本発明は横桁兼用PC(プレストレスト・コンクリート)マクラギと該PCマクラギを用いた工法に関する。

【従来の技術】
線路下を開削工法で施工し、活線で横断構造物を構築する場合には、従来、次のような施工手順による工法が採用されている。

▲3▼工事桁を撤去し、PCマクラギを再敷設することにより軌道を復旧する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
従来の工法では、工事桁の製作と撤去、PCマクラギの再敷設による費用の増加と、施工期間の長期化という問題があった。このため、本出願人は工事桁の横桁と道床上の一般マクラギとしての機能を持ったPCマクラギを用いた工事桁をすでに提案しているが、横桁として用いるようにしたPCマクラギは、道床上の一般マクラギ長より長くなり、道床幅が不足してしまうという問題があった。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記課題を解決するためのもので、工事桁の横桁として用いたPCマクラギを、工事完了後、道床上で一般に用いられているPCマクラギ長と同じにできるようにしたものである。
そのために本発明の横桁兼用PCマクラギは、鋼板内にコンクリートを充填し、PC棒又は高力ボルトを埋め込んだ継ぎ足しブロックが両端部に着脱自在に装着されるPCマクラギであって、継ぎ足しブロック装着状態で工事桁の横桁として使用可能であり、継ぎ足しブロックを撤去した状態で道床上のPCマクラギとして使用可能な横桁兼用PCマクラギ。
また、本発明の工法は、主桁及び両端部に継ぎ足しブロックを装着したPCマクラギからなる横桁を設置して工事桁とし、工事完了後、主桁と継ぎ足しブロックを撤去し、継ぎ足しブロックを撤去したPCマクラギをそのまま道床上のマクラギとして使用することを特徴とする。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について説明する。
図1は本実施形態の工事桁兼用PCマクラギの例を説明する図である。
PCマクラギ1は道床上で一般に使用される長さのマクラギで、その両端(図では片方の端部のみ示す)に断面が同形状の継ぎ足しブロック2が着脱自在に装着される。継ぎ足しブロック2は鋼板3内にコンクリートを充填したもので、充填コンクリート4に埋め込んだPC棒又は高力ボルト5でPCマクラギ端部に着脱自在に装着される。継ぎ足しブロック2を装着したときのPCマクラギは工事桁の横桁として機能する長さを有し、軌道両側に設置される主桁で支持されて軌道を仮受けする。工事が完了して工事桁としての役割を終えたときには、継ぎ足しブロック2を外すか、切断するなどして撤去すると、道床上で通常使用されるPCマクラギの長さになるので、これを撤去する必要がなくそのままマクラギとして使用される。なお、継ぎ足しブロック2を外したときにマクラギ端部に穴ができるが、例えばゴム製のキャップなどを被せるなどすればよい。

次に、横桁兼用PCマクラギを用いた工法について説明する。
図2は本工法の施工手順を説明する図である。
図1で説明したように、PCマクラギの両端部に着脱可能な継ぎ足しブロックを装着して、横桁1として使用時の必要長さを確保し、軌道の両側に設置した工事桁(主桁)6に取り付けて軌道7を受ける(図2(a))。このように工事桁で軌道を仮受けしておき、活線で開削工法により線路下に構造物を構築する。
工事完了後には、主桁6を撤去してPCマクラギ1を道床8上に設置する(図2(b))。
次いで、PCマクラギ両端部の継ぎ足しブロック2を取り外す、または切断するなどして撤去し、道床上で一般に使用されているPCマクラギ長と同じ長さにする(図2(c))。

このように、着脱可能な継ぎ足しブロックをPCマクラギの両端部に装着して横桁としての必要長さを確保し、工事完了後にはPCマクラギ両端部の継ぎ足しブロックを撤去して道床上で一般に用いられているPCマクラギ長と同じ長さにするようにしたので、工事完了後にはそのまま道床上に存置して、軌道を支持することができ、従来のように横桁からPCマクラギに戻す作業は不要となる。

【発明の効果】
以上のように本発明によれば、工事桁の横桁として用いたPCマクラギを、道床上のPCマクラギとして用いるので、これまでのような鋼製横桁が不要となり、横桁製作費用が削減され、また、横桁の撤去、PCマクラギの挿入工程がなくなり、工期の短縮を図ることができる。
