【0041】
R21=R22=R24 ・・・(1)
R23=3・R24 ・・・(2)
【0043】
R12=R13=R14=R15 ・・・(3)
R11=R12/2 ・・・(4)

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a magnetic marker detection device and a magnetic marker detection method, and in particular, a magnetic marker that detects the position of a magnetic marker that emits a magnetic field using a plurality of magnetic detection units arranged side by side in a predetermined direction of a moving body. The present invention relates to a detection device and a magnetic marker detection method.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 9-229689, a magnetic marker detection that detects the position of a magnetic marker that emits a magnetic field embedded at predetermined intervals on a road using a magnetic detection unit such as a magnetoresistive element The device is known. In such an apparatus, a plurality of magnetic detection units are arranged in a line in the vehicle width direction of the vehicle, and each outputs a signal corresponding to the strength of the magnetic field flowing therethrough. The output signal of each magnetic detection unit is supplied to a central processing unit (hereinafter referred to as CPU). The CPU calculates the distribution of the magnetic field strength based on the output signal of each magnetic detection unit, and detects the position of the magnetic detection unit having the maximum magnetic field strength in the distribution as the position where the magnetic marker has passed. Therefore, according to the conventional apparatus, the position of the magnetic marker can be accurately detected based on the output signal of each magnetic detection unit, and as a result, the position where the vehicle travels on the road can be accurately detected. Is possible.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the magnetic marker detection device described above is mounted on a vehicle that can travel at a high speed, the position of the next magnetic marker should be detected during the process of detecting the position of one magnetic marker. It is necessary to ensure that the situation does not occur. Therefore, when detecting the position of the magnetic marker on the road, it is required to perform detection processing at high speed. However, in the above conventional apparatus, since the magnitude of the magnetic field strength is detected based on the output signal of each magnetic detection unit, the burden on the CPU becomes excessive when there are a large number of magnetic detection units. In some cases, the detection process cannot be performed at high speed.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a magnetic marker detection device and a magnetic marker detection method capable of quickly detecting the position of a magnetic marker that emits a magnetic field with a simple configuration. With the goal.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
According to the first aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plurality of magnetic detectors that are arranged side by side in a predetermined direction of the moving body and each output a signal corresponding to the intensity of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic marker laid on the road. A magnetic marker detection device that detects the position of the magnetic marker relative to the moving body based on an output signal of each magnetic detection unit,
The output signal satisfies the predetermined magnetic field strength condition In addition, the output signal of at least one of the adjacent magnetic detectors also satisfies the predetermined magnetic field strength condition. Of the magnetic detector , Magnetic detection unit detection means for detecting two magnetic detection units satisfying a predetermined positional requirement;
Magnetic marker position setting means for setting the center of the position of the two magnetic detection parts detected by the magnetic detection part detection means as the position of the magnetic marker;
It is achieved by a magnetic marker detection device comprising:
[0006]
According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided a plurality of magnetic detection devices, each of which outputs a signal corresponding to the strength of a magnetic field generated by a magnetic marker arranged on a road and arranged in a predetermined direction. A magnetic marker detection method for detecting a position of the magnetic marker with respect to the moving body based on an output signal of the unit,
The output signal satisfies the predetermined magnetic field strength condition In addition, the output signal of at least one of the adjacent magnetic detectors also satisfies the predetermined magnetic field strength condition. Of the magnetic detector , A magnetic detection unit detecting step of detecting two magnetic detection units satisfying a predetermined positional requirement;
A magnetic marker position setting step of setting the center of the position of the two magnetic detection units detected by the magnetic detection unit detection step as the position of the magnetic marker;
It is achieved by the magnetic marker detection method characterized by comprising.
[0007]
In the first and eighth aspects of the invention, the plurality of magnetic detectors are arranged side by side in a predetermined direction of the moving body, and each output a signal corresponding to the intensity of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic marker laid on the road. The magnetic detection unit detection means or the detection process is such that the output signal satisfies a predetermined magnetic field strength condition In addition, the output signal of at least one of the adjacent magnetic detectors also satisfies the predetermined magnetic field strength condition. Among the magnetic detection units, two magnetic detection units satisfying a predetermined positional requirement are detected. And a magnetic marker position setting means or a setting process sets the center of the position of those two magnetic detection parts as a position which the magnetic marker passed. In such a configuration, when detecting the position of the magnetic marker, it is not necessary to detect the magnitude of the magnetic field intensity itself based on the output signal of the magnetic detection unit, and whether or not the output signal satisfies a predetermined magnetic field strength condition. What is necessary is just to determine. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to quickly detect the position of the magnetic marker that generates a magnetic field with a simple configuration.
[0008]
By the way, the vertical magnetic field components of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic marker are approximately the same on the concentric circles and become smaller as the distance from the center position increases. Therefore, it can be determined that the magnetic marker is present at the center of the positions of the two magnetic detection units located at both ends in the predetermined direction among the magnetic detection units in which the output signal represents a vertical magnetic field component having a predetermined threshold value or more.
[0009]
Therefore, as described in
Output signal determination means for determining whether an output signal of the magnetic detection unit represents a vertical magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold;
The magnetic detection unit detection unit includes two magnetic detection units located at both ends in the predetermined direction among the magnetic detection units determined by the output signal determination unit to output a vertical magnetic field component equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value. The magnetic detection unit may be detected.
[0010]
Further, the horizontal magnetic field component of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic marker is almost zero immediately above the magnetic marker, increases as the distance from the position increases, and decreases after the distance reaches a predetermined value. Accordingly, the position of the magnetic detection unit located at one end in the predetermined direction among the magnetic detection units in which the output signal represents a horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value in one direction, and the output signal in a direction opposite to the one direction. It can be determined that a magnetic marker is present at the center of the position of the magnetic detection unit located at the other end in the predetermined direction among the magnetic detection units representing the horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value.
[0011]
Therefore, as described in claim 5, in the magnetic marker detection device according to
First output signal discrimination means for discriminating whether or not the output signal of the magnetic detection unit represents a horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value in one direction;
A second output signal discriminating unit for discriminating whether or not the output signal of the magnetic detection unit represents a horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value in a direction opposite to the one direction; The part detection means is provided at one end of the predetermined direction among the magnetic detection parts determined by the first output signal determination means that the output signal represents a horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than the threshold value in the one direction. First detection means for detecting the magnetic detection unit located;
The other end in the predetermined direction among the magnetic detection units determined by the second output signal determination means that the output signal represents a horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value in the direction opposite to the one direction. Second detection means for detecting the magnetic detection unit located at a position;
It is good also as providing.
[0012]
As described in
The magnetic detection unit detection means includes a magnetic field detection unit having a vertical magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value at both ends of the predetermined direction in the magnetic detection unit. A magnetic marker detection device that detects two magnetic detection units positioned to prevent erroneous detection of a magnetic detection unit serving as a reference for detection of a magnetic marker due to noise or the like This is effective in suppressing a decrease in detection accuracy of the magnetic marker position.
[0013]
In the present invention, the magnetic detection unit detection means represents a vertical magnetic field component whose own output signal is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value, and an output signal of one adjacent magnetic detection unit is also a vertical magnetic field component greater than or equal to the predetermined threshold value. Among the magnetic detection units representing, two magnetic detection units located at both ends are detected. That is, even when the output signal of the self represents a vertical magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, if the output signal of the adjacent magnetic detection unit does not satisfy the condition, the magnetic detection unit is connected to the magnetic marker. It is not detected as a magnetic detection unit serving as a reference for detection. For this reason, according to the present invention, it is avoided to use a magnetic detection unit that represents a vertical magnetic field component whose output signal is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value due to noise or the like for detection of a magnetic marker.
[0014]
Further, as described in claim 6, in the magnetic marker detection device according to
The magnetic detection unit detecting means includes the predetermined one of the magnetic detection units in which the output signal of the self and the output signal of the adjacent one of the magnetic detection units represent a horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value in one direction. First detection means for detecting the magnetic detection unit located at one end in the direction;
Among the magnetic detection units, the output signal of the self and the output signal of the adjacent one of the magnetic detection units represent a horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value in the direction opposite to the one direction. Second detection means for detecting the magnetic detection unit located at the other end;
The magnetic marker detection device characterized by comprising the detection of the position of the magnetic marker by suppressing erroneous detection of the magnetic detection unit serving as a reference for detection of the magnetic marker due to noise or the like This is effective in suppressing a decrease in accuracy.
[0015]
In the present invention, the magnetic detection unit detection means represents a horizontal magnetic field component whose own output signal is greater than or equal to a predetermined threshold value in one direction, and the output signal of one adjacent magnetic detection unit is also predetermined in one direction. Among the magnetic detection units representing the horizontal magnetic field component equal to or greater than the threshold value, the magnetic detection unit located at one end in the arrangement direction of the magnetic detection units is detected, and the output signal of the self is output in a direction opposite to the one direction. Among the magnetic detectors that represent a horizontal magnetic field component that is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value and that also represents an output signal of one adjacent magnetic detection unit that is equal to or greater than the predetermined threshold value in a direction opposite to the one direction. Thus, the magnetic detection unit located at the other end in the arrangement direction is detected. That is, if the output signal of the adjacent magnetic detection unit does not satisfy the condition even if its own output signal satisfies the predetermined condition, the magnetic detection unit is used as a reference for detection of the magnetic marker. It is not detected as a magnetic detection unit. For this reason, according to the present invention, it is avoided to use a magnetic detection unit that represents a vertical magnetic field component whose output signal is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value due to noise or the like for detection of a magnetic marker.
[0016]
Further, as described in
The magnetic detection unit detecting means includes a magnetic field detection unit that outputs a vertical magnetic field component having an output signal equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, and a difference in output signal between the adjacent magnetic detection unit is less than a predetermined value. Among them, the magnetic marker detection device that detects the two magnetic detection units located at both ends in the predetermined direction is effective in suppressing a decrease in detection accuracy of the position of the magnetic marker.
[0017]
In the present invention, the magnetic detection unit detection means represents a vertical magnetic field component whose own output signal is equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold, and a difference between the output signal of the own magnetic detection unit and the output signal of the adjacent magnetic detection unit is less than a predetermined value. Among the magnetic detection units, the two magnetic detection units located at both ends are detected. That is, even if the output signal of the self represents a vertical magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold value, if the difference between the output signals from adjacent magnetic detection units is less than the predetermined value, the magnetic detection unit is It is not detected as a magnetic detection unit serving as a reference for marker detection. In such a configuration, only those having an output signal representing a vertical magnetic field component equal to or greater than a predetermined threshold and having a peak value close to the peak value are detected as a magnetic detection unit serving as a reference for detecting the magnetic marker. For this reason, according to the present invention, even when the magnetic marker actually passes near the ends of the plurality of magnetic detection units, it is avoided that the position of the magnetic marker is greatly shifted. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to suppress a decrease in detection accuracy of the position of the magnetic marker.
[0018]
Furthermore, as described in
The magnetic field strength between the magnetic detection units adjacent to each other is determined based on the output signals of both magnetic detection units. Linearly or curvilinearly based on the detected magnetic field strength Magnetic field strength interpolation means for interpolation;
Based on the magnetic field strength represented by the output signal of each magnetic detection unit and the magnetic field strength interpolated by the magnetic field strength interpolation means, two magnetic field strengths having a predetermined magnetic field strength on a line segment connecting the plurality of magnetic detection units Predetermined magnetic field strength position detecting means for detecting a position;
Magnetic marker position setting means for setting the center of two positions detected by the predetermined magnetic field strength position detection means as the position of the magnetic marker;
And a signal corresponding to the intensity of the magnetic field generated by the magnetic marker arranged side by side in a predetermined direction and laid on the road as defined in claim 9. A magnetic marker detection method for detecting a position of the magnetic marker with respect to the moving body based on output signals of a plurality of magnetic detection units that respectively output,
The magnetic field strength between the magnetic detection units adjacent to each other is determined based on the output signals of both magnetic detection units. Linearly or curvilinearly based on the detected magnetic field strength Interpolating magnetic field strength interpolation process;
Based on the magnetic field strength represented by the output signal of each magnetic detection unit and the magnetic field strength interpolated by the magnetic field strength interpolation means, two magnetic field strengths having a predetermined magnetic field strength on a line segment connecting the plurality of magnetic detection units A predetermined magnetic field strength position detecting step for detecting a position;
A magnetic marker position setting step of setting the center of the two positions detected by the predetermined magnetic field strength position detection step as the position of the magnetic marker;
The magnetic marker detection method including the above is effective for improving the detection accuracy of the position of the magnetic marker without increasing the number of magnetic detection units.
[0019]
In the present invention, the magnetic field strength between adjacent magnetic detectors is based on the output signals of both magnetic detectors. Linearly or curvilinearly based on the detected magnetic field strength Interpolated. Based on the magnetic field strength represented by the output signal of each magnetic detection unit and the interpolated magnetic field strength, two positions where the magnetic field strength becomes a predetermined magnetic field strength are detected on a line segment connecting the plurality of magnetic detection units. The center of these two positions is set as the position of the magnetic marker. In such a configuration, an accurate position at which a predetermined magnetic field strength appears can be detected as a reference position for detecting the position of the magnetic marker even if the magnetic detection units adjacent to each other are separated from each other. Therefore, according to the present invention, it is possible to improve the detection accuracy of the position of the magnetic marker without increasing the number of magnetic detection units.
