BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a base portion, a body portion provided on the upper portion of the base portion, a head portion located above the body portion, and a heat generating portion disposed in front of the head portion and supported by the head portion. It is related with the electric fan type heating apparatus provided with.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As an indoor heating device, one using liquid fuel or gaseous fuel such as a stove or a gas fan heater is known. These generate heat by burning fuel and attempt to warm the room temperature. However, the heating apparatus using these fuels must be ventilated by opening a window because indoor air becomes turbid as combustion gas is generated. Therefore, it is troublesome and troublesome for the residents to ventilate. In addition, ventilation causes heat loss, which is inefficient and increases fuel costs.
[0003]
On the other hand, a fan-type heating device is known. For example, there is a heating device disclosed in Utility Model Registration No. 3078539. This heating device is similar in appearance to a fan, and has the advantage of being easy to carry and easy to handle. Similar to the electric fan, the heating device includes a base part, a body part provided on the upper part of the base part, and a head part located above the body part. In the case of an electric fan, a blower unit having blades is arranged in front of the head unit. In the case of a heating device, a heat generating unit is arranged instead of the blower unit.
The heating unit includes a halogen heater, a reflector that reflects heat generated by the heater toward the front, and a safety net (protective cover) that is provided on the forefront of the heater and protects the heater and the reflector. ). The protective cover is provided so as not to touch the blades even in the case of the electric fan, but is provided so as not to touch the heater or the reflection plate also in the case of the heating device.
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, unlike the case of the electric fan, in the case of the heating device, the protective cover itself is heated by the heater. Further, the protective cover is often made of metal in order to ensure a desired strength. Due to the good thermal conductivity of the metal, touching the protective cover may cause burns. Therefore, it is necessary to devise a technique that prevents the user of the heating apparatus from being burned by touching the protective cover.
Furthermore, when a halogen heater is used as the heater, the user may feel dazzling light reflected by the reflecting surface. Therefore, it is desirable to take measures so that the user does not feel dazzling.
[0004]
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and the problem is that the electric fan does not burn even when the user touches the protective cover, and the user does not feel dazzling during use. It is to provide a mold heating device.
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, a fan-type heating device according to the present invention includes a base part, a body part provided at an upper part of the base part, a head part located above the body part, and a front part of the head part. are arranged, e Bei and a heating unit which is supported by the head portion, the heat generating portion, a halogen heater, and a reflecting surface for reflecting the heat generated by the heater to the front, the heating unit A protective cover for protecting the heater and the reflective surface is provided at the foremost part of the protective cover, and flocking colored in a color having an antiglare effect is applied to the outer surface of the protective cover. what der those with the center portion of the reflective surface in such a form that it protrudes forward, the cylindrical supporting member is attached, and, at the front side of the cylindrical support member, the heater is supported Like so Is further to the rear side of the cylindrical support member, the small holes for heat radiation is characterized that you have been a large number along the circumferential direction.
In the electric fan type heating device having this configuration, the outer surface of the protective cover that protects the heater and the reflection mechanism is flocked. As a material used for flocking, a material having a lower thermal conductivity than that of a metal is used. Therefore, even if the user touches the protective cover, there is no worry of being burned. In addition, the flocked hair is matte and colored with an anti-glare effect (not dazzling), so there is no sense of incompatibility even if it is placed indoors. As a result, it is possible to provide a fan-type heating device that can solve the problems of the present invention.
[0005]
As a preferred embodiment of the present invention, provided with a heat radiation prevention cover provided on the front surface of the heater and on the rear surface side of the protective cover to prevent heat generated from the heater from being directly radiated forward,
In the central region of the protective cover that faces the heat dissipation prevention cover, there is a configuration in which no flocking is applied.
[0006]
When the heat from the heater is radiated directly forward, the user may feel quite dazzling. By providing the heat dissipation prevention cover, it is possible to prevent the forward emission of heat generation. Further, when flocking the protective cover, it is not necessary to plant the whole area of the protective cover. In the central area facing the heat radiation prevention cover, no heat is dissipated, so there is no need to plant hair. Thereby, the amount of flocking can be reduced.
[0008]
A cylindrical support member is attached to the center of the reflective surface, and the heater is supported on the front side. In other words, the reflective surface and the heater are arranged at a distance. Thereby, the heat radiation from the heater can be reflected over the entire reflection surface. Moreover, since many small holes for heat dissipation are formed along the circumferential direction on the rear side of the cylindrical support member, heat storage inside the cylindrical support member can be prevented.
[0009]
As still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the heater is configured as a linear heater having an arc-shaped portion and linear portions extending from both ends of the arc-shaped portion, and the arc-shaped portion and the straight line The support part which supports a heater is provided in the shape part, and this heater is attached to the heat radiation prevention cover by fixing this support metal part to the back side of the heat radiation prevention cover.
[0010]
By forming the heater in a linear shape and attaching the heater to the heat radiation prevention cover via the support metal fitting, the heater can be reliably fixed.
[0011]
As still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the support metal fitting is configured to be fitted into the outer peripheral portion of the cylindrical support member on the front side, and thereby, on the front side of the cylindrical support member. The heater is supported.
[0012]
With this configuration, a plurality of support metal fittings can be positioned on the outer peripheral portion on the front side of the cylindrical support member. Thereby, a heater can be reliably supported by the front side of a cylindrical support member.
[0013]
As still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, a fixed shaft member provided so as to penetrate the inside along the axial direction of the cylindrical support member,
A front end portion of the fixed shaft member is fixed to the heat radiation prevention cover, and a rear end portion is fixed to a base plate attached to the head portion.
[0014]
Although the heater is attached to the heat radiation prevention cover and is supported on the front side of the cylindrical support member, it is necessary to fix the heater itself to the main body of the electric fan type heating device. Therefore, using the fixed shaft member, the front side of the fixed shaft member is fixed to the heat radiation prevention cover, and the rear side is fixed to the base plate attached to the head portion. Thus, the heater is reliably fixed to the main body by the support metal fitting, the heat radiation prevention cover, and the fixed shaft member.
[0015]
As still another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the cylindrical support member is formed by rolling a flat plate member formed by pressing into a cylindrical shape.
