【産業上の利用分野】
本発明は、法面緑化工法及び該工法に用いる植栽用補強枠に関する。

【従来の技術】
道路工事や治山工事、土地造成工事などが行なわれると、それに伴って草木の活着が困難な硬い地盤ないしは岩盤が露出した法面ができることがある。このような緑化困難な法面については環境保全の面から何らかの対策をとることが望まれる。

これに対して、特開昭57−127019号公報には、当該法面に沿って金網(ラス)を張り、その上から客土を吹付けて所定厚さの客土層を形成し、該客土層に苗木を植え付けていくことにより、該法面の緑化を図る方法が記載されている。また、実公昭59−30061号公報には、エキスパンドメタルやパンチングメタル等の網材を折り曲げて形成した保持枠を上記法面にアンカーピンによって固定し、該保持枠に植栽用客土袋を収容して、該客土袋の上面を除く法面にラスの張設及びモルタル又はコンクリートの吹付けを行なうことにより、法面に部分的に植栽を行なうことができるようにすることが記載されている。

さらに、実公平2−7967号公報には、種子付シートが張り付けられた金網を、法面との間に横方向に延びるV字状の植栽用溝ができるように該法面に沿って張り、該植栽用溝に客土を充填してこれに苗木を植え付けることが記載されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、法面に金網を張って客土層を形成し、該客土層に苗木を植え付けていくという手段では、該客土層として10cm程度の厚さのものまでしか形成することができないため、苗木の活着には充分と言えない場合もある。また、客土袋保持枠に客土袋を収容して、これに苗木を植え付けるという手段では、客土袋を法面に沿って運び上げる必要があり、広い法面に多数の苗木を植え付けるには多大の労力を要することになる。しかも、客土袋保持枠を覆うために別途モルタル等の吹付けを要する。さらに、種子付シートが張り付けられた金網と法面との間にV字状の植栽用溝を形成し、該植栽用溝に客土を充填して苗木を植え付けるという手段においても、客土の運搬に多大な労力を要するし、金網が露出したままとなって景観の面でも不利になる。

【課題を解決するための手段及びその作用】
本発明は、このような課題に対して、金網等の透孔を有するラスによって植栽用補強枠を形成し、該植栽用補強枠全体が埋まるようにこれに植栽用土壌を吹付けることによって、苗木の植栽用土壌基盤を特に厚く形成することを可能にし、植栽用土壌基盤の施工の容易化及び景観の向上を図るものである。以下、上記課題を解決する各請求項に係る発明を具体的に説明する。

−請求項1に係る発明−
この発明は、植栽用土壌を通す多数の透孔を有する網状又は簀子状に形成された囲い面を備え、該囲い面が上方へ行くに従って内部が狭くなるよう錐状に傾斜して立上がっているとともに上面が開口している植栽用補強枠を法面に据え付ける工程と、
植栽用土壌を上記植栽用補強枠にモルタルガンによって吹き付けて該植栽用補強枠の内部に充填するとともに該植栽用補強枠の外側に盛ることによって上記法面から盛り上がった植栽用土壌基盤を形成する工程と、
上記植栽用土壌基盤の植栽用補強枠の内部に該植栽用補強枠の上面の開口から草木を植え付ける工程とを順に行なうことを特徴とする法面緑化工法である。

(作用)
当該発明においては、法面に据え付けた植栽用補強枠に植栽用土壌を吹付けることによって、植栽用補強枠の内部への植栽用土壌の充填と、その外側への盛り付けとを同時に行なうことができ、施工が容易になる。特に、上記植栽用土壌を植栽用補強枠の内部に吹付けることによって、該植栽用補強枠の囲い面の透孔を通して植栽用土壌を内部から外側へ食み出させることができ、あるいは植栽用土壌を植栽用補強枠の外側から吹付けることによって、該植栽用補強枠の外側からその内部に植栽用土壌を入れることができ、当該植栽用補強枠の全体を覆うように上記植栽用土壌を法面上に盛ることが容易になる。

しかも、上記植栽用土壌の吹付けにはモルタルガンを用いるから、植栽用土壌を貯蔵した土壌タンクを法面下の平地に置きそこからホースを法面の該当箇所に延設して植栽用土壌の吹付けを行なうことができ、植栽用土壌の運搬の手間を省くことができる。

また、上記植栽用補強枠の囲い面に多数の透孔が設けられているから、得られる植栽用土壌基盤は植栽用補強枠内部の植栽用土壌と外側の植栽用土壌とが透孔を介して一体に結合して盛り上がったものになり、この特別に厚く盛られた植栽用土壌が雨水や風によって流失ないしは飛散することが防がれる。

その上、上記植栽用土壌を植栽用補強枠の外側にも盛るようにしているから、植栽用補強枠自体を大きくすることなく該土壌を多量に盛り上げることができ、植栽に有利になるとともに、植栽用補強枠を上記植栽用土壌によって覆うことができるから、モルタル等を別途吹付ける必要はなく景観の面でも有利になる。

そうして、当該発明においては、囲い面が錐状に傾斜して立上がっているから、植栽用土壌基盤の土壌のずれ落ち防止に有利であり、また、当該植栽用補強枠の多数を運搬する場合に、これらを互いに嵌め合わせて積み重ねることができ、荷姿が小さくなって運搬が容易になる。

ここに、上記植栽用土壌としては、通常の土壌の他、土壌改質剤が含まれたもの、人工土壌(おが屑や藁の粉砕物、製紙工場のパルプ廃材、肥料及び糊を混合したもの等)、あるいはこのような土壌と種子とを水で練ったものなどいずれをも採用することができる。

−請求項2に係る発明−
この発明は、法面に沿って金網を張設する工程と、
植栽用土壌を通す多数の透孔を有する網状又は簀子状に形成された囲い面を備え、該囲い面が上方へ行くに従って内部が狭くなるよう錐状に傾斜して立上がっているとともに上面が開口している植栽用補強枠を上記金網に固定する工程と、
上記金網及び植栽用補強枠に、種子と人工土壌とを混合してなる植栽用土壌をモルタルガンによって吹き付けることにより、上記金網が埋まるように上記法面に土壌層を形成するとともに、上記植栽用補強枠が埋まるように当該土壌層から盛り上がった植栽用土壌基盤を形成する工程と、
上記植栽用土壌基盤の植栽用補強枠の内部に該植栽用補強枠の上面の開口から草木を植え付ける工程とを順に行なうことを特徴とする法面緑化工法である。

当該発明の場合、請求項1に係る発明と同様の作用が得られるとともに、法面に張られた金網への植栽用土壌の吹付けによる土壌層の形成と、植栽用補強枠への植栽用土壌の吹付けによる植栽用土壌基盤の形成とを同時に行なうことができ、施工が迅速且つ簡単なものになる。また、当該植栽用土壌には種子が含まれているから、上記草木の植え付けによる法面の緑化を図りながら、上記種子の発芽によって法面全体の緑化を図ることができる。

この発明は、上記請求項1又は請求項2に記載されている法面緑化工法において、
上記植栽用補強枠に外方へ突出した固定ピンが設けられていて、
上記植栽用土壌基盤を形成した後に、ピン穴を備え当該植栽用土壌基盤に草がはえることを阻止するための土壌カバーを、該ピン穴に上記植栽用補強枠の固定ピンを通しながら上記植栽用土壌基盤に被せ、該固定ピンを上記囲い面及び上面のいずれかの面に沿うように折り曲げることによって該土壌カバーを上記植栽用土壌基盤に固定し、
上記植栽用土壌基盤の植栽用補強枠の内部に草木を植え付ける工程では、上記土壌カバーの植栽用補強枠上面側の部位に穴を明け、該穴から草木を植え付けることを特徴とする法面緑化工法である。

当該発明においては、土壌カバーのピン穴に植栽用補強枠の固定ピンを通して折り曲げることにより土壌カバーを植栽用補強枠に係止するようにしたから、土壌カバーの固定が容易になるとともに、土壌カバーを植栽用土壌基盤に確実に固定することができ、これによって草木の植栽をするまでの間、植栽用土壌に草が生えることを阻止することができる。そして、上記土壌カバーに穴を明けて草木の植栽をするようにしたから、該植栽後も植栽用土壌に草が生えることを阻止することができ、草木の活着に有利になる。

すなわち、草木の植栽は、上記植栽用補強枠に植栽用土壌を吹付けてから半年ないしは1年を経過した後に行なわれることがあるが、上記土壌カバーを設けない場合、当該植栽を行なうまでに植栽用土壌に草が生い茂り、植栽が難しいものになることがある。また、草木の植栽を行なっても草の成長によって栄養分を取られ該草木の活着が遅くなるおそれがある。

上記補強枠本体に設けられ、上記法面に沿って敷設される金網の網目に掛け止めされるフックとを備えていることを特徴とする。

上記補強枠本体より外方へ突設され、上記土壌カバーのピン穴に通し上記囲い面及び上面のいずれかの面に沿うように折り曲げられることによって該土壌カバーを上記補強枠本体に係止するため固定ピンとを備えていることを特徴とするものである。
