Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an egg wrapping container (hereinafter simply referred to as an egg container) formed by bulging and molding a synthetic resin sheet material and individually housing eggs, and a container body and a lid. Are connected so as to be foldable via a bending portion, and relate to an egg container having 2 to 3 eggs boiled as a packaging unit.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Egg containers formed by bulging and molding such a synthetic resin sheet material are generally well known, but conventional egg containers bulge and mold a synthetic resin sheet material and the container body houses the lower half of the egg. In general, the pyramid shaped egg-containing recesses are formed in two rows of 3 to 5 rows, and the lid is formed with an accommodation recess having a volume sufficient to accommodate the upper half of the eggs. It is structured to wrap eggs in units of 6 to 10 eggs. Moreover, the egg container which wraps two eggs etc. with a boil is the egg container for small units which consists of two said egg accommodation recessed parts and 1 row. In the packaging process, a predetermined number of eggs are accommodated in each egg accommodating recess formed in the container body, the lid body is folded upward from the folded portion to cover the container body, and the free end of the overlapping container body The outer peripheral edge portion on the edge side and the outer peripheral edge portion on the free end edge side of the lid are sealed with an adhesive tape or staple, or are fixed with a spot welder and sealed for distribution.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, it is apparent that the egg containers for packaging of 6 to 10 units that have been widely used in the past as described above are not suitable for selling in units of 2 to 3 eggs. In addition, for such a small number of packaging units, in the egg container having a conventional structure in which two egg receiving recesses are arranged in only one row, in the process of storing, closing and sealing the eggs, it is processed in the process. The total number of containers to be increased is several times as large as that of a unit of 6 to 10 units, and the shape is larger than the dimension between the free edge of the container body and the free edge of the lid. Since the width is narrow, it takes a lot of work to stably arrange on the conveyor, and there is a problem to be solved that the work efficiency is remarkably lowered.
[0004]
Therefore, the present inventor can maintain the same productivity as a conventional egg container, and is a container that can be provided to the market at a low price and at a low cost when selling chicken eggs, especially boiled eggs and hot spring eggs in small units. The egg which does not need the trouble of setting a large number of small containers that are difficult to maintain a stable posture on the conveyor, and can continue to use the automatic packaging machine equipment in the containers used conventionally. An object is to provide a packaging container.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The structure of the egg packaging container of the present invention developed to achieve this object will be described using the common reference numerals used in the drawings showing the embodiments. The egg packaging container of the first invention is made of a synthetic resin. A container body 1 in which an egg accommodating recess 11 that can accommodate the lower half of an egg is formed by bulging a sheet material, and a lid 2 provided with a recess 21 that covers the upper half of the egg is bent on one side. A container for egg wrapping formed in a series so as to be foldable via a portion 4, wherein the container body 1 includes a bent portion 4 and a flange-shaped outer peripheral edge portion 13 formed on three sides excluding the bent portion 4. The rows of egg-containing recesses 11 arranged in pairs and in the same shape as the conventional product are intermittently arranged in the longitudinal direction across the discarding portion 12 to be separated and cut. to a plurality of rows formed, the cover 2, the bent portion 4 and the bent portion 4 In the range surrounded by the flange-shaped outer peripheral edge 23 formed on the three sides, the concave portion 21 having a volume corresponding to the upper half of the egg is placed in the longitudinal direction with the discarding portion 22 serving as a portion to be separated and cut. The structure is formed intermittently.
[0006]
In addition, the egg packaging container of the second invention comprises a container body 1 and an upper half of an egg in which an egg accommodating recess 11. An egg packaging container in which a lid body 2 having a covering recess 21 is formed in a series so as to be freely foldable via a bent portion 4 on one side. The container body 1 includes a bent portion 4 and the bent portion 4. In the range surrounded by the flange-shaped outer peripheral edge 13 formed on the three sides excluding, the rows of egg accommodating recesses 11 arranged in the same shape as the conventional product in a set of three per row are separated. A plurality of rows are intermittently formed in the longitudinal direction across the discarding portion 12 to be cut, and the lid body 2 includes a bent portion 4 and a flange-shaped outer peripheral edge portion 23 formed on three sides excluding the bent portion 4. In the area surrounded by, a recess 21 having a volume corresponding to the upper half of the egg is separated and cut. Is longitudinally those where the structure has been formed intermittently across the discarding unit 22 serving as a point that.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
To carry out the present invention, the synthetic resin sheet forming the container can be made of materials generally used for blow molding or vacuum molding, but can be recycled as waste material and incinerated. However, PET (polyethylene terephthalate) resin is most suitable because it generates less heat and does not generate harmful substances such as dioxins.
[0008]
Moreover, since the egg accommodation recessed part 11 of the container main body 1 and the recessed part 21 of the cover body 2 are made into the same shape as a prior art example, it is convenient from the standpoint of the partial utilization of the conventional metal mold | die. Needless to say, the shape of the embodiment to be described later is not limited. For example, the concave portion 21 of the lid 2 has a concave portion for two eggs in order to facilitate label sticking, and the top surface 24 is single. The shape which becomes one flat surface may be sufficient, and the shape by which the label sticking flat surface is formed in the front of the free end edge side of the container main body 1 may be sufficient. The egg containing recesses 11 and recesses 21 for two eggs are arranged in a column when viewed from the front to form one container, and such containers form a plurality of rows (three rows in the first embodiment) and cut portions. It is formed as a series with the discarding parts 12 and 22 in between. Further, the reinforcing rib 3 is formed to prevent the discarding portions 12 and 22 from bending and hanging down. The reinforcing rib 3 may be a ridge formed on the surfaces of the discarding portions 12 and 22 or an uneven surface combining a low wall surface rising from the discarding portions 12 and 22.
[0009]
In the packaging operation, the eggs packaging containers are arranged on a conveyor while a plurality of rows are arranged in series, and eggs are packaged in the same process as before, and the free edges (outside of the container body 1 and the lid body 2) Although the peripheral portions 13 and 23 are united and sealed, the discarding portions 12 and 22 are cut and removed leaving the periphery of the container portion (see the chain line in FIG. 2 and FIG. 8). This cutting and removal may be performed by punching with a press. As is apparent from the above description, the egg wrapping container of the present invention can be packaged with a plurality of containers that contain two to three or four eggs in series. Therefore, compared to the conventional packaging using 2 to 3 or 4 independent containers, many conventional small containers are set on the conveyor and sealed one by one. Therefore, a great amount of work is not required and the work efficiency can be remarkably increased. Furthermore, since the automatic egg wrapping equipment that has been used for most of the operations can be used as it is, there is an advantage that it is not necessary to invest in new equipment.
[0010]
【Example】
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 to 7 are views showing a first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the entire open state, and FIGS. 2 to 5 are first views showing the open state, respectively. It is an example top view, the front view seen from the container main body side, the back view, and the right side view. 6 and 7 are cross-sectional views taken along line AA and BB in FIG. 3, respectively.
[0011]
The container of the first embodiment shown in FIG. 1 to FIG. 7 is a container in which a thin sheet material made of PET resin is bulged to form a plurality of egg accommodating recesses 11 that can accommodate the lower half of the egg. It is an egg container in which a main body 1 and a lid body 2 provided with a recess 21 covering the upper half of an egg are formed in a series so as to be freely foldable via a folding portion 4 on one side.
[0012]
The container main body 1 according to the first embodiment is a set of two per row in a range surrounded by the bent portion 4 and the flange-shaped outer peripheral edge portion 13 formed on three sides excluding the bent portion 4. Three rows of arranged egg accommodating recesses 11 are formed in the longitudinal direction across the discarding portion 12 to be separated and cut. In addition, a plurality of reinforcing ribs 3 (three per disposal portion in this embodiment) are formed in the disposal portion 12 in order to prevent deformation due to warping or drooping. In addition, the lid body 2 has two chicken eggs in a range that is sandwiched by flange-shaped outer peripheral edge portions 23 formed on three sides excluding the bent portion 4 at a position symmetrical to the container body 1 with the bent portion 4 interposed therebetween. The concave portion 21 having a volume corresponding to the upper half of the upper half is intermittently formed in the longitudinal direction so as to correspond to the row of egg containing concave portions 11 with the discarding portion 22 to be separated and cut. In the discarding part 22, three reinforcing ribs 3 are formed at one place as in the discarding part 12. For reference, in the plan view of FIG. 2, the locations where the discarding sections 12 and 22 are cut and separated after the completion of the sealing after the hen's egg containment are indicated by a one-dot chain line as a virtual cutting line.
[0013]
The egg wrapping operation is performed using conventional egg storage and packaging equipment while the three rows of egg storage recesses 11 and the recesses 21 are connected by the discarding units 12 and 22. After the upper half of the egg is covered with the lid 2 and the outer peripheral edges 13 and 23 are sealed, the part of the cutting imaginary line is cut out by a press to complete the individual packaging operation. FIG. 8 shows the individually packaged shape.
[0014]
9 and 10 show two types of modifications of the first embodiment. The first modification shown in FIG. 9 is a structure in which the top plate 24 of the recess 21 of the lid 2 is formed in a series to form a flat surface except for the column 25. Further, the second modification shown in FIG. 10 is a structure in which the top plate 24 of the recess 21 is completely continuous, and the side wall also forms a series of inclined planes and has a substantially octagonal truncated pyramid shape. . Both are structures for enlarging the label sticking surface on the top surface of the recess 21 to facilitate sticking.
[0015]
A third modification is shown in the plan view of FIG. 11 and the perspective view of FIG. The third modification is different in the shape of the reinforcing rib 3 in the first embodiment, and has a concave shape in which the surfaces refracting downward from the discarding portions 12 and 22 are combined in a substantially square shape.
[0016]
The plan view of FIG. 13 shows the structure of the second embodiment. This second embodiment has a structure in which each row of egg-containing recesses 11 arranged in three rows is a set of three, and the volume of the recesses 21 is correspondingly expanded. In this container, three eggs may be accommodated with raw eggs or boiled eggs, 2 eggs boiled with eggs or hot spring eggs may be accommodated, and sauce or the like may be accommodated and attached to the remaining egg accommodating recess 11.
[0017]
The plan view of FIG. 14 shows the structure of the third embodiment. In the third embodiment, the two rows and one stage of the egg receiving recesses 11 shown in the first embodiment are used as a set unit, and the egg receiving recesses 11 arranged in two rows and two stages are set as four sets. Accordingly, the concave portion 21 on the lid side has a structure corresponding to each of four sets. In this container, 4 eggs may be accommodated with raw eggs or boiled eggs, 3 eggs boiled with eggs or hot spring eggs may be accommodated, and sauce or the like may be accommodated and attached to one of the remaining egg accommodating recesses 11.
[0018]
Although the embodiments considered to be representative of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not necessarily limited to the container structures shown in these embodiments, and the present invention includes the constituent features described in the present invention. It can be carried out with appropriate modifications within the scope of achieving the purpose and having the following effects.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the egg container according to the present invention is a series of two to three or four arranged in the same shape as the conventional product, and a plurality of sets are arranged through the disposal unit. Since it is in a form that is a series of multiple small containers, it can be packed and transported stably and transported, and can be placed in a stable posture with respect to the egg packaging conveyor, As in the case of egg wrapping for an egg wrapping container of 10 eggs or 15 occupying the majority of egg containers, the egg can be automatically packaged using the automatic egg storage equipment as it is, There is an advantage that in a state where the free edges of the container body 1 and the lid body 2 are automatically sealed, the discarding portion can be removed to obtain a small egg storage container.
[0020]
In particular, as in the case of the conventional single container for 2 to 3 or 4 pieces, a small independent container that requires a lot of packaging and is difficult to maintain a lightweight and constant posture. As in the case of, it is difficult to set a fixed posture on the conveyor, it is difficult to efficiently use an automatic egg packaging machine, and eggs are individually stored in individual containers. As compared with the egg wrapping means for the conventional container which must perform the sealing operation for the container one by one, it has a remarkable effect that the working efficiency can be remarkably improved. Moreover, since the equipment for automatic egg wrapping that has been used for most of the operations can be used as it is, the effect of requiring almost no new equipment investment can be expected.
