【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は、ほぞとほぞ穴を単に嵌合した構造のため、地震などの原因で当該接合部に外力が負荷すると、柱と横架材はほぞを中心にして相対的に回動し、木造建物全体の振動の大きな要因となっている。

そのため、前記の回動をできるだけ防ぐため、筋違いを用いたり或いは羽子板ボルトを用いるなど別途装置を附加しているのが一般である。

本発明は、従来のほぞ接合のように柱と横架材の相対的な回動が生じることがない耐力を備え、かつ、地震等の外力が負荷しても容易に変形することのない柱と横架材の接合装置を提供することを目的として創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
金物基板にボルト杆を突設したボルト金物の前記ボルト杆を、横架材を通じて接合金物の接合基板に貫通させ、しかも、該接合基板より突出する該ボルト杆の先端にナットを螺合締付けて前記接合金物を前記横架材の下面に止着すると共に、前記接合基板に接合板を突設して構成した前記接合金物の、前記横架材下面より突出する前記接合板を前記ナットを係合したスペーサに設けた長孔を通じて柱の上面に設けたスリットに嵌挿し、該柱の外側から嵌挿した一対の固定杆で該柱に止着した構成とするのである。
