and parallel to each other, and the columns. A rack plate, and a latching claw protruding from the shelf plate is engaged with a locking hole arranged at an appropriate interval in the longitudinal direction of the column so that the shelf board is installed. In the trolley with shelves, a fan-like portion having an upper inclined edge that is formed symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the support column and that extends upward is formed in the locking hole, and an upper portion of the fan-like portion An inverted fan-shaped portion having a lower inclined edge that expands downward from the lower end of the inclined edge is formed, and the locking claw of the shelf plate is brought into contact with the upper inclined edge of the fan-shaped portion and the lower inclined edge of the inverted fan-shaped portion. It is formed so as to be able to be installed in an inclined state in a state of being attached (claim 1). .
[0007]
By configuring in this way, the locking hole has a fan-shaped part and a reverse fan-shaped part that are formed symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis of the support column, so that the shelf board is constructed to be inclined on either side. be able to. In addition, when the shelf board is tilted, the locking claw on the upper side of the inclination comes into surface contact with the upper inclined edge of the fan-shaped part, and the locking claw on the lower side of the inclination contacts the lower inclined edge of the reverse fan-shaped part. Because of the surface contact, the action of the locking claws on both sides attracting the support column is promoted, and the shelf board can be firmly laid without rattling. Therefore, the shelf board can be easily inclined and the cost can be reduced.
[0008]
In the present invention, it is preferable that the lower edge of the inverted fan-shaped portion of the locking hole is formed at a substantially right angle with respect to the lower inclined edge (Claim 2).
[0009]
By comprising in this way, in the state which inclined the shelf board, the latching | locking part lower surface of a latching claw can be reliably engaged with the lower edge of a latching hole. Therefore, the shelf board can be installed in a more stable state.
[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of a cart with a shelf according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 1, the trolley with shelves includes a trolley body 10 having wheels, for example, casters 11, four support columns 20a to 20d that are erected on an upper portion of the trolley body 10, and these support columns 20a. The main part is constituted by a plurality of (for example, three cases shown in the drawing), for example, rectangular shelf plates 30 installed between ˜20d. In this case, as shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 4, the locking claws 31 protruding from the two opposite sides in the longitudinal direction of each shelf plate 30 are appropriately spaced in the longitudinal direction of the opposing surfaces of the columns 20 a to 20 d. The shelf plate 30 is in an inclined state toward one side in the horizontal or lateral direction between the support columns 20a to 20d. It is erected.
[0012]
As shown in FIGS. 5, 6, and 17, the locking hole 21 is formed upwardly symmetrically with respect to the longitudinal axis (indicated by Z in FIG. 6) of the columns 20 a to 20 d. A fan-shaped portion 23 having an upper inclined edge 22 that expands and a reverse fan-shaped portion 25 having a lower inclined edge 24 that expands downward from the lower end of the upper inclined edge 22 of the fan-shaped portion 23 are formed. Further, the lower edge 26 of the reverse fan-shaped portion 25 of the locking hole 21 is formed at a substantially right angle (indicated by θ in FIG. 6) with respect to the lower inclined edge 24. Further, in order to facilitate the insertion of the locking claw 31 into the locking hole 21, the upper edge 27 of the locking hole 21 is formed in a gentle arc shape that bulges upward. In this way, by forming the upper edge 27 of the locking hole 21 in a gentle arc shape that bulges upward, the strength of the columns 20a to 20d in which the plurality of locking holes 21 are arranged is increased. Can do.
[0013]
In a state in which the locking claw 31 protruding from the shelf 30 is brought into contact with the upper inclined edge 22 of the fan-shaped portion 23 and the lower inclined edge 24 of the reverse fan-shaped portion 25 in the locking hole 21 formed in this way. The shelf board 30 is installed in an inclined state. For example, in the support pillars 20a, 20b and 20c, 20d facing the longitudinal direction of the cart body 10, with respect to the locking holes 21 provided in one pair of support pillars 20a, 20b in the lateral direction, By engaging the locking claw 31 with the locking holes 21 provided in the pair of support columns 20c, 20d at a position one step below the same height position, the shelf board 30 can be tilted. Moreover, the shelf board 30 can be installed horizontally by engaging the latching claw 31 with the latching hole 21 of the same height position provided in the four support | pillars 20a-20d which oppose.
[0014]
When the shelf 30 is installed in an inclined shape, as shown in FIG. 5 (a), the locking claw 31 on the upper side of the inclination comes into surface contact with the upper inclined edge 22 of the fan-shaped portion 23. As shown in FIG. 5 (b), the locking claw 31 on the lower side of the inclined surface comes into surface contact with the lower inclined edge 24 of the inverted fan-shaped portion 25, so that the locking claw 31 on both sides connects the support columns 20a, 20b and the support columns 20c, 20d. The pulling action is promoted, and the shelf board 30 can be firmly constructed without rattling. In addition, since the locking claw 31 on the lower side of the slope engages with the lower edge 26 of the inverted fan-shaped portion 25, the locking claw 31 and the locking hole 21 can be more reliably made.
[0015]
In addition, what is necessary is just to engage the latching claw 31 with the latching hole 21 of the same height provided in the four support | pillars 20a-20d which oppose, when installing the shelf board 30 horizontally.
[0016]
Next, each component of the cart with a shelf according to the present invention will be described in detail. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 7 to 14, the cart body 10 is a rectangular cart base 13 formed by abutting four hollow rectangular cart frames 12 formed of, for example, an aluminum extruded profile. And a plurality of, for example, aluminum plate members 14 disposed inside the carriage base 13 and a substantially hollow rectangular shaped extruded member made of, for example, aluminum that is erected at the even angle portion of the carriage base 13. The main part is formed by welding or the like, for example, an aluminum reinforcing frame 16 that connects the formed column attaching member 15 and the upper ends of the column attaching members 15 that are opposed to each other in the longitudinal direction of the carriage base 13.
[0017]
Also, rectangular aluminum mounting seats 17 are fixed by welding or the like at four locations on the lower face corner portion of the carriage base 13, and casters 11 with stoppers are attached to the mounting seats 17 with bolts (not shown). It is installed. In this case, a narrow opening groove 18 as shown in FIG. 12 to FIG. 14 is formed on the lower surface of the carriage frame 12 in a longitudinal manner, and a nut inserted on the end side of the narrow opening groove 18 is inserted. A nut (not shown) is inserted into the narrow opening groove 18 through the notch 18a for use, and a bolt (not shown) penetrating the mounting plate of the caster 11 and the narrow opening groove 18 from the outside of the caster 11 is inserted. The caster 11 is mounted by screwing the nut.
[0018]
In addition, a long hole 19 having a width into which the locking claw 31 can be inserted is formed on the opposing surface on the longitudinal side of the support column mounting member 15 located on the opposite side of the cart body 10 on the longitudinal direction side. It is provided along the longitudinal direction. Thus, by providing the long hole 19 along the longitudinal direction in the column attachment member 15, the locking claw 31 of the shelf board 30 is inserted into the elongated hole 19 and the shelf board 30 is placed on the cart body 10. Therefore, the shelf board 30 when not in use and a plurality of disassembled shelf boards 30 can be stacked and placed on the cart body 10 (see the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1).
[0019]
The plate member 14 is formed of, for example, an aluminum extruded profile. As shown in FIG. 15, the hanging pieces 14b and 14c are bent at both ends of the horizontal piece 14a, respectively, and one hanging piece is formed. A cross section in which an engaging groove 14e is provided at the tip of a horizontal auxiliary piece 14d extending outward from the lower end of 14b, and an engaging protrusion 14f is provided in the vicinity of the lower end of the other hanging piece 14c. It is formed into a shape. A small hole 14g for draining water is formed at both ends in the longitudinal direction of the horizontal auxiliary piece 14d (see FIGS. 7 and 8).
[0020]
As shown in FIG. 16, the plate member 14 formed in this way is placed on a horizontal piece 12 b protruding from the inner side wall 12 a of the carriage frame 12 and has blind rivets 40 as shown in FIG. 16. As shown in FIG. 15, the auxiliary horizontal piece 14d of the plate member 14 located on the outer side engages with the horizontal piece 12b of the carriage frame 12, as shown in FIG. The engaging groove 14e between the adjacent plate members 14 and the engaging protrusion 14f are connected in an engaged state.
[0021]
As shown in FIGS. 17 and 18, the struts 20 a to 20 d are formed of an extruded shape made of aluminum having a substantially U-shaped cross section having a size to be inserted into the hollow portion 15 a of the strut mounting member 15. ing. Further, the above-described locking holes 21 are arranged on the side wall 28 on the center side of the support columns 20a to 20d at appropriate intervals, for example, at equal intervals along the longitudinal direction of the support columns 20a to 20d. In addition, a long hole 29 that matches the long hole 19 provided in the column attachment member 15 is provided in the lower portion of the side wall 28 on the center side. Thus, by providing the long holes 29 in the lower portions of the columns 20a to 20d, the columns 20a to 20d are inserted into the hollow portions 15a of the column mounting member 15, that is, in the state where the columns 20a to 20d are erected, the unused shelf The shelf board 30 can be placed on the carriage main body 10 in a state in which the locking claws 31 of the board 30 are inserted into the long holes 19 and 29 of the column attachment member 15 and columns 20a to 20d. A stopper member 41 having a cross-sectional shape similar to that of the columns 20a to 20d is fixed to the lower end portion of the hollow portion 15a of the column mounting member 15 (see FIGS. 11 and 12). When the columns 20a to 20d are inserted into the hollow portion 15a of the mounting member 15, the columns 20a to 20d are prevented from being pulled out downward.
[0022]
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 19, the shelf plate 30 is arranged at two shelf frames 32 arranged in the longitudinal direction of, for example, aluminum hollow rectangles, and at the ends of these shelf frames 32. A rectangular shelf base 34 formed by abutting the shelf end frame 33, a plurality of plate members 35 made of, for example, aluminum disposed inside the shelf base 34, and the longitudinal direction of the shelf base 34 And locking claws 31 protruding from both ends of the opposing sides.
[0023]
In this case, as shown in FIGS. 20 and 21, the engaging claw 31 is formed with an arcuate tip, and an engaging groove 31b that opens in a curved shape is formed on the lower surface continuous with the lower end of the arcuate surface 31a. Has been. Thus, the latching claw 31 having the circular arc surface 31a and the engaging groove 31b is formed by processing an extruded shape member made of aluminum, and the base end portion 31c is inserted into the hollow portion 32a of the shelf frame 32, and from the outside. The shelf frame 32 is fixed to the shelf frame 32 by crushing the shelf frame 32 with a tool such as a punch.
[0024]
Further, as shown in FIG. 22, the plate member 35 is formed of, for example, an extruded shape member made of aluminum, like the plate member 14 of the cart body 10. Here, the same parts as those of the plate member 14 of the cart body 10 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof is omitted.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 21, the plate member 35 formed in this way is placed on a horizontal piece 32c protruding from the inner side wall 32b of the shelf frame 32, as shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 22, the auxiliary horizontal piece 14d of the plate member 35 located on the outer side is engaged with the attachment piece 33a of the shelf end frame 33, as shown in FIG. In other words, the engagement groove 14e and the engagement protrusion 14f of the adjacent plate members 35 are connected in an engaged state.
[0026]
In order to assemble the cart with shelves configured as described above, first, the columns 20 a to 20 d are inserted into the column mounting members 15 of the vehicle body 10, and the four columns 20 a to 20 d are placed on the upper portion of the vehicle body 10. Is set up. Then, the tops of the struts 20a, 20c and 20b, 20d are placed on the tops of the struts 20a, 20c, 20b, 20d, and the tops of the struts 20a, 20c, 20b, 20d are fixed to each other. 2). A necessary number of shelves 30 can be assembled between the columns 20a to 20d in a horizontal or inclined manner to assemble a cart with shelves.
[0027]
In this case, the shelf board 30 can be installed horizontally by engaging the locking claw 31 with the locking holes 21 at the same height provided in the four struts 20a to 20d facing each other. Further, in the columns 20a, 20b and 20c, 20d facing the longitudinal direction of the carriage body 10, the other side of the locking holes 21 provided in the pair of columns 20a, 20b on one side in the short side direction. By engaging the locking claw 31 with the locking holes 21 provided in the pair of support columns 20c, 20d at a position one step below the same height position, the shelf board 30 can be tilted. At this time, as shown in FIG. 5A, the locking claw 31 on the upper side of the inclination comes into surface contact with the upper inclined edge 22 of the fan-shaped portion 23, and as shown in FIG. Since the side locking claws 31 are in surface contact with the lower inclined edge 24 of the reverse fan-shaped portion 25, the action of the locking claws 31 on both sides attracting the columns 20a and 20b and the columns 20c and 20d is promoted, and the shelf board 30 is It can be erected firmly without rattling. In addition, since the locking claw 31 on the lower side of the slope engages with the lower edge 26 of the inverted fan-shaped portion 25, the locking claw 31 and the locking hole 21 can be more reliably made. Further, since the engaging groove 31b provided in the locking claw 31 is formed in a curved shape, the locking claw 31 can be reliably engaged with the locking hole 21, and the locking claw 31 and the locking claw 31 can be locked. The shelf plate 30 can be easily tilted with the holes 21 engaged. Therefore, the mounting of the shelf board 30 can be simplified.
[0028]
According to the shelf-equipped cart configured as described above, the shelf board 30 can be inclined and installed between the support columns 20a to 20d, so that a product (not shown) such as a flower basket is placed on the shelf board 30. It can be transported in a placed state. In addition, after the carriage is transported to a target place, the product placed on the shelf board 30 can be displayed in a state that can be easily seen by the customer by stopping the caster 11 with a stopper (not shown).
[0029]
The unused shelf plate 30 is placed (stocked) on the cart body 10 with the locking claws 31 inserted into the long holes 19 and 29 provided in the column mounting member 15 and columns 20a to 20d. (Refer to the two-dot chain line in FIG. 1).
[0030]
Moreover, when not using, after removing the shelf board 30 constructed between support | pillars 20a-20d, the support | pillar holding member 42 attached between support | pillars 20a, 20c and 20b, 20d is removed, and each support | pillar 20a- after that. 20d can be removed from the column attachment member 15 and disassembled. And the latching claw 31 of the decomposed | disassembled shelf board 30 is inserted in the long hole 19 provided in the support | pillar attachment member 15 of the trolley | bogie main body 10, and is mounted in the state piled up on the trolley | bogie main body 10, and the top or side The support | pillar 20a-20d and the support | pillar holding member 42 can be mounted in the direction, and the cart with a shelf at the time of non-use can be made compact. And since the latching claw 31 of the shelf board 30 is inserted in the long hole 19 of the support | pillar attachment member 15, there is no possibility that the shelf board 30 will drop carelessly from the cart main body 10.
[0031]
In addition, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where the trolley | bogie main body 10 and the shelf board 30 were formed in a rectangular shape, it does not necessarily need to be a rectangular shape, for example, as shown in FIG. 23, it forms in a trapezoid shape. Is also possible. In this case, the columns 20a to 20d need to be erected in parallel to the side of the trapezoid. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 23, the other parts are the same as those in the first embodiment. Therefore, the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
[0032]
Moreover, although the said embodiment demonstrated the case where there were four support | pillars, it is sufficient if there are at least four support | pillars. For example, as shown in FIG. Locking claws 31 project from both ends of the plate 30 and the middle part thereof, and the pillars 20e, 20c or 20b, 20d, which are provided between the struts 20a, 20c or 20b, 20d facing the latching claw 31 projecting from the intermediate part. You may make it engage with the locking hole 21 provided in 20f. In this case, the engaging positions of the supporting claws 20a, 20c, 20e and 20b, 20d20f and the locking claws 31 positioned in the inclination direction of the shelf board 30 and the locking claw 31 are positioned downward by one step from the inclined upper side to the lower side. It can be engaged with the hole 21. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 24, the other parts are the same as those in the first embodiment, so the same parts are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.
