Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a conductor tube for a welding torch that connects a grip portion and a nozzle side.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a conductor tube for a welding torch that connects the grip portion and the nozzle side, a conduit liner that forms a wire passage is arranged at the center of the tube, and the outer circumference of the conduit liner is arranged. For example, an unsealed spiral core is disposed in a space for gas passage, a conductor is disposed on the outer periphery of the spiral core, and the outer periphery of the conductor is covered with a covering tube. It is known as shown in JP-A-60-141373.
[0003]
Further, in the conductor tube for welding torch that connects between the grip portion and the nozzle side, a conduit liner that forms a wire passage is arranged at the center of the tube, and the outer periphery of the conduit liner is arranged. A gas-passing space is placed in a closed expansion / contraction tube, a conductor wound in a plurality of stages is arranged on the outer periphery of the sealed expansion / contraction pipe, and the winding direction of each step of the multi-stage winding conductor is On the contrary, the one in which the outer periphery of the conductor is covered with a coating tube is also known, for example, as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 63-21968.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the former of the above prior art, since the spiral core and the conductor are non-sealing type, there is a possibility that gas flowing in the conductor tube may leak out when the covering tube is broken. For this reason, an airtight member made of a hose is arranged between the conductor and the covering tube. However, the installation of the airtight member increases the diameter of the conductor tube and impairs flexibility. There is a risk that. There is also a problem that it is difficult to maintain the bent state due to the force that returns the conductor tube to its original state when the conductor tube is bent.
[0005]
Therefore, an invention like the latter of the above prior art has been made. In the latter, since the tube corresponding to the former spiral core is made of a sealed expansion tube, gas leaks even when the tube is broken. Although it is a sealed telescopic tube, its outer diameter increases and eventually the conductor tube becomes larger. In addition, in order to maintain the bending of the conductor tube, the conductor diameter is increased because a plurality of conductors are wound and the winding direction of each step is reversed. -Tube becomes larger.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in view of such problems of the prior art, and the object of the present invention is to provide a function of maintaining the curvature between the spiral core and the conductor and It is an object of the present invention to provide a flexible welding torch that is compact and has a good gas tightness by providing airtightness between mutual conductive wires.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the conductor tube for welding torch according to the present invention has a conduit liner that forms a wire-passage at the center of the tube, and gas passes through the outer periphery of the conduit liner. An unsealed spiral core is placed with a space for the space, a conductor in which a plurality of conductive wires are twisted is placed on the outer periphery of the spiral core, and the spiral direction of the spiral core and the conductor are reversed. the heat-resistant adhesive which highly elastic coating therebetween conductive lines conductor while the, covering the outer periphery of the conductive member Ju - not covered by blanking, conductor - Ju - was blanking the have a curved maintaining function It is characterized by that.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
An embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a grip portion for a torch. In the grip portion 1, a cable for guiding a welding wire and gas, a switch for operating the torch, etc. Is built-in. Reference numeral 2 denotes a conductor tube according to the present invention. One end of the conductor tube 2 is connected to the grip 1 and the other end is connected to the nozzle side 3.
[0009]
The conductor tube 2 can be operated even in a state where it is appropriately curved as shown by a virtual line in FIG. 1, for example, corresponding to the position of the work to be welded or cut.
[0010]
As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, a conduit liner 6 that forms a passage 5 of the wire 4 is disposed at the center of the conductor tube 2, and a gas passage space 7 is provided on the outer periphery of the conduit liner 6. Spiral core-8 is placed. A conductor 10 in which a plurality of conductive wires 9 are twisted in contact with the spiral core-8 is disposed on the outer periphery of the spiral core-8, and the conductor 10 is elastic between the conductive wires 9. A heat-resistant adhesive 11 rich in water is applied. The outer periphery of the conductor 10 is covered with a heat-resistant coating tube 12 rich in elasticity. Insulating bushes 13 are disposed on both ends of the outer periphery of the covering tube 12.
[0011]
The spiral core 8 is, for example, a non-sealing type in which a thin stainless steel band is spirally wound, and the conductive wire 9 constituting the conductor 10 is, for example, a twist of 12 copper wires, When the spiral winding direction of the stainless steel strip is right-handed, the twisting direction of the copper wire is opposite to each other such as left-handed.
Next, the assembly means for the spiral core 8, the conductor 10, the adhesive 11, the covering tube 12 and the like constituting the conductor tube 2 will be described with reference to FIG.
[0013]
First, one end 8a of the spiral core 8 is fitted into the conductive substrate 14 on the nozzle side (see FIG. 4).
[0014]
Next, twelve conductive wires 9 are arranged at equal intervals on the outer periphery of the spiral core-8, and one end portion 9a of the conductive wire 9 is connected to the conductive substrate 14 on the nozzle side together with the one end portion 8a of the spiral core-8. The other end portion 9b of the conductive wire 9 is attached to the conductive joint 15 on the grip portion side (see FIG. 5).
[0015]
Next, the conductive joint 15 on the grip portion side is fixed, and the core rod 16 is inserted into the conductive base 14 and rotated about 400 degrees so that each conductive wire 9 is in a direction opposite to the winding direction of the spiral core-8. Twist. Due to this twisting, the length of the conductor 10 is shortened to be approximately the same size as the spiral core-8, and the other end of the spiral core-8 is also fitted into the conductive joint 15. In this state, the other end of the spiral core 8 is also attached to the conductive joint 15 (see FIG. 6).
[0016]
Next, a heat-resistant adhesive 11 rich in elasticity is applied between the conductive wires 9 of the conductor 10 to make the conductor 10 air-tight with heat resistance rich in elasticity. Then, the outer periphery of the conductor 10 is covered with a heat-resistant covering tube 12 rich in elasticity (see FIG. 7), and insulating bushes 13 are arranged at both ends of the covering tube 12 (see FIG. 8).
[0017]
In the welding torch constructed as described above, the conductor tube 2 may be bent in a desired direction in order to make the torch face the workpiece for welding or cutting. . During the operation, the wire 4 in the conduit liner 6 and the gas passing through the space 7 are sent to the nozzle side 3 and a desired current is sent to the nozzle side 3 through the conductor 10.
[0018]
Then, the spiral core 8 constituting the conductor tube 2 is not sealed, and a conductor 10 in which a plurality of conductive wires 9 are twisted is arranged on the outer periphery of the spiral core 8 so as to be electrically connected to the spiral core-8. The torsion direction of the body 10 is reversed, and a heat-resistant adhesive 11 rich in elasticity is applied between the conductive wires 9 of the conductor 10, and the outer periphery of the conductor is covered with a covering tube 12. Therefore, there are few factors that increase the outer diameter of each member, the conductor tube 2 has a small diameter, and the spiral core 8 and the conductor 10 can be provided with a bending maintaining function. The conductive wires 9 are elastic and airtight, and the gas passing through the conductor tube 2 passes through the conductor 10 to the coated tube 12 side. There is no leakage. Therefore, even if the covering tube 12 is broken, there is no risk of gas leakage.
[0019]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention, the spiral core constituting the conductor tube is an unsealed type, and a conductor in which a plurality of conductive wires are twisted is arranged on the outer periphery of the spiral core, and the spiral core and the conductor are connected to each other. The twisting direction was reversed and an elastic heat-resistant adhesive was applied between the conductive wires of the conductor, and the outer periphery of the conductor was covered with a covering tube. There are few factors to increase, and the conductor tube has a small diameter, and the entire torch can be made small. In addition, the spiral core and the conductor can provide a curvature maintaining function, and the work can be easily performed in any state. In addition, it is elastic and airtight between the conductive wires of the conductor, and the gas passing through the inside of the conductor tube leaks through the conductor to the coated tube side. Therefore, even if the coated tube is broken, it is a safe conductor tube for welding tough so that there is no risk of gas leakage.
