本発明はコークス炉の地上側に敷設したレール上を移動する消火車の牽引電車(消火電車という)の走行装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来、図5(イ)(ロ)図に示すように、レール14上に支持される前後車輪2,2’の車軸3,3の軸受4,4にゴム製スプリングa,aを介して車枠1(シャーシ)が昇降自在に設けられ、両側の前後車輪2,2及び2’、2’のそれぞれ中間部で車枠1の上端に設けた台板5の下部に減速機9’及び車軸3,3と平行方向に直流電動機10’を設け、該電動機10’の直上の台板5に開口部pを設けて電動機10’の取り替えや補修作業を行った。

これは、台板5下に設けた上記電動機10’の取り替えや補修作業を台板5の上から行うため必要であった。

そのため台板5の高さを出来るだけ低く設定することが必要となり、車軸3,3の軸受4,4と車枠1との間の発条には厚さの薄いゴム製スプリングaが用いられたがコークス炉の熱の影響を受け易く寿命が4〜5年と短く、かつ車載電気品、機械品に対し振動の影響が大で、取替回数が多く、かつブレーキには図5(ロ)図に示すように車輪ブレーキbを用い摩耗によるブレーキシュウの取替えや調整回数が多くメンテナンス部品が多い。

しかも上記開口部pは台板5上の人の作業に危険であり、かつ作業面積及び機器の配置面積が充分にとれないという欠陥があった。

又、前後車輪2,2’間の距離(ホイールベース)を運転用機器の配置の関係より長くとることができず、短いため却って水平牽引力による軸重移動及びピッチング(前後部の上下動)が大であるという問題があった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は車枠及び台板のクッション性に優れ、熱の影響によるスプリングの取替えが少なく、振動の影響が少なく、ブレーキを簡略化し、かつ台板上面に開口部を形成する必要がなく作業面積及び機器の配置に制約が少なく、かつホイールベースが長くとれるので水平牽引力による軸重移動及びピッチングを小とし、台車走行時の車枠又は台板の揺動を自由自在に吸収し駆動機器支持板への影響を少なくすることを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の目的を達成するため本発明は
車枠を前後車輪の車軸の軸受にスプリングを介して昇降自在に支持し、車枠の上面に台板を設けて機器を配置してなる消火電車において、一端部上に電動機を、他端部上に該電動機と回転継手で連結される減速機を固定した支持板を、両端部が前後方向となるようにして車枠の側部に配置し、車枠の側方に延長された車軸の一端を該車軸と直交する減速機の出力部に接続する一方、支持板の一端部を車枠又は台板に設けた側方突起に懸垂してなる消火電車における走行装置
上記支持板の一端部を車枠又は台板に設けた側方突起に懸垂板とピンで揺動自在に連結して、走行時の車枠や台板の揺動を吸収できるように懸垂してなる上記第1発明記載の消火電車における走行装置
上記回転接手にブレーキを形成した上記第1又は第2発明記載の消火電車における走行装置
によって構成される。

【発明の実施の形態】
コークス炉のプラットホーム上にコークスガイド車が走行し、該プラットホームの下方の地上22(図1)に敷設したレール14上を消火車が走行する。

消火車の電気機関車(ロコモーティブ)即ち消火電車6はレール14上に支持される前後車輪2,2’の車軸3,3の軸受4,4に車枠1(シャーシ)を案内ガイド15,15に沿って昇降自在に支持し、車枠1の上面に1体に台板5が設けられる。

上記軸受4,4と台板5との間には車軸3の両側にコイルスプリング7,7を介在させて該台板5は該スプリング7,7の力で昇降自在に支持される。

上記前後の車軸3,3の一端は上記車枠1の側方に延長3’される。延長方向は図2に示すように前後で反対方向であるが、同一方向であっても差支えない。

上記延長部3’は車枠1の側部に配置した支持板11上に車軸3,3と直交方向に設けた減速機9の出力部9”に接続する。出力部9”は減速歯車のボス等によって形成され、延長部3’をボスにキーを介して嵌合又は摩擦結合リングに嵌合する。

走行駆動装置8は減速機9とインバータ制御交流電動機10とによって形成され、該電動機10の出力軸と減速機9の入力軸とを共通回転軸接手12で連結してなるものであって、該回転軸接手12にディスクプレート13’を設け、ディスクプレート13’の両面を電磁挟圧片13”、13”で挟圧することによって上記回転軸接手12のディスクブレーキ13が形成される。しかしディスクブレーキ13に代りその他のブレーキを用いることができる。

このように形成した走行駆動装置8の上記支持板11の一端部は、前後車輪2,2’の間又はそれらの前後において、車枠又は台板5に設けた側方突起5’と支持板11とに設けた軸受板16,16(図3(イ)図)に小径ピン19,19で緩着した懸垂板17によって揺動自在に懸垂され、該支持板11の他端部は減速機9の下面にボルトで固定され、減速機9は上記軸受4、延長部3’及び車輪2又は2’を介してレール14に支持される。

懸垂板17の上下端部には大径孔18,18を穿設し、上下の軸受板16,16間に挿入した小径ピン19を大径孔18,18に挿入して自在軸受を形成し、かつ軸受板16,16間の間隙を懸垂板17の厚さよりも大となして懸垂板17を軸受板16,16に前後方向及び幅方向に揺動可能に支持するもので、このような支持を緩着と言う。

尚図3(ロ)図中20は懸垂板17に突設した電動機部分の逃し窓、21は前後車輪2,2’間に設けた非常用レールブレーキである。

【発明の効果】
本発明は上述のように構成したので、耐熱性に富みクッション性の良い消火電車が得られ、搭載機器への振動の影響が少なく、かつホイールベースを長く取れ走行性に優れ、かつ台板に開口部を突設する必要がないため、台板上の作業性及び機器の配列制限が少なく、かつ走行駆動装置のメンテナンスが容易であるという効果がある。

又減速機の支持板が走行時の車枠や台板の揺動を吸収し得て走行駆動装置を無理なく上記揺動に対応させ得るばかりでなく、ブレーキを走行駆動装置の減速機と電動機との間に設け得てブレーキ機構の部品が少なく保守・点検を簡略化し得る利点がある。
