Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention relates to an adhesive interlining.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, an adhesive interlining is known in which an adhesive resin such as hot melt resin is attached in a dot shape to an interlining fabric such as a nonwoven fabric or a woven fabric. In some cases, the resin soaks into the interlining fabric, and sufficient adhesive strength cannot be obtained, or the adhesive resin oozes out on the back surface of the interlining fabric. Also known is an adhesive interlining in which a non-adhesive resin, for example, a heat-crosslinking resin, or a resin that does not melt at the bonding temperature is printed in a dot shape on the interlining cloth, and the adhesive resin is adhered on the print. In this interlining, since the adhesive resin is blocked by the print at the time of bonding and does not soak into the interlining base fabric, a high adhesive force is obtained and the adhesive resin does not ooze out on the back surface of the interlining base fabric. However, when this adhesive interlining is used on a thin outer material such as a blouse, the adhesive resin or print is visible through the outer surface side and is conspicuous, resulting in a reduction in commercial value.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The inventors of the present application have found an adhesive interlining having sufficient adhesive strength and invisible adhesive resin through the surface after bonding with the surface, and completed the present invention. An object of the present invention is to provide an excellent adhesive interlining that solves the problems of the adhesive interlining.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The present invention is an adhesive interlining having an adhesive resin through a non-adhesive resin on the surface of the interlining fabric, the adhesive resin does not contain a white pigment, and the non-adhesive resin includes a non-adhesive resin The content ratio is 1 to 60%, and the adhesive core contains a white pigment having a particle size of 0.1 to 30 μm .
[0005]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Interlining fabrics include non-woven fabrics, woven fabrics, and knitted fabrics, especially partially heat-bonded non-woven fabrics (point-seal non-woven fabrics) with a large number of point-like heat-bonded parts, hydroentangled non-woven fabrics, or chain stitches and denvi stitches on these non-woven fabrics. A composite of knitting structure by stitching such as is good.
[0006]
As the fiber, polyester fiber, nylon fiber, acrylic fiber and the like are preferable, and the fiber length is preferably 10 to 100 mm, more preferably 20 to 80 mm.
Also, the basis weight of the interlining base fabric preferably 10 to 50 g / m 2, and more preferably 15 to 40 g / m 2.
[0007]
The non-adhesive resin is preferably a resin that does not substantially melt when bonded to the outer surface, or a resin that undergoes crosslinking at the bonding temperature, such as an acrylic resin or a urethane-based resin. It is preferable to dispose on an interlining fabric by printing it in the form of an emulsion or the like in the form of dots and drying it.
[0008]
When printing in a dot shape, the diameter of the non-adhesive resin dot is preferably in the range of 0.1 to 1.0 mm, and more preferably in the range of 0.2 to 0.5 mm. If the diameter is larger than 1.0 mm, the resin may be transparent and noticeable. If the diameter is smaller than 0.1 mm, the amount of adhesive resin that can be placed on the non-adhesive resin is reduced, resulting in insufficient adhesive force. There is.
The number of dots is preferably 10 to 200 / cm 2 .
The adhesion area (print area) of the non-adhesive resin is desirably 3 to 20% of the surface of the interlining. If the adhesion area is larger than 20%, the touch becomes hard after adhesion, and if the adhesion area is smaller than 3%, the adhesion may be insufficient.
[0009]
As the adhesive resin, a thermoplastic resin having a melting point of 80 to 150 ° C. is preferable, and polyester resin, polyamide resin, polyolefin resin, and the like are particularly preferable.
[0010]
As a method of treating the adhesive resin on the non-adhesive resin, a method of adhering the adhesive resin powder on the non-adhesive resin, a method of printing the adhesive resin on the non-adhesive resin, or laminating in advance There is a method of placing a non-adhesive resin and an adhesive resin on an interlining fabric.
[0011]
Preferably 3 to 30 g / m 2 as a weight per unit area of the adhesive resin, 5 to 20 g / m 2 is more preferable. If the basis weight of the adhesive resin is more than 30 g / m 2 , the touch becomes hard after adhesion, and if the amount of adhesion is less than 3 g / m 2 , the adhesive strength may be insufficient.
[0012]
As the white pigment, a non-adhesive resin that can be changed from a transparent state to a cloudy state or white can be used, and titanium oxide, zinc white, lithopone, calcium sulfate, calcium carbonate and the like are preferable.
In particular, a small amount of titanium oxide may prevent the resin from being seen through.
The content ratio of the white pigment to the non-adhesive resin is 1 to 60%, more preferably 2 to 10%. From this, when the content ratio is small, the resin can be seen through, and when the content is large, peeling at the interface between the adhesive resin and the non-adhesive resin tends to occur, and as a result, the adhesive strength of the adhesive interlining and the dry cleaning resistance are reduced. There is.
[0013]
The diameter of the white pigment particles is preferably 0.1 to 30 μm, more preferably 0.1 to 10 μm. If the particle size is larger than 30 μm, it may be difficult to perform printing or the like, and the adhesive strength may be reduced. . Note that the white pigment may also be included in the adhesive resin.
[0014]
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically by way of examples.
【Example】
Examples and Comparative Examples Partially heat-bonded to a fiber web composed of 90% nylon fiber (fineness 1.2 denier, fiber length 38 mm) and 10% polyester fiber (fineness 1.2 denier, fiber length 38 mm) by a heated embossing roll. The non-woven fabric having a basis weight of 17 g / m 2 is blended with titanium oxide having a particle diameter of 1 μm at a ratio of 0% (comparative example), 2.6%, 3.4%, 4.2%, 10% (example). The paste made of the acrylate resin emulsion was printed in the form of dots at a diameter of 0.22 mm, 0.28 mm, and 0.32 mm, respectively, so that the number was 170 / cm 2 . Next, in the state where this print is sticky, a polyamide resin powder having a melting point of 120 ° C. is sprayed, the excess is wiped off, and then dried with a dryer at 130 ° C. Corresponding to the diameter, an adhesive core having a laminated structure on which adhesive resins having a basis weight of about 7 g / m 2 , 8 g / m 2 , and 9 g / m 2 were placed was obtained.
[0015]
(Resin evaluation)
