【従来の技術】
従来、軒樋へ枯葉やゴミが入って、軒樋が詰まり、軒樋から雨水が溢れだしたりすることがあり、軒樋へ枯葉やゴミが入るのを防ぐ方法としては、市販されている丸ネットを使う方法と、実開昭63−127534号公報に記載されている枯葉よけネットと引掛片付きの受け具を使う方法等とがある。

前者の市販品のものは、軒樋施工前に予め軒樋吊具に銅線を付けておき、軒樋施工後、軒樋の径より小さく丸めた枯葉よけネットを軒樋の中に差し込んで、この枯葉よけネットを軒樋吊具に取り付けられた銅線で巻いて止めるもので、簡単なものである。
後者のものは、軒樋の両側の耳部に引掛片付きの受け具を取り付け、両側の引掛片間に軒樋の上面開口を覆う枯葉よけネットを取り付けるものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記の市販品のものは、軒樋吊具に取り付けられた銅線で枯葉よけネットを巻いて止めるもので、軒樋吊具毎に、銅線で枯葉よけネットを巻くのに手間が掛かったり、枯葉よけネットに溜まった枯葉やゴミを取り除くのに手間が掛かったり、枯葉よけネットを巻いた銅線が下方から見えることがあり、美観が悪いという問題があった。
又、実開昭63−127534号公報に記載されているものは、高所の見えにくいところで、受け具を軒樋の両側の耳部の嵌着したり、引掛片に枯葉よけネットを取り付けることは手間がかかり、取付工数がかかる。

近年、軒樋のデザインが変わり、屋外側側壁を屋内側側壁より高くして、屋外側壁の上部を屋内側に傾斜させた軒樋が多く使われており、これらの軒樋を使うと、屋外側壁の先端と軒先との間の距離が短くなっている。
このような軒樋に対して、実開昭63−127534号公報に記載のものを使うと、軒樋の屋外側側壁先端と軒先との間が狭いため、軒樋の両側の耳部に引掛片付きの受け具を取り付け、両側の引掛片間に軒樋の上面開口を覆う枯葉よけネットを取り付けるは手間が掛かるという問題があった。又、軒樋の両側の耳部で受け具の端部に取り付けているため、受け具及び枯葉よけネットの端部が下方から見えることがあり、美観が悪いという問題があった。

本発明の目的は、上記問題に着目してなされたもので、取付が簡単で、手間取らず、美観が良い枯葉よけネット取付構造を提供するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の目的を達成するためになされたもので、本発明は、軒先取付部と、この軒先取付部から屋外側に向けて突設された支持部材とからなる軒樋吊具に枯葉よけネットが取り付けられた枯葉よけネット取付構造であって、支持部材は、屋外側耳保持部と、屋内側耳保持部と、屋外側耳保持部と屋内側耳保持部を一連に繋ぐ腕部とからなり、この腕部には、長手方向に沿って上方に向けて突設された係止突部が一体に設けられ、この係止突部に枯葉よけネットが円筒形に丸められて取り付けられているものである。

本発明の軒樋吊具の材質は、合成樹脂、金属等が使用されるが、軽量、防錆、耐久性の点で合成樹脂がよく、合成樹脂の中でも、ポリカーボネート樹脂、又は、硬質塩化ビニル樹脂が好ましい。又、軒樋吊具と係止突部とは、射出成形法で一体に製造すると、美観の点で、好ましい。

本発明の枯葉よけネットの材質は、合成樹脂、金属等が使用されるが、軽量、防錆、耐久性の点で合成樹脂がよく、合成樹脂の中でも、高密度ポリエチレン樹脂、又は、硬質塩化ビニル樹脂が好ましい。

本発明の係止突部の形状は軒樋吊具に設けられ、枯葉よけネットを取り付けることができれば、適宜な形状でよく、例えば、支持部材の腕部のほぼ中央部に長手方向に沿って係止突部を設け、この係止突部の形状を開口部が上方に向けた半円形の小帯状体にし、この半円形の小帯状体の両端先端部を互いに内側に向けてほぼ水平に折り曲げて係止爪を設けておくと、枯葉よけネットを丸めて開口部より半円形の係止突部に嵌め、丸めた枯葉よけネットを元に戻すことによって、枯葉よけネットの両端部を係止突部の両端部の係止爪で引っ掛けることができ、軒樋吊具に枯葉よけネットをしっかりと取り付けることができるので、好ましい。

軒樋吊具1はポリカーボネート樹脂製で、軒先取付部11と、この軒先取付部11から屋外側に向けて突設された支持部材12とからなっている。
軒先取付部11には、両端部に2個づつの取付孔13が設けられ、ほぼ中央部上端部より屋外側に向けて支持部材12が突設されている。

次に、軒樋吊具1と枯葉よけネット2と軒樋3との取付方法及び作用について説明する。
軒先の鼻隠し板4に軒樋吊具1を所定位置に複数個取り付け、この複数個の軒樋吊具1の屋外側耳保持部14に軒樋3の屋外側耳部31を差し込み、屋外側耳部31の軸を中心に回動させ、屋内側耳保持部15に屋内側耳部32を差し込み、順次軒樋吊具1に軒樋3を取り付ける。
次に、円筒形の枯葉よけネット2を丸め、枯葉よけネット2の径を小さくして、支持部材12の腕部16の係止突部17に上方から嵌めて、枯葉よけネット2を元に戻し、枯葉よけネット2の両端部を係止突部17の係止爪19で枯葉よけネットを引っ掛けて、係止させ、枯葉よけネット2を軒樋吊具1にしっかりと取り付ける。
順次、複数個の軒樋吊具4に複数個の枯葉よけネット2を取り付ける。
