【従来の技術】
従来からエアコンの冷媒管のような配管を壁面に設けた取り出し口から引き出される部分において、引き出された配管の屈曲部分をカバーし且つ引き出した配管の壁面に沿わせた部分を保護する配管保護ダクトと接続するための壁面取り出し口カバーが知られている。

上記した図８に示す従来例にあっては、冷媒管のような配管の取り出し口に化粧プレートやパテなどの障害物があっても、両側への膨らみによりある程度までは障害物を含めてカバーすることができるが、しかし、窓と軒天井や梁やボーダ等の間などの狭い箇所に施工しなければならない場合など両側が膨らんでいるため、施工できず、施工するためには壁面取り出し口カバー８の一部を切り欠く必要があり、このように切り欠くと孔があいてしまって壁面取り出し口カバー８の後端部の孔あき部分と壁面との間に隙間が生じてしまって、この部分にはコーキングを充填することができず、水、ごみ、虫等が侵入するという不都合が生じてしまうという問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は上記の点に鑑みてなされたものであり、壁面に設けた取り出し口から配管を取り出す部分に化粧プレートやパテなどの障害物がある場合でもこれを含めてカバーできるように対応でき、また、設置個所が狭い箇所であっても、壁面取り出し口カバーに孔をあけることなく適応できて外観を損ねることがない壁面取り出し口カバーを提供することを課題とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記課題を解決するために本発明に係る壁面取り出し口カバーは、壁面１に設けられた取り出し口２から引き出される配管３の屈曲部分４を収納するための収納部５と、壁面１に沿って配設される配管保護ダクト６に接続する接続部７とを備えた壁面取り出し口カバー８において、収納部５はその側方の側壁部９が各々取り除き可能な外側壁部９ａと内側壁部９ｂとで構成された２重壁となっていることを特徴とするものである。このような構成とすることで、壁面１に設けた取り出し口２から配管３を取り出す部分に化粧プレートやパテなどの障害物１０がある場合には切り取り可能な内側壁部９ｂを切り取って壁面取り出し口カバー８内の収納部５の横巾を広くして化粧プレートやパテなどの障害物１０を含めて配管３の引き出し部分における屈曲部分４をカバーできるものであり、また、狭い箇所に取付ける場合には、外側壁部９ａを切り取ることで、孔をあけることなく外形を小さくして狭い箇所でも壁面取り出し口カバー８を取付けることができるものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明を添付図面に示す実施形態に基づいて説明する。

本発明に係る壁面取り出し口カバー８は図１に示すように、内部が収納部５となった本体部８ａと、本体部８ａに連続する配管保護ダクト６を接続するための接続部７とで構成してあり、壁面取り出し口カバー８は背方の全面及び接続部７側の先端面部が開口した形状をしている。ここで、接続部７の両側の接続部用側壁部９ｃは１重の壁部であるが、この接続部用側壁部９ｃに連続する収納部５の両側の側壁部９は各々取り除き可能な外側壁部９ａと内側壁部９ｂとで構成された２重壁となっている。収納部５の側壁部９の内側壁部９ｂと接続部用側壁部９ｃとは面一に連続しており、外側壁部９ａは内側壁部９ｂの外方に張り出して形成してあって、接続部用側壁部９ｃよりも外方に膨らんでいる。また、接続部用側壁部９ｃの後端部の両側には外方向に向けてフランジ１１が突出してあり、このフランジ１１の突出先端と外側壁部９ａとがほぼ面一となっている。フランジ１１にはネジ止め用の孔１２が設けてある。また、本体部８の接続部７と反対側の端部にもネジ止め用の孔１２が設けてある。

しかして、上記の構成の壁面取り出し口カバー８は、図２、図３に示すように、壁面１に設けられた取り出し口２からエアコンなどの配管３を引き出す部分において、引き出される配管３の屈曲部分４をカバーするように壁面１に取付けるものであり、この場合、取り出し口２から引き出された配管３の屈曲部分４を壁面取り出し口カバー８の収納部５に収納した状態で、壁面取り出し口カバー８のネジ止め用の孔１２からねじ１３を挿入して壁面１に固着するものである。

一方、図６のように窓の窓枠１６と軒天井１７や梁やボーダ等の間などの狭い箇所１８の壁面１に壁面取り出し口カバー８を配置して施工しなければならないような場合には、２重壁となった側壁部９のうち片側の外側壁部９ａ又は両側の外側壁部９ａを切り取って狭い箇所に配置して取付けるものである（図７の実施形態では片側の外側壁部９ａのみを切り欠いた例を示しているが、当然両側の外側壁部９ａを切り欠く場合もある）。このように狭い箇所に取付けるために外側壁部９ａを切り欠いても、内側に内側壁部９ｂが残っているため、壁面取り出し口カバー８に孔などがあくことがなく、壁面取り出し口カバー８の後端部の壁面１への当接部分の周囲にコーキング材を充填するに当たって何ら支障がなく、水やその他のごみや虫の侵入を防ぐことができるとともに外観も悪くならないものである。

壁面１に設けた取り出し口２から引き出した配管３は引き出した部分を屈曲して該屈曲部分４を上記のようにして壁面取り出し口カバー８により覆うのであるが、引き出した配管３は屈曲部分４から先を壁面１に沿わせて空調機の室外機１５まで導くものである。この壁面１に沿わせている配管３は配管保護ダクト６でカバーして保護するものであり、配管保護ダクト６は壁面１に取付けると共に端部を壁面取り出し口カバー８に設けた接続部７に嵌め込んで接続するものである。

【発明の効果】
上記のように本発明にあっては、壁面に設けられた取り出し口から引き出される配管の屈曲部分を収納するための収納部と、壁面に沿って配設される配管保護ダクトに接続する接続部とを備えた壁面取り出し口カバーにおいて、収納部はその側方の側壁部が各々取り除き可能な外側壁部と内側壁部とで構成された２重壁となっているので、壁面に設けた取り出し口から配管を取り出す部分に化粧プレートやパテなどの障害物がある場合には切り取り可能な内側壁部を切り取って壁面取り出し口カバー内の収納部の横巾を広くして化粧プレートやパテなどの障害物を含めて配管の引き出し部分における屈曲部分をカバーできて、この場合には外側壁部が残っているので、壁面取り出し口カバーの後端部の壁面との当接部分にコーキングを充填して水、ごみ、虫等の侵入を防止することができるとともに外観が悪くならないものであり、また、狭い箇所に取付ける必要がある場合には、外側壁部を切り取ることで、孔をあけることなく外形を小さくして狭い箇所でも壁面取り出し口カバーを取付けることができて、この場合には内側壁部が残っているので、壁面取り出し口カバーの後端部の壁面との当接部分にコーキングを充填して水、ごみ、虫等の侵入を防止することができるとともに外観が悪くならないものである。
