【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、穿刺装置に関し、特に、人体又は動物等の臓器内の液体等を外部に漏出させることなく、臓器内のサンプル吸引及び内部状態検査を行うための新規な改良に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、用いられていたこの種の穿刺装置としては、一般に、注射針を臓器等の被穿刺部内に穿刺させ、内部の液体等を吸引して、この液体等の病理検査を行っていた。

【発明を解決しようとする課題】
従来の穿刺装置は、以上のように構成されているため、次のような課題が存在していた。
すなわち、被穿刺部内に注射針を穿刺して液体等を吸引した後に、この注射針を引抜くと、この被穿刺部に注射針を穿刺した時の孔が残るため、この孔から液体等が体内に漏出し、悪性液体の場合には他の臓器に転移することがあった。

本発明は、以上のような課題を解決するためになされたもので、特に、人体又は動物等の臓器内の液体等を外部に漏出させることなく、臓器内のサンプル吸引及び内部状態の検査を行うようにした穿刺装置を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明による穿刺装置は、少なくとも柔軟材よりなる傘状部の軸心位置に配設された筒体と、前記筒体に設けられたシール部と、前記筒体に直列接続された第1筒状体からなり、前記シール部はエチルアルコールを内蔵する空隙を有する構成であり、また、前記シール部の第1膜の膜面は前記傘状部の内面と連続するように設けられている構成である。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、図面と共に本発明による穿刺装置の好適な実施の形態について詳細に説明する。
図1は穿刺装置の主要部を示すもので、図1において符号1で示されるものはウレタンゴム等からなり傘状をなす傘状部であり、この傘状部1とシール部3Aにより密閉状に形成されている。なお、この筒体3、傘状部1及びシール部3Aは一体成形又は別部品による一体接合の何れかにより構成されている。また、前記シール部3Aは例えばウレタンゴム又はシリコンゴムからなり、図2で示すように軸方向における両端に設けられた第1、第3膜3Aa、3Acと中間に位置する第2膜3Abとからなり、この第2膜3Abには十字形の切れ目3Bが形成され、後述の針等が貫通しやすいように構成されている。なお、このシール部3Aは3層に限らず、2層等とすることもできる。このシール部3Aの空隙3a内にはエチルアルコール(アルコールも可)が内蔵されており、このアルコールは第1膜3Aa側から注射針で使用前に注入する。
前記筒体3には、耐蝕性のあるアルミニウム等よりなり筒状をなすねじ体5が設けられている。また、前記シール部3Aは図31のように第1膜3Aaの膜面3Adは傘状部1の内面1Eと面が連続し、この膜面3Adが傘状部1の内底面を形成すると共に、接着剤7がこの膜面3Adにも塗布されるように構成することができる。

前記ねじ体5には、耐蝕性のあるアルミニウム等からなりこのねじ体5と外径がほぼ同一であると共に、第1取手8を有する第1筒状体9が直列状に螺合して接続されている。なお、この第1筒状体9は筒体3に直接又は間接的に接続されていればよく、一体状又は別体状の何れでも可である。
この弾性保持体5と接続された第1筒状体9は、図4で示すように、第2取手10を有すると共に全体が耐蝕性のあるアルミニウム等からなる第2筒状体11内に同軸状に挿入されている。従って、図4の状態で本発明による穿刺装置20は完成されたことになり、この状態では、前記傘状部1が縮小して元の形よりも小形に変形して第2筒状体11内に収容された状態となる。なお、前記傘状部1とは、図1で示すように、ウレタンゴム等からなり、筒体3はシリコンゴム、樹脂等から構成されている。

次に、図5から図7で示す構成は、前述の図4で示す穿刺装置20に用いる針体30を示すもので、図5は筒状針部31、図6はこの筒状針部31内に挿入するための捧状針部32を示している。前記筒状針部31の後端にはテーパ状の挿入部33が形成され、この挿入部33を介して捧状針部32がこの筒状針部31内に挿入されることにより、この筒状針部31内の案内孔30aが閉塞される。また、この捧状針部32の後端に形成された膨大部32aの径D1は前記挿入部33の口径よりも十分に大に形成され、この膨大部32aによって挿入部33を閉塞することができるように構成されている。なお、この針体は全てシリコンコーティングされている。

次に、前述の構成において、実際に人体又は動物の臓器に対する穿刺を行う場合について述べる。なお、本実施例においては、人体の卵巣腫瘍を被穿刺部とした場合について説明する。
まず、図8から図12で示すように壁体40に腹腔鏡41を挿入してガスを供給しつつ膨張させ、筒状の第1トロッカー42を植立させる。この第1トロッカー42を介して本発明による穿刺装置20を図11及び図12にて示すように壁体40内に挿入し、図13に示すように内側の第1筒状体9のみを押込むと、傘状部1が第2筒状体11内から外部に出るため、この傘状部1は縮小状態から元の傘状に開放される。なお、この傘状部1を使用する前に、傘状部1側から図示しない注射針によってエチルアルコール等の殺菌性のアルコールをシール部3Aの空隙3a内に注入しておく。

前述の状態で、図14に示すように、別方向から壁体40に挿入した第2トロッカー43を介して乾燥空気又はガスを供給するための乾燥手段44を用いて例えば卵巣腫瘍(他の臓器等も可)からなる被穿刺部45の表面を乾燥させ、前記第2トロッカー43から乾燥手段44を引抜き、代わりに図15で示すように接着剤供給治具100又は図示しないへら等で壁体40内に挿入すると接着剤7がこの被穿刺部45上の表面45a、又は傘状部1の内面1E及び膜面3Adに供給される。

次に、穿刺装置20を、図16及び図17に示すように壁体40内に押入すると、傘状部1の内面1Eのみ又はこの内面1Eと第1膜3Aaの膜面3Adがこの接着剤7を介して被穿刺部45の表面45aに固着する。この状態で、図18及び図19に示すように、穿刺装置20内に針体30を挿入すると、図20及び図21で示すように、この針体30がシール部3Aを貫通して針体30の先端が被穿刺部45内に挿入される。

前述の状態で、捧状針部32のみを筒状針部31から引抜き、この筒状針部31の挿入部33に、図22及び図23で示すように、吸引体50を挿入して吸引を行うと、被穿刺部45内の液体等は吸引体50内に吸引されて、サンプル採取が完了する。

前述の吸引完了後、筒状針部31も引抜き、次に図24から図26で示すように、シザースからなる切断手段46Aを壁体40に挿入し、被穿刺部45に固着状態となった筒体3の凹溝部3cを切断することにより、筒体3の一部と傘状部1のみが被穿刺部45に固着した状態となり、この場合には、被穿刺部45の形状も初めよりは縮小している。なお、この場合、針体30を引抜いた後にシール部3Aに残る孔はその弾性の収縮作用により閉塞されるため、被穿刺部45内の液体等の外部(すなわち、腹内)への漏出は防止できる。なお、この針体30を引抜いた時に、針体30に付着したガン細胞等はシール部3Aの空隙3a内のアルコール内に残り、アルコール内に固定されて外部への飛散が防止される。

次に、前述の被穿刺部45の液体等の良悪性診断が判明し、術式が決定された後、良性の場合には、図27及び図28で示されるように、被穿刺部45を切除し、この被穿刺部45と共に残留した傘状部1等を体外に除去する。なお、前述の液体等が悪性の場合には、この被穿刺部45を図示しない袋で包んだ後に切除し、液体等が腹内に飛散することを防止する。従って、悪性腫瘍の場合における液体の漏出による他の臓器への転移を防止することができる。なお、前述の針体30の先端は、接着剤が付着することを避けるために、予めシリコンコーティングさせた後にシール部3Aを貫通すると好都合である。

また、他の実施例として、前記吸引体50の代わりに、図29で示すように、カメラ60を被穿刺部45内に挿入し、モニターテレビ61で内部診断を行うこともできる。

また、図30で示すように、前記カメラ60の代わりに周知のサンプル取出体70を挿入し、リモートコントローラ71でこのサンプル取出体70を操作することにより、被穿刺部45内の生体サンプルを外部に取出すこともできる。
なお、前述の実施例においては、人体の手術の場合について述べたが、人体に限ることなく、動物についても同様に適用できることは述べるまでもないことである。また、前述の実施例では、腹腔鏡41を用いて手術する場合について述べたが、腹腔鏡41を用いない場合には、第2筒状体11は必要とせず、図5のように、筒体3と第1筒状体9を用いた構成を用いることになる。なお、傘状部1又は表面1aに接着剤7を添着させる方法は、前述のみではなく、図示しない他の手段も用いることができる。

【発明の効果】
本発明による穿刺装置は、以上のように構成されているため、次のような効果を得ることができる。
すなわち、被穿刺部に対して傘状部を、接着剤を介して接着し、このシール部を介して針体を挿入するため、針体引抜き後はシール部の孔が収縮して閉塞し、被穿刺部内の液体等の外部漏出を防止することができる。
また、この針体を介してカメラの挿入、サンプル取出体の挿入もでき、医療分野における幅広い応用を達成することができる。
