【発明の属する分野】
本発明は、飯塊から棒状成形飯を形成し、両側縁に耳片を突出させた包装シートによって、該棒状成形飯を包装する包装棒状飯の製造装置である。

【従来の技術及び解決しようとする課題】
回転する作業板の三角型穴に飯を押し込んで三角形に成形後、該三角成形飯を型穴から突き落とし、この三角成形飯を矩形の包装シートにて包装する包装三角おりぎり飯の製造装置は、実用化されている。
又、作業板の横長の型穴に飯を押し込んで棒状に成形し、この棒状成形飯を包装シートで自動包装することも実施されている。
ところが、図7に示す如く、棒状成形飯(7)の両端面に被さる耳片(66)(66)を具えた包装シート(6)にて、成形飯(7)全体を自動包装する装置は出現しておらず、手作業での包装を余儀なくされ、作業能率が悪く、又、不衛生であった。

本発明は、両側縁に耳片を具えた包装シートによって、棒状成形飯をその両端面を含めて自動包装できる包装機能を具えた包装棒状飯の製造装置を明らかにするものである。

【課題を解決する手段】
本発明の包装棒状飯の製造装置は、作業台(12)の型穴(13)に飯塊(70)を押し込んで棒状に成形し、突き出しステーションS4にて成形飯(7)を型穴(13)から突き落とす棒状飯成形装置(1)と、
棒状飯成形装置(1)の突き出しステーションS4の下方位置に包装シート(6)を供給する包装シート供給装置(2)と、
包装シート供給位置の下方位置に対応して停止する様に間欠周回可能に配備され、包装シート(6)と一緒に突き落とされた成形飯(7)を上面開口から受け入れる型枠(3)と、

【作用及び効果】
飯成形装置(1)によって飯塊を棒状に成形出来る。この成形飯(7)を包装シート(6)を下側にして一緒に型枠(3)に落とし込むと、包装シート(6)は型枠(3)と成形飯(7)との間に挟まれて成形飯(7)の上面を除く外周面に被さり、シート後部(6a)、前部(6b)及び両耳片(66)(66)の先端側は型枠(3)の上縁からはみ出す。
型枠(3)がシート耳片折畳みステーションS5で停止するタイミングに合わせて、爪板(43)が型枠(3)の上方へ前進し、型枠(3)からはみ出した耳片(66)を引っ掛けて成形飯(7)の上面に被さる様に折り畳む。
型枠(3)が包装シート後部折畳みステーションS6に移動した際、後退移動する可動押え片(51)とすれ違い、型枠(3)が該ステーションS6で停止するタイミングに合わせて可動押え片(51)が前進して、型枠(3)からはみ出している包装シート後部(6a)を引っ掛けて成形飯(7)の上面側に折り畳み、先に折り畳まれいる耳片(66)(66)に重ねる。
型枠(3)が前進すると、型枠(3)からはみだしているシート前部(6b)が邪魔板(55)に当たって後方に倒れ、先に折り畳まれているシート後部(6a)に重なる。
シール装置(57)によって、シートの後部(6a)と前部(6b)の重なり部を接合する。
上記動作によって、飯塊(70)から成形飯(7)の成形工程を経て、該成形飯(7)に対する包装まで行われる。
上記動作は自動的に繰り返されるから、包装能率は向上し、又、衛生的である。
尚、前記シート耳片折畳み工程において、爪板 (43) を型枠 ( ) の上面開口高さに合わせて、水平に前後動させた場合、型枠 ( ) の上面開口から成形飯 ( ) が少しでもはみ出てい れば、爪板 (43) が該はみ出し部分を横方向に押して、成形飯 ( ) を型崩れさせ、上手く包装できないことがある。
爪板 (43) を型枠 ( ) の上面開口より少し高位置で水平移動させた場合、シート耳片 (66) を爪板 (43) の動きで成形飯 ( ) 上に折り畳んでも、シート耳片 (66) を成形飯 ( ) の上面に引っ付けることが出来ないため、爪板 (43) が後退すると該耳片 (66) が立ち上がってしまう虞れがある。
本発明では爪板 (43) は、シート耳片 (66) を引っ掛けて前進するときは、型枠 ( ) の上面開口高さより高い位置にあり、成形飯 ( ) を引っ掛けて型崩れさせる虞れはない。爪板 (43) は前進端では下降してシート耳片 (66) を成形飯 ( ) の上面に押しつけるため、シート耳片 (66) は成形飯 ( ) に引っ付く。このため、爪板 (43) が後退しても、シート耳片 (66) が立ちがることはなく、包装不良は生じない。

【発明の実施の形態】
図8、図9は、棒状成形飯を包装する公知の包装シート(6)を示しており、図10に示す如く、矩形の外フィルム(61)と矩形の内フィルム(63)の間にシード状海苔等のシート状食品(65)を挟んで、図8に示す如く、両フィルムの外周縁を熱溶着(60)して形成されている。
外フィルム(61)は、幅方向の中央部に長手方向に分断可能な分離可能部(62)を有してする。分離可能部(62)は、外フィルム(61)に断続的な切込みを施したもの、外フィルム(61)に細帯テープを接着し、該テープの一端を引っ張って外フィルム(61)を分断するもの等、外フィルム(61)を長手方向に沿って分断できれば、構成は問わない。
内フィルム(63)は、二枚のフィルム片(64)(64)の内側縁を重ねて形成されている。
両フィルム片(64)(64)の外側縁に耳片(66)(66)を突設している。
両耳片(66)(66)は、成形飯(7)の端面から成形飯(7)の長さ方向に被さる突出長さである。

アーム(18)が下降する際に、突き出しステーションS4で停止している型穴(13)内の成形飯(7)を、突出し板(19)によって強制的に突き落とすことができる。

包装シート供給装置(2)は、上記作業台(12)の外側にて、整形ステーションS3と突き出しステーションS4に接近して配備した基板(21)上に設けた包装シートストッカー(22)と、基板(21)の下方から飯成形装置(1)の突き出しステーションS4の下方に跨って配備した包装シート搬送装置(24)と、基板(21)の下方に配備され、突き出しステーションS4に積層した包装シート束の最下部の包装シートを取り出して搬送装置(24)に受け渡す受渡し装置(27)とによって構成される。

包装シートストッカー(22)は、包装シート(6)の長手方向と耳片(66)(66)の交差部の4カ所をガイドする4本の柱(23)からなり、下面は開口し開口縁に包装シート束の落下を阻止するストッパー(図示せず)を具えている。
受渡し装置(27)は、バキュームによる吸引ヘッド(図示せず)を昇降させ、上昇時にシートストッカー(22)内の海苔束を少し突き上げて、最下部の包装シート(6)を吸着し、そのまま下降して、ストッパーをかわして該包装シート(6)だけを引っ張り出して吸引を解除し、搬送装置(24)に受け渡す。
搬送装置(24)は、4本の無端状周回ベルト(25)を平行に且つ同じ高さに張設して構成され、上記受渡し装置(27)の吸引ヘッドは、ベルトをかわして昇降する。
搬送装置(24)は、包装シート(6)を前記突き出しステーションS4の真下で停止させる様に間欠周回する。
包装シート(6)は、突き出しステーションS4において、該突き出しステーションから突き落とされる成形飯(7)が包装シート(6)に載って、該成形飯(7)の両端がシート(6)の耳片(66)(66)に対応する。

突き出しステーションS4において上記搬送装置(24)と交差し、搬送装置(24)と直交して外側に延びる様に周回ベルト(31)が張設され、該周回ベルト(31)上に等間隔に型枠(3)が配備されて型枠列(30)が構成される。

突き出しステーションS4から周回ベルト(31)の周回方向に順に、シート耳片折畳みステーションS5、包装シート後部折畳みステーションS6、包装シート前部折畳みステーションS7及びシールステーションS8が設定されている。
包装シート前部折畳みステーションS7以外の各ステーションで型枠(3)は停止する。

次に、上記包装装置の動作説明を行う。
棒状飯成形装置(1)は、飯供給装置(11)から飯供給ステーションS1の型穴(13)に供給された飯塊(70)を、溝付けステーションS2にて、溝付け板(16)が下降して型穴(13)に対応する様に成形する共に、溝付け板(16)の突条(16a)で溝部(71)を形成する(図7参照)。
型穴(13)が間欠移動して整形ステーションS3に達する間に、上記飯塊(70)の溝部(71)に、具(72)を投入する(図7参照)。具(72)の投入は自動機(図示せず)或いは手作業で行う。前記飯供給装置(11)から、飯に細かな具を混ぜたものを型穴(13)に投入する様にすれば、溝付け板(16)及び該溝付け板(16)による飯塊(70)への溝付け作業を省略することができる。
整形ステーションS3では、整形押し板(17)が下降して、飯塊(70)の溝部(71)の両側を押し崩して、具(72)に飯を被せて棒状成形飯(7)を形成する(図7参照)。

本発明では、爪板(43)は、シート耳片(66)を引っ掛けて前進するときは、型枠(3)の上面開口高さより高い位置にあり、成形飯(7)を引っ掛けて型崩れさせる虞れはない。爪板(43)は前進端では下降してシート耳片(66)を成形飯(7)の上面に押しつけるため、シート耳片(66)は成形飯(7)に引っ付く。このため、爪板(43)が後退しても、シート耳片(66)が立ちがることはなく、包装不良は生じない。

実施例の可動押え片(51)は、上昇位置から前進してシート後部(6a)を成形飯(7)側に折り畳みつつ下降して、該シート後部(6a)を成形飯(7)に押しつけることができる。

このとき、前記した様に、可動押え片(51)が型枠(3)上面より少し高い位置でシート後部(6a)を折り畳んで、該シート後部(6a)が、成形飯(7)に対して隙間のある状態、即ち、シート後部(6a)が成形飯(7)の上面から浮き上がった状態では、型枠(3)が前進した際に、該シート後部(6a)までもが邪魔板(55)に引っ掛かって美しく包装できない。
実施例の様に、可動押え片(51)でシート後部(6a)を成形飯(7)に押さえつけておけば、型枠(3)が前進する際に、シート後部(6a)が邪魔板(55)に引っ掛かることなく美しく包装できる。

棒状飯成形装置(1)の突き出しステーションS4の下方位置に包装シート(6)を供給する包装シート供給装置(2)と、
包装シート供給位置の下方位置に対応して停止する様に間欠周回可能に配備され、包装シート(6)と一緒に突き落とされた成形飯(7)を上面開口から受け入れる型枠(3)と、
型枠(3)の移行路上のシート耳片折畳みステーションS5の両側に配備され、互いに型枠(3)の移行路と直交する方向に往復移動し型枠側に前進した際に、型枠の両端からはみ出した包装シート(6)の耳片(66)を内側に折り畳む爪板(43)を有するシートの耳片折畳み装置(4)と、
