Description

【0001】

By engaging, the disk storage rack 3 is fixed at a predetermined position of the housing 7, so that a comb-shaped shutter that determines the address position of the disk provided in the disk storage rack 3 is provided in the disk transport means 5. It can be placed in the correct position with respect to a position detector such as an interrupter.
[0013]
However, if the autochanger 1 is turned on in a state where the lock lever 9 is not locked and the disk storage rack 3 is not stored in a predetermined correct position in the housing 7, the above-mentioned designation is made. Since the address of the disk 2 to be recorded cannot be correctly recognized, the autochanger 1 does not operate.
[0014]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. The first problem to be solved by the present invention is that when the disk storage rack 3 is pushed into the housing 7, the disk storage rack 3 is in a predetermined position. It is to make it possible for the operator to recognize that it is stored in the storage.
[0015]
The second problem to be solved by the present invention is to automatically store the disk storage rack 3 in a predetermined position of the housing 7 when the operator closes the front panel 8.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the automatic carrier regeneration apparatus (autochanger 1) of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 (A) and 1 (B) are perspective views showing a schematic configuration of an embodiment of the autochanger of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a side view showing a locked state of the autochanger of the embodiment, FIG. 3 (A) and FIG. 3B is a side view for explaining the operation of the autochanger of this embodiment, FIGS. 4A and 4B are side views for explaining the operation of another embodiment of the autochanger, and FIG. 5 is this embodiment. It is operation | movement explanatory drawing of the lock groove | channel and lock pin vicinity of the lock lever used for the example autochanger. Note that portions corresponding to those in FIG. 6 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof is omitted. Only the configuration of the main part of the present invention will be described below.
[0025]
Referring to FIG. 1A, a disk drive means capable of reproducing or recording at least one disk 2 from the side of an opening / closing lid (hereinafter referred to as a front panel ) 8 toward the depth of the casing 7 in the casing 7 of the autochanger 1. 6 is disposed. For example, a disk storage rack 3 for storing a plurality of disks 2 such as CDs is disposed on the left side of the housing 7 from the front panel 8 side in the depth direction of the housing 7.
[0026]
A rail 10 is disposed between the disk storage rack 3 and the disk drive means 6 in the depth direction from the front panel 8 side, and the disk transport means 5 is slidably disposed along the rail 10. One end is fixed to the disk transport means 5 and is spanned between pulleys 12 and 12 pivotally attached to the front and rear ends of the housing 7, and one pulley 12 is driven by a driving motor. The means 5 moves in the direction of arrow A-A '.
[0027]
The disk 2 is taken out from the disk storage rack 3 by the disk transport means 5, and the disk 2 is placed on the disk drive means 6 to reproduce or record the disk 2. Further, after the reproduction or recording is completed, the disk 2 is taken out from the disk driving means 6 and stored in the disk storage rack 3. These controls are controlled by a control unit 13 having a microcomputer or the like.
[0028]
The disk storage rack 3 can be taken out of the front panel 8 by manually sliding on the slide rail 4 laid on the bottom of the housing 7.
[0029]
A lock lever 9 is attached to the left side wall 7L of the housing 7 in which the disk storage rack 3 is disposed so as to be rotatable in the direction of the arrow B-B 'about the rotation shaft 9c.
[0030]
The lock lever 9 has a substantially rectangular plate material, and includes a first inclined portion 9a inclined downward on the tip end portion and a second inclined portion 9d inclined upward, and the end of the first inclined portion 9a. This is a lock claw in which a lock groove 9b is formed so as to be connected to the portion.
[0031]
When the disk storage rack 3 is inserted into a predetermined position of the housing 7 in the lock groove 9b of the lock lever 9, the lock pin 3a erected on the front upper portion of the disk storage rack 3 is fitted. The disk storage rack 3 is fixed at the correct position of the housing 7.
[0032]
Therefore, when the lock lever 9 is lifted in the direction of the arrow B ′ in FIG. 1A, the lock of the disk storage rack 3 is released, and the disk storage rack 3 can be moved to the front panel 8 side.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 1B, the front panel 8 can be freely opened and closed with a pivot shaft such as a hinge between the front panel 8 and the top plate of the opening of the box-shaped housing 7, and the front panel 8 is placed on the upper side. It can be removed from the housing 7 by lifting it up.
[0034]
Further, a first protrusion that presses the front surface of the disk storage rack 3 and moves it in the depth direction of the housing 7, that is, a relatively long first protrusion 8 a, stands on the lower part of the back side of the front panel 8. Set up.
[0035]
Similarly, the upper part on the back side of the front panel 8 has a second projecting portion, that is, relatively positioned at a position facing the second inclined portion 9d of the lock lever 9 rotatably attached to the left side wall 7L of the housing 7. A short second protrusion 8b is erected.
[0036]
The operation of the present embodiment in the above configuration will be described with reference to FIGS.
[0037]
FIG. 2 is a side view of the main part when the front panel 8 of this embodiment is completely closed and the disk storage unit 3 is locked. The disk storage rack 3 is completely in a predetermined position in the housing 7. When the disk storage rack 3 is pushed into the housing 7, the lock pin 3a provided in the disk storage rack 3 is pushed in along the first inclined portion 9a of the lock lever 9 with the arrow B. When the disk storage rack 3 is completely pushed into a predetermined position, the lock pin 3a is fitted into the lock groove 9b of the lock lever 9, and at the same time the lock lever 9 is moved to an arrow. The disk storage rack 3 is locked to the housing 7 in the B direction.
[0038]
In this case, the contact between the protrusion 8b erected on the upper side on the back side of the front panel 8 and the second inclined portion 9d of the lock lever 9 is released. Further, since the disk storage rack 3 is pulled into a predetermined position in the depth direction of the housing 7, the contact between the protrusion 8a standing below the back surface of the front panel 8 and the front surface of the disk storage rack 3 is also as shown in FIG. Is released.
[0039]
The operation of the autochanger of this embodiment will be described below with reference to FIGS. FIG. 3A and FIG. 3B are operation explanatory diagrams in a state where the disk storage rack 3 is not completely pushed into the housing 7.
[0040]
3A, when the front panel 8 is manually rotated counterclockwise with the upper hinge as a rotation axis, the lock pin 3a protruded from the disk storage rack 3 is the first inclined portion of the lock lever 9. As indicated by arrow B ′, the lock lever 9 is rotated clockwise about the rotating shaft 9c as shown by an arrow B ′, and moves while pushing up the lock lever 9. At this time, the projection 8a erected on the front surface of the disk storage rack 3 and the lower side of the rear surface of the front panel 8 abuts, and the disk storage rack 3 is pushed in the depth direction of the housing 7 as indicated by the arrow C by the projection 8a. It is.
[0041]
Further, when the front panel 8 is rotated counterclockwise and closed, the disk storage rack 3 is further pushed in the direction of arrow C as shown in FIG.
[0042]
However, at this time, the lock lever 9 pushed up in the B ′ direction by the lock pin 3 a provided on the disk storage rack 3 is the tip of the protrusion 8 b provided on the back side of the front panel 8 and the first to third lock levers 9. Since the contact is made in the vicinity of the intersection of the second inclined portions 9a and 9d, the lock lever 9 cannot be lifted upward by the lock pin 3a.
[0043]
Accordingly, since the disk storage rack 3 can no longer be pushed in, the front panel 8 cannot be closed, and it can be recognized that the disk storage rack 3 is not placed at the correct position.
[0044]
Next, referring to FIGS. 4A, 4B, and 5, the disk storage rack 3 is automatically pushed into a predetermined position of the housing 7 by the closing operation of the front panel 8, and the lock lever 9 The operation when the disk storage rack 3 is locked will be described.
[0045]
As shown in FIG. 4A, when the front panel 8 is closed, the front surface of the disk storage rack 3 comes into contact with the protrusion 8a erected on the lower side of the rear surface of the front panel 8, and the disk storage rack 3 is contacted. Is pushed in the depth direction of the housing 7 as indicated by an arrow C.
[0046]
At this time, since the lock pin 3a erected on the disk storage rack 3 is in contact with the first inclined portion 9a of the lock lever 9, the lock lever 9 is pushed up clockwise as indicated by an arrow B 'with the rotating shaft 9c as a fulcrum. It is done.
[0047]
Further, when the front panel 8 is closed as shown in FIG. 4B, the disk storage rack 3 is pushed further on the slide rail 4 in the C direction.
[0048]
At this time, since the second protrusion 8b is erected so as to face the second inclined portion 9d, the upper side of the lock lever 9 pushed up by the lock pin 3a erected on the disk storage rack 3 The tip end of the protrusion 8b erected on the upper side on the back side of the front panel 8 is brought into contact with the second inclined portion 9d inclined toward the front side.
[0049]
Further, when the front panel 8 is closed, the tip of the protrusion 8b is moved up along the second inclined portion 9d, so that the lock lever 9 operates in the direction of arrow B about the rotation shaft 9c. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5 which is an enlarged view of the E portion of FIG. 4B and cannot move in the direction of the arrow B ′, the pressing force indicated by the arrow D is at the peak point 9e of the first inclined portion 9a of the lock lever 9. Occur.
[0050]
When the lock pin 3a in contact with the first inclined portion 9a is pushed in until the peak point 9e of the first inclined portion 9a exceeds the center of the lock pin 3a, the lock pin 3a of the disk storage rack 3 is drawn into the lock groove 9b. And moves in the horizontal direction as indicated by an arrow H. At this time, the contact between the protrusion 8b and the second inclined portion 9d of the lock lever 9 is released.
[0051]
Further, since the disk storage rack 3 is pulled into a predetermined position, the contact between the front panel protrusion 8a and the disk storage rack 3 is also released, so that the impact when the front panel 8 is closed is not transmitted to the disk storage rack. As shown in FIG. 2, the lid can be closed and the disk storage rack 3 can be stored in a predetermined correct position.
[0052]
【The invention's effect】
According to the autochanger of the present invention, it is possible to prevent the front panel from being closed when the disk storage rack is not stored in a predetermined position, and therefore, the disk storage rack when the front panel cannot be closed. Can immediately recognize that is not stored in the correct position.
In addition, when the front panel is closed when the disk storage rack is not stored in the predetermined position, the disk storage rack can be moved to the predetermined position by closing the front panel. It is possible to prevent the autochanger 1 from operating due to inadequate storage of the rack.
