Description

【0001】

Conventionally, pillars, beams, and the like (hereinafter collectively referred to as pillars) as structural materials that support the gravitational load of a wooden house are generally formed by cutting a tree or a natural tree into a prism or a cylinder. In addition, because it is not a structural material because cutting natural trees from forests leads to natural destruction, it focuses on bamboo that grows faster than wood, and breaks and arranges bamboo, which is superposed and laminated. Bamboo plywood produced by this method is known.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when cutting a conventional natural tree as described above to create a pillar, the thickness, size, and shape of the pillar that can be taken from the size of the tree are naturally limited, and the natural tree Since planting and waiting for growth, in particular, it takes a long time to obtain a thick pillar, which is expensive. In addition, there is a problem that bamboo plywood is not strong enough to be used as a structural material.
[0004]
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and can provide a pillar as a structural material of any thickness, size, and shape easily, quickly, and inexpensively, and can be recycled. An object is to provide a method of manufacturing a pillar made of bamboo that does not require natural trees to be cut from forests and does not cause natural destruction.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention is a pillar using bamboo material or wood obtained by mixing a crushed and expanded bamboo material or wood and an adhesive and cutting the molded product. In this configuration, a column having an arbitrary shape and size can be easily obtained using a mold having an arbitrary shape and size.
The present invention also provides a columnar shape by mixing the pulverized bamboo material or wood and an adhesive with a pulverization step of pulverizing and expanding chips of bamboo material or wood into chips by changing the pressure, and stirring by centrifugal force. It is a manufacturing method of the pillar using the bamboo material or wood which consists of a shaping | molding process to shape | mold. In this manufacturing method, a crushed bamboo material or wood is molded into a columnar shape by centrifugal force, so that a uniform, arbitrary shape and size column can be easily obtained.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, as an embodiment embodying the present invention, a case where bamboo is used will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a view showing a raw material before crushing bamboo in the course of manufacturing a pillar according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a molding apparatus using centrifugal force used for manufacturing, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the molded pillar. FIG. The outline of the pillar manufacturing method will be explained. As shown in FIG. 1, the bamboo 1 as a raw material is cut into strips in the length direction in 4 to 5 divisions in the radial direction, and the outer periphery is peeled off, and the node portion is peeled off. To cut. Further, the bamboo piece cut in this way is cut into pieces as shown in the drawing and then inserted into the pressure device. In this pressure device, the inside is depressurized instantaneously from a high pressure state, and the bamboo cut pieces inserted into the inside are crushed and expanded into chips as a result of changes in atmospheric pressure at that time. The bamboo material crushed into chips and an adhesive are mixed and put into a molding apparatus 3 as shown in FIG. In addition, you may use the bamboo 1 used as a raw material for recycling.
[0007]
The molding apparatus 3 includes a hollow columnar drum 4 having a diameter of about 2 m (in consideration of economy) that is rotated at high speed by a drive source such as a motor (not shown). The material insertion cylinder 5 having a large number of holes in the surface is integrally provided. The drum 4 is assembled so as to be freely opened by splitting it so that a molded product molded inside can be taken out after the molding operation. In such a configuration, when the drum 4 is being rotationally driven, an adhesive made of a bamboo material crushed into chips from above and an adhesive made of resin or the like is put into the material insertion cylinder 5. They are stirred by receiving the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the drum 4 and are formed into a hollow column along the inner peripheral wall of the drum 4. The molded product that becomes the basis of the pillar having a diameter of less than about 2 m is taken out from the drum 4 and a pillar is obtained by cutting. FIG. 3 shows a molded product 7 made of bamboo formed into a hollow shape and a column 7a obtained by cutting from the molded product 7. In addition, it is desirable that the drum 4 is provided with a heater so that heat molding is possible.
[0008]
What is necessary is just to cut a prism or a cylinder as a structural material of an appropriate shape and thickness arbitrarily from the above-mentioned molded product 7, and furthermore, if a finishing material made of a single plate or the like is attached to the outer peripheral surface by adhesion or the like, A decorative pillar is obtained. Further, for example, a column having a thick one end and a thin other end can be easily handled by using an appropriately shaped drum 4 or performing such cutting. It is also possible to easily apply color coating to the outer peripheral surface of the column.
[0009]
FIG. 4 shows steps of a method for manufacturing a pillar using bamboo according to the present invention. This process includes a step of peeling the bamboo skin (S1), a grinding step (S2) of crushing and expanding the cut pieces of the peeled bamboo into chips by changing the atmospheric pressure, and the material of the ground bamboo. It consists of a molding step (S3) in which an adhesive is mixed, stirred by centrifugal force and molded into a columnar shape, a step of taking out a molded product (S4), and a step of cutting into columns (S5). In this way, since the pillar is molded from the chip-shaped bamboo material crushed and expanded into chips using centrifugal force, a homogeneous structural material can be obtained and natural as compared to the case using natural wood. A column as a structural material having an arbitrary thickness, length, and shape can be provided quickly, easily, and inexpensively without causing destruction. In particular, by using bamboo as a material, it is possible to provide a structural material that can withstand a large gravitational load as compared to the case of using a material obtained by pulverizing wood.
[0010]
In addition, this invention is not restricted to the said Example structure, A various deformation | transformation is possible. For example, in the above embodiment, bamboo is used as a raw material, but in addition to bamboo, recycled old wood, plywood, etc. may be mixed in chips. It is good also as a laminated structure of the part which uses a raw material, and the part which uses the wood made into chip shape as a raw material. Moreover, although the case where the large diameter molded product was cut | judged to the normal pillar from the point of economical efficiency was shown, a molded product is good also as a pillar as it is. Moreover, when using for a building house, it is also possible to let an electric cord etc. pass through a hollow part.
[0011]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the cut pieces of bamboo are crushed and expanded into chips by a change in atmospheric pressure, and this is molded into a column by centrifugal force. Therefore, the gravitational load is uniform and of any shape and size. pillars easily, it can be provided quickly and cheaply, particularly in homogeneous structural material, moreover Ru can produce structural material to withstand large gravity load.
