本発明は、ショーケース等の陳列用ケースの構造に係り、より詳しくは陳列用ケースにおける開閉扉等の構造に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
物品の陳列用ケースとして、例えばケース本体の立方体状の枠体の外面を、底板、天板、左右両側板、正面板及び背板にて囲み、そのうち左右両側板と、正面板と、所望によっては背面板とを、透明ガラス板にて構成し、前記左右側板、正面板、背板のいずれか一つを蝶番（ヒンジ手段）を介して開閉可能な開閉扉となるように構成し、この開閉扉を開いて、ケース本体内に陳列すべき物品を出し入れすることは従来から周知の構造である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、開閉扉の基端部と、ケース本体における枠体とを連結する蝶番（ヒンジ手段）の部分は一般的に金属部品であり、開閉扉がガラス板のような透明材料から構成しているときには前記蝶番（ヒンジ手段）の箇所が外から透けて見えることになり、見苦しい。

また、開閉扉の上下端部等は、当該開閉扉を閉じたときには、前記枠体の外面に対して対面することになるから、その対面箇所もガラス板を通して透けて見え、枠体の外面を平面にしないときには見苦しいという問題があった。

他方、前記枠体の外面を平面に形成すると、前記蝶番（ヒンジ手段）等の取付け箇所に特別の工夫を要し、陳列用ケースの組立などの作業に手間取る等で製造コストが高くなるという問題があった。

本発明は、これら従来の構成の問題点を解決すべくなされたものであって、組立等の作業も容易であり、外観も良好にして、製造コストの安い陳列用ケースを提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記目的を達成するため、請求項１に記載の発明の陳列用ケースは、ケース本体の前面等の開口部の上下部位に、横断面前向きコ字型の上枠と下枠とを前記開口部の間口幅の長さにわたって備え、前記開口部を塞ぐための開閉扉を透明材料にて構成し、該開閉扉の基端部と前記上下両枠の一端部との間をヒンジ手段にて回動可能に連結するように構成し、前記各ヒンジ手段は前記上下各枠の前方から見えるように、横断面前向きコ字型の外向き開放部分内に装着されており、前記開閉扉には、前記上枠及び下枠の各前方を見えなくする不透明部を備えたものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
次に、本発明を具体化した実施形態について説明する。図１は陳列用ケースの斜視図、図２は陳列用ケースの正面図、図３は上面図、図４はヒンジ手段の要部側断面図である。

図１に示すように、陳列用ケースは、鋼材もしくはアルミ材等の角パイプ部材にて４本の支柱部材３と上下位置等の多数箇所の横梁部材４とを溶接して結合して枠状に形成したケース本体１と、該ケース本体１の前面の開口部を上下位置のヒンジ手段１０，１０を介して開閉自在に覆う開閉扉２等からなる。ケース本体１の背面を覆う背板５、天板６，６′、底板７は不透明な部材にて構成する一方、ケース本体１の左右両側板８，８と、前記開閉扉２とは透明材料、例えばガラス板もしくはアクリル樹脂等の樹脂材にて構成する。背板５を透明板にて構成しても良い。

また、前記ケース本体１における前面開口部の上下部位には、図４、図７〜図１０までに示すように、鋼材もしくはアルミ材等の横断面前向きコ字型等の外向き開放状の上枠１１と下枠１２とを有する。また、ケース本体１の下端の足部１ａには各々高さ調節用のアジャスタ９を備えている。

次に、本実施例ではケース本体１の右端を回動中心として前開きする開閉扉２における上下位置のヒンジ手段１０，１０の構成について説明する（図４参照）。なお、上下位置のヒンジ手段１０は互いに上下対称状であり、支持ブラケット体１３を介して上枠１１，下枠１２におけるその外向き開放部位から各々装着するもので、図５〜図９を参照しながら、代表として下部側のヒンジ手段１０について説明する。
