この発明は、自動現像装置において現像処理される感光材料の搬送用ラックに関するものである。

に示すように、複数の処理液タンクT1 乃至Tn を一方向に並べ、その処理液タンクT1 乃至Tn 内に現像液、漂白液、定着液、安定化液等の各種の現像処理液を充填し、各処理液タンクT1 乃至Tn の処理液中に感光材料Aを順に浸漬して現像処理を行う自動現像装置においては、各処理液タンクT1 乃至Tn 内にラック20を挿入し、そのラック20内において感光材料Aを移送させるようにしている。

感光材料搬送用のラックとして、図(I)に示したものが従来から知られている。このラックは、ラック本体21の内部に断面形状がスリット状の下向き移送路22とスリット状の上向き移送路23とを前後に設け、上記ラック本体21内に設けた複数の送りローラ24によって上記下向き移送路22に沿って移送される感光材料Aを、ラック本体21内の下部に設けたターンローラ25とそのターンローラの外周下部に一部が圧接された反転ベルト26とによって移送方向を180°方向変換し、それより上向き移送路23に沿って移送させるようにしている。

ここで、ターンローラ25は同図の矢印方向に駆動され、一方、反転ベルト26はターンローラ25の周速と同速度で矢印方向に駆動されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来のラックにおいては、ターンローラ25と反転ベルト26との接触部間に腰の強い感光材料A、例えば印画紙が送り込まれてくると、図(II)で示すように、反転ベルト26が変形して、感光材料Aの前側に液溜り27が生じ、その液溜り27に溜る処理液が感光材料Aと共にターンローラ25の周方向に搬送され、感光材料Aの前側部において現像のすすみが生じ、現像ムラが生じるという問題があった。

この発明の課題は、感光材料の部分的な現像のすすみを防止することができるようにした感光材料搬送用のラックを提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、この発明においては、上下方向に延びる2つの移送路が前後に設けられたラック本体内の下部にターンローラを設け、そのターンローラの外周下部に柔軟な反転ベルトの一部分を圧接し、上記ラック本体の上部からターンローラに向けて下向きに搬送される感光材料の移送方向を、そのターンローラと反転ベルトとで方向変換させるようにした感光材料搬送用のラックにおいて、前記ターンローラの下部外周囲に反転ベルトの一部分をターンローラの外周に押し付ける複数の押さえローラを設けた構成を採用している。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明の実施の形態を図1に基づいて説明する。図1に示すように、ラック本体1は、先に述べた図のラックと同様に、下向き移送路2および上向き移送路3を内部に有し、感光材料Aは、上記ラック本体1の内部に組込まれた送りローラ4の回転によって各移送路2、3に沿って移送される。

ここで、送りローラ4は、図に示すラックと同様に上下方向に複数設けられ、連続した感光材料や、所定の大きさに切断された感光材料を搬送し得るようになっている。

ラック本体1内の下部にはターンローラ5が設けられ、そのターンローラ5の外周下部に反転ベルト6の一部が接触されている。ターンローラ5は同図の矢印方向に回転駆動され、一方、反転ベルト6は複数のローラ7、8、9に掛り、そのローラの1つの回転駆動によって矢印方向に移動される。

下向き移送路2に沿って下向きに移送される感光材料Aは、ターンローラ5と反転ベルト6の接触部間に送り込まれ、上記ターンローラ5の回転と反転ベルト6の移動とによってターンローラ5の周方向に搬送され、移送方向が180°方向変換される。

反転ベルト6は厚みが薄く、シリコーン等のゴム系の柔軟な材料から形成されている。この反転ベルト6は、ターンローラ5の下部外周囲に設けた複数の押えローラ10によってターンローラ5の外周に押し付けられている。
