【0040】
〔III.

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a granulated slag production method and production equipment using blast furnace molten slag as a raw material, and in particular, a granulated slag production method capable of stably producing a granulated slag having a predetermined unit volume mass and It relates to granulated slag production equipment.
Moreover, this invention relates to the manufacturing equipment of the granulated slag which can manufacture both a hard granulated slag and a soft granulated slag with a very simple equipment using blast furnace molten slag as a raw material.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Granulated slag made from blast furnace molten slag is classified into hard granulated slag and soft granulated slag according to its application.
The hard granulated slag has a relatively large unit volume mass of 1.45 kg / l or more and a large particle size. For example, as a fine aggregate of concrete, sand, imported sand, or a billet having a predetermined particle size is used. Used in combination with crushed stone powder.
[0003]
In this case, since sand has a relatively small particle size and specific gravity, it is added to adjust the specific gravity and particle size of the fine aggregate.
Soft granulated slag has a unit volume mass of about 1.1 to 1.2 kg / l, a specific gravity smaller than that of hard granulated slag, and a small particle size, and is mainly used as an admixture for cement. The
[0004]
In this case, the soft granulated slag is further pulverized after the granulated slag is produced and used as a cement raw material as slag powder.
Granulated slag is generally produced by spraying a large amount of water on a molten high-temperature slag.
FIG. 5 shows a side view of a pre-blast furnace slag production facility (hereinafter also referred to as a pre-blast furnace pre-ground slag production facility) that is currently generally used.
[0005]
In FIG. 5, 1 is a blast furnace, 2a and 2b are taps, 3a and 3b are taps, 4a and 4b are hot metal, 5 is a cooling water (: blowing water) injection nozzle, and 6 is a blowing box. (: Blown box), 7 is cooling water (: blown water), 8 is a cold runner (: firewood), 9 is a water granulating tank, 10 is a chimney, 11 is a hot water tank, and 12 is a rotating drainer. Liquid separator, 12a is a cylindrical filter, 13 is a distributor, 14a and 14b are belt conveyors, 15 is a blown water (cooling water) cooling device, 16 is a cold water tank, 17 is a cooling tower, 17a is a cooling tower fan, 18 is a storage tank of granulated slag composed of

[0008]
In the above-mentioned granulated slag production facility in front of the blast furnace, the granulated slag is produced using the molten slag immediately after being discharged from the blast furnace, so the slag temperature during production is high, and mainly soft granulated slag is produced. The
On the other hand, Japanese Patent Publication No. 6-39340 discloses a technique for obtaining hard granulated slag by prescribing the arrangement of water nozzles, water pressure, etc. of the blowing box in the granulated slag production facility of the blast furnace front system. Has been.
[0009]
In addition, as a method for producing hard granulated slag, molten slag from the blast furnace is transported in a pan, and a large amount of cooling water is sprayed while the slag is discharged from the pan to the blowing box in the yard (hereinafter referred to as the pan method). )It has been known.
According to the pan method described above, since the operation of receiving the molten slag once in the pan is performed, the temperature of the molten slag is lowered, and hard granulated slag can be obtained.
[0010]
On the other hand, as described above, hard granulated slag used as a fine aggregate of concrete is used by mixing with sand having a small specific gravity, but sand may be difficult to collect depending on the region. Since it may lead to environmental destruction, it is desired to restrict its use.
In order to use hard granulated slag as a fine aggregate for concrete without taking sand as described above, soft granulated slag is used as an alternative to sand, and soft granulated slag is mixed with hard granulated slag. A method of adjusting the specific gravity of the granulated slag can be considered.
[0011]
However, the method for producing hard granulated slag using the conventional blast furnace slag production facility described above only separates hard granulated slag and soft granulated slag, In order to adjust the specific gravity of granulated slag using both soft granulated slag and hard granulated slag, the produced hard granulated slag and soft granulated slag are placed separately and mixed separately. Work is required.
[0012]
In order to separate hard granulated slag and hard granulated slag as described above, it is necessary to install a large number of storage tanks as a blast furnace pre-type granulated slag production facility, and a large amount of energy for mixing. Is required.
Also, when adjusting the specific gravity of granulated slag by mixing hard granulated slag obtained with pan-type granulated slag production equipment and soft granulated slag obtained with granulated slag production equipment in front of the blast furnace The same problem as described above occurs.
[0013]
As described above, when adjusting the specific gravity of granulated slag by mixing hard granulated slag and soft granulated slag, after separately preparing hard granulated slag and soft granulated slag separately prepared in each storage tank It was necessary to stir and mix, and there were problems in terms of equipment and energy, which contributed to an increase in unit price in concrete placement.
Conventionally, in the production of granulated slag using the above-mentioned blast furnace molten slag, there has been the following problem in the pan type out-of-core granulated slag production facility.
[0014]
In other words, in a pot-type out-of-core granulated slag production facility, the produced granulated slag is stored in a yard and then shipped.
For this reason, the drainage of the granulated slag is insufficient, and since it is carried out from the yard at the time of shipment, an unloading device such as an excavator is necessary, and there is a problem that the handling is not efficient.
[0015]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention solves the problems of the prior art described above, and uses a blast furnace molten slag as a raw material to stably produce a granulated slag having a predetermined unit volume mass. The purpose is to provide slag production equipment.
Moreover, an object of this invention is to provide the manufacturing equipment of the granulated slag which can manufacture both a hard granulated slag and a soft granulated slag with simple facilities using blast furnace molten slag as a raw material.
[0016]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As described above, soft granulated slag can be obtained with a blast furnace pre-ground granulated slag production facility, and hard granulated slag can be obtained with a pan-type granulated slag production facility in a yard.
As a result of earnestly examining the method of adjusting the specific gravity of the granulated slag by mixing soft granulated slag and hard granulated slag at a predetermined ratio, the present inventors have obtained in the granulated slag production facility of the blast furnace furnace type. After mixing the soft granulated slag slurry before water separation and the hard granulated slag slurry before water separation obtained in the pan-type water granulated slag manufacturing facility, water separation is performed to obtain a predetermined unit volume mass. It was found that it was possible to stably produce the granulated slag of No. 1 and reached the present invention (first invention).
[0017]
In addition, it can be obtained in a pot-type granulated slag production facility, for example, to a cold runner of a granulated slag slurry supply system from a blown box to a solid-liquid separation device that separates water in a granulated slag production facility in front of a blast furnace. By connecting a granulated slag slurry feeding system that feeds the granulated slag in a slurry state, it is found that it is possible to stably produce a granulated slag having a predetermined unit volume mass, The present invention has been reached (second invention).
[0018]
In addition, a solid-liquid separator and a granulated slag storage tank are connected to a granulated slag slurry feed system connected to a blowing box of a pan-type granulated slag production facility, and the above-described pan-type granulated slag slurry By connecting a granulated slag slurry feed system that feeds the granulated slag obtained in the granulated slag production facility in front of the blast furnace to the cold runner of the feed system in a slurry state, a predetermined unit It discovered that it was possible to manufacture the granulated slag of volume mass stably, and came to this invention (3rd invention).
[0019]
Furthermore, the present inventors are connected to a granulated slag slurry feed system connected to a blowing box in a granulated slag production facility of a blast furnace front type, and to a blowing box in a pot type of granulated slag production facility. In addition, both the granulated slag slurry feed system and the two granulated slag slurry feed systems are connected to the same solid-liquid separator, so that the hard granulated slag and soft granulated slag can be used with extremely simple equipment. The inventors have found that it is possible to produce both, and have arrived at the present invention (fourth invention).
[0020]
That is, the first invention is based on a granulated slag slurry obtained by using a blast furnace molten slag as a raw material in a pan-type external granulated slag production facility, and by using a blast furnace molten slag as a raw material, The slurry of the obtained granulated slag is mixed so that the quantity ratio of the both granulated slag is a predetermined ratio, and water is separated from the obtained mixed slurry. [0033]
In this case, the amount of soft granulated slag produced varies depending on the amount of slag discharged from the tap outlet, so the amount of slag discharged from the tap outlet is measured, and the discharge amount is multiplied by a predetermined ratio. Based on the obtained value, the amount of hard granulated slag fed from the pan-type granulated slag production facility may be controlled.
Moreover, in the granulated slag production facility of the present invention, the hard granulated slag having a substantially constant slurry concentration is fed in the granulation tank of the pan-type granulated slag production facility. The amount of hard granulated slag fed from the production facility can be accurately controlled if a calibration curve for the amount of feed corresponding to the number of revolutions of the slurry pump is obtained in advance.
[0034]
According to the present invention, soft granulated slag and hard granulated slag are produced in parallel and mixed using the granulated slag slurry feed system, so that the soft granulated slag and hard granulated slag are placed separately. And a mixing device for soft granulated slag and hard granulated slag becomes unnecessary.
Furthermore, according to the present invention, since both the soft granulated slag and the hard granulated slag are mixed in a slurry state, both of them can be uniformly mixed, and a granulated slag having a stable quality can be produced.
