本発明は移動式桟橋に関するものであり、特に、トンネルのインバート施工に使用する移動式桟橋に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、トンネル工事に於いてインバート施工する際、切羽からのずりを搬出する作業車両を通過させるために、図6に示すような移動式桟橋1を使用することが知られている。同図に於いて、2は車両走行用の架台であり、該架台2の下部に前後進用の車輪3とジャッキ4が装着され、該架台2の前後(同図にて左側が前方向、即ち切羽側とする)に傾斜板5が設けられている。

前記移動式桟橋1はトンネルの片方側に設置され、架台2の側方即ちトンネルの他方側をインバート施工する。そして、トンネルの他方側の施工が終了した後に、前記移動式桟橋1をトンネルの他方側へ横移動させ、前記トンネルの片方側をインバート施工する。この間、作業車両は傾斜板5を上って架台2の上面を走行する。

前記移動式桟橋1を横移動させるには、先ず前後の吊上げ用シリンダ6を収縮して傾斜板5の先端部を吊上げ、図7(a)に示すように、ジャッキ4を伸長して架台2を上昇する。そして、車輪3を地盤から浮上させた状態で、図7(b)に示すように、横行用シリンダ7を収縮して車輪フレーム8を横行させる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、ジャッキと横行用シリンダの作動により、車輪フレームと架台とを交互に横行させながら移動式桟橋を横移動させるには、30〜40分程度の時間を要するので作業効率が良好ではない。また、車輪フレームと架台とがずれた状態となるため安定性が悪く、横移動時に若干の危険性を伴っていた。更に、横行部分の剛性を高めるため製作コストが高騰する。

そこで、主としてトンネルのインバート施工に使用される移動式桟橋を、簡易且つ迅速に横移動できるようにするために解決すべき技術的課題が生じてくるのであり、本発明はこの課題を解決することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するために提案されたものであり、車両走行用の架台の下部に複数個のジャッキを設け、該ジャッキの下端部に前後進用の車輪を装着するとともに、前記架台の下部に横移動用のクローラを設け、更に、架台上面と地盤との間に架設される傾斜板を前記架台の前後に取り付けた移動式桟橋を提供するものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態を図面に従って詳述する。図1乃至図3に於いて、符号11はトンネルのインバート施工に使用する移動式桟橋を示し、該移動式桟橋11には車両走行用の架台12が設けられており、該架台12の下部に複数個のジャッキ13を設け、該ジャッキ13の下端部に前後進用の車輪14a,14bを装着する。該ジャッキ13は少なくとも架台12下部の四隅に設け、切羽側(図1にて左側が切羽側、即ち前方向とする)の車輪14aはタイヤを使用し、坑口側の車輪14bは鉄輪を使用しており、各車輪14a,14bは架台12の自重を支えられる強度を有している。

また、前記架台12の下部には横移動用のクローラ15が設けられている。該クローラ15は前記車輪14a,14bの近傍に横向きに取り付けられ、油圧モータによって駆動される。同図はインバート掘削時或いはインバートコンクリート打設時の移動式桟橋11の状態を示し、前記ジャッキ13を伸長して車輪14a,14bが接地しており、架台12が上昇して該クローラ15は地盤から離反している。

一方、前記架台12の前後に、架台12の上面と地盤との間に架設される傾斜板16を夫々取り付けてあり、ワイヤロープ17の巻上げにより該傾斜板16の先端部を吊り上げ可能に形成してある。尚、図示は省略するが、前記架台12と傾斜板16の夫々の下方部には、車両通行時の補強材として所々に支柱を仮設しておく。

前記移動式桟橋11はトンネルの片方側に設置され、架台12の側方即ちトンネルの他方側をインバート施工する。この間、作業車両は一方の傾斜板16を上って架台12の上面を走行し、反対側の傾斜板16から下りるので、インバート施工中であっても、作業車両の通行に支障を来すことがない。そして、トンネルの他方側の施工が終了した後に、前記移動式桟橋11をトンネルの他方側へ横移動させ、前記トンネルの片方側をインバート施工する。

前記移動式桟橋11を横移動させるには、図4及び図5に示すように、前記ジャッキ13を収縮して架台12を下降させることにより、クローラ15が接地して車輪14a,14bが地盤から浮上する。このとき、架台12の自重はクローラ15によって支える。クローラ15の接地に前後して、前記ワイヤロープ17を巻上げて傾斜板16の先端部を地盤から離反させる。斯かる状態でクローラ15を駆動すれば、架台12及び車輪14a,14b等が一体に移動し、前記移動式桟橋11をトンネルの他方側へ横移動させることができる。

以上説明したように、本発明の移動用桟橋は架台の下部に設けたジャッキの下端部に前後進用の車輪を装着するとともに、該架台の下部に横移動用のクローラを設けてあるので、ジャッキを収縮した状態ではクローラが接地して架台を支え、車輪が地盤から浮上する。斯かる状態でクローラを駆動することにより、移動用桟橋を簡易且つ迅速に横移動させることができる。従って、横移動の時間が著しく短縮され、作業効率が向上する。

また、横移動時はクローラによって架台を支えるため、凹凸のある地盤や軟弱な地盤であっても極めて安定して架台を移動でき、横移動時の安全性が高い。更に、汎用のクローラを利用できるので横行部を安価に形成でき、移動用桟橋のコストダウンに寄与できる等、正に諸種の効果を奏する発明である。
