Description

【0001】

In FIG. 12, reference numeral 45 denotes a hanger on which the handset 8 is hung, and is supported by the reinforcing plate 13 via a bracket 46 so as to be swingable about a shaft 47 as a rotation center.
[0017]
Next, a method for assembling the surface panel 3 having such a configuration will be described.
A part such as a hanger 45 is mounted on the reinforcing plate 13 in advance. In FIG. 6, the dial button 5 and the function button 6 are engaged with the sliding holes 25 a and 25 b from the back side of the back plate portion 25 of the intermediate member 12, and the reinforcing plate 13 is placed on the back plate portion 25 from above these. At this time, the boss 25e shown in FIG. 6 protrudes from the insertion hole 30c of the reinforcing plate 13. In FIG. 8, the reinforcing plate 13 is attached to the intermediate member 12 by inserting the screw 40 shown in FIG. 12 into the mounting hole 30 d of the front plate 30 of the reinforcing plate 13 and screwing it into the boss 25 f of the intermediate member 12. In FIG. 8, when the rubber sheet 36 and the circuit board 37 are put on the through holes 30 a and 30 b of the front plate 30 from the back side of the front plate 30 of the reinforcing plate 13, the circuit board 37 is not shown. The boss 25e of the intermediate member 12 is exposed from the hole. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 10, the rubber sheet 36 and the circuit board 37 are attached to the reinforcing plate 13 by screwing the screw 41 into the boss 25 e.
[0018]
As described above, the dial button 5, the function button 6, the rubber sheet 36, and the circuit board 37 are assembled to the intermediate member 12 through the reinforcing plate 13 to form a unit. Compared with the case of positioning and assembling to 3, assembly becomes easier. In addition, since the parts such as the hanger 45 are assembled to the reinforcing plate 13, as compared with the conventional case where these parts are individually attached to the back side of the housing via the brackets, the assembly is easier. Become. And since it is not necessary to join a bracket to a housing by welding, the trace by welding does not appear in a housing. Therefore, the appearance is not impaired and the manufacturing cost is also reduced.
[0019]
Next, as shown in FIG. 10, a holding member 42 having a U-shaped cross section is attached to the upper plate 33 of the reinforcing plate 13, and the upper end edge of the circuit board 38 is fitted to the holding member 42, so Is fixed to the reinforcing plate 13 with a screw 43 through a sleeve 44, and both circuit boards 37 and 38 are connected by a connector 39. After that, as shown in FIG. 3, the front plate 14 of the exterior member 11 is placed on the back plate portion 25 from the front side of the intermediate member 12, and as shown in FIG. 9, the pair of side plates 15 </ b> A and 15 </ b> B of the exterior member 11. Are fitted to both side portions 26 and 27 of the intermediate member 12 from both sides of the intermediate member 12.
[0020]
At this time, the three attachment pieces 22a of the one side face plate 15A pass through the insertion holes 26b of the side portion 26 of the intermediate member 12 in FIG. 6 and correspond to the attachment holes 30e of the reinforcing plate 13 in FIG. The side plate 15A is fixed to the reinforcing plate 13 and attached to the side portion 26 by inserting a screw (not shown) through the attachment hole 30e and screwing it into the screw hole 22b of the attachment piece 22a. Further, the two attachment pieces 23a and one attachment piece 23b of the other side plate 15B are inserted through the insertion holes 27b and 27c of the side portion 27 of the intermediate member 12 in FIG. 6, respectively, and the reinforcing plate in FIG. It corresponds to 13 mounting holes 32d and 30f, respectively.
[0021]
Screws (not shown) are inserted into the attachment holes 32d and 30f and screwed into the screw holes 23c of the attachment pieces 23a and 23b, whereby the side plate 15B is fixed to the reinforcing plate 13 and the side portion 27 is attached to the side portion 27. It is attached. At the same time, the pair of sandwiched portions 14b of the front plate 14 is sandwiched between the side portion 26 of the intermediate member 12 and the surrounding wall 15a of the side plate 15A and the side portion 27 and the surrounding wall 15a of the side plate 15B. Therefore, the front plate 14 is attached to the intermediate member 12 and integrated with the side plates 15A and 15B and the intermediate member 12. As shown in FIG. 10, a gap 34 is formed between the tip of the engaged portion 14 a of the attached front plate 14 and the upper plate 33 of the reinforcing plate 13.
[0022]
Thus, the front panel 3 is constituted by the exterior member 11, the intermediate member 12 and the reinforcing plate 13, and the exterior member 11 is assembled to the intermediate member 12 via the reinforcing plate 13. No traces due to welding appear, so that the appearance is not impaired. Further, as shown in FIG. 11, the protruding portion 30 g is formed on the reinforcing plate 13 corresponding to the curved surface of the front plate 14 formed in the curved shape of the exterior member 11, so that The distance L from the surface of the face plate 14 is the same regardless of the position of the dial button 5.
[0023]
Accordingly, since all the dial buttons 5 can have the same height, the dial buttons 5 having the same shape can be used. For this reason, since the dial button 5 can be made into 1 type, since the metal mold | die which shape | molds this only needs one, a manufacturing cost is reduced. Further, since the height T of the pressing portion 36a of the rubber sheet 36 is formed so as to be gradually increased, the amount of protrusion of the dial button 5 from the front plate 14 is also uniform, so that the pressing operation of the dial button 5 is performed. The malfunction of the contact at the time is prevented.
[0024]
Next, the housing 2 will be described with reference to FIGS.
The housing 2 has a box shape in which an opening 2a is formed on the front surface by a back plate 51, both side plates 52 and 53, an upper plate 54, and a bottom plate 55, and the front end of the upper plate 54 is bent upward to be engaged. The front view is formed in a substantially U shape. The bracket 57 has a bottom portion 58 and both side portions 59, 59 fixed to the inner surfaces of the bottom plate 55 and the side plates 52, 53 of the housing 2, and the both side portions 59, 59 have lower ends as shown in FIG. The cross section is formed in a crank shape so that a space S is provided between the portions 59a, 59a and the side plates 52, 52. Arc-shaped elongated holes 59b, 59b extending in the vertical direction are formed in the lower end portions 59a, 59a of the side portions 59, 59, and the upper end portions of the side portions 59, 59 are slightly obliquely upward from the horizontal direction. There are formed U-shaped locking portions 59c, 59c extending in the plan view.
[0025]
In FIG. 13, reference numeral 60 denotes an operating member, which is substantially omitted from the front view by both side portions 61, 62 adjacent to both lower end portions 59 a, 59 a of the bracket 57 described above and a connecting portion 63 that connects these both side portions 61, 62. It is formed in a U shape. The actuating member 60 has both side portions 61, 62 at both lower end portions 59 a, 59 a around the pin 64 planted at both lower end portions 59 a, 59 a of the bracket 57. It is supported so as to be swingable in the direction. Both side portions 61, 62 are provided with long hole-like engagement holes 61a, 62a, and the engagement holes 61a, 62a are slidably guided in the long holes 59b, 59b of the bracket 57 described above. One end of the pin 65 is engaged, and the other end of the pin 65 faces the space S as shown in FIG.
[0026]
13 and 14, an extended portion 61b extending upward in a crank shape when viewed from the front is bent at the upper portion of one side portion 61 of the operating member 60, and the upper end of the extended portion 61b is formed. A groove 61c is formed in the groove. The lock 10 is attached to a support plate 66 fixed to one side 59 of the bracket 57 via a stud 67, and a lever 69 is integrally fixed to the rotating portion 10a. A pin 70 engaged with the groove 61c of the installation portion 61b is planted.
[0027]
Therefore, when the rotation portion 10a of the lock 10 is rotated by a key operation, the lever 69 in FIG. 14 rotates clockwise and counterclockwise with the rotation portion 10a as the rotation center. In this rotation, one side 61 of the operating member 60 is rotated clockwise or counterclockwise around the pin 64 via the pin 70, and the other side 62 is moved via the connecting portion 63. The pin 64 in FIG. 15 is configured to rotate in the clockwise or counterclockwise direction with the rotation center as a rotation center. The pins 65 and 65 move up and down in the long holes 59b and 59b of the bracket 57 following the rotation of the both side portions 61 and 62.
[0028]
Next, the above-described locking operation of the front panel 3 for the housing 2 having the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS.
In FIG. 16, the surface panel 3 is tilted so that the lower portion of the surface panel 3 is lifted upward in the side view with respect to the opening 2 a of the housing 2, and the engaged portion 14 a of the upper plate 33 of the bracket 13 and the front plate 14. The engaging portion 54a of the housing 2 is engaged in the gap 34 between the two. By engaging the engaged portion 14a of the front plate 14 with the engaging portion 54a of the housing 2, the surface panel 3 is rotated counterclockwise in FIG. As shown in FIG. 3, the front panel 3 closes the opening 2a of the housing 2.
[0029]
When the opening 2a of the housing 2 is closed by the front panel 3, the hook 31a of the front panel 3 is fitted into the space S between the lower end 59a of the bracket 57 and the side plates 52, 53 of the housing 2 shown in FIG. Is positioned to correspond to the pin 65. In addition, as shown in FIG. 19, the locked portion 31 b of the surface panel 3 is engaged in the locking portion 59 c of the housing 2, and the side plates 15 B and 15 A of the surface panel 3 are part of the side plate of the housing 2. 52 and 53 (the side plate 15A and the side plate 53 are not shown). Further, the bent portion 58 a of the bracket 57 is positioned immediately above the bent portion 14 c of the front plate 14.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 18, when the lock 10 is operated by key operation and the turning portion 10a is turned clockwise in the drawing, the lever 69 is also turned integrally with the turning portion 10a in the drawing clockwise. The side portion 61 of the actuating member 60 rotates counterclockwise in the drawing with the pin 64 as a rotation center through the groove 61c engaged with the 70. Therefore, since the pin 65 engaged with the engagement hole 61a of the side portion 61 moves downward in the long hole 59b, the surface panel 3 is engaged with the hook 31a. The housing 2 is locked by the engagement and the engagement between the engagement portion 54a and the engaged portion 14a.
[0031]
Thus, in order to lock the front panel 3, it is only necessary to engage the pin 65 with the hook 31a, and the locking plate is not lifted or lowered by the pin as in the prior art. Therefore, the key operation is facilitated. Further, since the engaging portion 54a of the housing 2 with which the engaged portion 14a of the front panel 3 is engaged is bent upward, the intrusion of rainwater into the housing 2 is restricted and waterproofing is achieved. . When the opening 2a of the housing 2 is closed by the front panel 3, a part of the side plates 15B and 15A of the front panel 3 overlaps the side plates 52 and 53 of the housing 2, so that it is difficult to open the front panel 3 with a screwdriver or the like. And security is improved.
[0032]
Furthermore, in the upper part of the housing 2, the engaged portions 54 a and the engaged portion 14 a are temporarily disengaged by engaging the engaged portions 31 b and 32 b with the engaging portions 59 c and 59 c. However, since the front panel 3 cannot be opened, security is improved. Moreover, since the surface panel 3 can be removed from the housing 2 by unlocking and opening the opening 2a of the housing 2, not only the maintenance of the surface panel 3 and the circuit board in the housing 2 is facilitated, Replacement of the front panel 3 is facilitated, and maintainability is improved. Further, since the hooks 31a and 32a and the locked portions 31b and 32b are integrally formed on the reinforcing plate 13, there is no need to newly provide a member for forming the hooks 31a and 32a and the locked portions 31b and 32b. The number of parts is reduced.
[0033]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to easily assemble and prevent a decrease in assembly accuracy without deteriorating the appearance.
[0034]
According to the second aspect of the present invention, since the distance between the reinforcing plate and the front plate is the same in any part where the dial button is provided, the operability of the dial button is improved and the operation failure is reduced. Reduced.
