Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
This invention, vehicle related with the vehicle warning lamp for the light radiation warning light to the rear one.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Emergency vehicles such as patrol cars have a diffused warning light on the roof. However, this light-diffusing warning light has a drawback in that, when the trunk door at the rear part of the patrol car is opened, it is hidden by this trunk door and the warning light is prevented from being emitted backward. Therefore, there is a possibility that an accident in which the rear vehicle collides with the patrol car during the work with the trunk door opened. Therefore, it is conceivable to use a hazard lamp provided at the rear of the vehicle, but it is inferior to the warning light emitted by a diffused warning light and cannot be distinguished from ordinary vehicles. The driver's attention cannot be drawn strongly.
[0003]
For example, Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 6-44641 and No. 3016501 disclose an emergency display device in which a light emitter such as a reflector or LED is attached to a trunk door of a vehicle, thereby alerting a driver of a rear vehicle. Is disclosed.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a structure in which a reflector, LED, and the like are fixed to the inner surface of the trunk door, the visibility from the rear depends on the opening angle of the trunk door. In order to solve this problem, for example, it may be considered to improve the mounting structure to the trunk door so that the posture of the reflector is constant, but this makes the mounting structure complicated, and the trunk When closing the door, the reflector or the like may interfere with the luggage in the trunk. Furthermore, for example, if the posture of the reflector is held in the vertical direction, the visibility from the rear side is not always good when the emergency vehicle is stopped on a slope. It will be readily understood that a similar problem exists with LEDs having high radiation directivity.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to solve the above technical problem and to provide a vehicle provided with a vehicle warning light having good visibility from the rear.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention]
In order to achieve the above object, an invention according to
[0007]
According to said structure, a rotating lamp is fixed to the inner surface of a trunk door via an attachment member. Therefore, in a state where the trunk door is opened, the attention of the rear vehicle can be strongly alerted by the light emitted from the rotating lamp. In addition, by appropriately selecting the emission color, it is possible to represent the type of the stopped vehicle, and for example, an emergency vehicle can be clearly distinguished from a general vehicle. Furthermore, since the revolving light can be operated in conjunction with the emergency vehicle warning light mounted on the emergency vehicle, the revolving light can be operated only when necessary.
[0008]
In the present invention, the rotating lamp emits rotating light along a plane substantially orthogonal to the vehicle width direction. Therefore, good visibility from the rear vehicle can be ensured regardless of the angle of the trunk door or the angle of the road surface on which the vehicle is stopped (angle relative to the horizontal plane). Of course, since there is no need for a complicated mounting structure for maintaining the posture of the rotating lamp at a constant level, the mounting member need only have a simple structure for fixing the rotating lamp to the inner surface of the trunk door.
[0009]
Vehicles of
With this configuration, the light projection position of the light emitted from the rotating lamp moves in a direction away from the rear of the vehicle, so that the reflected light from the road surface quickly reaches the driver of the rear vehicle. In addition, the driver of the rear vehicle is strongly aware that there is a dangerous situation ahead because the light projection position approaches the host vehicle. Thereby, a driver's attention of a back vehicle can be alerted more effectively.
[0010]
Vehicles according to
In this configuration, a pair of rotating lamp is provided in the vicinity of the vehicle width across the lateral direction of the vehicle Tei Runode, be in the work such as out of the luggage standing behind the trunk, the light radiation from the rotating lamp There is an advantage that the vehicle width of the stopped vehicle can be easily recognized for the driver of the rear vehicle.
[0011]
Vehicles of claim 4 is Oite the vehicles according to any one of
In this configuration, since the rotating lamp is operated in response to the opening of the trunk door, useless power consumption can be avoided.
[0013]
Further , the rotating lamp is activated only when the emergency vehicle warning lamp is in operation and the trunk door is opened. Thus, for example, even when the visibility of the diffuse warning light arranged on the roof of the vehicle is hindered by the trunk door in the open state, the rotating lamp attached to the inner surface of the trunk door causes the rear vehicle The driver's attention can be strongly alerted.
