Description

【0001】

FIG. 10 shows a finished yarn in which a tape 5-1 is spirally wound around a yarn bundle 2 in which a prescribed yarn is bundled by this device, the outer periphery is fixed by a tape fastening tape 6-1, and the resulting yarn is cut to a prescribed length. Showing a bunch.
[0014]
FIG. 11 is a block diagram of the second embodiment of the present invention. A configuration different from the first embodiment shown in FIG. 2 will be described below.
The tape winding device 5 continuously winds the tape 5-1 in a spiral shape around the yarn bundle 2 that has been cut and unwound from the winding wheels 3-1, 3-2. The tape winding device 5 is moved by the traveling carriage 33 on the traveling base 34 in order to wind the tape 5-1 while moving along the set yarn bundle 2.
The tape fastening tape applicator 6 has a tape fastening tape 6-1 on the tape 5-1 wound spirally so that the tape 5-1 wound spirally cannot be unwound when the yarn bundle 2 is cut. Is a device that sticks the thread bundle 2 in the longitudinal direction of the yarn bundle 2. The tape fastening tape applicator 6 is mounted on the traveling carriage 33 so as to move simultaneously behind the tape winding device 5.
[0015]
The pulling device 7 unwinds the yarn bundle 2 wound around the winding wheels 3-1 and 3-2, passes the tape winding device 5 to wind the tape 5-1, and fixes and pulls the tip of the yarn bundle 2. It will be. The yarn bundle suction guide 32 fixes the end of the yarn bundle 2 that has been unwound from the winding wheels 3-1 and 3-2, and is fixed in such a manner that the end of the yarn bundle is sucked by air suction. The end of the yarn bundle is fixed in the suction direction by an air suction device not shown.
The yarn bundle support device 31 sets the yarn bundle 2 released from the winding wheels 3-1 and 3-2 on this, and when the tape winding device 5 moves while winding the tape, the tape winding device 5 So that it does not interfere with the lower part.
The cutting device 9 cuts the yarn bundle 2 in which the tape 5-1 is wound in a spiral shape into a predetermined size. The delivery device 8 is a device that conveys the yarn bundle 2. The robot 10 grabs the cut yarn bundle and loads it into a stock box.
[0016]
In the following, embodiments of each device part will be described.
(1) Winding ring device part
Since this portion is the same as that of the first embodiment shown in FIG.
(2) Winding yarn cutting device part
Until the yarn bundle is cut, the description is omitted because it is the same as the description of FIG. 5 of the first embodiment.
After the cutting, the yarn bundle 2 is pulled by the pulling device 7 and is unwound from the winding wheels 3-1, 3-2. When the yarn bundle 2 is unwound from the winding wheels 3-1 and 3-2, the clamp 3-5 is removed and set in the yarn bundle suction guide 32 as shown in FIG. The yarn bundle suction guide 32 is structured to be sucked by an air suction device (not shown), and when the yarn bundle 2 is set, the yarn bundle end is fixed in the suction direction. Since the end of the yarn bundle is not mechanically clamped, it is structured to be sucked by an air suction device. When the yarn bundle 2 is set, the end of the yarn bundle is fixed in the sucking direction. Since the end of the yarn bundle is not mechanically clamped, the yarn bundle 2 is kept fixed in a state in which tension is applied to the yarn bundle 2 in a free state in the yarn bundle longitudinal direction by air suction. The yarn bundle 2 is unwound from the take-up wheels 3-1 and 3-2 by the pulling device 7 and placed on the yarn bundle supporting device 31.
[0017]
(3) Tape winding and tape fastening tape applicator part
FIG. 12 shows the details of the tape winding and tape fastening tape applicator portion. FIG. 7 is a detailed diagram for explaining the operation of the tape winding portion, and FIG. 8 is a detailed diagram for explaining the operation of the tape fastening tape application portion.
In these drawings, the yarn bundle 2 is set on the yarn bundle support device 31 with its starting end clamped by the pulling device 7 and pulled at the end by the yarn bundle suction device 32, and under tension control. While the tape winding device 5 moves around the yarn bundle 2 in this state, the tape 5-1 is wound on the spiral. The winding operation of the tape 5-1 and the attaching operation of the tape fastening tape 6-1 for fastening the wound tape are the same as in the first embodiment. 7 and 8 show detailed operation explanatory diagrams.
When the tape 5-1 is wound around the yarn bundle 2, the yarn bundle 2 is supported by the yarn bundle support device 31, but does not interfere with the yarn bundle support device 31 in the process of moving the tape winding device 5. Thus, as shown in a partial cross section in FIG. 12, the yarn bundle support device 31 has a structure that moves below the carriage 34 as the tape winding device 5 moves. Then, after the traveling carriage 33 moves, it rises again to support the yarn bundle 2. Since the yarn bundle support device 31 supports the circular yarn bundle 2, the surface structure is a shape such as a roller having a concave shape.
[0018]
(4) Yarn bundle cutting device
Since the operation of this portion is the same as that of the first embodiment, description thereof is omitted.
In the second embodiment, as compared with the first embodiment, in order to perform tape winding after unwinding all the yarn bundles 2 wound around the winding wheels 3-1, 3-2, There are such advantages.
That is, when the yarn 1 is wound around the winding ring 3, the circumferential lengths of the yarn bundle 2 wound around the winding ring 3 are different on the inner diameter side and the outer diameter side in FIG. When it is fixed and unwound from the winding wheel 3, “sag” occurs in the yarn bundle 2. In this embodiment, the yarn bundle 2 is unwound all at once from the take-up wheel 3 and the end is fixed in a free state by suction with air, so that there is no “sagging” of the yarn bundle due to the difference in inner and outer diameters. For this reason, it is possible to wind the tape around the outer diameter of the yarn bundle 2 with high accuracy.
When creating a yarn bundle, make a yarn bundle 2 by bundling the yarn 1 and the like as shown in FIG. 14, and wind and fix the outer circumference with paper 30 or the like in a state shorter than the yarn bundle length so that the bundled yarn does not come loose. Sometimes it is necessary to stop with tape. In the first and second embodiments described above, since the yarn bundle wound with paper is cut together with the paper, the paper 30 whose length is shorter than that of the yarn bundle 2 as shown in FIG.
In order to make such a yarn bundle, a method of manually winding paper or the like has been generally performed. In the manual work, in the case of yarns produced continuously for 24 hours, it was necessary to work continuously, and night work and the like were extremely troublesome work.
[0019]
In the third embodiment of the present invention, the yarn is continuously wound around a polygonal winding wheel, a yarn bundle is formed, flat paper is wound one by one in the wound winding wheel, and fixed with an adhesive tape or the like. The paper thread bundle is made by cutting to the required length.
Hereinafter, a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. FIG. 15 is a block diagram of the entire apparatus of the present invention. In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a yarn sent from the yarn manufacturing apparatus. Reference numeral 3 denotes a winding wheel, and two left and right A and B units are installed in the figure. In the winding wheel 3, a necessary number of yarns 1 are wound around the winding wheel 3 to form a bundle. A cutting device 4 is a device for cutting the yarn bundle in the winding wheel in order to unwind the yarn bundle wound on the winding wheel 3. A paper winding device 5 is a device for winding paper fed from a paper supply device around a yarn bundle. Reference numeral 6 denotes a yarn bundle conveying device that pulls and unwinds the yarn bundle, 7 denotes a clamping device that clamps when cutting the yarn bundle, and 8 denotes a cutting device that cuts after winding the paper. 10 is a handling robot for taking out the cut yarn bundle, and 11 is a box for stocking the yarn bundle, and stocks the cut pieces.
