【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記の建築物を形成するには、盛り土による覆土量を最小限にするために屋根は勾配屋根が適し、その勾配屋根の表面に防水処理を施し、その上に高さ約1m程度の盛り土をして樹木を植栽する必要がある。そして、半永久的な覆土の保持と、勾配屋根の完全な防水性及び樹木が生育するための適度の保水性が要求される。特に、覆土については集中豪雨時にも土砂流出しないこと、地震時に建物の揺れにより崩壊しないこと等が強く要求される。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記の目的を達成するための手段として、本発明は、勾配屋根の上に覆土して植栽する場合において、前記勾配屋根の上に段型コンクリートを打設すると共に、この段型コンクリートの端部にコッターコンクリートを打設し、これらを含めて勾配屋根の表面に防水層を設けて被覆し、この防水層の上に押さえコンクリートを打設してその上に透水性マットを敷設し、更に前記押さえコンクリートに下部が固定された土留め部材を立設したことを特徴とする勾配屋根の覆土構造を要旨とする。
又、防水層は、下から順に防水塗膜と、ポリエチレンフィルム又は不織布と、シート系防水材と、両面ポリエチレンフィルム付きポリスチレンフォーム等の断熱材とから構成されていること、
断熱材は、押さえコンクリートに浸入した水を排出するための溝が設けられたこと、

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態を添付図面に基づいて詳説する。
図1において、1は建物本体であり、その勾配屋根2の躯体コンクリート上に段型コンクリート3が傾斜面に沿って複数段打設されると共に、その水平面部3aの下位側端部にコッターコンクリート4がそれぞれ設けられている。

5は防水層であり、前記段型コンクリート3及びコッターコンクリート4を含めて勾配屋根2の表面全体を被覆するようにして設けられる。この防水層5は、図3に示すように一番下が防水塗膜6であり、その防水塗膜6上にポリエチレンフィルム又は不織布7を敷き、その上にシート系防水材8を張り、更にその上に両面ポリエチレンフィルム付きポリスチレンフォーム等から成る断熱材9が取り付けられた複層構造になっている。又、前記断熱材9の下部には、勾配屋根2の傾斜方向に沿って排水用の溝9aが設けられている。

上記のように構成された本発明に係る勾配屋根の覆土構造においては、防水の養生を兼ねた前記押さえコンクリート10が、覆土13の重量や建物本体1の地震時の揺れ等によって滑らないか、又覆土13自体が雨水等により滑らないかの懸念が生じるが、本発明の場合はこれらの滑りに対して充分な対策が施されている。

即ち、押さえコンクリート10の滑りに対しては、前記段型コンクリート3により水平位が保持され、且つその水平面部3aの下位側端部に設けられたコッターコンクリート4がストッパーの作用をなすので、押さえコンクリート10の滑落が確実に防止され勾配屋根2上に安定良く保持される。

一方、覆土13の滑りに対しては、前記土留め部材12により覆土13の滑りが充分に防止される。従って、集中豪雨時にも、覆土13を安定良く保持することができ、覆土13中に浸透した雨水等は前記透水性マット11により速やかに集水され、過剰の雨水は勾配屋根2の上部を流下して外部に排出される。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、勾配屋根に段型コンクリート及びその上にコッターコンクリートを打設すると共に、土留め部材を設けしかも格子状部材とネットで二重構造としたので、覆土の保持機能を充分発揮させることができ、集中豪雨時又は地震時にも覆土を充分に保持し、滑落や崩壊を未然に防止する効果を奏する。
又、勾配屋根の表面に複層から成る防水層を設けると共に、その上に押さえコンクリートを打設したので、半永久的な優れた防水機能を発揮させることができ、これにより勾配屋根の雨漏りを完全に防止する効果を奏する。
更に、押さえコンクリートの上に透水性マットを敷設したので、集中降雨時には覆土に浸入した過剰の雨水を速やかに排水すると共に、適度の雨水を保持して樹木生育のための保水機能を発揮させることができる等の優れた効果を奏する。
