Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a spout.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when a predetermined small amount of a cosmetic liquid having a relatively high viscosity is used for pouring, a stopper member having a small spout is conventionally fitted to the upper end of the mouth and neck of a container body having a compressible body. It is done by adjusting the pressure. Alternatively, it is performed by shaking up and down a container body in which a plug member having a small spout is fitted to the mouth and neck.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the method of adjusting the compression of the body part or the method of shaking the container body up and down, the adjustment is difficult, and even if the spout is formed small, excessive liquid is often poured out. There are inconveniences such as taking a small amount of water and taking a long time, and the amount to be dispensed changes greatly each time.
[0004]
In view of such a point, the present invention can always pour out a predetermined small amount of liquid when used in a container body having a squeezable body, and its structure is extremely simple and manufactured. The present invention proposes an excellent pouring tap that is easy and easy to handle.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the spout tap of the present invention has a top wall 7 extending from the upper edge of the peripheral wall 6 that is liquid-tightly fitted to the neck 5 of the container body 4 having a squeezable body. At the same time, a stopper body 2 having a short cylindrical spout 8 opened at the center of the top wall 7, a support cylinder 10 fitted to the peripheral wall 6 of the stopper body 2, and one end connected to the inner surface of the support cylinder. After forming a thin bar shape extending in an arc shape along the support cylinder and then extending again toward the center direction, the elastic plate 11 provided in a plurality in the circumferential direction, and the inner end of each elastic plate 11 are arranged at the peripheral portion. And a valve plate 12 supported so as to be vertically movable at a position below the spout 8, and the valve plate 12 is spouted by the hydraulic pressure by squeezing the trunk of the container body 4 attached thereto. The liquid is discharged from the spout 8 through the periphery of the valve plate 12 until the lower end opening is closed. To become configured is configured as Note decene characterized.
[0006]
The pouring tap of the invention according to claim 2 is configured as the pouring tap according to claim 1, wherein the valve plate 12 is formed in a curved surface shape whose center projects downward.
[0007]
Further, the pouring tap of the invention according to claim 3 is a pouring tap according to claim 1, wherein a rod-like protrusion 13 having a thickness that can be inserted into the pouring port 8 is projected from the center of the upper surface of the valve plate 12. Configured.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
The pouring tap 1 of the present invention includes a plug body 2 and a valve member 3.
The plug body 2 is formed of synthetic resin or the like, and extends from the upper edge of the peripheral wall 6 to be fitted to the neck 5 of the container body 4 having a squeezable body portion, and the center of the top wall 7. A short cylindrical spout 8 is opened.
[0009]
In this embodiment, a flange 9 projecting from the upper end of the outer periphery of the peripheral wall 6 is brought into contact with and locked to the upper surface of the container body neck portion 5. Further, the spout 8 has a cylindrical shape, and a lower end portion of the spout 8 passes through the top wall 7 and protrudes downward. The protruding portion functions as a valve seat.
[0010]
The valve member 3 is made of a synthetic resin, an elastomer, or the like, and includes a support cylinder 10, a plurality of elastic plates 11, and a valve plate 12.
[0011]
The support cylinder 10 is used for fitting and fixing the valve member 3 to the plug body 2 and has a cylindrical shape with openings on the upper and lower end surfaces of which the outer peripheral surface is fitted liquid-tightly on the peripheral wall 6 of the plug body 2.
[0012]
The elastic plate 11 supports the valve plate 12 at the central portion of the support cylinder 10 and functions to return the valve plate 12 to the current position when the valve plate 12 moves in the vertical direction from the current position. One end is integrally connected to each other, extends in the center direction, then extends in an arc shape along the support cylinder 10 and then extends again toward the center direction, and a plurality of circumferential directions are provided. The number of the elastic plates 11 can be appropriately selected depending on the size of the spout 1 and the required elastic restoring force, but it is preferable to provide about three places in the circumferential direction as shown in the figure, and the intervals are equally spaced. It is good to provide.
[0013]
The valve plate 12 is moved by hydraulic pressure to close the opening at the lower end of the spout, and the peripheral edge thereof is integrally connected and supported to the center side end of each elastic plate 11, and the spout 8 is at a position below the spout 8. It is supported so that it can move up and down. The separation width between the valve plate 12 and the spout 8 depends on the amount of liquid to be poured, etc., and may be appropriately selected in correlation with the width of the flow passage around the valve plate 12 and the elastic force of each elastic plate. . The valve plate may have a flat plate shape, but if it is formed in a curved surface with its center protruding downward as shown in the figure, it will protrude upward in an inverted manner when pushed up by hydraulic pressure. Further, it is possible to further improve the sealing performance by projecting and fitting a part of the opening into the lower end of the spout. Further, a rod-like protrusion 13 having a thickness that can be inserted into the spout 8 may be integrally projected at the center of the upper surface of the valve plate. By projecting this rod-shaped protrusion 13, the drainage of the spout can be further improved. That is, when the lower end opening of the spout 8 is closed by the valve plate 12 after the liquid is poured out, the rod-shaped protrusion 13 is inserted into the spout 8, and when the rod-shaped protrusion 13 descends from this state, the space in the spout 8 The volume increases and the liquid in the spout is sucked.
[0014]
When the spout 1 configured as described above is attached to the container body 4 and the body portion is squeezed, the liquid in the container body is poured out from the spout 8 through the gaps of the elastic plates 11 around the valve plate 12. . On the other hand, the valve plate 12 is pushed up by hydraulic pressure against the elastic force of each elastic plate 11 and closes the lower end of the spout 8. Therefore, a small amount of liquid is poured out from the spout until the valve plate 12 closes the lower end opening of the spout 8.
In the figure, reference numeral 14 denotes a cap.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the pouring tap of the present invention extends from the upper edge of the peripheral wall 6 to be liquid-tightly fitted to the mouth and neck portion 5 of the container body 4 having a squeezable body portion, and at the center of the top wall 7. The stopper body 2 is formed by opening a short cylindrical spout 8 on the inside, the support cylinder 10 fitted to the peripheral wall 6 of the stopper body 2, and one end connected to the inner surface of the support cylinder toward the center. A thin rod-like shape extending in an arc shape along the rear support cylinder and then extending toward the center is formed, and a plurality of circumferentially provided elastic plates 11 and peripheral portions are integrally connected to the inner ends of the respective elastic plates 11. In addition, the valve plate 12 is supported at a position spaced apart below the spout 8 so as to be movable up and down, and until the valve plate 12 closes the lower end opening of the spout 8 by hydraulic pressure by pressing the trunk portion of the attached container body 4. Since the liquid is poured out from the spout 8 through the periphery of the valve plate 12 during By squeezing the barrel of the container body that has been put on, an approximately predetermined amount of liquid can be poured out, and after pouring, the valve plate presses against the lower end opening of the outlet and closes the outlet. There is no fear of pouring out the liquid, and since the original pouring is possible again when the squeezing of the body part is released, the handling is extremely convenient. Moreover, since the structure is also simple, it can be manufactured easily.
[0016]
Further, in the spout tap according to the second aspect of the present invention, when the valve plate is pushed up by the hydraulic pressure, the valve plate projects upward in an inverted manner, and a part of the spout is projected and fitted into the spout lower end opening to further improve the sealing performance. Can be planned.
Furthermore, in the pouring tap of the invention of claim 3, the liquid running out of the pouring tap can be further improved.
