Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a binding tool used for a file in which an object to be bound such as paper sheets is bound.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a file as shown in FIG. 11 has been widely used as a file for binding a binding object such as a paper sheet.
[0003]
The binding tool used in the file of this example includes a holding plate 1 provided with a pair of through holes corresponding to two binding holes formed in the object to be bound 5, and the binding holes and the through holes. The binding band 2 having a pair of binding pieces 20 made of elastic synthetic resin to be inserted, and the holding plate 1 are slidably held along the longitudinal direction by the holding plate 1, and the holding piece 1 is held by sliding. And a pair of slide members 3 that are pressed and locked to each other.
[0004]
In the file using the binding tool as described above, after the binding band 2 is fixed to the folding piece portion 41 connected to the spine cover portion 40 of the file mount 4, the binding object 5 is attached to the binding piece portion 20. The presser plate 1 is inserted in this order. Next, the object to be bound 5 is bound by sliding the slide member 3 in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 11 and locking the binding piece 20 along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1. be able to. Moreover, the said to-be-sewn object 5 can be easily taken out or replaced by making the said slide member 3 slide to a reverse direction and releasing the said latching.
[0005]
Moreover, in this binding tool, since the amount of the binding object 5 that can be bound is determined by the length of the binding piece part 20 that inserts and holds the binding object 5, the length of the binding piece part 20 is determined. By increasing the length, a larger number of objects 5 can be bound.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-described binding tool, as illustrated in FIG. 11, when the binding amount of the binding object 5 is small and the excess portion of the binding piece portion 20 that does not hold the binding object 5 is long, The surplus portion protrudes from both end portions of the presser plate 1. Therefore, the length of the binding piece portion 20 must be set so that the excess portion of the binding piece portion 20 does not protrude outward from the edge of the file mount 4, and the length of the holding plate 1 is set in the longitudinal direction. In the case of the file mount 4 having a small margin, there is a problem that a larger number of objects 5 cannot be bound.
[0007]
In order to solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 12, a binding tool that locks the binding piece portion 20 in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1 has been devised.
[0008]
In this example, similarly to the above-described example, the presser plate 1 provided with a pair of through holes corresponding to the binding holes, the binding band 2 having a pair of binding pieces 20, and the presser plate 1 longitudinally. The slide member 3 is slidably fitted along the direction. The slide member 3 is formed with a V-shaped cutout portion 36 through which the binding piece portion 20 can be inserted, and a locking groove 37 which communicates with the cutout portion 36 and can accommodate the binding piece portion 20 in a pressed state. Has been.
[0009]
In the file using the binding tool as described above, after the presser plate 1 and the slide member 3 are inserted through the binding piece portion 20 through which the object to be bound 5 is inserted and held, the binding piece portion 20 is inserted into the binding piece portion 20. The slide member 3 is slid in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 12 while being guided in a posture orthogonal to the presser plate 1. And the said to-be-sewn object 5 can be bound by making the said binding piece part 20 accommodate and hold | maintain in the said locking groove 37. FIG. Moreover, the said to-be-sewn object 5 can be easily taken out or replaced by sliding the said slide member 3 to a reverse direction and canceling | releasing the said latching.
[0010]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 12, the surplus portion of the binding piece 20 that does not pass through and hold the binding object 5 is overlapped on the upper surface of the binding object 5, and the end of the file mount 4 Since it does not protrude from the edge, even in the file mount 4 having no margin in the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1, it is possible to lengthen the binding piece portion 20 and bind more objects 5 to be bound.
[0011]
However, in the above-described binding tool, the binding piece portion 20 is overlapped with the upper surface of the binding object 5, so when browsing the binding object 5 bound in the binding tool, This causes a problem that the page is pushed back by the binding piece 20.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and it is described as follows: "Elongate presser plate in which a pair of through holes corresponding to the binding holes of a binding object such as paper sheets are formed; the binding holes and the through holes; A binding band having a pair of flexible binding pieces that are inserted through the holding plate; and a holding band that is slidably held along the longitudinal direction on the presser plate and that presses the binding pieces by sliding. An object of the present invention is to make it easy to view a binding object that can be shared with a wide variety of file mounts and the like in a binding tool having a slide member that is locked to a plate.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
* 1 The technical means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is as follows: "The through-hole is formed so that the inserted binding piece is rotatable with respect to the through-hole;
The both ends of the presser plate are each provided with a relief portion for releasing the leading end portion of the binding piece portion to the outside of the presser plate in the locked state.
The escape portion is not only when the binding piece portion is locked along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate, but also when the binding piece portion is locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. It is formed so that it can escape.
[0014]
According to this, since the binding piece portion can be locked along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate or can be locked so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, the standard of the file mount and the binding of the binding object The locking posture of the binding piece portion with respect to the presser plate can be changed according to the amount or the like.
[0015]
In addition, since the binding piece portion can be rotated even in a state where the object to be bound and the holding plate are inserted and held, the binding posture of the binding piece portion can be easily adjusted according to increase or decrease of the amount of binding of the object to be bound. Can be changed.
[0016]
Here, the escape portion is not limited to a configuration in which the binding piece portion escapes the binding piece portion locked in the longitudinal direction of the presser plate or in a posture orthogonal to the holding plate. It is also possible to adopt a configuration in which the front end portion of the binding piece portion locked in an inclined posture can be released.
[0017]
* In item 2 of paragraph 2, “the escape portion is locked in a posture perpendicular to the longitudinal direction and a first relief groove into which a binding piece portion locked along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate can be fitted. A second relief groove that can be fitted into the binding piece portion ”, and the leading end portion of the binding piece portion that is locked to the holding plate is uneven in the first or second relief groove. Since the binding piece portion is prevented from swinging in the band width direction by being held in the fitted state, the locking posture of the binding piece portion is stabilized. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the binding piece portion from being unlocked due to an impact or an external force at the time of dropping.
[0018]
* In the item 3 or 1 or 2, wherein the binding band is characterized in that the binding pieces are not connected to each other, the pair of binding pieces are connected to each other. In comparison with the above, since the degree of freedom of each binding piece portion is high and can be freely rotated independently, it is easy to change the locking posture of the binding piece portion.
[0019]
* In any one of the items 4 to 1, the surface of the binding piece portion is formed with a plurality of protrusions along the band width direction.
In the peripheral portion of the through hole, an engagement protrusion that can be engaged with the protrusion is formed. ”In the binding piece portion, the protrusion and the engagement protrusion are Since it is pressed by the slide member in the engaged state, the binding piece portion is locked to the presser plate in a movement blocking state. As a result, the slide member is slid by the force of pulling back the binding piece portion acting on the presser plate to the proximal end side with the increase in the objects to be bound, and the binding piece portion is locked. Problems such as release or loosening of the binding state of the object to be bound are prevented.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
Since the configuration is as described above, the present invention has the following specific effects.
In the binding tool of the present invention, the binding posture of the binding piece portion with respect to the presser plate can be changed in accordance with the standard of the file mount or the like and the amount of objects to be bound. It is difficult to limit the range that can be used by standards such as, and can be used for file mounts of a wide range of standards.
[0021]
In addition, since the locking posture of the binding piece portion can be easily changed in a state where the object to be bound and the pressing plate are inserted and held, the binding piece locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the pressing plate. When the portion overlaps with the object to be bound, when the bound object to be bound is viewed, the bound page is changed to the locking posture along the longitudinal direction so that the rolled page becomes the binding direction. There is no problem of being pushed back by one part, and it is easy to view the object to be bound.
[0022]
In addition, according to the second aspect, the first relief groove into which the binding piece portion locked along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate can be inserted, and the binding piece portion locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. By forming the second relief groove into which the binding piece can be inserted, it is possible to prevent the binding piece portion from being inadvertently released due to an impact, an external force, or the like when dropped.
[0023]
Further, according to the third aspect, since the binding pieces are not connected to each other, the binding pieces can be freely rotated, so that it is easy to change the locking posture of the binding pieces. .
[0024]
According to the fourth aspect, the plurality of protrusions formed on the binding piece and the engagement protrusions formed on the peripheral edge of the binding hole are engaged, so that the binding piece is Since it is locked in the movement-blocking state, it is possible to prevent problems such as the locking of the binding piece portion being released or the binding state of the binding object being loosened with the increase in the binding object. .
[0025]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
A file using a binding tool, which is an example of an embodiment of the present invention, is shown in FIG.
The file in this example has a configuration in which the lateral width of the spine portion 40 can be adjusted according to the amount of binding of the object to be bound 5, and the file mount 4 is attached with the presser plate 1 of the binding tool by folding. A cover member 44 formed with a first sandwiching piece portion 42 and a spine cover portion 40, a bag-like accommodation portion 47 that accommodates the spine cover portion 40 so that it can be pulled out, and the first sandwiching piece portion 42 to be bound together. It consists of a back cover member 45 formed with a second clamping piece 43 for clamping the object 5. The first and second sandwiching piece portions 42 and 43 are respectively formed with insertion holes 46 corresponding to the binding holes 50 of the binding object 5 and through which the binding piece portions 20 of the binding band 2 are inserted.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 1, the binding tool is inserted into the elongated holding plate 1 in which two through holes 10 corresponding to the binding hole 50 are formed, the binding hole 50, the insertion hole 46, and the through hole 10. The binding band 2 having a pair of binding pieces 20 made of elastic synthetic resin, and the holding plate 1 slidably held along the longitudinal direction and pressing the binding pieces 20 by sliding. The slide member 3 is engaged with the plate 1.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 2, the presser plate 1 has a pair of rail portions 15 that slidably hold the slide member 3 along the longitudinal direction, and a square-shaped penetration through which the binding piece portion 20 can be inserted. A hole 10, a first release groove 11 that escapes the tip 22 of the binding piece 20 that is locked along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1, and a binding piece that is locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. A second escape groove 12 for releasing 20 is formed.
[0028]
The presser plate 1 is fixed to the first clamping piece 42 of the file mount 4 by screws B that pass through the mounting holes 17 formed at both ends, and the grooves of the first and second relief grooves 11, 12. The width is set to the same size as the band width of the binding piece 20 so that the binding piece 20 can be fitted and held.
[0029]
In addition, triangular engagement protrusions 13 that can be engaged with protrusions 23 of the binding piece 20 described later are provided on each side of the through hole 10 that faces the first and second escape grooves 11 and 12. A recess 16 is formed at the center of the presser plate 1 and can accommodate an operation unit 30 that is moved up and down when the slide member 3 slides.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 3A, the binding band 2 includes a circular base end portion 21 that comes into contact with the insertion hole 46 of the file mount 4 in a retaining state, the binding hole 50, and the through hole 10. , Two binding band members 25 that are rotatably inserted into the insertion hole 46 and that are configured to include a flat binding piece portion 20 that inserts and holds the object 5 to be bound, and the binding band members 25 are mutually connected. Unconsolidated and independent.
[0031]
On the surface of the binding piece portion 20, as shown in FIG. 3 (b), a triangular ridge portion 23 extends along the band width direction so as to be able to engage with the engagement protrusion 13 of the presser plate 1. Formed over the entire area. Further, the front end portion 22 of the binding piece portion 20 is tapered so as to be easily inserted into the binding hole 50 or the like.
[0032]
Further, in this case, the binding piece portion 20 and the base end portion 21 are integrally formed, and a connecting portion between the binding piece portion 20 and the base end portion 21 is connected to the base end portion 21. Thus, a V-shaped notch 24 is formed so that the binding piece 20 can be easily erected.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the slide member 3 has an operation part 30 composed of a pair of rectangular operation pieces 36, and a linear shape from an inverted V shape along with the pulling and pushing down of the operation part 30. A pair of bending piece portions 31 that are bent and deformed, and a pair of sliding piece portions 32 that are connected to the bending piece portion 31 so as to be able to be bent and are slidably held on the rail portion 15 of the holding plate 1. It is composed of
[0034]
The pair of operation pieces 36 are flexibly connected by a thin connecting piece 300, and as shown in FIG. 1, the surface can be easily pushed down by a finger from a state of being pulled up in an inverted V shape. The operation piece 36 is formed wider than the presser plate 1 so that it can be easily pulled up from the state of being linearly superimposed on the presser plate 1. .
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 4, the sliding piece portion 32 includes a holding piece portion 33 held by the rail portion 15 of the presser plate 1 and an accommodation portion 320 that accommodates the binding piece portion 20 in a pressed state. When the binding piece portion 20 is locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1 in the accommodating portion 320, the binding piece portion 20 is allowed to escape in the orthogonal direction. A notch 34 is formed.
[0036]
* Binding Operation and Locking Position of Binding Piece 20 Next, a case where an object to be bound is actually bound into the file will be described.
First, the binding band member 25 is inserted into the insertion hole 46 of the sandwiching piece portion 43 of the back cover member 45 from the lower surface, and then the direction of the binding piece portion 20 is adjusted to be bound to the binding piece portion 20. The inclusion 5 is inserted and held. And after adjusting the width | variety by pulling out the back cover part 40 from the accommodating part 47 of the said back cover member 45 according to the amount of binding of the said to-be-stitched object 5, the clamping piece part 42 to which the said press board 1 was attached. The binding piece 20 is inserted through the insertion hole 46 and the through hole 10 of the presser plate 1.
[0037]
Next, when the operation portion 30 of the slide member 3 is pushed down while guiding the binding piece portion 20 so as to be fitted in the second escape groove 12, the pair of slide piece portions 32 slide outward. The binding piece 20 is moved and locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1. As a result, as shown in FIG. 5, the binding object 5 is bound, and the excess binding piece 20 that does not hold the binding object 5 is inserted into the binding object 5. Overlaid on top.
[0038]
When browsing the object to be bound 5 bound in this file, the operating part 30 of the slide member 3 is pulled up to release the locked state of the binding piece part 20, and then the object to be bound is 5 and the binding piece 20 in a state where the presser plate 1 is inserted and held are rotated by 90 degrees along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1. And the operation part 30 of the said slide member 3 is pushed down and the said binding piece part 20 is latched along the said longitudinal direction. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the binding object 5 can be bound, and the binding piece 20 that overlaps the binding object 5 extends along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1. And projecting outward from the edge of the file mount 4.
[0039]
Thus, by using the binding tool of this example, the locking posture of the binding piece portion 20 can be easily changed in a state where the object to be bound 5 and the presser plate 1 are inserted and held. Since it is possible to change the locking posture of the binding piece portion 20 at the time of browsing so that the page that has been turned up is not pushed back by the binding piece portion 20, the binding object 5 bound in the file is viewed. easy. In addition, after browsing, the locking posture of the binding piece 20 can be easily returned to the original state in the same manner.
[0040]
Further, since the binding tool of this example can freely change the locking posture of the binding piece portion 20 in accordance with the standard of the file mount 4 or the like and the binding amount of the object 5 to be bound, Like a tool, the range that can be used is not limited by the standard of the file mount 4 or the like, and can be shared by the file mount 4 or the like of a wide range of standards.
[0041]
In this example, the first and second escape grooves 11 and 12 into which the binding piece portion 20 can be fitted are used as the escape portions for letting out the distal end portion 22 of the binding piece portion 20 locked to the presser plate 1 to the outside. Since the binding piece 20 is prevented from moving in the band width direction, the binding piece 20 is prevented from being inadvertently released due to an impact or an external force when dropped.
[0042]
Further, since the binding band 2 includes the binding band members 25 that are not connected to each other, the binding pieces 20 can be freely rotated to easily change the locking posture of the binding pieces 20.
[0043]
In this example, when the binding piece portion 20 is locked along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1, as shown in FIG. 7, the ridge portion 23 of the binding piece portion 20 and the presser plate 1. With the engagement protrusions 13 being engaged with each other, they are pressed by the sliding piece portion 32 and the binding piece portion 20 is prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction. Thus, it is difficult to cause problems such as unlocking of the binding piece 20 or loosening of the binding state of the object 5 to be bound. Here, when the binding piece 20 is locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1, the protrusion 23 and the engagement protrusion 14 are engaged similarly.
[0044]
* Other Embodiments The binding tool of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
FIG. 8 shows the presser plate 1 in which an escape portion 18 is formed in which the binding piece portion 20 locked in a posture inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1 can be released to the outside.
[0045]
In this example, a binding band having an elongated presser plate 1 in which a through-hole 10 corresponding to a binding hole of an object to be bound 5 is formed, and a pair of binding pieces 20 through which the binding hole and the through-hole 10 are inserted. 2 and a slide member 3 that is slidably held by the presser plate 1 and that locks the binding piece 20 by sliding, and is formed along the periphery of the presser plate 1. Except for the portion 18 and the circular through hole 10, the configuration is the same as that of the above-described binding tool.
[0046]
In such a configuration, not only in the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1 or in the direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, but also in the region where the relief portion 18 is formed, as shown in FIG. The locking posture of the binding piece 20 can be freely adjusted so as to have a predetermined angle with respect to 1.
[0047]
* Others In the above-described example, the binding band 2 is composed of the binding band members 25 that are not connected to each other. However, if the binding piece 20 can be rotated by its flexibility, the binding band 2 is connected to each other. There may be. Moreover, it is good also as a structure which connected the said binding piece part 20 mutually so that it can isolate | separate easily when the change of the latching attitude | position of the said binding piece part 20 is required.
[0048]
FIG. 10 shows a binding band 2 in which a pair of flexible synthetic resin binding pieces 20 and a rectangular base end portion 26 for connecting the binding pieces 20 are integrally formed. Show.
[0049]
The binding band 2 is mainly used for a file mount 4 for binding a horizontally long object 5 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, and the binding piece portion 20 is in the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1. The binding piece portion 20 can be locked to the presser plate 1 in a posture along the longitudinal direction due to its flexibility. In addition, a V-shaped notch 24 is formed at the connecting portion between the binding piece portion 20 and the base end portion 26 so that the binding piece portion 20 can be easily erected, as in the above example.
[0050]
In such a configuration, since the pair of binding pieces 20 are connected, it is easy to attach the binding band 2 to the file mount 4. Further, the binding band 2 is less likely to drop off from the file mount 4 than when the binding pieces 20 are independent of each other as shown in FIG.
[0051]
In the above-described example, the slide member 3 is configured to be able to lock or release the pair of binding pieces 20 at once by the sliding piece 32 by pulling up and pushing down the operation unit 30. However, if the slide member 3 is configured to be able to lock the binding piece portion 20 by sliding along the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1, as shown in the conventional example of FIG. A configuration in which the slide member 3 is provided separately for each of the binding piece portions 20 may be employed.
[0052]
In the above-described example, the holding plate 1 is attached to the cover member 44 of the file mount 4 and presses the object to be bound 5 through the first clamping piece portion 42. It may be superimposed on the upper surface of the binding object 5 and directly press the binding object.
