【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について詳説する。
本発明に用いる揮発性ジメチルポリシロキサンとしては、大気圧下で250℃以下の沸点を有するもので、例えば式{(CH3 )2 SiO}x の環状ジメチルポリシロキサン(式中、xは3〜6の整数である)、式(CH3 )3 SiO{(CH3 )2 SiO}y Si(CH3 )3 の鎖状ジメチルポリシロキサン(式中、yは0〜4の整数である)、またこれらの混合物があげられる。具体例としてはデカメチルシクロペンタシロキサン、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサンなどがあげられる。
揮発性ジメチルポリシロキサンは、組成物の総重量に対して0.5〜50重量%(以下、単に%で示す)が好ましい。0.5%未満では揮発性ジメチルポリシロキサンの持つ感触が得られず、50%を超えると油性感の強い仕上がりとなり好ましくないことがある。

本発明に用いる揮発性ジメチルポリシロキサン以外の液状油としては、ジメチルポリシロキサン、メチルフェニルポリシロキサン等のシリコーン油、流動パラフィン、スクワラン等の炭化水素類、ホホバ油等のロウ類、トリイソステアリン酸グリセリル、トリオクタン酸グリセリル、トリ−2−エチルヘキサン酸グリセリルなどのトリグリセリド、ミリスチン酸オクチルドデシル、ミリスチン酸イソセチル、ジオクタン酸ネオペンチルグリコール等のエステル油、オリーブ油、アカカデミアナッツ油、ヒマシ油等の植物油類、イソステアリン酸等の脂肪酸等が挙げられるがこれに限定されるものではない。本発明に用いる揮発性ジメチルポリシロキサン以外の液状油は、組成物の総重量に対して1.0〜30.0%が好ましい。1.0%未満では発色が生じず、30.0%を超えると乳化が不安定となる場合がある。

本発明に用いるポリオキシアルキレンアルキル共変性オルガノポリシロキサンは前記一般式(I)で表され、本発明に用いるポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンは前記一般式(II)で表され、共に公知の物質であってこれらのうちの任意の一種又は二種以上を組み合わせて用いることができる。
本発明に用いるポリオキシアルキレンアルキル共変性オルガノポリシロキサンは、例えば、株式会社ゴールドシュミット・テー・ハー社製ABIL EM90等を挙げることができるが、これに限定されるものではない。
本発明に用いるポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンは、例えば、株式会社東レダウコーニング社製シリコンBY22−008等を挙げることができるが、これに限定されるものではない。
本発明に用いるポリオキシアルキレンアルキル共変性オルガノポリシロキサンおよび/またポリオキシアルキレン変性オルガノポリシロキサンから選ばれる1種以上の変性オルガノポリシロキサンの配合量は、本発明の組成物の総量を基準として0.05〜10%が好ましい。0.05%未満の場合、乳化力が不十分であり、10%を超えるとき、べたつくなど感触の悪化が生じることがある。

本発明に用いる多価アルコールとしてはグリセリン、1,3−ブチレングリコール、ジプロピレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、ソルビトール、マルビトール、ジグリセリン等が挙げられるがこれに限定されるものではない。多価アルコールの配合量は、本発明の組成物の総量を基準として53.9〜80.0重量%である。

本発明に用いる塩類は、室温において水に容易に溶解する塩類であれば良い。例えば、塩化ナトリウム、塩化マグネシウム、硫酸ナトリウム、硝酸カリウム等の無機塩類、クエン酸ナトリウム、酢酸カリウム、琥珀酸ナトリウム、アスパラギン酸ナトリウム等の有機酸塩類、塩酸エタノールアミン、硝酸アンモニウム、塩酸アルギニン等の有機塩基の塩等があげられる。
塩類の配合量は、本発明の組成物の総量を基準として0.1〜10.0%が好ましい。0.1%未満の場合、乳化が不安定となり、10.0%を超える場合、塩の析出などによって乳化が不安定となる場合がある。
