Description

【0001】

The binding tool used in the file of this example includes a holding plate 1 provided with a pair of through holes corresponding to two binding holes formed in the binding target object 5, and the binding hole and the through hole. A binding band 2 having a pair of elastic synthetic resin binding pieces 20 to be inserted, and a slidably held along the longitudinal direction by the pressing plate 1 and sliding the binding pieces 20 by the pressing plate 1; And a pair of slide members 3 to be pressed against and locked.
[0004]
In the file using the binding device as described above, after the binding band 2 is fixed to the folding piece portion 41 provided continuously to the spine portion 40 of the file mount 4, the binding object 5 is attached to the binding piece portion 20. , And the pressing plate 1 is inserted in this order. Next, the slide member 3 is slid in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 11 to lock the binding piece 20 along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1, thereby binding the object 5 to be bound. be able to. Further, by sliding the slide member 3 in the opposite direction to release the locking, the object 5 to be bound can be easily taken out or replaced.
[0005]
Further, in this binding device, the amount of the binding target material 5 that can be bound is determined by the length of the binding piece portion 20 through which the binding target material 5 is inserted and held. By increasing the height, more objects to be bound 5 can be bound.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned binding device, as shown in FIG. 11, when the binding amount of the binding object 5 is small and the excess portion of the binding piece portion 20 that does not insert and hold the binding object 5 is long, The surplus portion protrudes from both ends of the holding plate 1. Therefore, the length of the binding piece 20 must be set so that the surplus portion of the binding piece 20 does not protrude outside the edge of the file mount 4, and the length of the binding piece 20 in the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1 In the case of the file mount 4 having a small margin, there is a problem that it is not possible to bind more objects 5 to be bound.
[0007]
In order to solve such a problem, as shown in FIG. 12, a binding device that locks the binding piece portion 20 in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1 has been devised.
[0008]
In this example, similarly to the above-described example, a pressing plate 1 provided with a pair of through holes corresponding to binding holes, a binding band 2 having a pair of binding pieces 20, and a longitudinal And a slide member 3 slidably fitted along the direction. The slide member 3 has a V-shaped notch 36 through which the binding piece 20 can be inserted, and a locking groove 37 communicating with the notch 36 and accommodating the binding piece 20 in a pressed state. Have been.
[0009]
In the file using the binding device as described above, after the pressing plate 1 and the slide member 3 are inserted through the binding piece portion 20 that inserts and holds the article 5 to be bound, the binding piece portion 20 The slide member 3 is slid in the direction of the arrow in FIG. 12 while guiding the holding member 1 so as to be orthogonal to the holding plate 1. The binding target portion 5 can be bound by accommodating and holding the binding piece 20 in the locking groove 37. In addition, the object to be bound 5 can be easily taken out or replaced by sliding the slide member 3 in the reverse direction to release the locking.
[0010]
At this time, as shown in FIG. 12, the binding piece portion 20 of the surplus portion that does not insert and hold the binding object 5 is superimposed on the upper surface of the bound binding object 5 and the end of the file mount 4 is closed. Since it does not protrude from the edge, even in the file mount 4 where there is no room in the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1, the binding pieces 20 can be lengthened to bind more binding objects 5.
[0011]
However, in the above-mentioned binding device, the binding piece portion 20 overlaps with the upper surface of the binding object 5, and therefore, when browsing the binding object 5 bound to the binding device, the binding piece portion 20 is turned up. This causes a problem that the bound page is pushed back by the binding piece 20.
[0012]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and describes "an elongated holding plate formed with a pair of through holes corresponding to binding holes of an object to be bound such as paper sheets, the binding holes and the through holes. A binding band having a pair of flexible binding pieces that are inserted through the binding strip; and a presser that is slidably held by the pressing plate along the longitudinal direction and presses the binding pieces by sliding. Binding device having a slide member to be locked to a plate ", it is possible to use the binding material for a wide range of file mounts and the like, and to make it easier to view the bound object to be bound.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
* 1 The technical means of the present invention for solving the above-mentioned problem is that the through-hole is formed so that the inserted binding piece can rotate with respect to the through-hole.
At both ends of the holding plate, escape portions for allowing the distal end of the binding piece to escape to the outside of the holding plate in the locked state are provided, respectively.
The relief portion is a tip portion of the binding piece portion not only when the binding piece portion is locked along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate but also when the binding piece portion is locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. Is formed so as to be able to escape. "
[0014]
According to this, the binding piece can be locked along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate or can be locked so as to be orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, so that the standard of the file mount and the binding of the object to be bound are performed. The locking posture of the binding piece with respect to the holding plate can be changed according to the amount or the like.
[0015]
Further, since the binding piece can rotate even in a state where the binding object and the holding plate are inserted and held, the locking posture of the binding piece can be easily adjusted according to the increase or decrease of the binding amount of the binding material. Can be changed.
[0016]
Here, the relief portion is not limited to the configuration in which the binding piece portion releases the binding piece portion locked in the longitudinal direction of the holding plate or in a posture orthogonal to the holding plate, and is not limited to the longitudinal direction. It may be configured such that the leading end of the binding piece locked in the inclined position can escape.
[0017]
* 2. In the paragraph 1, the relief section is locked in a posture perpendicular to the longitudinal direction with a first relief groove in which a binding piece locked along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate can be fitted. And a second escape groove into which the binding piece part can be fitted. ”The leading end of the binding piece part locked by the pressing plate has an uneven surface in the first or second relief groove. Since the binding pieces are prevented from swinging in the band width direction by being held in the fitted state, the locking posture of the binding pieces is stabilized. This prevents the binding of the binding piece from being released due to an impact, an external force, or the like at the time of falling.
[0018]
* In Paragraph 1 or 2 above, in the configuration in which the binding strips are not connected to each other in the binding band, the pair of binding pieces are connected to each other. As compared with the above, since the binding pieces have a high degree of freedom and can rotate independently and freely, it is easy to change the locking posture of the binding pieces.
[0019]
* In any one of paragraphs 4 to 3, "a plurality of ridges are formed on the surface of the binding piece along the band width direction,
At the periphery of the through-hole, an engagement protrusion capable of engaging with the ridge is formed. " Since the binding member is pressed by the slide member in the engaged state, the binding piece is locked to the holding plate in the movement preventing state. Thereby, the slide member is slid by the force of pulling the binding piece portion acting on the holding plate back to the base end side with the increase of the binding object, and the locking of the binding piece portion is stopped. Problems such as release and loosening of the binding state of the binding object are prevented.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
With the above configuration, the present invention has the following specific effects.
In the binding device of the present invention, the locking posture of the binding piece portion with respect to the holding plate can be changed in accordance with the standard of the file mount or the amount of the object to be bound. The usable range is hardly limited by such standards, and can be used as a file mount of a wide range of standards.
[0021]
Further, since the locking position of the binding piece can be easily changed while the object to be bound and the holding plate are inserted and held, the binding piece locked in a position perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the holding plate. In the case where the part overlaps with the binding target, when browsing the bound binding target, the binding piece portion is changed to the locking posture along the longitudinal direction so that the turned pages are bound by the binding. There is no problem of being pushed back by the one part, and it is easy to browse the object to be bound.
[0022]
Further, according to the second aspect, the first release groove into which the binding piece locked along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate can be fitted, and the binding piece locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. By forming the second escape groove into which the binding piece can be fitted, it is possible to prevent the locking of the binding piece portion from being inadvertently released due to an impact or an external force at the time of dropping.
[0023]
Further, according to the third aspect, since the binding pieces are not connected to each other, each binding piece can be freely rotated, so that the locking posture of the binding pieces can be easily changed. .
[0024]
According to the fourth aspect, the plurality of ridges formed on the binding piece and the engaging projections formed on the peripheral edge of the binding hole are engaged, so that the binding piece is formed. Since the locking is performed in the movement preventing state, problems such as the locking of the binding pieces being released or the binding state of the binding object being loosened with the increase of the binding object are prevented. .
[0025]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a file using a binding tool according to an embodiment of the present invention.
The file of this example has a configuration in which the width of the spine portion 40 can be adjusted in accordance with the amount of binding of the binding object 5, and the file mount 4 attaches the holding plate 1 of the binding tool by folding. A cover member 44 in which a first holding piece 42 and a spine 40 are formed, a bag-shaped receiving section 47 for accommodating the spine 40 so that it can be pulled out, and the first holding piece 42 are bound together. The back cover member 45 is formed with a second holding piece 43 for holding the object 5. Insertion holes 46 are formed in the first and second holding pieces 42 and 43 so as to correspond to the binding holes 50 of the binding object 5 and to insert the binding pieces 20 of the binding band 2, respectively.
[0026]
As shown in FIG. 1, the binding device is inserted into the elongated holding plate 1 in which two through holes 10 corresponding to the binding holes 50 are formed, and the binding holes 50, the insertion holes 46, and the through holes 10. And a binding band 2 having a pair of elastic binding portions 20 made of an elastic synthetic resin. The binding strip 2 is slidably held in the holding plate 1 along the longitudinal direction and presses the binding pieces 20 by sliding. And a slide member 3 to be locked to the plate 1.
[0027]
As shown in FIG. 2, the holding plate 1 has a pair of rails 15 that slidably hold the slide member 3 along the longitudinal direction, and a square penetrating hole through which the binding piece 20 can be inserted. A hole 10, a first release groove 11 for releasing a distal end portion 22 of a binding piece 20 locked along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1, and a binding piece locked in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction. A second escape groove 12 for allowing the escape of the second 20 is formed.
[0028]
The holding plate 1 is fixed to the first holding piece 42 of the file mount 4 by screws B passing through the mounting holes 17 formed at both ends, and the grooves of the first and second relief grooves 11 and 12 are provided. The width is set to the same size as the band width of the binding piece 20 so that the binding piece 20 can be fitted and held.
[0029]
On each side of the through hole 10 facing the first and second relief grooves 11 and 12, a triangular engaging projection 13 engageable with a ridge 23 of the binding piece 20 described later. A recess 16 is formed in the center of the holding plate 1 so as to accommodate an operation unit 30 that is moved up and down when the slide member 3 slides.
[0030]
As shown in FIG. 3 (a), the binding band 2 has a circular base end 21 abutting against the insertion hole 46 of the file mount 4 in a retaining state, the binding hole 50 and the through hole 10 as shown in FIG. , A flat binding piece 20 that is rotatably inserted into the insertion hole 46 and inserts and holds the article 5 to be bound. Unconsolidated and independent.
[0031]
As shown in FIG. 3B, a triangular ridge 23 is formed on the surface of the binding piece 20 along the band width direction so as to be able to engage with the engagement projection 13 of the holding plate 1. It is formed over the whole area. The distal end portion 22 of the binding piece 20 is tapered so that it can be easily inserted into the binding hole 50 or the like.
[0032]
Further, in this embodiment, the binding piece 20 and the base end 21 are formed integrally, and a connecting portion between the binding piece 20 and the base 21 is provided with respect to the base 21. A V-shaped notch 24 is formed so that the binding piece 20 can be easily erected.
[0033]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 4, the slide member 3 includes an operating portion 30 including a pair of rectangular operating pieces 36, and an up-and-down push-down operation of the operating portion 30 to form a straight line from an inverted V shape. A pair of bending pieces 31 that bend and deform, and a pair of sliding pieces 32 that are respectively connected to the bending pieces 31 so as to be freely bent and slidably held by the rails 15 of the holding plate 1. It is composed of
[0034]
The pair of operation pieces 36 are flexibly connected by a thin connection piece 300, and as shown in FIG. 1, have a surface that can be easily pressed down by a finger from a state where the operation piece 36 is pulled up in an inverted V-shape. The operation piece 36 is formed wider than the presser plate 1 so that a semicircular recess 360 is formed on the presser plate 1 so that the operation piece 36 can be easily pulled up from a state of being linearly stacked on the presser plate 1. .
[0035]
As shown in FIG. 4, the sliding piece 32 includes a holding piece 33 that is held by the rail 15 of the holding plate 1 and a housing 320 that houses the binding piece 20 in a pressed state. When the binding pieces 20 are locked in a posture perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1, the storage pieces 320 are formed in the accommodation portion 320 so as to release the binding pieces 20 in the orthogonal direction. A notch 34 is formed.
[0036]
* About binding operation and locking posture of binding piece unit 20 Next, a case where an object to be bound is actually bound in the above file will be described.
First, after the binding band members 25 are respectively inserted from the lower surface into the insertion holes 46 of the holding piece portions 43 of the back cover member 45, the direction of the binding piece portions 20 is adjusted, and The insert 5 is inserted and held. Then, after the spine portion 40 is pulled out from the accommodating portion 47 of the back cover member 45 in accordance with the binding amount of the binding target object 5 and the width thereof is adjusted, the holding piece portion 42 to which the presser plate 1 is attached is attached. The binding piece 20 is inserted through the insertion hole 46 of the holding plate 1 and the through hole 10 of the holding plate 1.
[0037]
Next, when the operating portion 30 of the slide member 3 is pushed down while guiding the binding piece portion 20 so as to be fitted in the second relief groove 12, the pair of sliding piece portions 32 slide outward. To lock the binding piece 20 in a posture orthogonal to the longitudinal direction of the presser plate 1. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 5, the binding object 5 is bound, and the excess binding pieces 20 that do not insert and hold the binding object 5 are attached to the bound binding object 5. It is superimposed on the upper surface.
[0038]
When browsing the binding object 5 bound in this file, the operation unit 30 of the slide member 3 is pulled up to release the locked state of the binding piece unit 20, and then the binding object 5 is released. The binding piece 20 holding the insertion plate 5 and the holding plate 1 is rotated by 90 degrees along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1. Then, the operating portion 30 of the slide member 3 is pressed down to lock the binding piece portion 20 along the longitudinal direction. Thereby, as shown in FIG. 6, the binding object 5 can be bound, and the binding piece 20 overlapping the binding object 5 extends along the longitudinal direction of the pressing plate 1. Thus, it protrudes outward from the edge of the file mount 4.
[0039]
As described above, by using the binding device of this example, the locking posture of the binding piece portion 20 can be easily changed in a state where the binding target object 5 and the holding plate 1 are inserted and held. At the time of browsing, the locking position of the binding piece portion 20 can be changed so that the turned page can be prevented from being pushed back by the binding piece portion 20. easy. After browsing, the locking posture of the binding piece 20 can be easily returned to the original state in the same manner.
[0040]
Further, the binding device of this example can freely change the locking posture of the binding piece portion 20 in accordance with the standard of the file mount 4 or the like and the binding amount of the binding target object 5. Like a tool, the usable range is hardly limited by the standard of the file mount 4 or the like, and can be used for the file mount 4 of a wide range of standards.
[0041]
In this example, relief portions for releasing the distal end portion 22 of the binding piece portion 20 locked to the holding plate 1 to the outside are defined as first and second relief grooves 11 and 12 into which the binding piece portion 20 can be fitted. Therefore, the binding piece portion 20 is prevented from moving in the band width direction, thereby preventing the binding piece portion 20 from being inadvertently released from being locked by an impact or an external force at the time of dropping.
[0042]
In addition, since the binding band 2 is composed of the binding band members 25 that are not connected to each other, the binding pieces 20 can be freely rotated to easily change the locking posture of the binding pieces 20.
[0043]
In this example, when the binding piece 20 is locked along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1, as shown in FIG. 7, the ridge 23 of the binding piece 20 and the holding plate 1 Are pressed by the sliding piece 32 in a state in which they engage with each other, and the binding piece 20 is in a state of being prevented from moving in the longitudinal direction. As a result, problems such as the release of the binding of the binding piece portion 20 and the loosening of the binding state of the binding target object 5 hardly occur. Here, even when the binding piece 20 is locked in a position perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1, the ridge 23 and the engagement projection 14 are similarly engaged.
[0044]
* Other embodiments The binding device of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment.
FIG. 8 shows the holding plate 1 provided with a release portion 18 which can release the binding piece portion 20 locked in a posture inclined with respect to the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1 to the outside.
[0045]
This example is a binding band having an elongated press plate 1 in which a through-hole 10 corresponding to a binding hole of a binding object 5 is formed, and a pair of binding pieces 20 passing through the binding hole and the through-hole 10. 2 and a slide member 3 slidably held by the holding plate 1 and locking the binding piece 20 by sliding, and a relief formed along the peripheral edge of the holding plate 1. Except for the portion 18 and the circular through hole 10, the configuration is the same as that of the above-described binding device.
[0046]
In such a configuration, not only in the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1 or in a direction orthogonal to the longitudinal direction, but also in the region where the relief portion 18 is formed as shown in FIG. It is possible to freely adjust the locking posture of the binding piece 20 so as to have a predetermined angle with respect to 1.
[0047]
* Others In the above-described example, the binding band 2 is composed of the binding band members 25 that are not connected to each other, but is connected to each other if the binding pieces 20 can be rotated by their flexibility. There may be. Further, the binding pieces 20 may be connected to each other so that the binding pieces 20 can be easily separated when the locking posture of the binding pieces 20 needs to be changed.
[0048]
FIG. 10 illustrates a binding band 2 in which a pair of flexible synthetic resin binding pieces 20 and a rectangular base end 26 that connects the binding pieces 20 are integrally formed. Is shown.
[0049]
The binding band 2 is mainly used for a file mount 4 for binding a horizontally long binding object 5 as shown in FIGS. 1 and 5, and the binding piece portion 20 is formed in a longitudinal direction of the pressing plate 1. Although it is connected to the base end 26 in a posture orthogonal to the above, the binding piece portion 20 can be locked to the holding plate 1 in a posture along the longitudinal direction by its flexibility. Further, a V-shaped notch 24 is formed at the connecting portion between the binding piece 20 and the base end 26 so that the binding piece 20 can be easily erected, as in the above-described example.
[0050]
In such a configuration, the binding band 2 is easily attached to the file mount 4 because the pair of binding pieces 20 are connected to each other. Further, the binding band 2 is less likely to fall off from the file mount 4 than when the binding pieces 20 are independent from each other as shown in FIG.
[0051]
In the above-described example, the slide member 3 has a configuration in which the operating portion 30 can be pulled up / down to lock the pair of binding pieces 20 at once by the sliding piece 32 or release the lock. However, as long as the slide member 3 is configured to be able to lock the binding piece 20 by sliding along the longitudinal direction of the holding plate 1, as shown in the conventional example of FIG. A configuration in which the slide member 3 is separately provided for each of the binding pieces 20 may be employed.
[0052]
In the above-described example, the pressing plate 1 is attached to the cover member 44 of the file mount 4 and presses the binding object 5 through the first holding piece 42. The binding object may be superimposed on the upper surface of the binding object 5 and directly press the binding object.
