この発明は、受入口の開閉を円滑に行い得る炊飯釜蓋開閉装置を提供するものであって、つぎの技術的手段を講じた。すなわち、フレームの上部から米を貯留するホッパーを内装する貯米庫４と洗浄タンク６を有する洗浄装置７と引出し方向に移動可能に設けた引き出し具８に乗せられた炊飯装置９とを順に備えて洗米炊飯装置を構成し、この炊飯装置９は加熱具を内装した外釜１０、該外釜１０の内部にあって米や水の供給を受ける内釜１１、及び内釜１１を開閉する蓋２を備え、該蓋２に形成した受入口１を支軸１３回りに回動する小蓋３をもって開閉可能に構成する洗米炊飯装置において、上記フレームには小蓋３に設けた把っ手１２を連動する小蓋移動装置１４を設け、この小蓋移動装置１４は上下動軸１６及び把っ手つつみ込み体１９を備え、上下動軸１６によって把っ手つつみ込み体１９を把っ手１２に対して上下動させ、かつ把っ手つつみ込み体１９を上下動軸１６回りに回動させて把っ手１２を上記支軸１３回りに水平方向に回動する構成とした炊飯釜蓋開閉装置の構成とする。
