Description

【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to an infusion counter used for adjusting the infusion speed during the infusion operation of medical infusion.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, in a natural drip-type infusion device, the number of infusions per minute was measured by a nurse while observing.
There is also a method in which the number of drops dropped in a drip tube is detected by a sensor and the number of drops per unit time is converted and calculated.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the visual adjustment is very inaccurate and takes time and effort, such as counting the second hand of the watch and the number of infusions alternately.
Furthermore, the entire sensor system is large, expensive, and complicated to handle.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide an infusion drip counter that is very easy to grasp the number of natural drip-type infusions and that is convenient for carrying.
[0004]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the infusion counter of the present invention comprises means for setting / inputting the designated number of infusions per unit time in the infusion device, and the number of infusions after the start of the infusion measurement. The drop count push button configured so that the input of the desired number of drops can be selected with the input button, and the measured drop per unit time of the infusion obtained from the required time and the number of drops input with the same push button A means for inputting a number, a means for comparing and calculating the designated drop number and the measured drop number, and a means for determining whether or not the measured drop number is within an allowable range of the designated drop number based on the comparison calculation result. Is.
[0006]
[Action]
Since it is possible to immediately determine and display whether the specified number of drops of infusion and the number of drops actually measured are within the allowable range, the number of drops can be adjusted easily.
[0007]
In addition, the input of the actual number of drops can be entered simply by selecting the input of the first drop as the start and the input of the desired number of drops after that with the button, making it very easy to grasp the actual number of drops. .
[0008]
【Example】
Next, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS.
Here, FIG. 1 is a front view showing the appearance of the drip counter, and FIG. 2 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the drip counter.
[0009]
In FIG. 1, the drip counter is composed of a card-shaped main body 1, on the surface of which a photovoltaic cell 2, a designated drop number input unit 3, an actually measured drop number input unit 4, a digital display board 5, and a comparison result display are displayed. Part 6 is formed.
[0010]
31 is a numeric keypad for inputting the specified number of drops. Reference numeral 41 denotes a drip count push button in which the numbers 1, 4, 6 and 8 are changed in shape or slightly larger than the other number buttons. This is for easy identification of the number buttons corresponding to the number of drops counted. Reference numeral 5 denotes a digital display board. Reference numeral 6 denotes a comparison result display section, 61 is a range, 62 is a down arrow, and 63 is an up arrow, which gives instructions to decrease or increase the number of drops.
[0011]
Therefore, the usage procedure of the drip counter of the present invention will be described.
[0012]
The designated infusion number determined by the infusion volume of the infusion device and the infusion time specified by the doctor is designated by pressing the infusion set constant 19 or 60 (drops / ml) at the designated infusion number input section, and then the infusion volume and infusion time. Is input using the numeric keypad and [=] is pressed to display the calculation result on the digital display board 5.
[0013]
For example, it may be known that this infusion solution drops at 56 drops per minute without calculating the designated drop number. In such a case, if 56 is input with the numeric keypad and [=] is pressed, 56 is input as the designated number of drops, which has the same effect as the above calculation result.
[0014]
Next, the nurse adjusts the flow controller of the infusion device to actually measure the number of trial infusion drops, and starts to approach the designated number of drops. In order to measure the number of drops for this purpose, pay attention to the drop situation of the drip tube, press the start button for the first drop at the same time as the drop, and the number of drops for either the fourth , sixth , or eighth drop. Press the same button 41 . When the dripping is early, press 8 or 4 when it is late. For example, when measuring the number of drops per minute, after pressing the first drop of the start, press the sixth drop, for example . 60 seconds divided by the number of seconds taken up to the sixth drop is multiplied by the dropping interval 5 and converted to the number of drops per minute. It is convenient to display the converted value as the measured number of drops on the digital display unit 5 by replacing the designated number of drops for about two seconds.
[0015]
At the same time, the specified drop number and the measured drop number are compared and calculated by the calculator 7, and the determiner 8 determines whether the specified value is within the allowable range, above or below it, and displays a comparison result display section. 6 is displayed in any one of the range 61, the down arrow 62, and the up arrow 63.
[0016]
The nurse looks at this result and operates the flow controller of the drip device to be throttled when the arrow is down 62, and conversely when the arrow is up 63, the flow controller of the drip device is opened. Then, the adjustment work as described above is repeated again.
[0017]
The measurement / adjustment is repeated until the permissible range of the designated number of infusions in which the measured number of drops is set in this way. Normally, if the difference is within ± 5% of the specified number of drops, it is considered to be within the allowable range.
[0018]
Moreover, although the case where it is designated as an example and converted into the number of drops per minute at the time of actual measurement has been described here, it is needless to say that the same result can be obtained even if comparison is made at the interval time for each drop. .
[0019]
In addition, the display of the comparison result may be configured so that an alarm sound is notified when it is outside the allowable range.
According to this, since it can confirm with eyes and ears, there exists an advantage that adjustment can be performed more reliably.
[0020]
【The invention's effect】
In short, according to the apparatus of the present invention, the designated drop number can be easily obtained by operating the designated drop number input unit 3 without using a general-purpose calculator or the like. In addition, when counting the number of trial drops, it can be easily counted simply by pressing each button while counting the number of drops, and there is no need to use a wristwatch. In addition, the comparison calculation results are displayed with sounds or arrows, making it easy to use and easy to adjust. Because it is small and lightweight and fits in a pocket, it is easy to carry to each room.
