Description
【0001】

The present invention relates to a remote control panel for a water heater disposed on a wall surface of a kitchen or bathroom.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 8 is an exploded perspective view showing a conventional structure of the remote control panel for the water heater.
A rectangular box-shaped box main body (10) composed of a bottom half (12) and an upper half (11) covering the open part thereof includes a display device (21) and a switch (22) (22) having a fluorescent tube. ) And other electronic parts (51) are accommodated, and a portion of the upper half (11) facing the display device (21) is a transparent window (14) having translucency. It has become.
[0003]
Further, the surface of the upper half (11) is covered with a decorative cover (30), and the decorative cover (30) has a window hole (31) fitted outside the see-through window (14). Etc. are formed.
The ends of the lead wires (64a) and (64b) are soldered to the electronic substrate (51), and the plug body (62) through which the lead wires (64a) and (64b) pass is a bottom half ( 12) is closely fitted in a central hole (610) formed in the center of 12).
[0004]
When assembling the above remote control panel for a water heater, apply silicone sealant to the outer peripheral frame (120) of the bottom half (12) to ensure airtightness, and then lead wires (64a) (64b) Is inserted into the central hole (610) of the bottom half (12) from the connector (85) side, and the plug (62) provided on the lead wires (64a) (64b) is inserted into the central hole (610). Thereafter, when the decorative cover (30) is fitted and fixed to the upper half (11) constituting the box main body (10), the remote control panel for the water heater is completed.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above-mentioned conventional one, the lead wires (64a) (64b) soldered to the electronic board (51) are long and difficult to handle, so they are inserted into the central hole (610) of the bottom half (12). In addition, the silicon material in an undried state in which the lead wires (64a) (64b) that are long and difficult to handle are applied to the outer peripheral frame (120) of the bottom half body (12) is not only complicated. Since it is necessary to assemble the box main body (10) while paying attention not to come into contact with the box, the assembling work of the box main body (10) is further complicated.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of the above points.
`` A box main body (10) composed of a bottom half (12) and an upper half (11) superposed on the bottom half (12) and parallel to the bottom wall in the bottom half (12) Remote control for a water heater having an electronic board (51) accommodated in the box main body (10) in a proper posture, and having one end of a lead wire penetrating the bottom wall electrically connected to the electronic board (51) It is an object of the present invention to make it easy to perform the work of incorporating the electronic substrate (51) into the main body (10) of the board.
<1>
[0007]
[Means for solving the problems]
The technical means of the present invention for solving the above problems are as follows:
`` A bottom wall side terminal fitting attached to one end of the lead wire is fixed to the bottom wall of the bottom half (12),
The surface of the electronic substrate (51) is provided with a substrate side terminal to be superimposed on the bottom wall side terminal fitting,
The bottom half body (12) and the top half body (12) and the top half body (11) and the bottom wall side terminal metal fittings, so that the substrate side terminal portion of the electronic substrate (51) is sandwiched from the front and back. A fastening means for joining the half body (11) to the superposed state ”.
[0008]
According to the above technical means, with the electronic substrate (51) interposed between the upper half (11) and the bottom half (12), these upper half (11) and bottom half (12) Are combined in a superposed state, the board side terminal portion of the electronic board (51) is clamped from the front and back by the bottom wall side terminal fittings provided on the constituent wall of the upper half (11) and the bottom half (12). Thus, the lead wire is electrically connected to the electronic substrate (51).
[0009]
As the fastening means, for example, a fastening screw for fastening the bottom half (12) and the top half (11) in the overlapping direction can be employed.
[0010]
【The invention's effect】
The present invention has the following specific effects. Simply connecting the upper half (11) and the bottom half (12) with the fastening means with the electronic board (51) interposed, the lead wire is in an electrical connection state with the electronic board (51). Compared to the conventional one, the assembling work of the box main body (10) can be performed easily.
<Item 2>
In the item 1, "the bottom half (12) and the upper half (11) are coupled in a superposed state by coupling screws (37) and (37) which are tightened from the same direction as the screws as the fastening means". In this case, it is possible to perform the work of fastening the connecting screws (37) and (37) for connecting the fastening screws and the like with the upper half (11) and the bottom half (12) from the same direction. Therefore, for example, it is different from the case where the fastening screws (37) and (37) are tightened from the surface side of the box main body (10) and then the box main body (10) is turned over and the tightening screw is tightened. When tightening the screws (37) and (37), it is not necessary to turn the box main body (10) upside down. That is, it is possible to perform the work of tightening the tightening screw and the connecting screws (37) and (37) from one side of the box main body (10).
<Item 3>
In the above two items, the bottom half (12) is obtained by sandwiching the board-side terminal portion of the electronic board (51) between the bottom half (12) and the upper half (11) (one). And the upper half (11) was fastened and fixed with screws from the same direction, but the bottom half (12) was obtained by fastening the board side terminal part of the electronic board (51) to the bottom half (12) with the fastening screws. ) And the upper half (11) may be tightened with screws from the same direction.
[0011]
That is, “a box main body (10) composed of a bottom half (12) and an upper half (11) superposed on the bottom half (12), and a bottom wall in the bottom half (12). For a water heater having an electronic board (51) accommodated in the box main body (10) in a posture parallel to the box body, and one end of a lead wire penetrating the bottom wall being electrically connected to the electronic board (51) In the remote control panel,
A bottom wall side terminal fitting attached to one end of the lead wire is fixed to the bottom wall of the bottom half (12),
The surface of the electronic substrate (51) is provided with a substrate side terminal to be superimposed on the bottom wall side terminal fitting,
It comprises a fastening screw for screwing into the board side terminal part of the electronic board (51) from the part of the bottom wall side terminal fitting of the bottom half body (12) and tightening both of them.
The bottom half (12) and the upper half (11) may be coupled in a superposed state by coupling screws (37) and (37) that are tightened from the same direction as the tightening screw. '' .
[0012]
In this case, when the part of the bottom wall side terminal fitting of the bottom half body (12) and the part of the board side terminal in the electronic board (51) are tightened with the fastening screws, the board side terminal of the electronic board (51) The bottom wall side terminal fittings provided on the bottom half (12) are pressed into contact with each other, whereby the lead wire is in an electrical connection state with the electronic substrate (51).
Further, as in the case of item 2, the operation of tightening the coupling screws (37) and (37) from one side direction of the box main body (10) can be performed.
<Item 4>
In the above items 1 to 3,
The lead wire is extended on the bottom wall in the bottom half (12) so as to extend along a path deviated from a terminal group of electronic components protruding from the electronic substrate (51) toward the bottom wall. `` There is a wiring stopper to fix '', because the lead wire is fixed at a fixed position, even if the box main body (10) is thin, the metal of the electronic component protruding from the electronic board (51) There is no fear that the tip of the linear terminal pierces the lead wire fixed to the bottom half (12), and the lead wire is not damaged during the assembly of the operation panel.
<Section 5>
The operation panel for a water heater according to the above items 1 to 4 can be used in such a manner that the outer surface of the upper half (11) is exposed to the outside as it is. The decorative cover (30) having the opening for use (330) is externally fitted to the upper half (11) ”.
[0013]

[About assembly work]
Next, an operation of assembling the illustrated remote control panel using each of the above components will be described.
[0024]
First, in a manner covering the first elastic deformation portions (104) (104) and the second elastic deformation portions (105) (105) of the upper half body (11), the surface of the upper half body (11) is flexible. Affix the sheet (29).
Next, the electronic substrate (51) is overlaid on the bottom wall (121) of the bottom half (12) constituting the box main body (10), and the upper half (11) is further overlaid thereon. When the bottom half (12) and the top half (11) are overlapped, a silicon sealing material is applied to the surface of the outer peripheral frame (120) of the bottom half (12). 10) Prevents water and water vapor from entering the interior.
[0025]
Next, the screw of the bottom half (12) is inserted into the through holes (60) (60) (see FIG. 4) of the bottom wall side terminal fittings (67a) (67b) attached to the bottom half (12). Fastening screws (75a) (75b) as screws for fastening means are inserted from the holes (69) (69) side, and the fastening screws (75a) (75b) are inserted into the electronic substrate (51) as shown in FIG. ) Screw holes (58) (58) through the screw holes (58) formed in the protrusions (119) on the inner surface of the upper half (11) (corresponding to the constituent walls of the upper half (11) described above) Screw into 118) and tighten. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the bottom wall side terminal fittings (67a) and (67b) are brought into pressure contact with the board side terminals (117) of the electronic board (51), whereby the lead wires (64a) and (64b) are connected to the electronic terminals. The substrate (51) is in an electrical connection state. As described above, in the remote control panel for a water heater according to the present embodiment, the lead can be obtained simply by tightening the fastening screws (75a) and (75b) in a state where the bottom half (12) and the electronic board (51) are overlapped. The wires (64a) (64b) and the electronic substrate (51) can be electrically connected. Therefore, the assembly work of the box main body (10) can be easily performed as compared with the conventional one in which the electronic substrate (51) to which the lead wires (64a) and (64b) are soldered in advance is incorporated.
[0026]
In this embodiment, the lead wires (64a) and (64b) connected to the bottom wall side terminal fittings (67a) and (67b) are the wiring stoppers (65) and (65) provided on the inner surface side of the bottom half (12). The travel route is not changed. Further, as indicated by the dotted line in FIG. 1, the lead wire (64a) is positioned away from the facing portion of the metal wire terminals (210) (210) of the display device (21) protruding from the back surface of the electronic substrate (51). ) (64b) are fixed by wiring stoppers (65) and (65) so that they travel. Thus, since the lead wires (64a) and (64b) are fixed at predetermined positions, the sharp tips of the terminals (210) and (210) do not pierce the lead wires (64a) and (64b). There is no fear that the lead wires (64a) and (64b) are damaged.
[0027]
Next, in the state where the upper half (11) and the bottom half (12) are overlapped as described above, the screw insertion holes (61) (61) and the long holes (15a) around the bottom half (12) ) (15b) correspond to the screw holes (101) (101) and the long holes (102) (102) of the upper half (11), respectively.
In this state, the coupling screws (37) and (37) are screwed into the screw holes (101) and (101) from the back side of the bottom half (12) through the screw insertion holes (61) and (61) formed in the bottom half body (12). Then, the box main body (10) composed of the upper half (11) and the bottom half (12) with the electronic substrate (51) built therein is assembled.
[0028]
In this embodiment, all of the fastening screws (75a) (75b) and the coupling screws (37) (37) for pressing the bottom wall side terminal fittings (67a) (67b) against the electronic board (51) are used. Since the bottom half (12) is screwed in from the back side (outside side), the screw (75a) (75b) is screwed in from the back side of the bottom half (12). ) (37) is different from the case of screwing in from the front side of the upper half (11), and it is possible to connect the screw without inserting the box main body (10) after screwing the tightening screws (75a) (75b). (37) The screwing of (37) becomes possible, and the workability is improved.
[0029]
Next, connecting screws (77) and (77) for the mounting base (41) are connected to the long holes (102) and (102) near the short side of the upper half (11) constituting the box main body (10). After inserting into the long hole (15a) (15b) of the bottom half (12) that overlaps the screw, the tip of the connecting screw (77) (77) is screwed into the screw hole (47a) (47b) of the mounting base (41). Upon entering, the mounting base (41) is coupled to the back surface of the box main body (10). Thereafter, when the decorative cover (30) is fitted and fixed to the front surface of the box main body (10), the remote control panel according to the present embodiment is completed.
[0030]
Next, in order to attach the remote control panel to the wall surface of the bathroom, as shown in FIG. 2, the screw cylinder (48) is inserted into the wall hole (82) penetrating the bathroom wall (81), and A fixing nut (83) is screwed to the tip, thereby attaching the remote control panel to the bathroom wall (81). In FIG. 2, (20) and (20) are annular rubber plates. In this case, the tightening force of the fixing nut (83) is received by the mounting base (41) via the screw cylinder (48), so the screw cylinder (48) is the bottom half (12) of the box main body (10). There is less concern that the bottom half of the resin (12) will be bent as in the case of being directly screwed to the component wall (when the mounting base (41) is not provided). Therefore, even if the box main body (10) is thinned, the deformation of the bottom half (12) accompanying the fastening of the fixing nut (83) can be suppressed.
[Others]
In the above embodiment, the tightening screws (75a) (75b) are tightened from the bottom half (12) to the projecting portion (119) of the upper half (11) through the screw insertion hole (58) of the electronic board (51). Thus, the portion of the board side terminal (117) was clamped by the protruding portion (119) and the bottom wall side terminal fitting (67a) (67b) on the bottom half body (12) side, as shown in FIG. The fastening screws (75a) and (75b) inserted from the screw insertion holes (69) of the bottom wall (121) of the bottom half (12) may be screwed into the screw holes (56) of the electronic board (51). . That is, the bottom half (12) and the electronic board (51) are fastened to each other with the tightening screws (75a) and (75b), whereby the bottom wall side terminal fittings (67a) (67b) and the electronic board (51) The board side terminals (117) and (117) are brought into pressure contact.
