【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、所謂カラーコーンと呼ばれる円錐台形状の道路用標識具の技術分野に属する。

【従来の技術】
従来より所謂カラーコーンと呼ばれる円錐台形状の道路用標識具は、道路工事等の現場で広く用いられており、これらのカラーコーンは、現場で設置する際に、作業者がそのコーンの先端や台座部等を把持して所定の場所に移動し設置していた。
これらのカラーコーン型の道路用標識具の標識表示は、カラーコーン自体の色、例えば赤色の側面に、、所定幅の反射テープを張り付けたり、特開平11−256530号公報等に提案されているようにコーンカバー自体に反射部材を貼り付けていた。
ところで、カラーコーンの表面にはビニルー等の保護カバーを設けることも、古くから知られており、更に、前記の特開平11−256530号公報や特開平11−152715号公報等に記載され提案されているように、カラーコーンの表面にはビニール等のカバーを固定具で固定したものが知られており、本発明者らは既にカバーの脱着が容易なカラーコーン型の道路用標識具を特願2001−48870号として提案しているが、台座部については着脱自在のカバーは提案されていない。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、従来の反射塗料を縞模様に塗装するには、塗装作業がやっかいであるのと、カラーコーンが塩化ビニールで出来ている場合が多く塗料が剥離しやすく耐久性に問題があった。
また、反射テープを張り付けるタイプでも、貼り付け作業がやっかいで、寒暖の差が激しい戸外では反射テープが反り返り剥離してしまうという問題点があり、廃棄の際にもカラーコーン本体と材質が異なるので、分別処分がやっかいであるという問題点があった。また、前記特開平11−256530号公報のコーンカバーに反射部材を貼り付けたものは、コーンカバーを取り付けることがやっかいであるとう問題点があった。
更に、台座部に関しても、アスファルト工事等の汚れの激しい場所での使用においては、再利用は困難で廃棄せざるを得なくなる場合も多いといった問題点があった。

本発明は、上記の問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、その課題は、標識表示部の反射部が容易に構成でき、標識表示部の反射部の脱離が簡単で廃棄の際の分別処理が容易であり、カラーコーンの標識部の保護カバーの交換も簡単で、カラーコーン自体の移動や設置に便利であり、また、台座部の汚れを防ぐことができ、リサイクルに対応できるカラーコーン型の道路用標識具を提供することにある。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の好適な実施例を図に沿って説明する。
本発明における道路用標識具は、所謂カラーコーンと呼ばれる円錐台形状の単色あるは縞模様の標識部を有するもので、道路工事等の現場で用いられものであるが、図1は、第1の実施例の道路用標識具であるカラーコーンの分解斜視図で、図2は道路用標識具として組み立てた側面図であるが、符号1はカラーコーンの本体部であり、合成樹脂製の本体部1の上部は略円錐台形状の標識部2で下部は略正方形状の台座部3とから構成され、標識部2の透明保護カバー4と先端の把持部5、および、台座部の裏側の重り部6から構成されている。

次に、把持部5について説明すると、図1および図4に示すように、標識部2の上部先端部23には円周に環状溝部24が設けられ、この標識部2には、図2に示すように、標識部2を覆うよう略同形状の透明ビニールの保護カバー4が装着され、この標識部2の先端部23には把持部5が嵌合されている。

次に、本体部1の下部の台座部3を説明すると、台座部3は略正方形状であって、該台座部3の裏側には、着脱自在の比較的比重の重い合成樹脂のみからなる重り部6が嵌挿されている。
