本発明は、木造建物における上柱と下柱の接合装置に関するものである。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
前記従来例は上柱と下柱が横架材を介して接合した構成を採るため、上柱と下柱は外力が負荷したとき通し柱のように一体的な動き(振動)をしない。そのため、耐力的には必ずしも満足のいくものではない。

本発明は、上柱と下柱が外力の負荷に対応して通し柱と同様の動きをできるだけさせるようにして耐力的に優れた接合装置を提供することを目的として創案したものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
金物基板に接合板を連設して構成した断面T字形の取付金物の金物基板を、間隙材に設けた長孔を介して下柱の上面に重ね合わせ、該下柱に設けたスリットに前記間隙材を通じて嵌挿した前記接合板を固定杆によって前記下柱に固定し、前記間隙材に基部を嵌合したボルト金物のボルト杆を、前記金物基板を通じて、下柱上に載置した横架材と、金物基板に接合板を立設して構成した接合金物の前記横架材上に載置した前記金物基板に貫挿してナットを螺合して前記下柱に締付け、前記ナットを係合したスペーサを介して前記横架材上に起立させた上柱と、前記スペーサに設けた長孔を通じて上柱に嵌挿した前記接合板を、固定杆で互いに止着した構成とする。

図面は本発明に係る上柱と下柱の接合装置の一実施例を示し、図1は縦断面図、図2は図1の中央縦断面図、図3は分解斜視図、図4は接合金物の斜視図、図5は間隙材の斜視図、図6はボルト金物の斜視図である。

実施例の装置は、互いに同形な接合金物1Aと取付金物1B、同じく互いに同形なスペーサ2Aと間隙材2Bおよび一対のボルト金物3,3を主要部材として横架材4を介して上柱5と下柱6を互いに接合するものである。

なお、接合金物1Aと取付金物1Bを同形にしたのは一種類の部材で両者を兼用させ、在庫コスト等の低減を図るためで、説明上不都合はないので各金物A,1Bの構成材(例えば、金物基板11)は同一名称にしてある。この点は、スペーサ2Aと間隙材2Bの関係も同様である。

しかして、下柱6の端(上)面に透孔19に基部17を嵌合して一対のボルト金物3,3を組合わせた間隙材2Bを重合させ、間隙材2Bの主体盤15より突出するボルト杆9を透孔10に貫挿するようにし、かつ、接合板12を長孔16を通じてスリット20に嵌挿するようにして取付金物1Bの金物基板11を間隙材2Bを介して下柱6の端面に重合させて、貫通孔21に透孔14を通じてドリフトピン(杆体で固定するものであれば良い)13を打込むと、下柱6に取付金物1B、間隙材2Bおよびボルト金物3が組付けられ、該下柱6に一対のボルト杆9,9(ボルト)が突設される。

このボルト杆9,9の間隔幅と一致するようにして(前記のほぞ穴7も勿論)予め縦設した一対の貫通孔22,22にボルト杆9,9を貫通するようにして横架材4を金物基板11を介して前記下柱6上に載置すると、横架材4は貫通孔22とボルト杆9の係合関係により下柱6上に仮止め(載置され)される。そして、この状態で、前記の通り、ほぞ穴7にほぞ8を係合するようにして横架材4に他の横架材4´を組合わせ、貫通孔22を通じて横架材4より突出したボルト杆9,9を透孔10に嵌挿するようにして接合金物1Aの金物基板11を横架材4上に載置し、基板11より突出するボルト杆9にワッシャー23を介してナット18を螺合、締付けることにより、下柱6と横架材4(他の横架材4´も)は互いに接合され、横架材4の下柱6の直上へ上面より接合板12が突設した組付け状態となる。

なお、横架材4の上下両面には、接合金物1A又は取付金物1Bの金物基板11と同形、同厚の凹入部24,24を設け、該凹入部24に金物基板11を蜜嵌して組付けることにより接合金物1Aと取付金物1Bと横架材4との一体性が尚一層保たれ、外力に対する補強装置としてある。

横架材4の上面に突設した前記接合板12に、下柱6側の間隙材2Bと同様にして、該接合板12を貫挿するようにしてスペーサ2Aを組合わせ、スペーサ2Aの透孔19内に前記ナット18を係合するようにして金物基板11を介して横架材4上にスペーサ2Aを載置し、スペーサ2Aより突出する接合板12をスリット20に嵌挿するようにして上柱5をスペーサ2上に載置し、貫通孔21に透孔14を通じてドリフトピン13を打込むと、上柱5は横架材4及び下柱6に組付け固定され、実施例の横架材4を介する上、下柱5,6の接合状態を得られる。

【発明の効果】
本発明は前記の通りの構成であるから、上柱と下柱は横架材を介しているとしても、ボルト杆によって互いに一体的に接合されているから、外力に対して同様の動き(振動)をするから、体力的に優れた上下柱の接合装置を得ることができる。
