Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hose joining device for connecting an extension hose in a watertight and detachable manner to a water supply hose attached to a water supply port of a washing machine, for example.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As is well known, in a fully automatic washing machine or the like, the water supply port and the water tap are directly connected by a water supply hose. If the distance between the water supply port and the water tap is too far to reach by the water supply hose alone, connect the nozzle part of the extension hose to the joint at the tip of the water supply hose in a watertight and detachable manner. The joint is attached to a water tap to supply water. At this time, if the hose joining device simply inserts the nozzle part of the extension hose into the joint part of the water supply hose, when the extension hose is connected to the tip of the water supply hose, the insertion method is insufficient. Alternatively, when an external force is applied to the extension hose, the extension hose may come off in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
[0003]
For this reason, a hose joining device as will be described below with reference to FIG. 10 has been conventionally used. That is, FIG. 10 is a view for explaining the hose joining device, FIG. 10 (a) is a side view of the extension hose showing the nozzle portion in cross section, and FIG. 10 (b) is a side view of the water supply hose.
[0004]
In FIG. 10, reference numeral 1 denotes an extension hose, which is configured by providing a joint part 3 for attaching to a water tap at the tip of the extension hose body 2 and a nozzle part 4 at the other end. And the joint part 3 is comprised by mounting | wearing with the joint 6 which provided the latching member 5 in the front-end | tip of the extension hose main body 2, and the latching member 5 is intermediate | middle by the support part 7 which protrudes in the outer peripheral part of the joint 6. The support portion 7 is supported, and the support portion 7 is elastically deformed to be swingable in a plane including the substantially axial direction of the extension hose 1. Furthermore, a locking claw 8 is formed at the tip of the locking member 5. On the other hand, the nozzle portion 4 is configured by mounting an engagement member 9 made of a circular annular plate and a nozzle 10 on the other end of the extension hose body 2, and the engagement member 9 extends from one end of the nozzle 10 to the extension hose. When it is attached so as to be press-fitted into the other end of the main body 2, it is attached so as to be sandwiched between the two.
[0005]
Reference numeral 11 denotes a water supply hose, which has a water supply hose body 12 provided with a joint portion 3 for attachment to a water tap and a water supply nut 13 for attachment to a water supply port of a washing machine at the other end. In addition, 14 strengthens the holding | maintenance in each hose main body 2 and 12 of the joint 6 of the joint part 3 provided in the both ends of the extension hose 1 and the water supply hose 11, the nozzle 10 of the nozzle part 4, and the water supply nut 13. It is a cap fixed by caulking.
[0006]
Since it is comprised in this way, when connecting the extension hose 1 to the water supply hose 11, it fits so that the nozzle part 4 of the other end of the extension hose 1 may be inserted in the joint part 3 of the front end of the water supply hose 11. At the same time, the locking member 5 provided in the joint portion 3 of the water supply hose 11 is operated so as to cause the locking claw 8 at the tip in the plane including the substantially axial direction of the extension hose 1 while elastically deforming the support portion 7. Then, the locking claw 8 is hooked on the outer peripheral portion of the engagement member 9 of the circular annular plate of the extension hose 1 by the elastic restoring force of the support portion 7, and the locking member 5 is engaged with the engagement member 9. As a result, the nozzle portion 4 is sufficiently inserted into the joint portion 3 and the engaging claw 8 of the engaging member 5 is hooked on the engaging member 9, so that an external force is applied to the water supply hose 11 or the extension hose 1. Even if is added, it will not easily come off in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
[0007]
However, in the above prior art, although the possibility that the nozzle portion 4 is insufficiently inserted into the joint portion 3 is reduced, the joint portion 3 and the nozzle portion 4 are stepped on when they are placed on the floor surface. Or by being caught in a gap between the installed objects, an external force is directly applied to the locking member 5 and the locking claw 8 is detached from the engaging member 9, or the locking member 5 is damaged. There was a fear.
[0008]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention has been made in view of the above situation so that the hose can be sufficiently joined and the locking member is not easily detached from the engaging member even when an external force is applied. An object of the present invention is to provide a hose joining apparatus.

[0010]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
First, a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2. FIG. 1 is a view for explaining a hose joining device, FIG. 1 (a) is a side view of an extension hose showing a nozzle section in section, FIG. 1 (b) is a side view of a water supply hose, and FIG. 2 is a hose. It is a perspective view of the principal part of a joining device.
[0012]
1 and 2, 21 is an extension hose which is a first hose, which is provided with a joint portion 23 for attaching to a water tap at the tip of an extension hose body 22 which is a flexible pressure-resistant hose. A nozzle portion 24 is provided at the end. And the joint part 23 is comprised by mounting | wearing the front-end | tip of the extension hose main body 22 with the synthetic resin joint 26 which provided the latching member 25 by integral molding. Further, the locking member 25 is supported at its intermediate portion by a plate-like support portion 27 formed so as to protrude outwardly on the outer peripheral portion of the joint 26, and the support portion 27 is elastically deformed, whereby the extension hose 21. It is provided so as to be able to swing within a plane including the substantially axial direction. Further, a locking claw 28 is also formed at the tip of the locking member 25 by integral molding.
[0013]
On the other hand, the nozzle portion 24 is configured by mounting an engagement member 29 formed of a circular annular plate and a nozzle 30 on the other end of the extension hose body 22. The nozzle 30 has an intermediate flange portion 31 at the intermediate portion, and is provided with a retaining step portion 32 formed so as to be prevented from coming off when mounted so as to be press-fitted into the extension hose body 22 on one end side, and further on the other end side. Is provided with a fitting step 34 formed so that the joint 26 of the water supply hose 33 is joined in a watertight and detachable manner when connected to a water supply hose 33 described later.
[0014]
Further, the engaging member 29 is formed with at least one recess 35 which is a structure for preventing the lateral displacement of the locking member 25 in the outer peripheral portion of the circular annular plate, and the shape dimension thereof is the same as that of the joint 26 of the water supply hose 33. When the provided locking member 25 is engaged, the dimension does not protrude from the recess 35. That is, the depth dimension of the recess 35 is larger than the height dimension of the engaging portion of the locking member 25. When the engagement member 29 is mounted so that the stopper step 32 on one end side of the nozzle 30 is press-fitted into the other end of the extension hose body 22, the stopper step 32 is connected to the inner diameter portion of the engagement member 29. In a state of passing through 36, it is attached so as to be sandwiched between the other end surface of the extension hose body 22 and the intermediate flange 31 of the nozzle 30.
[0015]
Moreover, the water supply hose 33 which is a 2nd hose is a joint for attaching to the water tap of the same structure as what is provided in the extension hose 21 at the front-end | tip of the water supply hose main body 37 which consists of a flexible pressure hose. A portion 23 is provided, and a water supply nut 38 for attaching to the water supply port of the washing machine is provided at the other end. In addition, 39 strengthens the holding | maintenance in each hose main body 22 and 37 of the joint 26 of the joint part 23 provided in the both ends of the extension hose 21 and the water supply hose 33, the nozzle 30 of the nozzle part 24, and the water supply port nut 38. It is a cap fixed by caulking. Reference numerals 40a and 40b denote restricting protrusions and restricting pieces for restricting the operation range that is caused to protrude from the locking member 25.
[0016]
With this configuration, when the extension hose 21 is connected to the water supply hose 33, the joint 26 of the joint portion 23 provided at the tip of the water supply hose 33 is provided at the other end of the extension hose 21. In-plane including the substantially axial direction of the extension hose 21 while fitting the nozzle 30 of the nozzle part 24 so as to be inserted, and engaging the locking member 25 provided on the joint part 23 of the water supply hose 33 while elastically deforming the support part 27 Then, the rear end side is operated so as to cause the locking claw 28 at the front end within a range in which the movement is restricted by the restriction protrusion 40a and the restriction piece 40b, and the outer peripheral portion of the engagement member 29 of the circular annular plate of the extension hose 21 The engaging member 25 is fitted into the recessed portion 35 formed in the inner surface, and the engaging claw 28 is hooked on the bottom portion of the recessed portion 35 by the elastic restoring force of the support portion 27, and the engaging member 25 is engaged with the engaging member 29. Combine . Thereby, the nozzle 30 of the nozzle part 24 is fully inserted into the joint 26 of the joint part 23.
[0017]
At this time, the locking member 25 is fitted in the recess 35 of the engagement member 29 so as not to protrude outward from the outer peripheral portion, and the locking claw 28 at the tip is hooked on the bottom portion of the recess 35. Therefore, even when an external force is applied to the water supply hose 33 or the extension hose 21, it will not easily come off in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. Even if the joint part 23 and the nozzle part 24 are placed on the floor surface and stepped on, or sandwiched between the gaps in the installation object, the joint part 23 and the nozzle part 24 are fitted in the recesses 35 so as to extend in the lateral direction. Since the movement is restricted, the locking member 25 does not move laterally by receiving an external force. Thereby, the latching claw 28 does not come off from the engagement member 29, and the possibility that the latching member 25 is deformed or damaged is reduced.
[0018]
When the connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 21 is to be released, the locking member 25 is operated again to cause the locking claw 28 at the distal end while elastically deforming the support portion 27 to cause the concave portion of the engagement member 29 to be depressed. The connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 21 is released by removing the nozzle 30 from the bottom portion 35 and withdrawing the nozzle 30 from the joint 26 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
[0019]
Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a main part of the hose joining apparatus. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part as 1st Embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted, and the structure of this different embodiment is demonstrated.
[0020]
In FIG. 3, reference numeral 41 denotes an extension hose that is a first hose, which is configured by providing a joint portion (not shown) having the same configuration as the water supply hose 33 at the tip of the extension hose body 22 and providing a nozzle portion 42 at the other end. . The extension hose 41 is connected to the water supply hose 33 by joining the outer side in the axial direction of the nozzle portion 42 to the joint portion 23 of the water supply hose 33. The nozzle portion 42 provided in the extension hose 41 is configured by mounting an engagement member 43 formed of a substantially circular annular plate and a nozzle (not shown) on the other end of the extension hose body 22. The engaging member 43 has at least one protrusion 45 having an engaging hole 44 which is a structure for preventing the lateral displacement of the locking member 25 of the engaged joint 26 so as to protrude from the outer peripheral portion of the substantially circular annular plate. The engagement hole 44 formed in the convex portion 45 is formed in a shape that allows the locking member 25 to be engaged therethrough. Further, when the engagement member 43 is mounted so that one end side of the nozzle is press-fitted into the other end portion of the extension hose body 22, the engagement member 43 is extended in a state where the one end side of the nozzle is passed through the inner diameter portion of the engagement member 43. The hose body 22 is attached so as to be sandwiched between the other end face of the hose body 22 and an intermediate flange (not shown) of the nozzle.
[0021]
Since it is configured in this manner, when connecting the extension hose 41 to the water supply hose 33, the joint 26 of the joint portion 23 provided at the tip of the water supply hose 33 is provided at the other end of the extension hose 41. The nozzle part 42 is fitted so that the nozzle is inserted, and the locking member 25 provided on the joint part 23 of the water supply hose 33 is inserted into the nozzle part 42 and includes the substantially axial direction of the extension hose 41 while elastically deforming the support part 27. While operating the rear end side to cause the front-end locking claw 28 in the plane, the locking member 25 is passed through the engagement hole 44 of the convex portion 45 formed in the engagement member 43 of the extension hose 41, Thereafter, the locking claw 28 is hooked on the edge portion of the engagement hole 44 by the elastic restoring force of the support portion 27, and the locking member 25 is engaged with the engagement member 43. Thereby, the nozzle of the nozzle part 42 is fully inserted in the joint 26 of the joint part 23.
[0022]
At this time, the locking member 25 is fitted into the engagement hole 44 of the engagement member 43 so that the outside is protected by the inverted U-shaped arch of the convex portion 45, and the distal end is locked. Since the claw 28 is hooked on the edge portion of the engagement hole 44, even when an external force is applied to the water supply hose 33 or the extension hose 41, the claw 28 is easily detached in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. Nothing will happen. Further, even when the joint portion 23 and the nozzle portion 42 are placed on the floor surface and are stepped on, or are caught in a gap between the installation objects, the locking member 25 has a convex shape having an engagement hole 44. Since the movement in the lateral direction is restricted by being fitted to the portion 45, the locking member 25 does not move in the lateral direction due to the external force. Thereby, the latching claw 28 does not come off from the engagement member 43, and the possibility that the latching member 25 is deformed or damaged is reduced.
[0023]
When the connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 41 is released, the locking member 25 is operated again, and the locking claw 28 at the tip is raised while elastically deforming the support portion 27 to engage the engaging member 43. The connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 41 is released by removing the nozzle from the edge portion of the joint hole 44 and pulling out the nozzle from the joint 26 in this state in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
[0024]
Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 4 is a perspective view of a main part of the hose joining apparatus. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part as 1st Embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted, and the structure of this different embodiment is demonstrated.
[0025]
In FIG. 4, 51 is an extension hose which is a first hose, which is configured by providing a joint portion (not shown) having the same configuration as the water supply hose 33 at the tip of the extension hose body 22 and providing a nozzle portion 52 at the other end. . The extension hose 51 is connected to the water supply hose 33 by joining the outer side in the axial direction of the nozzle portion 52 to the joint portion 23 of the water supply hose 33 as the second hose. The nozzle portion 52 provided in the extension hose 51 has an engagement member 53 formed of a cylindrical body having a substantially frustoconical outer shape at the other end of the extension hose body 22, and a large diameter portion on the axially outer side. And a nozzle (not shown) is mounted. The engaging member 53 has at least one axial groove portion 54 that is a structure for preventing the lateral displacement of the locking member 25 of the engaged joint 26 in the outer surface portion of the cylindrical body. An engaging step portion 55 is provided to engage and engage the locking claw 28 of the locking member 25 so as to cross the outer portion in the axial direction.
[0026]
The shape of the groove portion 54 is such that the locking member 25 does not protrude from the groove portion 54 when the engaging claw 28 is hooked and engaged with the engaging step portion 55. That is, the depth dimension of the groove portion 54 is larger than the height dimension of the engaging portion of the locking member 25. Further, when the engagement member 53 is mounted so that one end side of the nozzle is press-fitted into the other end portion of the extension hose body 22, the engagement member 53 is extended in a state where the one end side of the nozzle is passed through the inner diameter portion of the engagement member 53. The hose body 22 is attached so as to be sandwiched between the other end face of the hose body 22 and an intermediate flange (not shown) of the nozzle.
[0027]
With this configuration, when the extension hose 51 is connected to the water supply hose 33, the joint 26 of the joint portion 23 provided at the tip of the water supply hose 33 is provided at the other end of the extension hose 51. The nozzle of the nozzle part 52 is fitted so as to be inserted in the direction indicated by the solid arrow X, and the locking member 25 provided in the joint part 23 of the water supply hose 33 is extended while the support part 27 is elastically deformed when inserted. The engaging member 25 is fitted into the groove 54 formed in the engaging member 53 of the extension hose 51 while operating the rear end side so as to cause the engaging pawl 28 at the front end within the plane including the substantially axial direction of 51. Then, the locking claw 28 is hooked on the engagement step portion 55 by the elastic restoring force of the support portion 27, and the locking member 25 is engaged with the engagement member 53. Thereby, the nozzle of the nozzle part 52 is fully inserted in the joint 26 of the joint part 23.
[0028]
At this time, the locking member 25 is fitted into the groove portion 54 of the engaging member 53 so as not to protrude outward from the outer peripheral surface portion, and the locking claw 28 at the front end is hooked on the engaging step portion 55. Therefore, even when an external force is applied to the water supply hose 33 or the extension hose 51, it will not easily come off in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. Further, even if the joint portion 23 and the nozzle portion 52 are placed on the floor surface and stepped on, or sandwiched in the gap of the installation object, the locking member 25 is fitted in the groove portion 54. Therefore, the movement in the lateral direction is restricted, so that it will not move laterally due to external force. Thereby, the latching claw 28 does not come off from the engagement member 53, and the possibility that the latching member 25 is deformed or damaged is reduced.
[0029]
When the connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 51 is to be released, the locking member 25 is operated again to cause the locking claw 28 at the tip while elastically deforming the support portion 27 to cause the groove portion of the engagement member 53. The connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 51 is released by removing the nozzle 54 from the engagement step 55 and pulling the nozzle out of the joint 26 in this state in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
[0030]
Next, a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIG. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of a main part of the hose joining apparatus. In addition, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the same part as 1st Embodiment, description is abbreviate | omitted, and the structure of this different embodiment is demonstrated.
[0031]
In FIG. 5, 61 is an extension hose which is a first hose, which is configured by providing a joint portion (not shown) having the same configuration as the water supply hose 33 at the tip of the extension hose body 22 and providing a nozzle portion 62 at the other end. . The extension hose 61 is connected to the water supply hose 33 by joining the outer side in the axial direction of the nozzle portion 62 to the joint portion 23 of the water supply hose 33 as the second hose. And the nozzle part 62 provided in the extension hose 61 has an engagement member 63 formed of a cylindrical body having an outer shape substantially in the shape of a truncated cone at the other end of the extension hose main body 22, and a large-diameter portion is on the axially outer side. And a nozzle (not shown) is mounted. Further, the engaging member 63 has at least one axial groove portion 64 which is a structure for preventing the lateral displacement of the locking member 25 of the engaged joint 26 in the outer surface portion of the cylindrical body. The groove portion 64 includes a shallow groove 65 and a deep groove 66 cut adjacent to the shallow groove 65 in the circumferential direction. The deep groove 66 engages with the engaging member 25 so as to cross the outer portion in the axial direction. An engagement step portion 67 is provided on which the claw 28 is hooked and engaged.
[0032]
Further, the shape dimension of the groove portion 64 is such that the locking claw 28 caused when the nozzle portion 62 and the joint portion 23 are joined can pass with respect to the depth size of the shallow groove 65. The depth dimension of the locking member 25 is such that the locking member 25 does not protrude from the deep groove 66 and the groove part 64 when the locking claw 28 is hooked and engaged with the engaging step portion 67, that is, the engagement of the locking member 25. It is larger than the height of the joint. Further, the height of the engaging step portion 67 is such a height that the engaging claw 28 that is caused until the movement of the engaging member 25 is restricted by the restricting projection 40a and the restricting piece 40b cannot get over. Further, when the engagement member 63 is mounted so that one end side of the nozzle is press-fitted into the other end portion of the extension hose body 22, the engagement member 63 is extended in a state where the one end side of the nozzle is passed through the inner diameter portion of the engagement member 63. The hose body 22 is attached so as to be sandwiched between the other end face of the hose body 22 and an intermediate flange (not shown) of the nozzle.
[0033]
Since it is configured in this way, when the extension hose 61 is connected to the water supply hose 33, the joint 26 of the joint portion 23 provided at the tip of the water supply hose 33 is provided at the other end of the extension hose 61. The nozzle of the nozzle portion 62 is fitted so as to be inserted in the direction indicated by the solid line arrow X, and the locking member 25 provided on the joint portion 23 of the water supply hose 33 is extended while the support portion 27 is elastically deformed. The rear end side is operated so as to cause the locking claw 28 at the tip within the plane including the substantially axial direction of 61, and the locking member 25 is further shallow in the groove portion 64 formed in the engaging member 63 of the extension hose 61. The groove 65 is moved and fitted in the axial direction, and then rotated in the circumferential direction as indicated by a solid arrow Y so that the locking claw 28 of the locking member 25 is fitted in the deep groove 66. Thereafter, the locking claw 28 is hooked on the engagement step portion 67 by the elastic restoring force of the support portion 27, and the locking member 25 is engaged with the engagement member 63. Thereby, the nozzle of the nozzle part 62 is fully inserted in the joint 26 of the joint part 23.
[0034]
Further, at this time, the locking member 25 is fitted into the groove portion 64 of the engaging member 63 so as not to protrude outward from the outer peripheral surface portion, and the locking claw 28 at the distal end has two axial and circumferential directions. Since it is in a state of being hooked on the engaging step portion 67 in a combined form, even if an external force is applied to the water supply hose 33 or the extension hose 61, it can be easily detached in the direction opposite to the insertion direction. It wo n’t happen. Even if the joint portion of the joint portion 23 and the nozzle portion 62 is placed on the floor and is stepped on, or is sandwiched in the gap of the installation object, the locking member 25 is fitted in the groove portion 64. Therefore, the movement in the lateral direction is restricted, so that it will not move laterally due to external force. Thereby, the latching claw 28 does not come off from the engagement member 53, and the possibility that the latching member 25 is deformed or damaged is reduced.
[0035]
When the connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 61 is to be released, the locking member 25 is operated again to cause the locking claw 28 at the tip while elastically deforming the support portion 27, thereby causing the groove portion of the engagement member 63. Then, the engaging claw 28 is moved from the deep groove 66 to the shallow groove 65 by rotating the nozzle portion 62 in the circumferential direction. In this state, the connection between the water supply hose 33 and the extension hose 61 is released by pulling the nozzle from the joint 26 in the direction opposite to the insertion direction.
[0036]
Next, a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. FIG. 6 is a perspective view of the main part of the hose joining apparatus, and FIG. 7 is a perspective view of the nozzle part.
