Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention is a cooling beverage supply apparatus.Refrigerator withAbout.
[0002]
[Prior art and problems to be solved by the invention]
Conventionally, as a device for supplying cold drinking water, a chiller in which a dedicated tank for cold water is installed in a box having a cooling function and the cold water is taken out from the outside of the box has been widely used. Previously, there was a water cooler that installed a dedicated tank for cold water inside the refrigerator door and took out the cold water from the outside of the door.
[0003]
Since such a conventional water cooler uses a dedicated tank, substances such as minerals and water scale contained in water adhere to the inner surface of the tank when used for a long period of time. Therefore, the tank inner surface must be frequently cleaned, and there is a problem that care is troublesome. Moreover, in the water cooler having such a dedicated tank, if it is not used for a while, mold or the like is generated, and there is a problem in terms of hygiene.
[0004]
In particular, when water is supplied by placing a plastic bottle drink in which a beverage such as mineral water or tea is put in a plastic bottle, which is widely spread in recent years, and the beverage is supplied, the “water” of these commercially available plastic bottle drinks is usually Since it is almost mineral water, it has more mineral content than tap water, thus further promoting the above-mentioned care and hygiene problems. This problem becomes more prominent due to the precipitates when a beverage other than water such as tea is supplied.

Thereby, the valve 38 in the trunk | drum 28 moves upwards and opens, The drink in the plastic bottle 4 flows out into the liquid supply path | route part 32 as shown by the arrow F in FIG. It passes through the beverage take-out portion 22 outside the door 3 and flows out from the tip of the tube 32b and is poured into the cup C. At this time, as indicated by a dotted arrow G in FIG. 8, air is supplied to the valve 38 from below through the air flow path 54 provided in the coupling portion between the body portion 28 and the liquid supply path portion 32. Therefore, the beverage in the PET bottle 4 is satisfactorily replaced with the outside air, and thus the beverage in the PET bottle 4 can be smoothly discharged.
[0047]
When the cup C is released from the push button 62, the valve 38 is lowered and the beverage flow path is closed by the biasing force of the spring 42 and the gravity of the beverage in the plastic bottle 4, and the valve operating portion 40c is pushed back downward. As a result, the action lever 64, the transmission lever 66, and the push button 62 return to the original state, and return to the beverage supply standby state.
[0048]
(4) Beverage not supplied
For example, when the apparatus 10 is not used for beverage supply, such as in winter, the movable bottom plate 14 is tilted and leveled (see FIG. 3). Thereby, the insertion hole 18 of the bottom plate of the bottle holding unit 12 is closed, and a plastic bottle and other stored items can be stored in the bottle holding unit 12, and the bottle holding unit 12 does not become a dead space.
[0049]
The cooling drink supply apparatus 10 having the above effects have the following effects.
[0050]
1) Since a commercially available plastic bottle drink is used as it is as a tank for beverage supply, the tank is renewed for each bottle, and scales and minerals may adhere to the inner surface like a conventional dedicated tank. Absent. Therefore, care is simple and it is hygienic. Moreover, since the drink in the refrigerator compartment 2 can be taken out without opening and closing the door 3, the power consumption accompanying door opening and closing can be reduced.
[0051]
2) Since the plug member 26 penetrates the door 3 in and out and connects the mouth portion of the plastic bottle 4 and the beverage take-out portion 22, the beverage channel is entirely removed every time the plastic bottle is replaced. Therefore, forgetting to clean the beverage flow path can be prevented. Further, since the plug member 26 can be divided into the body portion 28, the connection portion 30, the liquid supply path portion 32, and the cover 44, cleaning thereof is easy.
[0052]
3) A plurality of independent protrusions 34, 36, 46, 48 provided on the joint portion of the body portion 28 and the connection portion 30, the body portion 28 and the liquid supply path portion 32, and the body portion 28 and the cover 44. , 52, the projections are engaged with each other, so that the coupling can be performed with a single touch in a short time. That is, for example, when connecting the body portion 28 and the connection portion 30, the attachment portion 30 b of the connection portion 30 is inserted into the upper end portion of the body portion 28 so that the protrusions 34 and 48 do not overlap, and the connection portion 30 is inserted. A slight twist, i.e., a slight rotation, will couple them together. Since the plug member 26 can be easily attached and detached as described above, the cleaning is easy.
[0053]
4) The valve support member 40 that supports the valve 34 extends to the outside of the liquid supply path portion 32 through the air flow path 54, and the annular valve operation portion that surrounds the outer periphery of the trunk portion 28 in the extended portion. Since 40c is formed, the valve 38 in the trunk | drum 28 can be directly actuated from the outer side of the liquid supply path | route part 32 penetrated to the outer side of the door 3. FIG. Further, since the valve operating portion 40c is formed in an annular shape, positioning of the plug member 26 between the valve operating portion 40c and the action lever 64 in the circumferential direction is not necessary when the plastic bottle 4 is attached to the bottle holding portion 12. It is.
[0054]
5) Since the spring 42 is arranged outside the beverage flow path so as to surround the outer periphery of the body portion 28, the flow of the beverage is smooth, the beverage flow path is easy to clean, and corrosion of the spring 42 is prevented. In addition, it is possible to reduce the amount of beverage remaining by reducing the amount of beverage remaining in the beverage flow path, and the structure of the plug member 26 is simplified.
[0055]
6) Since it has the cover 44 which covers the circumference | surroundings of the valve operation part 40c distribute | arranged to the outer periphery of the trunk | drum 28, when attaching the plastic bottle 4 to the bottle holding part 12, etc., it does not operate the valve operation part 40c accidentally. Beverage leakage can be prevented.
[0056]
7) As shown in FIG. 6 (a), the valve shaft support portion 40b extends between the plurality of protrusions 36, 36, 36 provided on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end portion of the body portion 28. The rotation of the member 40 can be prevented and the operability is excellent.
[0057]
8) Since the flexible tube 32b is used in the portion that penetrates the door 3 of the liquid supply path portion 32 inward and outward, the design flexibility of the beverage takeout portion 22 and the bottle holding portion 12 is high.
[0058]
9) Since the upper and lower surfaces of the valve 38 are convex, it is possible to prevent the beverage from remaining on the upper surface of the valve 38.
[0059]
10) Since the cross-sectional shape of the valve shaft support portion 40b is formed so as to have an acute angle portion in the upper portion as shown in FIG. 6 (b), it is possible to prevent the beverage from remaining in the lower region of the valve 38. it can.
[0060]
FIG. 10 shows a plug member 26 a according to another configuration example of the plug member 26.
[0061]
In the plug member 26a, a spring 42 that biases the valve 38 to a closed state is disposed in the beverage flow path. That is, the spring 42 is attached to the valve shaft 40 a of the valve support member 40, the lower end thereof is disposed on the lower end portion of the valve shaft 40 a, and the upper end is extended inward from the inner peripheral surface of the body portion 28. The valve shaft guides 74 and 74 are locked.
[0062]
Further, the valve 38 is formed in an upper and lower two-layer structure, the upper layer 38a is formed of a reinforcing member made of a hard resin, and the lower layer 38b is formed of a soft rubber.
[0063]
Further, a cover 44 that covers the outer periphery of the valve operating portion 40c is formed integrally with the body portion 28, that is, the plug member 26a is formed in a three-part divided manner of the body portion 28, the connection portion 30 and the liquid supply path portion 32. Has been.
[0064]
The stopper member 26a is attached to the mouth portion of the plastic bottle 4 in the same manner as the stopper member 26 described above, and is set in the stopper member guide portion 56 by inserting the PET bottle 4 into the bottle holding portion 12, so that the beverage Supply.
[0065]
Since the valve 38 of the plug member 26a is reinforced by the reinforcing member, it is possible to prevent the beverage from being ejected from the valve 38 due to an increase in the bottle internal pressure when a carbonated beverage is used as the plastic bottle beverage.
[0066]
【The invention's effect】
Of the present inventionrefrigeratorIf this is the case, a commercially available beverage container is used as it is, and the container is used as a beverage supply tank, and each bottle is renewed to a new one. There is nothing to do. Therefore, since tank cleaning is unnecessary, care is simple and hygienic. Moreover, since the plug member, which is the entire outflow path through which the beverage flows, can be removed as a unit every time the beverage container is replaced, forgetting to clean the entire beverage channel can be prevented.
