本発明は炊飯器に関する。

従来から、釜内温度を検出するための蓋サーミスタを外蓋の内側に備えた炊飯器が知られている。一般にこのような炊飯器には、保温加熱のための蓋ヒータが設けられ、外蓋の内側で蓋ヒータカバーに覆われて収納保持されている。この蓋ヒータカバーは、外蓋を貫通する外蓋軸に吊り下げ固定される。蓋サーミスタはこの蓋ヒータカバー内に収納される場合が多いが、温度検出の精度の低下を防ぐため、蓋サーミスタの温度検出部分を釜内に露出させた構造のものも知られている。このような構造では、棒状の温度検出部を形成する蓋サーミスタをサーミスタ固定用樹脂に貫通させて固定し、そのサーミスタ固定用樹脂をパッキンを挟んで蓋ヒータカバー上面に固定し、蓋ヒータカバー下面に取付けられた筒状の内蓋軸から蓋サーミスタの下端を露出させていた。

しかしながら、上述したような構造では部品点数が多くなり、製造コストが高くなってしまうといった問題があった。また、外蓋軸が外蓋を貫通して設けられることにより、外部からの水の侵入を防ぐための構成が必要になるだけでなく、外蓋外面の塗装時には外蓋軸の露出部も塗装しなければならず、製造コストが高くなってしまうといった問題があった。
本発明の炊飯器は上記課題を解決し、外蓋内側に部品を固定する構成を簡単にすることを目的とする。

上記課題を解決する本発明の請求項1記載の炊飯器は、
米、水を収納する釜と、
上記釜を収納する外胴と、
上記外胴の蓋をする外蓋と、
上記釜の蓋をする内蓋と、
上記内蓋の中心孔に挿通して該内蓋を上記外蓋の内側に保持する内蓋保持軸と、

釜内の温度を検出する温度検出素子とを備えた炊飯器において、
上記蓋ヒータカバーは、上記外蓋の中心部分に下面から溶接される外蓋軸に固定され、

図1は、本発明の一実施例としての炊飯器の蓋部分の構成を表わす断面図である。この炊飯器の蓋部分は、側面のケーシングを形成する外胴(図示せず)の上部を開閉するもので、上面のケーシングを形成する外蓋10の内側に釜1の蓋となる内蓋20を着脱可能に備え、また保温加熱のための蓋ヒータ30及び釜内温度の検出のための蓋サーミスタ40を備える。
