Description

【0001】

[Technical field to which the invention belongs]
The present invention relates to an electric pot provided with a pipe member capable of displaying the remaining amount, and particularly to a pipe plate mounting structure disposed behind the pipe member.
[0002]
[Prior art]
At present, electric pots having an electric pump structure and electric pots having an electric pump and an air pump are widely available. For example, an electric pot equipped with an electric pump and an air pump can easily supply hot water by connecting to an AC power source and pressing a hot water supply button. It is excellent in convenience such that hot water can be supplied by manually operating the pump.
[0003]
By the way, means for displaying the remaining amount of content liquid in the inner container is employed in the electric pot. This means comprises a transparent glass pipe member provided in a liquid passage connecting the inner container and the spout, and a transparent display window provided in an outer case where the pipe member is located. Since this pipe member is connected to the inner container, when the electric pot is not used, the content liquid in the inner container penetrates into the pipe member until it reaches the same position as the liquid surface. This indicates the remaining amount of the content liquid in the inner container.
[0004]
The liquid level in the pipe member will be seen through the transparent display window. Looking inside from the transparent display window, you can see the pipe member as well as the depth of the pipe member. It wasn't good.
[0005]
In addition, depending on the type of electric pot, the front part where the transparent display window and the spout are arranged is recessed inward to make it easier to bring a cup or the like near the spout, and through the transparent display window. When the pipe member is viewed, light may be reflected depending on the angle, and the liquid level of the content liquid in the pipe member may be difficult to see. Of course, depending on the type of the electric pot, the front part may not be recessed inward, or the transparent display window may be arranged in an arcuate part outside the front part. In some cases, even if there is a difference in degree, the same applies.
[0006]
In order to prevent such harmful effects, there is a pipe plate disposed behind the pipe member. An example is shown in FIG. FIG. 6 shows a front view of the electric pot. Reference symbol a denotes an electric pot, which includes a container body b that houses the inner container e and a lid c that has an operation panel d. The inner container e communicates with an electric pump (not shown) disposed at the bottom thereof, and the electric pump is closed when the lower connecting member g, pipe member f, upper connecting member h and electric pot a are overturned. When the hot water supply button is pushed, the electric pump is activated and hot water that is the content liquid in the inner container e is supplied to the lower connecting member g, the pipe member f, and the upper connecting member h. And it pours out from the spout j through the fall-off valve i.
[0007]
The pipe member f is made of a transparent glass tube or the like, and indicates the remaining amount in the inner container e when the electric pot a is not used. A pipe plate k having a function of shielding the back of the pipe member f and preventing the irregular reflection of light is disposed behind the pipe member f. In order to simplify the mounting of the pipe plate k, the following means is adopted. That is, horizontal cut and raised pieces m and m are provided on the upper and lower parts of the pipe plate k, the upper and lower cut and raised pieces m and m are cut and raised, and the pipe member f is placed in the cut and raised cut pieces m and m. It is a method of passing.
[0008]
However, even this method is not easy to install. That is, since the cut and raised pieces m cannot be made too large, the pipe members f are passed through the upper and lower cut and raised pieces m and m, and connecting members are respectively attached to the upper and lower sides of the pipe members f. The work of attaching the connecting members on both the upper and lower sides is time-consuming. Further, the pipe plate k is not fixed to the pipe member f. Even when the pipe plate k is attached to a predetermined position of the pipe member f, when the pipe member f attached with the pipe plate k is attached to the electric pot a, The pipe plate k may move in the vertical direction or the front-rear direction with respect to the pipe member f or may rotate around the pipe member f due to something hitting the pipe plate k. Also, when the electric pot a is attached, the pipe plate k may move relative to the pipe member f when the electric pot is moved or rotated even if it is attached at a predetermined position.
[0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The object of the present invention is to solve the conventional problems. Specifically, the pipe plate can be easily attached to the pipe member as in the prior art, and after the attachment, the pipe plate moves relative to the pipe member. It is providing the attachment structure of a pipe board without.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following configuration.
[0011]
In the invention according to claim 1, an outer case forming an outer shell, an inner container for containing the content liquid, a heating means for heating the inner container, a pump for sending the content liquid in the inner container to the outside, A liquid passage for delivering the content liquid from the pump to the outside, a pipe member for displaying the remaining amount of the content liquid in the inner container, a connection member connected to the upper and lower parts of the pipe member, and behind the pipe member In the electric pot provided with the pipe plate to be disposed, when the side on which the display window is provided is the front , the display window is provided to be shifted to the right in front view, and the outlet pipe of the pump is provided at substantially the center, said lower connecting member is inclined from right in front view to the left, the configuration the pipe plate lower end provided notches are biased by centerline Rihidari of, placing said lower connecting member to該切Ri within outs .
[0012]
With such a configuration, the pipe plate can be attached and aligned simultaneously by a simple operation of inserting the notch provided at the lower end of the pipe plate into the lower connecting member of the pipe member.
[0013]
Moreover , the said notch is the structure biased to the right or the left from the center line of the said pipe board. By the way, when the pipe member connected to one end of the lower connecting member is provided shifted from the center of the electric pot to the left or right, or the electric pump connected to the other end of the lower connecting member is provided shifted from the center of the electric pot. There are many cases, and various directions of the lower connecting member in plan view are assumed. However, with such a configuration, the lower connecting member can be easily accommodated in any direction.
[0014]
In the invention according to claim 2 , the outer case forming the outer shell, the inner container for containing the content liquid, the heating means for heating the inner container, the pump for sending the content liquid in the inner container to the outside, A liquid passage for delivering the content liquid from the pump to the outside, a pipe member for displaying the remaining amount of the content liquid in the inner container, a connection member connected to the upper and lower parts of the pipe member, and behind the pipe member In an electric pot provided with a pipe plate to be arranged, a notch is provided at the lower end of the pipe plate, the lower connecting member is arranged in the notch, and the inner container is welded to the upper outer cylinder and the lower outer cylinder The pipe plate has a vacuum double structure using an outer cylinder formed by forming the flange at the top of the outer cylinder and overhanging the welded portion on the outer periphery to face the upper connecting member. The position facing the welded part of the outer cylinder In is extended to protect the connecting member configuration.
By the way, when the inner container has a vacuum double structure and a throttle is provided at the upper part of the inner cylinder, the upper part of the inner cylinder becomes weak in strength, so the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder cannot be properly welded. It was. Therefore, the outer cylinder must be formed from two members, and the inner container must be formed by welding the three members. When welding the two members of the outer cylinder, the flange-shaped members are formed respectively. Are integrated by welding. That is, a flange is formed on the outer periphery of the inner container having a vacuum double structure in which a throttle is provided on the upper part of the inner cylinder. Therefore, when the flange hits the connecting member connected to the pipe member, the connecting member is made of a resin such as silicon and may be damaged. The thing of this invention respond | corresponds to such a bad effect, and there is no possibility that a connection member will be damaged by interposing a pipe board between a flange and a connection member. Furthermore, the heat insulation effect improves by making an inner container into a vacuum double structure.
[0015]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. FIG. 1 shows a state in which the electric pot is viewed from the front, in particular, a state in which a pipe plate is attached to the pipe member, FIG. 2 shows a half of a side sectional view of the electric pot, and FIG. 4 is an enlarged view showing a state in which the pipe plate is interposed between the pipe member and the flange, FIG. 4 is a bottom view of the electric pot, FIG. 5 is an enlarged view of a circle B in FIG. The state where a heat insulation space is formed between the pipe plates is shown.
[0016]
As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the electric pot is a container body 1 having an inner container 3 for storing hot water, a lid body 2 for opening and closing the container body 1, and heating means for heating the inner container 3. A water heater 4, a liquid passage for supplying hot water as an internal solution in the inner container 3 to the outside, that is, a hot water supply passage 5, and an electric pump 6 that sends hot water through the hot water supply passage 5 are provided. Is done.
[0017]
The container body 1 includes a synthetic resin outer case 7 constituting an outer peripheral surface, an inner container 3 constituting an inner peripheral surface, and a synthetic resin annular shape connecting the outer case 7 and the inner container 3. It consists of a shoulder member 8 and a synthetic resin bottom plate 9 forming the bottom surface.
[0018]
The inner container 3 is composed of a vacuum double structure in which a vacuum space is formed between a stainless steel bottomed cylindrical inner cylinder 10 and a stainless steel outer cylinder. An electric heater 4 such as a mica heater that holds a heating element is attached.
[0019]
The vacuum double structure includes an inner cylinder 10 and two outer cylinders, an upper outer cylinder 11 and a lower outer cylinder 12. The reason for forming the outer cylinder from the upper outer cylinder 11 and the lower outer cylinder 12 is as follows. That is, the upper end portion of the inner cylinder 10 is subjected to a drawing process in order to suppress heat radiation to form a drawing 10a. For this reason, the inner cylinder upper end portion 10b of the inner cylinder 10 near the aperture 10a is weak in strength. This is because when the upper end portion of the outer cylinder is welded to the inner cylinder upper end portion 10b, which is weak in strength, the welding is not properly performed. Therefore, the outer cylinder is divided into two parts, an upper outer cylinder 11 of a small part and a lower outer cylinder 12 of a large part, and three members are welded.
[0020]
The welding is performed by first welding the inner cylinder upper end portion 10 b of the inner cylinder 10 and the upper outer cylinder upper end portion 11 a of the upper outer cylinder 11, and then the upper outer cylinder lower end portion 11 b of the upper outer cylinder 11 and the lower portion of the lower outer cylinder 12. While welding the outer cylinder upper end part 12a, the inner cylinder lower end part 10c of the inner cylinder 10 and the lower outer cylinder lower end part 12b of the lower outer cylinder 12 are welded. The upper outer cylinder lower end portion 11b and the lower outer cylinder upper end portion 12a are both formed in a ring shape projecting outward in the horizontal direction, and after both are welded, a flange projecting on the outer periphery at the upper portion of the outer cylinder 13 is formed.
[0021]
Reference numeral 14 denotes a hot water temperature sensor which is in contact with the center of the bottom of the inner container 3 and acts as a hot water temperature detecting means for detecting the hot water temperature in the inner container 3. The inner container 3 is provided with a full water level scale for displaying the full water level at a position (not shown).
[0022]
The lid body 2 includes a synthetic resin upper plate 15 and a synthetic resin lower plate 16 whose outer peripheral edge is coupled to the upper plate 15 by forcible fitting or the like, and is provided at the rear portion of the shoulder member 8. The shoulder member 8 is supported so as to be openable and detachable via a hinge mechanism (not shown).
[0023]
The lid 2 is provided with an air pump 17 that is driven by manual operation so that hot water can be supplied through the hot water supply passage 5 even when the power source is not connected. The air pump 17 is of a bellows type disposed in a cylindrical recess 18 formed at a substantially central portion of the lid body 2, and pressurizing the pressing plate 19 causes the pressurized air to be contained in the inner container. The hot water in the inner container 3 is hot-supplied to the outside through the hot-water supply passage 5 by the pressure of the pressurized air.
[0024]
A metal cover member 20 is fixed to the lower plate 16 of the lid body 2, and the outer peripheral edge of the cover member 20 has an inner cylinder 10 of the inner container 3 when the lid body 2 is closed. A seal packing 21 is provided in pressure contact with the upper end opening.
[0025]
An electric pump 6 is disposed below the inner container 3 and is driven by pressing a hot water supply button 23 provided on the operation panel unit 22. The electric pump 6 includes an inflow pipe 6a and an outflow pipe 6b. The inflow pipe 6a is connected to an outflow pipe 10d connected to the bottom of the inner container 3 by a connection pipe 6c, and the electric pump 6 is driven. Then, the hot water in the inner container 3 is sucked out. The outflow pipe 10 d of the electric pump 6 communicates with the spout 29 through the hot water supply passage 5, and supplies the sucked hot water to the outside through the spout 29.
[0026]
The hot water supply passage 5 includes a lower connecting member 25, a pipe member 24, an upper connecting member 26, a fall prevention valve 27, and a pouring pipe 28. The lower connecting member 25 is a connecting member made of silicon resin and connects the outflow pipe 6 b of the electric pump 6 and the lower end portion of the pipe member 24. After the connection, the shape of the lower connecting member 25 is such that the outflow pipe 6b of the electric pump 6 is inclined and the pipe member 24 is vertically arranged, so that it is bent into a square shape composed of the inclined portion 25a and the vertical portion 25b. Shape. Further, a projecting piece 25c is erected on the vertical tip portion 25d of the vertical portion 25b of the lower connecting member 25, and holds a pipe plate described later between the pipe member 24 and the projecting piece 25c.
[0027]
The pipe member 24 is formed of a transparent glass tube or a plastic tube. The pipe member 24 is disposed substantially vertically and is opposed to a vertically long transparent display window 7a (only the outer frame is shown by a dotted line in FIG. 1) formed in the outer case 7. In the case shown in FIG. 1, the electric pot is provided eccentrically in the right direction with respect to the vertical center. The pipe member 24 is connected in such a manner that its lower end is inserted into the vertical portion 25 b of the lower connecting member 25, and its upper end is connected in such a manner that it is inserted into the upper connecting member 26. In addition, the outer case 7 of the front part in which the display window 7a is formed is recessed inside as shown in FIG.
[0028]
Further, the outer wall of the pipe member 24 is colored with a predetermined width in the axial direction, for example, pink, and the color is located behind the pipe member 24 when the pipe member 24 is disposed at a predetermined position. Thus, when the pipe member 24 is viewed through the display window 7a provided in the outer case 7, the position of hot water in the pipe member 24 is easily seen. The gap between the outer surface of the inner container 3 and the upper connecting member 26 is made larger than the gap between the outer surface of the inner container 3 and the lower connecting member 25, that is, by tilting the pipe member 24 forward. It will be easier to see.
[0029]
The upper connection member 26 connected to the upper end of the pipe member 24 is connected to the lower end portion of the fall prevention valve 27 disposed substantially horizontally at the other end, and is held vertically by being connected.
[0030]
The overturn prevention valve 27 is a safety valve for preventing the hot water in the inner container 3 from flowing out from the spout 29 when the electric pot is tilted more than a predetermined value or when the electric pot is overturned. The other end of the overturn prevention valve 27 is connected to a pouring pipe 28 having a spout 29 at the tip, and also has a function of a communication passage for further sending hot water sent to the overturn prevention valve 27 to the spout 29. .
[0031]
Reference numeral 30 denotes a pipe plate. The pipe plate 30 is a thin plate member made of resin made of PET or the like. The pipe plate 30 has a rectangular shape elongated in the vertical direction and is bent forward around the vertical axis to have an arcuate cross section. The pipe plate 30 is arranged behind the pipe member 24, and the length in the vertical or horizontal direction seen from the front is larger than that of the display window 7a of the outer case 7, and the length in the vertical direction is also the above-mentioned length. It is made longer than the length of the pipe member 24. Therefore, when viewed from the display window 7a, the end portion of the pipe plate 30 or the rear portion thereof is not seen, so that the appearance is improved.
[0032]
The surface of the pipe plate 30 is colored with a light blue color, for example, so that the remaining amount of hot water in the pipe member 24 can be easily seen. In addition, you may apply the process which considered reflection efficiency to the surface, for example, daylight or a fluorescent paint.
[0033]
Further, the pipe plate 30 has a notch 31 formed at the lower end thereof, and a horizontally raised piece 32 is formed near the upper end thereof. The notch 31 is a quadrangular shape having a notch bottom surface 31 a and a notch side surface 31 b, has a slightly larger width than the diameter of the lower connecting member 25, and is higher than the height of the vertical portion 25 b of the lower connecting member 25. long. When the pipe plate 30 is arranged behind the pipe member 24, the notch 31 is brought into contact with the inclined portion 25a of the lower connection member 25, that is, the hollow portion of the lower connection member 25 where the pipe member 24 is not located. It will be.
[0034]
The cut-and-raised piece 32 provided near the upper end of the pipe plate 30 has two cuts in the top and bottom, and the two cuts are caused to the front, and a cut-and-raised hole 33 is formed on the back surface. become. The upper part of the pipe member 24 is fixed by passing the pipe member 24 through the back side of the cut and raised piece 32.
[0035]
A projecting piece 25c is erected at the tip of the vertical portion 25b of the lower connecting member 25. When the pipe plate 30 is disposed on the pipe member 24, the notched bottom surface 31a of the notched 31 is the lower connecting member 25. In this case, the projecting piece 25c and the pipe member 24 hold the lower end of the pipe plate 30 to position the pipe plate 30.
[0036]
The attachment of the pipe plate 30 will be described. First, a pipe member 24 having a lower connection member 25 connected to the lower end is prepared. Next, the pipe plate 30 is placed in contact with the outer wall of the pipe member 24 slightly above and behind the pipe member 24. The pipe plate 30 is pushed down while maintaining the state where the outer wall of the pipe member 24 is in contact with the surface of the pipe plate 30. Then, the lower connection member 25 enters between the notches 31 of the pipe plate 30. When pushed down, the tip of the pipe member 24 is cut and raised and comes into contact with the piece 32.
[0037]
Therefore, the cut and raised piece 32 is pushed up and the pipe member 24 is passed through the lower side. In this state, the pipe plate 30 is further pushed down. Then, the tip end of the projecting piece 25c standing from the vertical tip end portion 25d of the lower connecting member 25 comes into contact with the notched bottom surface 31a of the pipe plate 30. When pushed down, the notch bottom surface 31a of the pipe plate 30 enters the back side of the projecting piece 25c, so that the pipe plate 30 is further pushed down. Then, the notched bottom surface 31a of the pipe plate 30 finally comes into contact with the vertical tip portion 25d of the lower connecting member 25 and the positioning between the projecting pieces 25c is completed. Thereafter, the upper connecting member 26 is connected to the upper end of the pipe member 24.
[0038]
In this case, since the length between the cut-out side surfaces 31 b and 31 b which is the width of the cut-out 31 is slightly larger than the diameter of the lower connection member 25, the cut-out bottom surface 31 a of the pipe plate 30 is formed on the lower connection member 25. It is almost impossible for the pipe plate 30 to rotate in a state in which it is in contact with the vertical tip 25d and positioned between the projecting pieces 25c.
[0039]
By the way, the notch 31 of the pipe plate 30 shown in FIG. 1 is eccentric to the left side from the center in the vertical direction. The reason for this eccentricity is as follows. That is, as shown in FIG. 1, the display window 7a of the electric pot is provided so as to be shifted to the right side, and the outflow pipe 6b of the electric pump 6 is provided substantially at the center of the electric pot as shown in the bottom view of FIG. The lower connecting member 25 is inclined from right to left as viewed in FIG. In such a state, if the notch 31 is provided at the center in the vertical direction, the lower connecting member 25 will hit the notch side surface 31b on the left side of the notch 31.
[0040]
In addition, as described above, the electric pot of the present embodiment uses a vacuum double structure in which the aperture 10a is provided on the upper portion of the inner cylinder 10. In such an outer cylinder of the inner container 3, the upper outer cylinder 11 and the lower outer cylinder 12 are connected to the upper outer cylinder lower end portion 11 b and the lower outer cylinder upper end portion 12 a, which are the respective ends, by welding. After the welding, a flange 13 serving as a welded portion is formed on the outer periphery of the outer cylinder. However, since the tip end portion of the flange 13 is not flat, if the upper connecting member 26 comes into contact with this portion, the upper connecting member 26 may be damaged because it is made of silicon.
[0041]
In this embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the pipe plate 30 is extended to a position facing the flange 13. Therefore, the upper connecting member 26 does not directly contact the flange 13 and the upper connecting member 26 is not damaged by the flange 13.
[0042]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the pipe plate 30 has a circular arc shape that curves forward around the longitudinal axis, and both end portions thereof are in contact with the inner wall of the outer case 7. A space 34 is formed with the inner wall of the outer case 7. The pipe member 24 is disposed in the space 34. Since this space 34 is open in the vertical direction, it is not a sealed space, but has sufficient function as a heat insulating space, and can keep warm hot water flowing through the pipe member 24. Further, by adopting such a structure, light dispersion is prevented and the remaining amount in the pipe member 24 becomes easier to see.
[0043]
The invention of the present application is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and it is needless to say that the design can be appropriately changed without departing from the gist of the invention.
[0044]
【The invention's effect】
In the invention according to claim 1, when the side on which the display window is provided is the front, the display window is shifted to the right in front view, the outflow pipe of the pump is provided substantially in the center, and the lower connection member is in front view. in is inclined from right to left, the notches are biased to the lower end by the center line Rihidari pipe plate is provided, by disposing the lower connection member to該切Ri within notch, provided on the lower end of the pipe plate Since the pipe plate can be fixed by a simple operation of inserting the notch into the lower end connection member of the pipe member, the pipe plate and the pipe member can be unitized in advance, and the assembly of the pipe plate is further simplified. be able to. Furthermore, since the pipe plate can be attached and aligned at the same time, it is possible to prevent the adverse effect of the pipe plate moving after the pipe plate is attached.
[0045]
In addition , the notch is offset to the right or left from the center line of the pipe plate, so that the position of the notch is made to match that direction regardless of the direction in which the lower end connecting member is attached. Therefore, the degree of freedom in designing the pipe plate is increased, and as a result, it is possible to easily cope with any direction.
[0046]
In the invention which concerns on Claim 2 , a notch is provided in the lower end of a pipe board, the said lower connection member is arrange | positioned in this notch, and the outer cylinder formed by welding the upper outer cylinder and the lower outer cylinder to the said inner container The vacuum double structure is used, and the welded portion is at the upper part of the outer cylinder, and a flange is formed on the outer periphery of the welded portion so as to face the upper connection member, and the pipe plate is welded to the outer cylinder. By extending to the part facing position and protecting the connecting member, it is possible to more reliably prevent the connecting member from being damaged, and further to improve the heat insulating effect by making the inner container a vacuum double structure. This can improve the energy saving effect.
