【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、所謂カラーコーンと呼ばれる円錐台形状の道路用標識具の技術分野に属する。

【従来の技術】
従来より所謂カラーコーンと呼ばれる円錐台形状の道路用標識具は、道路工事等の現場で広く用いられており、これらのカラーコーンは、現場で設置する際に、作業者がそのコーンの先端や台座部等を把持して所定の場所に移動し設置していた。
これらのカラーコーン型の道路用標識具の標識表示は、カラーコーン自体の色、例えば赤色の側面に、、所定幅の反射テープを張り付けたり、特開平１１−２５６５３０号公報等に提案されているようにコーンカバー自体に反射部材を貼り付けていた。
ところで、カラーコーンの表面にはビニルー等の保護カバーを設けることも、古くから知られており、更に、前記の特開平１１−２５６５３０号公報や特開平１１−１５２７１５号公報等に記載され提案されているように、カラーコーンの表面にはビニール等のカバーを固定具で固定したものが知られており、本発明者らは既にカバーの脱着が容易なカラーコーン型の道路用標識具を特願２００１−４８８７０号として提案しているが、台座部については着脱自在のカバーは提案されていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の反射塗料を縞模様に塗装するには、塗装作業がやっかいであるのと、カラーコーンが塩化ビニールで出来ている場合が多く塗料が剥離しやすく耐久性に問題があった。
また、反射テープを張り付けるタイプでも、貼り付け作業がやっかいで、寒暖の差が激しい戸外では反射テープが反り返り剥離してしまうという問題点があり、廃棄の際にもカラーコーン本体と材質が異なるので、分別処分がやっかいであるという問題点があった。また、前記特開平１１−２５６５３０号公報のコーンカバーに反射部材を貼り付けたものは、コーンカバーを取り付けることがやっかいであるとう問題点があった。
更に、台座部に関しても、アスファルト工事等の汚れの激しい場所での使用においては、再利用は困難で廃棄せざるを得なくなる場合も多いといった問題点があった。

本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、その課題は、標識表示部の反射部が容易に構成でき、標識表示部の反射部の脱離が簡単で廃棄の際の分別処理が容易であり、カラーコーンの標識部の保護カバーの交換も簡単で、カラーコーン自体の移動や設置に便利であり、また、台座部の汚れを防ぐことができ、リサイクルに対応できるカラーコーン型の道路用標識具を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために、請求項１に記載の発明は、上部が略円錐台形状の標識部と下部が略正方形状の台座部とからなり、所望の巾と所望の内径の略円錐台形状の反射環を標識部に嵌挿し、反射環の略円錐台形状の側面の傾斜は標識部の傾斜と同じとして反射環の内壁によって標識部の側面の適所に密着係止かつ脱着自在に係止するとともに、該標識部と反射環を覆うように略円錐台形状の標識部の傾斜とほぼ同形状の標識部より短い透明保護カバーを嵌挿し、前記標識部の上部先端部には透明保護カバーの抜け防止の鍔部を有した把持部を嵌合固定し、前記台座部には標識部より短い透明保護カバーの下端部を押さえつける縁部がせり上がったスカート部を有する台座部カバーを着脱自在に装着し、該台座部カバーは汚れ防止のために台座部の上部および側部を覆うことを特徴とするカラーコーン型の道路用標識具である。

上記の課題を解決するために、請求項２に記載の発明は、請求項１に記載のカラーコーン型の道路用標識具において、前記台座部の裏側には重り部を着脱自在に装着したことを特徴とするカラーコーン型の道路用標識具である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の好適な実施例を図に沿って説明する。
本発明における道路用標識具は、所謂カラーコーンと呼ばれる円錐台形状の単色あるは縞模様の標識部を有するもので、道路工事等の現場で用いられものであるが、図１は、第１の実施例の道路用標識具であるカラーコーンの分解斜視図で、図２は道路用標識具として組み立てた側面図であるが、符号１はカラーコーンの本体部であり、合成樹脂製の本体部１の上部は略円錐台形状の標識部２で下部は略正方形状の台座部３とから構成され、標識部２の透明保護カバー４と先端の把持部５、および、台座部の裏側の重り部６から構成されている。
本体部１の上部の略円錐台形状の標識部２の表面には識別表示がなされるが、この識別表示は、図１〜３に示すように、本実施例では標識部２自体の色を赤色とし、標識部２とは別体の合成樹脂のシート状の反射部環２１（ａ，ｂ）を表面に配するが、この反射部環２１は円錐台形状の白色反射環２１を標識部に着脱可能に嵌挿され、反射環２１の円錐台形形状の側面の傾斜は標識部とほぼ同とし嵌挿された際には、反射環２１はその内径によって標識部２の表面の適所に密着係止する。
この反射部材２１の数は、図３に示すように、本実施例では内径の異なる小さい反射環２１ａと大きい反射環２１ｂの２個として、白色反射環２１と本体の赤色部２２の二本の縞模様としたが、一本でも二本以上の適宜の数でもよい。

そして、図２に示すするように、標識部２および反射環２１を覆うように略円錐台形状の標識部の傾斜とほぼ同形状の標識部より短い透明保護カバー４が嵌挿し、反射環２１が脱落しないようにしている。
なお、標識部２の表面は、本実施例では白色反射環２１と本体の赤色部２２の縞模様としたが、白色反射環２１も黄色・緑色・赤色等を用いてもよく、本体の赤色部２２も橙色・緑色・黒色・黄色・青色等を用いてもよい。

次に、把持部５について説明すると、図１および図４に示すように、標識部２の上部先端部２３には円周に環状溝部２４が設けられ、この標識部２には、図２に示すように、標識部２を覆うよう略同形状の透明ビニールの保護カバー４が装着され、この標識部２の先端部２３には把持部５が嵌合されている。
この把持部５は、図５に示すように、その下端縁は１ｃｍ程度の肉厚の鍔部５６が形成され、把持部５の内周壁５１に設けた環状凸部５２が標識部２の先端部２３の環状溝部２４に嵌合して強固に固定されるが、そのため、標識部２に嵌合した際に標識部２の先端部２３が内側にへこまないように、把持部５に内側環状壁５３を設けてこの環状壁５３に、先端部２３を挟むようにし、外側に押し圧するようなリブ部５４を設けてある。したがって、多少柔軟な材質の合成樹脂製の本体部１の先端に、把持部５を上方から加圧することにより簡単に装着でき、逆に、スパナ等の工具を用いた多少大きな力で両者を引き離すこともできる。
なお、環状壁５３に設けられている凹状溝部５５は、標識部２の先端部２３に照明等の器具を取り付けるためのものである。

次に、本体部１の下部の台座部３を説明すると、台座部３は略正方形状であって、該台座部３の裏側には、着脱自在の比較的比重の重い合成樹脂のみからなる重り部６が嵌挿されている。
この重り部６の台座部３への嵌挿の状態を図６〜図９に従って説明する。
図６に示すように、略正方形状の台座部３の道路とに面する裏側は、外側の略正方形状の台座外枠部31と内側の略円形状の台座内枠部32が設けられており、台座外枠部31と台座内枠部32の間の空間部33の４隅には、先端が膨張した鍵部35を有する棒状部34が配置され、図７に示すように、台座部３へ嵌挿する重り部６は、空間部33に収まるように、台座外枠部31と内側に沿うような形状の重り外枠部61と、台座内枠部32の外側に沿うような形状の重り内枠部62で、４本の棒状部34に対応する貫通孔64が設けられている。
そして、図６における矢印A,Bに示すように、重り部６を矢印A方向へ台座部３を矢印Bの方向に加圧して嵌挿するが、嵌挿するとロックされて簡単には外れない状態となるが、これは図７に示すように、台座部３の４本の棒状部34の先端が膨張した鍵部35は、棒状部34に対応する重り部６の筒部63に設けた貫通孔64が、図８ (c)に示すように大径部65と小径部66との段差のある孔から構成され、台座部３の鍵部35が重り部６の貫通孔64の大径部65に嵌合してロック状態となり、図８に示すように、しっかりと、重り部６を台座部３に嵌挿して固定され、両者の結合は極めて容易に行える。

さらに、図１０(a)に示すように、標識部２下部の略正方形状の台座部３には、汚れ防止のために黒色の合成樹脂製の台座部カバー７が設けられている。
この台座部カバー７の形状は、図１０(b)に示すように、台座部３の形状に合わせて台座部３を覆うように内側が空洞の略正方形状であり、台座部の上部71および側部72を覆おっており、台座部カバー７の上部は標識部２が嵌合する穴部73を設け、穴部73の縁部はせり上がったスカート部74が設けられ、このスカート部74によって台座部カバー７を上から被せる際に保護カバー４の下端部41を上面から押さえつけるように形成され、かつ、台座部３に着脱自在に装着してある。
この装着手段は、本実施例では、図１０(c)に示すように、台座部３の側面の４隅の下端表面には凹部36が設けられ、一方、凹部36に対応する台座部カバー７の側面72の下端内面には凸部75が設けられ、台座部カバー７を台座部３に単に上から装着するだけで、台座部カバー７の凸部75が台座部３の凹部36に嵌合して、台座部３を台座部カバー７に固定しているが、この着脱可能な固定手段は公知の手段を適宜もちいればよく、例えば、適所に一対の雄雌ファスナーを設けてもよい。また、台座部カバー７の材質は黒色の合成樹脂製としたが、透明でも台座部３と同じ色でも、或いは、所望の色の合成樹脂でもよい。

このような重り部６が台座部３への嵌挿固定された状態の全体が、前述した図２は道路用標識具であるが、この中央断面図が図１１であり、本体部１上部の標識部２の先端には把持部５がロック状に嵌挿固定され、本体部１下部の台座部３には重り部６がロック状に嵌挿固定される。そして、標識部２と反射部材である反射環２１（２１ａ，２１ｂ）とを覆うよう略同形状の透明ビニールの保護カバー４が装着されるが、この保護カバー４の下端部４１の内周直径は、台座部３の外形とほぼ同じと、上端部４２の内周直径も把持部５の下端縁の鍔部５６の外周径よりも小さくしてあるので、多少の移動は許容されるものの外れることはなく、鍔部５６は透明保護カバーの抜け防止の機能も有しており、保護カバー４の下端部は台座部カバー７によって押さえられ固定されている。

第１の実施例は、以上のような構成であるので、従来、標識部２の標識表示の反射部分は、反射シートを貼り付けていたが、反射シートは厚手であり反り返って剥がれることが多く、また、反射シートを貼り付ける作業もやっかいであったが、本発明の本実施例では、単に適宜の反射環21を標識部２に嵌挿するだけでよく、また、反射環21の取り外しも簡単であるから、廃棄の際にもカラーコーン本体と材質が異なっても、分別処分が簡単となる。
そのあと、装着が簡便な保護カバー４を被せて固定するという極めて簡単な作業だけで、反射部材である反射環21が固定できる。
また、カラーコーンの先端部に把持部を設けたので、作業員は把持部5を把持することによって簡単に移動や設置ができ、かつ、把持部の外形の鍔部56は保護カバーが抜け落ちるのを防止する。また、この把持部の鍔部56は保護カバーを保持する形式とは異なり、保護カバーはルーズに嵌合されているだけなので、従来の形式のカバーを保持することによる保護カバーの損傷もない。
更に、スパナ等の工具で棒状部34と貫通孔64のとの結合をスパナやハンマー等の工具で容易に外せて、重り部６を台座部３から分離でき、分別破棄処理するのに便利となる。

この廃棄処理は、同じ合成樹脂であっても、本実施例のように台座部３より比重の重い合成樹脂のみからなる重り部６の場合には、コーン本体とは異質の合成樹脂であるので分別処理しなければならないが、重り部６を台座部３から容易に分離できるので分別処理が楽である。
なお、台座部３と重り部６を同じ材質の合成樹脂で成形すれば、本体部と重り部とを別々に廃棄する必要がなく、より簡単に廃棄処分できる。
そして、台座部カバー７を設け、スカート部74によって台座部カバー７を上から挿入して、台座部カバー７の穴部73の縁部はせり上がったスカート部74により、保護カバー４の下端部41を上面から押さえ付けて、保護カバー４の下端部41がめくれる状態を防止できる。また、アスファルト工事等の汚れの激しい場所での使用には、台座部カバー７を取り変えるだけできれいなカラーコーン型の道路用標識具とすることができ、リサイクルに対応できる。

なお、この実施例の本体部１上部の標識部２の先端に把持部８がロック状に嵌挿固定する構成は、第１の実施例とほぼ同じであり、把持部８の内周壁83に設けた環状凸部84が標識部２の先端部23の環状溝部24に嵌合して強固に固定され、そのため、標識部２に嵌合した際に標識部２の先端部23が内側にへこまないように、把持部８に内側環状壁85を設けて、先端部23を挟むように構成されている。
また、把持部８の下端縁の肉厚の鍔部86で形成され、把持部８の外形の鍔部が保護カバー４が抜け落ちるのを防止する。この鍔部86の機能は第１の実施例と同じである。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、請求項１の発明によれば、上部が略円錐台形状の標識部と下部が略正方形状の台座部とからなるカラーコーン型の道路用標識具において、反射環が密着係止かつ脱着自在に係止され、透明保護カバーで押さえられいるから、従来のような反射テープを張り付けるタイプとは異なり簡単に標識表示部を構成でき、廃棄の際にも、カラーコーンから反射環を簡単に外すことができ分別処分も容易である。標識部の上部先端部には透明保護カバーの抜け防止の鍔部を有した把持部が嵌合固定された構成であるから、現場では作業員が把持部を把持することによって簡単に移動や設置ができ、かつ、把持部は保護カバーが抜け落ちるのを防止でき、せり上がったスカート部によって短い透明保護カバーの下端部を押さえることができ、保護カバーを傷つけることもなく、把持部を着脱することにより透明保護カバーの交換が容易になり、更に、台座部の上部および側部を覆う台座部カバーを設けたので、アスファルト工事等の汚れの激しい場所での使用には、台座部カバーを取り変えるだけで、台座部の側部を含めてきれいなカラーコーン型の道路用標識具とすることができ、リサイクルに対応できるという効果が得られる。
