BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a painting roller brush used for painting by impregnating a water-absorbing rotating roller with a paint.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, it is desirable that a roller of a painting roller brush be able to hold a large amount of paint from the standpoint of improving the efficiency of painting work and preventing the paint from dripping. Many covers are used.
[0003]
However, the roller cover has a rough texture on the surface of the sponge and a raised state of the nap, resulting in insufficient adhesion to the painted surface, and is unsatisfactory in the finish of the painted surface. In addition, since the porosity of the sponge or nap that holds the paint is low, it has a disadvantage that it droops when the concentration of the paint is low, contaminates the surroundings and impairs workability.
[0004]
Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 5-74679 discloses a roller brush for painting, in which a brush surface-constituting fabric made of fibers knitted with super fine yarn is attached to the surface of a roller body that is rotatably attached. This roller brush has high adhesion to the painted surface and extremely high water retention due to the properties of the fibers resulting from the use of ultra-fine yarn, so that a smooth painted surface is obtained, paint dripping is less, The drawbacks of the roller described above are eliminated.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, since this roller brush is made by adhering the brush surface constituting cloth material to the circumferential surface of the roller body, there is a seam of the pasted brush surface constituting cloth material. It has the disadvantages that remain.
[0006]
In addition, although the brush surface construction cloth material made of ultra-fine yarn has a high impregnation rate of the paint, the roller of this roller brush applies the cloth material to the roller body (core) formed of paper material or synthetic resin material. The amount of paint held on the roller cover is regulated by the thickness of the cloth material. Therefore, there was a dissatisfaction with the direction in which a larger area was desired by one impregnation operation of the paint.
[0007]
Further, when the brush surface constituting cloth material is worn, the entire roller has to be replaced, which is uneconomical.
[0008]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and provides an economical roller brush that can obtain a smooth painted surface without leaving traces of the roller surface and can sufficiently hold the paint on the roller. It is an object.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is knitted in a loop shape with super fine yarn on the surface of a roller body in which a roller cover made of an absorbent pad is wound around a core rotatably attached to a handle. Roller made into a brush surface by detachably covering a tubular fabric body having no seams with super knitted fabric made of ultra-fine fibers so that it does not fall off from the

【The invention's effect】
The present invention is implemented in the form as described above, and has the following effects.
[0028]
By seamlessly covering the surface of the roller body with a seamless tubular fabric made of ultrafine fibers knitted in a loop with ultrafine yarn, the seamless tubular fabric becomes a brush surface on the painted surface. The contact makes it possible to obtain a very smooth and high-quality finished surface with super fine fibers that do not leave traces of seams.
[0029]
Further, by forming a roller by using a well-known water-absorbing roller cover as a roller body and covering this with a tubular cloth body, the entire roller can be suspended without impregnating with a large amount of paint. Therefore, according to the brush by this roller, it is possible to paint a large area by one dipping operation of the paint, and the painting work is made efficient in addition to the above effects.
[0030]
Moreover, the roller brush for painting according to the present invention can use a ready-made roller cover as a roller body, and therefore can be supplied very easily and inexpensively.
[0031]
In addition, by closing the end surface of the tubular cloth body and making the tip of the roller a vertical brush surface, it is possible to paint both the flat surface of the coated body and the perpendicular surface and its corners at the same time. Significant progress and further efficiency.
[0032]
Conventionally, the roller cover has been completely replaced when the brush surface is worn or damaged, whereas the tubular cloth body that is the brush surface can be easily attached to and detached from the roller body, so if only the tubular cloth body is replaced, Well and economical. Moreover, since the tubular cloth body can be removed and washed, maintenance of the brush surface is easy.
