本発明は、乾燥機等の機器を設置する設置台に関するものである。

従来、この種の設置台は図12および図13に示すように構成していた。以下、その構成について説明する。

図に示すように、スタンド部1は、角材よりなる脚部2と支柱部3とを溶接のみによる結合あるいは溶接と螺合の併用により結合し、左右一対に設けている。脚部2に脚ゴム4と調整脚5を取り付け、前端の開口部に、脚部2下面に設けた係止穴6に嵌合する突起7にてキャップ8を固着している。

支柱部3の上部に継ぎ板9を挿嵌し、この継ぎ板9は複数個のねじ穴位置により高さが調整可能なように支柱部3にねじにて固定されている。棚枠10は角材からなり、支柱部3に挿嵌固定した継ぎ板9に溶接のみによる結合あるいは溶接と螺合の併用により結合固定し、後棚11および前棚12を取り付けている。また、棚枠10には乾燥機設置固定用の取り付け穴を設けた棚板13を固着している。横桟14は、2本の帯状部材の中央部をねじ止めしてx状に構成し、かつ各々の端部を支柱部3にねじ止めしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
このような従来の構成では、脚部2、支柱部3、棚枠10などは、フォーミング加工しシーム溶接などを施した角材を部材として構成しているため、穴加工などの後加工が必要となり、一貫した量産性に欠けることとなり、コストを高くするという問題を有していた。

また、シーム溶接などを施して閉じた断面形状とした角材にて構成しない場合、衣類乾燥機内の衣類の回転で、乾燥機本体が振動することで設置台が揺れるのを防止するために、構成部材の板厚を厚くするなどの対応が必要であった。

また、脚部2の前端開口部を保護、封止する樹脂よりなるキャップ8は、外観上支障をきたさない脚部2の下面だけしか係止部を設けることができないため、係止力が弱く、外れ易いという問題を有していた。

本発明は上記従来の課題を解決するもので、板厚などを上げることなく加工性に優れた構成部材により強度が得られる締結を確保し、揺れを防止する剛性の高い乾燥機等の設置台を提供することを第1の目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の乾燥機等の設置台における第1の手段は、前端部にキャップを嵌合した脚部に一端を固着した支柱部の他端に継ぎ板を出し入れ自在に遊嵌して螺合して左右一対のスタンド部を形成し、継ぎ板に棚部を螺合締結し、支柱部は、ロールフォーミング加工により略矩形断面形状に形成し、脚部は、ロールフォーミング加工により矩形の一辺を切り離し端部を内方に屈曲させた断面形状に形成するとともに切り離された矩形の一辺に補強板を固着し、棚部は、ロールフォーミング加工により矩形の一辺を切り離し端部を内方に屈曲させた断面形状を有し略コ字状に形成した棚枠と、この棚枠に固着され乾燥機等の機器の取付穴を有する棚板と、前記棚枠の開放部側を連結固定した後桟とで構成し、前記棚枠は、略コ字状に形成したコーナー部の内周面を欠除して開口部を形成したものである。
