BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a position control method and a position control apparatus, and more particularly to a novel improvement for suppressing stick slip.

Conventionally, as an apparatus used for this type of control method, for example, the configuration of a position servo system control apparatus shown in FIG. 4 can be cited. [0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional position servo system control device is configured as described above, the following problems exist. That is, in a servo system control device having a speed integration control unit 4 with an integration function inside the speed control unit 1 and a current control unit 2 with an integration function inside the speed control unit 1, an
Such control is indispensable for moving the object to be controlled to the target position without causing a position deviation. However, in a situation where the static friction torque is clearly larger than the dynamic friction torque, a slight amount is required. When a position increment command or the like is transmitted, the friction torque applied to the control object changes from the static friction torque to the dynamic friction torque as soon as the control object starts moving from the stationary state. There was a stick-slip phenomenon that caused the target position to go too far.
[0004]
In particular, in the position servo system, when performing zero speed control (during stationary) or minute feed control, vibration due to stick-slip phenomenon occurs, causing deterioration in control performance. For example, if the position response and speed response become oscillatory, or if the rotating motor stops, if there is an undershoot in the speed, it will be blocked by static frictional force, and the motor will stop before the target position. End up. Further, a position error has occurred because no torque exceeding the maximum static friction force is generated at the time of minute feed.
Here, when an integrator is included in the compensator of the speed control unit, these position errors accumulate in the integrator, and when the maximum static friction force is exceeded, rotation may start again. However, at the moment when the object starts to move, the friction load is switched from the static friction force to the dynamic friction force, and the load torque suddenly decreases with respect to the drive torque. For this reason, the speed becomes too high and the target position is passed. Such repetition due to excessive speed has caused stick-slip vibration.
[0005]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and in particular, an object of the present invention is to provide a position control method with extremely high position control performance in which the occurrence of stick-slip is suppressed.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the position control method of the present invention, a voltage command to the AC servo motor (7) is calculated by the speed control unit based on the angle command and the rotation angle of the AC servo motor, and the AC servo motor is controlled based on the voltage command. In the position control method for PI drive control, the speed control unit resets the current command and the voltage command when a stick slip occurs when the control target connected to the AC servomotor tries to move from a stationary state. The voltage command is calculated based on a current command obtained by dividing the controlled Coulomb friction torque by the number of pole pairs of the AC servomotor and the number of flux linkages of the motor winding, and the AC servomotor is driven and controlled. And the fact that the controlled object has started to move is detected based on the angular velocity of the AC servo motor, and the Coulomb friction torque of the controlled object is detected. The calculation of the current command based on the current is performed only when ω (k−1) = 0 to ω (k) ≠ 0, and the q-axis is included in the current control unit of the speed control unit. A current integration control unit, wherein the q-axis current integration control unit calculates a voltage command obtained by multiplying the current command output from the speed integration control unit by the impedance of the AC servo motor, and the voltage command The Coulomb friction torque is a value calculated in advance based on a detected value of a disturbance observer. The position control apparatus of the present invention includes control means for performing any one of the control methods described above, and the control means is configured to drive the AC servo motor.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

As shown in FIG. 1, the control device for realizing the position control method according to the present invention includes a
Friction torque, which is a disturbance of the servo system, can be generally divided into dynamic friction force and static friction force, and each is known to have the characteristics as shown in FIG. The dynamic friction torque generated when the object is moving includes a fixed component (offset component) such as a Coulomb friction torque D frc and a viscous friction component Dω whose magnitude changes in proportion to the speed. The dynamic friction force is expressed as the sum of these friction forces, and the characteristics change nonlinearly at extremely low speeds or near zero speed.
On the other hand, the static friction force is not a constant value when the object is stationary, but is a value between the maximum static friction force (S max and -S max ) according to the law of Coulomb's action / reaction. Changes.
[0009]
In the present invention, as shown in FIG. 3, the frictional torque characteristic of the dynamic friction force is macroscopically considered as a characteristic that changes linearly ignoring the non-linear change of the characteristic in the extremely low speed region. A model in which the frictional force and the viscous friction coefficient are symmetric with respect to the speed, that is, a characteristic in which the absolute value is equal and the sign is inverted with the sign of the angular velocity ω is used.
Such dynamic friction torque can be expressed by Equation 1.

【The invention's effect】
Therefore, it provides a position control method with extremely high position control performance that does not cause stick-slip when the control target starts moving from a stationary state. Rukoto can. In addition, the movement of the control target is detected based on the angular velocity of the AC servomotor, and the calculation of the current command based on the Coulomb friction torque of the control target is calculated from ω (k−1) = 0 to ω (k ) ≠ 0, so the position control by the kth current command (i (k) ref ) does not cause a position error due to stick-slip, and before and after that, normal control is performed. By doing so, it is possible to provide a position control method with extremely high control performance without causing any adverse effects due to the control. In addition, a q-axis current integration control unit is provided in the current control unit of the speed control unit, and the q-axis current integration control unit multiplies the current command output from the speed integration control unit by the impedance of the AC servo motor. Since the AC servo motor is driven and controlled based on the voltage command, the control that reliably suppresses the occurrence of stick-slip even when the q-axis current control is PI-controlled. A position control method with high performance can be provided. Furthermore, since the Coulomb friction torque is a value calculated in advance based on the detected value of the disturbance observer, a position control method that can perform position control more easily while ensuring high controllability is provided. can do. Further, the position control device of the present invention includes control means for performing any one of the above control methods, and the control means drives the AC servo motor, so that stick-slip occurs when the controlled object starts moving from a stationary state. A position control device with extremely high position control performance that does not occur can be provided.
