Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a cooking container for making warm vegetables and the like, and particularly to a cooking container suitable for cooking in a microwave oven or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, there is a microwave oven cooking container having an outer container, a lid that can be placed inside the outer container, and a lid attached to the outer container (see Patent Document 1). The colander is used for washing or water cooling of cooked items such as vegetables before and after heating in a microwave oven. The lid is provided with a vent hole for releasing steam generated when the product to be cooked is heated in a microwave oven. This prevents the inside of the container from becoming high pressure and the lid from being removed. Furthermore, the lid does not become pressurized during cooking to prevent leakage of contents and odor diffusion when the cooking container is used for storage in a refrigerator or the like as it is. An opening / closing mechanism capable of closing the vent hole is also provided in order to contain the steam within the container.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 8-26 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional cooking containers as described above are easy to use because they can be cooked with a lid and with the lid on, but the open / close mechanism for closing the vents is complicated and manufactured. There are problems such as difficulty and cost.
[0005]
Then, an object of this invention is to provide the cooking container of a simpler structure provided with the means which escapes a vapor | steam from the inside of a cooking container, and prevents that a cover remove | deviates.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A cooking container according to the present invention comprises an outer container having an upper opening, a container main body having an upper opening, which can be disposed inside the outer container, and having a through hole, and a lid that can be attached to the container main body. When the container main body is placed on the outer container with the lid attached to the container main body, there is a space sealed at room temperature between the container main body and the outer container that communicates with the inside of the container main body through a through hole. The lid does not come off from the container body due to the pressure rise that occurs during cooking, and can be removed when putting in and out the food to be cooked. The lid and the container main body are integrally lifted from the outer container when the pressure is increased, and the pressure is released.
[0007]
A product to be cooked is placed in a container body of the cooking container having such a configuration, and a lid is attached to the container body and the container body is disposed in the outer container. And when cooking with a microwave oven etc., the pressure in a container main body will rise first, but water vapor | steam escapes into the space between a container main body and an outer container from the through-hole of a container main body. When the pressure in the space rises due to the water vapor, the force that pushes the container body upwards increases, and when the force exceeds the downward force due to the total weight of the container body, the item to be cooked, and the lid, the container body rises upward. As a result, the lid and the container main body rise together from the outer container. Ascending, a gap is formed between the container body and the outer container, and water vapor escapes from the gap. When the water vapor escapes and the pressure in the gap decreases, the container body is lowered again, and the container body and the outer container are brought into close contact with each other again.
[0008]
Thereby, the pressure of a container main body can be adjusted with the to-be-cooked goods' own weight. That is, if the item to be cooked is heavy, it can be cooked at high pressure. Moreover, since the water vapor does not escape to the outside if the pressure exceeds a predetermined pressure, a high humidity state is maintained.
[0009]
Furthermore, a mechanism for escaping the steam in the cooking container can be provided with a simple structure without providing a hole and its opening / closing mechanism in the lid.
[0010]
The through hole of the container main body functions as a through hole for draining when washing the food to be cooked, and can be used even if the container main body is omitted.
[0011]
The space between the container body and the outer container can be formed by placing the upper edge portion of the container body on the upper edge portion of the side wall of the outer container. Furthermore, the space between the container main body and the outer container can also be formed by slidably contacting the side wall portion of the container main body with the side wall portion of the inner and outer containers. Thereby, the sealed space between the container body and the outer container can be easily created.
[0012]
The upper edge of the side wall of the container body has a rising part, a flange part, and an outer edge part that hangs downward from the outer peripheral edge part of the flange part, and the peripheral part of the lid is an inner part, a flange part, and a flange part. It has an outer edge part that hangs downward from the outer peripheral edge part of the container, the container body and the lid are attached, and the rising part of the container body is placed on the flange part of the outer container. it can. Thus, the container main body and the lid can be attached by fitting the upper edge of the side wall of the container main body to the peripheral edge of the lid.
[0013]
The lid can also be attached to the outer container. Thus, the container body can be used even when the container body is covered or the container body is removed and the outer container is covered.
[0014]
The present invention also includes a container body having an opening at the top and having a through-hole, and a lid that can be attached to the container body. When the container body is placed on the base, the bottom of the container body and the base A space that is sealed at room temperature and communicates with the inside of the container main body through a through hole is defined, and the lid does not come off from the container main body due to a rise in pressure generated during cooking. It is detachable when taking in and out the cooked product, and the bottom of the container body is lifted from the base by the pressure rise in the space generated during cooking, and the pressure is released. To do. According to the present invention, since the sealed space is formed between the bottom of the container body and the base, there is no need for an outer container.
[0015]

[0020]
The outer container 12 and the container main body 14 have substantially the same dimensions (however, the height of the container main body 14 is smaller than the height of the outer container 12), and the container main body 14 is disposed inside the outer container 12 as shown in FIG. can do. In this state, the inner edge portion 34 of the flange portion 28 of the outer container 12 and the outer edge portion 36 of the stepped portion 44 of the container body 14 come into contact with each other. That is, the upper part of the container body 14 is overlapped with the upper part of the outer container 12 in close contact with the entire periphery, and a space 60 (see FIG. 4A) is formed between the outer container 12 and the container body 14.
[0021]
The lid 16 is also integrally formed, and includes a circular lid main body 62 and an annular convex portion 64 having an inverted U-shaped cross section surrounding the outer edge of the lid main body 62, as shown in FIGS. The annular convex portion 64 bends the outer edge portion of the lid main body 62 upward to form an inner portion 66, and bends the upper edge portion of the inner portion 66 outward to form a flange portion 68. The outer edge 70 is formed by hanging the outer edge. The annular convex portion 64 is fitted to the upper edge 72 of the side wall of the container body 14 including the rising portion 46, the flange portion 48, and the outer edge portion 50 of the container main body 14, and the rising portion 26, the flange portion 28, and It is placed on the upper edge 74 of the side wall of the outer container 12 composed of the outer edge portion 30. A substantially semi-circular handle 76 is formed so as to protrude outward from a part of the lower end edge of the outer edge 70 of the lid 16.
[0022]
Next, the usage example of the cooking container 10 of the said structure is demonstrated.
[0023]
First, the to-be-cooked product 38 containing moisture such as vegetables is placed in the container body 14 of the cooking container 10, set in the outer container 12, and the lid 16 is attached to the container body 14 (see FIG. 4A). At this time, the inside of the cooking vessel 10 is a sealed space. And when this cooking container 10 is put into a microwave oven and heated, water vapor | steam will come out from the to-be-cooked item 38. FIG. The water vapor exits from the through hole 54 at the bottom of the container body 14 to the outside of the container body 14 (see arrow 82 in FIG. 4B), and fills the space 60 between the container body 14 and the outer container 12. The pressure inside rises. An upward force acts on the container main body 14 due to the pressure increase in the space 60, and the force acts on the container main body 14 due to the total weight of the container main body 14, the lid 16 and the cooked product 38 in the container main body 14. When the force becomes larger than the downward force, the container body 14 is lifted from the outer container 12 by the upward force. At this time, the outer edge portion of the stepped portion 44 of the container body 14 is separated from the inner edge portion 34 of the flange portion 28 of the outer container 12, and the water vapor inside the cooking container 10 escapes from there (see arrow 84 in FIG. 4 (b)). ). When the water vapor escapes and the pressure in the space 60 decreases, the container body 14 descends again and comes into close contact with the outer container 12 (the state shown in FIG. 4A). This action is repeated during cooking.
[0024]
According to the present embodiment, the pressure in the container body 14 varies depending on the weight of the product to be cooked 38 itself, and when the product to be cooked 38 is a heavy vegetable such as potato that takes time to cook, a relatively high pressure state is ensured. Can be cooked in a short time because it is like a pressure cooker. In addition, root vegetables such as potatoes have less moisture compared to leaf vegetables, and it takes a long time to cook, so when cooking with a microwave oven, the moisture evaporates during cooking and often dried excessively, According to the present embodiment, since the water vapor does not escape to the outside unless the pressure exceeds a predetermined pressure, a high humidity state is maintained, and drying of the cooked product 38 is prevented.
[0025]
Furthermore, the water vapor inside the cooking vessel 10 can be released to the outside without providing the lid 16 with a hole and its opening / closing mechanism. For this reason, the lid 16 can be easily manufactured, can be integrally formed, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, since there is no through-hole and no opening / closing mechanism in the lid, cleaning is easy and dirt does not collect easily.
[0026]
According to the present embodiment, when the item to be cooked is, for example, vegetables that need to be washed with water, since the through hole 54 is provided in the bottom 40 of the container body 14, the container body 14 is used as a washing machine. Can do. After washing with water, if the product to be cooked is set in the outer container 12 and cooked in a microwave oven, even if moisture falls to the bottom of the product to be cooked during cooking, It does not flow out and collect at the bottom 40 of the container body 14. Therefore, it is possible to avoid a state in which the lower part of the material is overheated by heated water molecules. Moreover, since the through-hole 54 is provided in the low part 58 provided in the bottom part 40, the drain of water is good. The hill 58 has a function of reinforcing the container body 14 and also forms a space below the container body 14 when the container body 14 is used and placed on a sink (sink) or the like to drain water. It is also used for further improvement.
[0027]
In addition, cooked items such as macaroni and spaghetti that require hot water draining after heating are set in an outer container 12 containing water in a container body 14 and boiled in a microwave oven. By simply removing the main body 14 from the outer container 12, the hot water can be easily drained. At this time, since the lid 16 is attached to the container main body 14, the steam from the container main body 14 does not hit the hand, and the hand is not hot when the hot water is cut off. Furthermore, in the case of a material that needs to be exposed to water after heating, such as somen and cold wheat, the container body 14 may be exposed to water as it is, which is convenient.
[0028]
In addition, in the case of dishes such as salads that do not heat vegetables, they may be used simply as a dish, but in this case as well, the vegetables can be drained, so a salad with little excess water can be made in a short time. .
[0029]
Since the lid 16 can be attached to both the container body 14 and the outer container 12, the cooking container 10 can cover the lid 16, whether the container body 14 is used or not used. Moreover, since the lid | cover 16 can be sealed only by fitting the annular convex part 64 of the lid | cover 16 in the side wall upper edges 72 and 74 of the upper part of the container main body 14 or the outer container 12, sealing work is easy. Further, since the handle portion 76 is attached, the lid 16 can be easily removed.
[0030]
Further, since the outer container 12 and the container main body 14 are formed with the hand-held portions 32 and 52, they are easy to hold at the time of use.
[0031]
The preferred first embodiment of the present invention has been described above, but it goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the first embodiment.
[0032]
For example, the method of placing the container body 14 on the outer container 12 is not limited to the shape of the present embodiment, and any method can be used as long as the sealed space 60 is formed by placing the container body 14 on the outer container 12. But you can. For example, as shown in FIG. 5 which is the second embodiment of the present invention, the lower portion 86 of the container body 14 may be placed on the upper edge 88 of the outer container 12. Or although not shown in figure, the aspect which provides a collar in the outer peripheral surface intermediate part of the side wall part 42 of the container main body 14, and makes the upper edge 88 of the outer container 12 contact | abut there is also considered.
[0033]
Further, when the container main body 14 is placed on a plate or a microwave turntable serving as a base on which the container main body 14 is placed, the outer container 12 may be omitted if the sealed space 60 is formed. . For example, as shown in FIG. 6 which is the third embodiment of the present invention, when the container body 14 is directly placed on the turntable 90 of the microwave oven, The sealed space 60 can also be formed with the upper surface of the turntable 90. In this case, the bottom surface of the hill 58 is preferably a flat surface over the entire circumference.
[0034]
Moreover, although the cooking container of this embodiment is circular, it is not limited to this, Various shapes, such as a rectangle, a rectangle, and an ellipse, may be sufficient. Moreover, the through-hole of the container main body 14 is not limited to plural, but may be one, and is not limited to what is arrange | positioned on a concentric circle, For example, you may arrange | position to a polygonal shape or a grid | lattice shape.
[0035]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, since the internal pressure at the time of cooking is adjusted by the weight of the cooked product itself, the cooking time of a heavy cooked product that is difficult to pass through can be shortened. In addition, foods that are low in moisture and heavy have often dried excessively when cooking time in a microwave oven is exceeded. However, steam does not escape to the outside if the pressure rises above a certain level. A high state is maintained and drying of a to-be-cooked item is prevented.
[0036]
In addition, a mechanism for escaping the vapor in the container body to the outside can be provided with a simple structure, and manufacturing is easy and manufacturing cost can be reduced. Further, since the structure is simple, it is easy to clean and hygienic. Moreover, since it can be used as it is for other cooking such as washing, draining and hot water cutting of the food to be cooked, it is convenient and saves time and effort.
