Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a hanger rail mounting structure for an upper suspension type sliding door, and more particularly to a hanger rail mounting structure for an upper suspension type sliding door in which a door body is retracted into a wall when the opening is opened.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a hanging type sliding door in which the door is retracted into the wall when the opening is opened, about 1/2 of the full length of the hanger rail is installed in the unreachable wall. There was a problem that it was impossible to maintain the installed parts. Therefore, in order to be able to remove the entire hanger rail at the time of maintenance, the door bottom side end of the hanger rail is only locked to a receiving bracket provided on the structural frame (or sliding door frame, etc.) within the wall, and the opening position (or A structure has been employed in which the hanger rail can be removed by simply screwing and fixing the hanger rail to the structural housing at a position where the hand can reach and work, and simply removing the screw.
[0003]
However, once you attach the hanger rail that has been removed, insert the hanger rail, which is a long piece of material, into the wall, and connect the receiving bracket provided at the innermost part of the wall and the tip of the hanger rail (toe edge side end). It is very difficult to accurately align and lock the top, bottom, left and right, and there is a problem that the ends of the bracket and the hanger rail hit each other and break.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The present invention was devised to solve the above-described problem, and the upper suspension type in which the door bottom side portion of the hanger rail for suspending the door body is locked to a metal fitting provided above the door body storage portion in the wall. In the sliding door hanger rail mounting structure, when the removed hanger rail is reattached, the hanger rail can be easily positioned and locked to the receiving bracket provided on the wall of the door bottom side of the hanger rail. An object is to provide a mounting structure.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The technical means employed by the present invention in order to solve the above-mentioned problem is that the door bottom side portion of the hanger rail that holds the door body is a top-hanging type sliding door that retracts and stores the door body in the wall when the opening is opened. And a guide surface for guiding the hanger rail to the locking position is provided on the door end side of the metal fitting. To do.
[0006]
The guide surface and is characterized in that it consists of a vertical guide surface for the positioning of the horizontal guide surface and expected direction for positioning in the vertical direction of the hanger rail.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 is an overall front view of a suspended sliding door, FIG. 2 is a horizontal sectional view taken along line EE in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view taken along line FF in FIG. It is a longitudinal cross-sectional view of the G line, and the basic structure of the upper suspension type sliding door is a door body 1 that opens and closes an opening A provided on a wall surface, a hanger rail 2 that suspends the door body 1 so as to run freely, The door 1 comprises a sliding door frame 5 that attaches and fixes the hanger rail 2 and forms a door body storage portion B (a space for retracting and storing the door body when the opening portion is opened) inside the opening A and the wall surface. Travels along the hanger rail 2 so that the opening A is opened and closed. The door body 1 is hung on hanger rails 2 by hanger rollers 11 and 11 provided on the upper part, and the lower end is guided by a steadying roller 12 fixed to the floor surface.
An inspection cover 15 is provided above the opening A so as to cover the front surface of the hanger rail 2. Incidentally, the wall surface is a partition wall referred to as a so-called light iron partition, in which wall materials (gypsum board) 101 are pasted on both surfaces of a stud material (not shown) standing between the floor and the ceiling.
[0008]
The sliding door frame 5 is a wall erected on the farthest side (the right end in FIG. 1) of the door end side sill frame 7, the door bottom side sill frame 8, and the door body storage part B erected on the left and right sides of the opening A. It consists of an inner collar frame 9 and an upper frame 6 connecting the upper parts thereof, and the whole is configured in an approximately E shape.
Further, a door stop rubber 71 is attached to the door end side frame 7, a stopper rubber 91 is attached to the inside wall frame 9, and a synthetic rubber door end cover 13 is attached to the door end portion of the door body 1. The impact sound between the door body 1 and the sliding door frame 5 is alleviated and the airtightness is improved. In addition, a gap cover 81 is attached to the door bottom side heel frame 8 to reduce the gap with the door body 1 so as to prevent an accident of a passer's finger being pulled in and to improve airtightness. Incidentally, the inner wall frame 9 is not a member dedicated to the sliding door frame as in this example, but may be a member using the stud material of the partition wall described above.
[0009]
FIG. 5A is a plan view of the upper frame, FIG. 5B is a front view of the upper frame and an explanatory view of mounting the hanger rail, and FIG. 6 is a front view of the hanger rail. The mounting structure will be described.
The hanger rail 2 has a U-shaped rail receiving base 21 composed of upper and lower horizontal sides and a vertical side connecting the upper and lower sides, and a rail body 22 having a J-shaped cross section is fastened to the vertical side of the rail receiving base 21 with screws 23. In the upper frame 6, about 1/2 of the door end side (hereinafter referred to as the door end side half) is located above the opening A and about 1/2 of the door end side (hereinafter referred to as the door bottom). It is attached integrally in a state of being located above the door housing part B (referred to as a side half).
Specifically, the hanger rail 2 is placed on the upper surface (horizontal guide surface of the present invention) of the horizontal support side 6b that is horizontally bent and projected from the lower end of the upper frame 6 toward the front side (expected direction). At the position where the rear surface of the door is brought into contact with the vertical mounting side 6a of the upper frame 6 (vertical guide surface of the present invention), the door-side end is locked to a receiving metal fitting 4 to be described later, and an appropriate portion of the door-end-side half Is fixed to the upper frame 6 by being fastened with screws 25.
[0010]
Here, the horizontal support side 6b is composed of a short first horizontal support side 6b1 provided below the bracket 4 and a long second horizontal support side 6b2 provided at the position of the opening A. Since the horizontal support side is divided into two portions and the middle part is only the vertical attachment side 6a, the hanger rail can be attached efficiently as will be described later. However, if the horizontal support side 6b can guide at least the lower surface of the door bottom side end of the hanger rail to the locking position, only the first support side 6b1 or the horizontal support side 6b1 and the second horizontal support side 6b2 are continuous. What you did is fine. The screw holes 6k, 6k provided in the vertical mounting side 6a are for screwing the screws 25 for attaching the hanger rail 2, and the rectangular cutout holes 6j, 6j are screws protruding from the back surface of the hanger rail 2. This is to escape 23. A round hole 21k formed in the rail pedestal 21 is for fixing the screw 25.
[0011]
The bracket 4 is located at the door bottom side end of the upper frame 6, and has a vertically long rectangular base plate 41 fixed to the vertical mounting side 6 a and about 1/2 of the lateral width from the door end side end of the base 41. It is comprised from the rectangular pinch plate 43 which protruded and was fixed. The hanger rail 2 is received with the vertical side of the rail pedestal 21 being sandwiched by the gap S between the vertical mounting side 6a and the sandwiching plate 43 with the door butt side end of the rail pedestal 21 abutted against the base plate 41. Locked to the metal fitting 4. By making the thickness of the pedestal plate 41 the same as that of the rail pedestal 21, the bracket 4 can be firmly held in the front-rear direction without rattling when the rail pedestal 21 is locked in the gap S. Further, the upper and lower ends of the sandwiching plate 43 are formed in an arc shape, and the door end side is opened and fixed to the front side so that the rail receiving base 21 can be easily inserted, and the vertical dimension is set to the upper and lower flanges of the rail receiving base 21. By having substantially the same dimensions as the inner width between them, the vertical direction can also be held without rattling.
[0012]
Further, the upper suspension type sliding door of the present embodiment is a so-called inclined rail type that automatically closes using the inclination of the hanger rail and the weight of the door body, but the hanger rail 2 is connected to the rail cradle 21 and the rail. The main body 22 is composed of two members, and the rail main body 22 is inclined with respect to the rail pedestal 21 so that the hanger rail 2 itself can be mounted horizontally, although it is an inclined rail type. As compared with the case where it is attached with an inclination, it is easier to install. In addition, the hanger rail 2 is not necessarily limited to what was comprised by two members like this Embodiment, You may use what was comprised by the integral one member. Incidentally, the hanger rail 2 is provided with parts for an automatic closing type sliding door such as a temporary stop device and a braking device (not shown), and these parts can be exchanged by removing the hanger rail 2.
[0013]
When reattaching the hanger rail 2 in the upper suspension type sliding door configured as described above, the hanger rail 2 is first set at the diagonal position of the opening from which the inspection cover 15 has been removed. Is inserted into the upper part of the door housing part from between the door bottom side frames 8 and 8. Next, the rear surface of the front edge of the hanger rail 2 is brought into contact with the surface of the vertical attachment side 6a of the upper frame 2 (a in FIG. 6), and the lower surface of the hanger rail 2 at the end of the door bottom is first supported horizontally. Slide on the surface of the vertical mounting side 6a until it hits the edge of the side 6b1 (b in FIG. 6), then lifts the door end side of the hanger rail 2 and places it on the horizontal support side 6b2 to open the door of the rail cradle 21 The hanger rail 2 can be easily mounted at a proper position by moving the bottom end face until it contacts the door end side end face of the pedestal plate 41 and fastening the screw 25 to the door end side half of the rail base 21. Can be fixed. The hanger rail 2 can be removed in the reverse procedure.
In short, simply by inserting the locking part (door edge side end) of the hanger rail 2 into the wall while contacting the vertical mounting side 6a (vertical guide surface) and the horizontal support side 6b (horizontal guide surface) Therefore, the hanger rail 2 can be easily locked even when the metal fitting 4 is provided at the innermost position in the wall.
[0014]
FIG. 7 is a schematic overall front view of an upper hanging sliding door according to another embodiment, and FIG. 8 is a front view of a hanger rail according to another embodiment. The hanger rail 201 for holding the door body has a full length. An in-wall hanger rail 201a which is divided at a position facing the opening width of the opening A and is installed across a part of the opening A from the upper part of the door housing part B, and an opening hanger installed in the opening width. It is divided into rails 201b. The in-wall hanger rail 201a is made shorter than the diagonal dimension L1 of the space including the opening and the inspection cover portion. As in the first embodiment, the inner hanger rail 201a is screwed and fixed at a position where the door end side is fitted into the receiving metal fitting and the door end side faces the opening. Moreover, the hanger rail 201 can change the division | segmentation position of the rail receiving base 202 and the rail main body 203, and joining of the divided rails becomes easy and can improve the intensity | strength of a junction part.
[0015]
The structure of the latching part of the hanger rail 2 and the bracket 4 is not limited to the present embodiment, and any shape or any shape can be used as long as the door bottom part of the hanger rail 2 can be positioned and locked. It is free whether the member is inserted or fitted. In the present embodiment, the tilted rail type self-closing closed type upper suspension type sliding door is used. However, other types of self-closing type upper suspension type sliding doors (for example, the rails are horizontally placed and the door body is automatically moved in the closing direction). Needless to say, the present invention can be applied to a device provided with a device for closing.
[0016]
【The invention's effect】
According to invention of Claim 1, the door bottom side part of the hanger rail which hangs a door body is latched to the receiving metal provided in the upper part of the door body accommodating part in a wall, and the door tip of this receiving metal on the side provided with guide surfaces for guiding the hanger rail in the locking position, guiding surface from the vertical guide surfaces for the positioning of the horizontal guide surface and expected direction for positioning in the vertical direction of the hanger rail With this structure, even if the hanger rail door-to-door side is installed in the wall, even if the hanger rail is removed, the hanger rail door-bottom side of the hanger rail is placed in the wall. Can be easily aligned and locked to the metal fitting provided on the. Furthermore, according to the invention described in claim 2, the door bottom side portion of the hanger rail that suspends the door is locked to the receiving bracket provided above the door storage portion in the wall, A guide surface for guiding the hanger rail to the locking position is provided on the door end side, and the guide surface includes a horizontal guide surface for positioning the hanger rail in the vertical direction and a vertical guide surface for positioning in the prospective direction. The bracket is located at the edge of the upper frame on the door butt side, and is a bracket fixed to the vertical guide surface. Since the guide 4 is automatically guided to the locking position by being inserted into the wall while being in contact with the mounting side 6a (vertical guide surface) and the horizontal support side 6b (horizontal safety inner surface), the bracket 4 can be The hanger rail 2 can be easily locked even when it is provided at the back. .
