本発明は、木造建物における柱と横架材の接合装置に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
具体例を挙げるまでもなく、柱側にほぞを横架材(梁、桁など)側にほぞ穴をそれぞれ設けてこれらを互いに嵌合する所謂ほぞ接合が用いられている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、ほぞとほぞ穴を単に嵌合した構造のため、地震などの原因で当該接合部に外力が負荷すると、柱と横架材はほぞを中心にして相対的に回動し、木造建物全体の振動の大きな要因となっている。

そのため、前記の回動をできるだけ防ぐため、筋違いを用いたり或いは羽子板ボルトを用いるなど別途装置を附加しているのが一般である。

本発明は、従来のほぞ接合のように柱と横架材の相対的な回動が生じることがない耐力を備え、かつ、地震等の外力が負荷しても容易に変形することのない柱と横架材の接合装置を提供することを目的として創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
金物基板にボルト杆を突設したボルト金物の前記ボルト杆を、横架材を通じて接合金物の接合基板に貫通させ、しかも、該接合基板より突出する該ボルト杆の先端にナットを螺合締付けて前記接合金物を前記横架材の下面に止着すると共に、前記接合基板に接合板を突設して構成した前記接合金物の、前記横架材下面より突出する前記接合板を前記ナットを係合したスペーサに設けた長孔を通じて柱の上面に設けたスリットに嵌挿し、該柱の外側から嵌挿した一対の固定杆で該柱に止着した構成とするのである。

図面は本発明に係る柱と横架材の接合装置の一実施例を示し、図1は断面図、図2は図1の中央縦断面図、図3は分解斜視図、図4は接合金物の斜視図、図5はスペーサの斜視図、図6はボルト金物の斜視図、図7は第二実施例の断面図、図8は図7の中央縦断面図、図9は第二実施例に適用したボルト金物の斜視図である。

図中、1A,1Bはボルト金物で、ボルト金物1A,1Bは、平板状の金物基板2に適宜の間隔を存して一対のボルト杆3,3を突設(立設)して構成する。このボルト金物1A,1Bの金物基板2を横架材4の上面に設けた方形状の上凹入部5に嵌合し、上凹入部5位置にして横架材4に設けた一対の貫通孔6,6に前記ボルト杆3,3を挿通して前記横架材4と組合わせ、横架材4より突出するボルト杆3の先端を接合金物7の接合基板8に設けた透孔9を通じて接合基板8下面より突出させ、これにワッシャー10を介してナット11を螺合して前記接合金物7を前記接合基板8において前記横架材4に止着してある。

接合金物7は方形平板状の前記接合基板8の中央に接合板12を突(立)設し、この接合板12を中央にしてその両側に前記透孔9,9を設け、前記上凹入部5の直下にして横架材4の下面に設けた方形状の下凹入部13に接合基板8を嵌合し、ボルト金物1A,1Bのボルト杆3とこれに螺合したナット11によって前記の通り横架材4に締付けたものである。

なお、ボルト金物1A,1Bの金物基板2は上凹入部5に、また、接合金物7の接合基板8は下凹入部13にそれぞれ密嵌して横架材4に組付けてあるのは、水平方向に外力が作用したとき、基板2,8と凹入部5,13が接触することにより横架材4と柱14との相対的な回動を尚一層規制するためである。

また、基板2,8を凹入部5,13内に納めてあるのは、すなわち、基板2,8と横架材4のそれぞれの表面を互いに同面にしたのは、横架材4に組付ける床材などの組付け作業を円滑に行うためである。

前記柱14は、上面の中央にスリット15を備え、このスリット15を横切るようにして接合金物7の前記接合板12に設けた一対の透孔16,16と一致する位置にして貫通孔17,17を設けたものである。

この柱14上に、前記ナット11およびボルト杆3先端を透孔21内に係合、収容したスペーサ18を介して前記横架材4を載置し、スペーサ18に設けた長孔19を通じて柱14の前記スリット15に嵌挿した前記接合板12と柱14を、互いに一致させた貫通孔17および透孔16にドリフトピン20を嵌挿して互いに接合してある。

しかして、工場において横架材4にボルト金物1A,1Bを用いて接合金物7を組付けておき、現場において、長孔19を利用して横架材4より突出する接合板12にスペーサ18を組合わせて、スペーサ18より突出する接合板12をスリット15に嵌挿し、貫通孔17および透孔16にドリフトピン20を打込むことにより横架材4と柱14の接合状態を得られる。

なお、ボルト金物1A,1Bや接合金物7は素より金属を素材とするが、スペーサ18は実施例では合成樹脂を選択した。

このスペーサ18に設けた前記透孔21内に前記の通りナット11を納めることにより、柱14や横架材4に該ナット11のための特別な凹入部を設ける必要がないから、プレカット加工が複雑にならず、凹入部を設けることによる柱14や横架材4の耐力の低減を防ぐことができる。

なお、第一実施例は、横架材4と直交する方向に他の横架材を接合するときの実施例を示し、横架材4にほぞ穴22を、前記他の横架材4´の端末にはほぞ23を設けてほぞ23をほぞ穴22に落とし込むようにして、横架材4,4´同士は互いに接合され、互いの接合状態は、上側に重ね合わせる床材によって維持される。

本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、柱と横架材との接合状態にあって特別な補強装置を必要としないで、両材の相対的な回動の生じることのない接合装置を提供できる。
