[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a ball polishing apparatus that polishes game balls such as pachinko balls, for example, and more particularly to a game ball polishing apparatus that can improve the efficiency of ball polishing and reduce the size of the apparatus.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Traditionally, pachinko parlors have been equipped with a ball polishing device to polish the pachinko balls in use and keep them in a clean state, giving the pachinko balls sparkle and giving a good impression to the players. It plays an important role in maintaining good condition.
[0003]
As this type of ball polishing apparatus, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 61-191379 by the applicant of the present application, a belt driven in a predetermined direction and a polishing member (polishing cloth, etc.) are provided. It is known that a pachinko ball is sandwiched and the pachinko ball is polished and lifted simultaneously.
[0004]
As shown in FIG. 12, this type of ball polishing device P1 is provided inside a pachinko island S in which a plurality of pachinko machines P are arranged, and is rotated in the direction of arrow A by a motor (not shown). A lower roller P11 to be driven, a driven roller P13 provided at the upper part of the apparatus, a belt B stretched between both rollers P11 and P13, and a feeding part B1 (of the belt B, A polishing cloth P17 (length L) is provided on the outside of the portion that travels upward) at a predetermined interval. A large number of rollers P18 are provided on the back side of the lifting section B1. The roller P18 rotates in contact with the feeding part B1, and plays a role of reducing the contact resistance and smoothing the running of the belt B.
[0005]
And in this ball polishing apparatus P1, the pachinko ball T that has flowed out through the passage P21 from the storage tank P19 provided on the lower side of the pachinko machine P is placed between the belt B (lifting part B1) and the polishing pad P17. Scrape up and pinch the pachinko ball T and lift it by height L. The pachinko ball T that has been lifted and polished passes through a guide passage P23 on the driven roller P13 and is discharged to a supply tank P24 provided on the pachinko island S.
[0006]
The pachinko balls T that have been lifted and entered the supply tank P24 flow down the supply rod P25 and are supplied to each pachinko machine P and the like in the pachinko island S. The replenishment tank P24 and the storage tank P19 are communicated with each other by an overflow hose P27 (a hose made of synthetic resin). Therefore, when a sufficient amount of pachinko balls T are supplied to each pachinko machine P and the amount of pachinko balls T stored in the supply tank P24 increases, excess pachinko balls T (surplus balls) are in the overflow hose P27. And then returned to the storage tank P19.
[0007]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the conventional ball polishing apparatus P1 has the following problems.
That is, in the above-described ball polishing apparatus P1, in order to clean the pachinko ball T cleanly, it is necessary to lengthen the length L of the polishing pad P17 (that is, the distance for lifting and polishing the pachinko ball) to some extent. . Therefore, the height of the apparatus becomes high and the apparatus becomes large, and there is a problem that the manufacturing cost increases. Further, when the apparatus is increased in size as described above, various maintenance / inspection operations such as replacement of the polishing pad P17 cannot be easily performed. Furthermore, the height H at which the ball polishing device P1 protrudes from the pachinko island S becomes large, and may not give an aesthetically pleasing impression to the player. However, in order to eliminate these inconveniences, if the length L of the polishing pad P17 is shortened to reduce the size of the apparatus, there is an inconvenience that the pachinko balls T are poorly polished.
[0008]
The present invention was made to solve the above problems, Even if the device is downsized, the efficiency of ball polishing will not be reduced. An object is to provide a ball polishing apparatus for game balls.
[0009]
[Means and Actions for Solving the Problems]
The invention of
A game ball comprising: an endless belt driven in a predetermined direction; and a polishing member disposed opposite to the belt, wherein the game ball is polished by sandwiching the game ball between the belt driven in the predetermined direction and the polishing member. In ball polishing equipment,
The polishing member is disposed on both front and back sides of the belt, and the game balls are polished on both front and back sides of the belt.
[0010]
In the ball polishing apparatus according to
[0011]
Further, the invention according to claim 2 is the ball polishing apparatus according to
[0012]
According to invention of Claim 2 which has the said structure, a game ball is pinched | interposed on the front and back both surfaces side of the pumping part which drive | works in a pumping direction, and grinding and pumping of a game ball are performed simultaneously on both the front and back surfaces of a belt. Can do. The lifting direction may be a vertical direction or an oblique direction.
[0013]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the ball polishing apparatus according to the first or second aspect of the present invention, by providing a drop guide member disposed opposite to a descending portion of the belt that travels in the downward direction, The ball is dropped through between the descending portion of the belt and the drop guide member.
[0014]
According to the invention of claim 3 having the above-described configuration, when it is necessary to drop and transfer the raised game ball to a predetermined place, the game ball is dropped between the descending portion of the belt and the drop guide member. Can be made. Therefore, it is not necessary to separately provide a hose (for example, an overflow hose) for dropping the game ball. Further, by dropping the game ball along the belt, the falling sound of the game ball is reduced. That is, by dropping the game balls along the wide belt, there is less collision between the dropped game balls, and the falling sound of the game balls is smaller than when the game balls are dropped through the hose. Moreover, since the belt plays a role of a cushion against the falling game balls, the falling sound is also suppressed in this respect.
[0015]
In the ball polishing apparatus according to claim 3, at least a part of the game ball falling between the descending portion of the belt and the dropping guide member is interposed between the back surface of the lifting portion of the belt and the polishing member. By providing a lower guiding member for guiding (for example, a rail or a cylindrical member for guiding a game ball), at least a part of the falling game ball is lifted and polished on the back side of the belt lifting portion. You may comprise.
[0016]
By providing the lower guide member in this way, it is possible to guide the game balls that fall along the descending portion of the belt to the back side of the lifting portion of the belt, and lift and polish it again. It is possible to polish the game balls efficiently by polishing both the front and back sides of the part.
[0017]
Further, in the ball polishing apparatus provided with the lower guide member as described above, the game balls that have been lifted and polished through the back side of the belt lifting portion are further moved to the belt lowering portion and the drop guide. By providing an upper guide member (for example, a rail or a cylindrical member for guiding a game ball) that guides between the members, the game ball that has been lifted and polished through the back side of the belt is moved down the belt. And the drop guide member may be dropped.
[0018]
If comprised in this way, it will become possible to drop the game ball lifted and polished on the back side of the lifting portion of the belt gently to a predetermined place along the lowering portion of the belt again. .
Moreover, in the ball polishing apparatus provided with the drop guide member as described above, the upper side provided on the upper side of the island where a plurality of gaming machines are arranged (for example, pachinko island where a plurality of pachinko machines are arranged) An upper side guide passage is provided for guiding excess game balls (surplus balls) out of the game balls in the storage tank between the lowered part of the belt and the drop guide member, and further, the lowered part of the belt and the drop guide member You may provide the lower side guide path which guides the game ball which fell between to the lower side storage tank provided in the lower part side of the island.
[0019]
If comprised in this way, the excess game ball in an upper side storage tank can be guided and dropped between the descent | fall part of a belt and a fall guide member by an upper side guide path, and also the fallen surplus ball Can be returned to the lower storage tank provided on the lower side of the island by the lower guide passage. Accordingly, it is not necessary to provide a hose (overflow hose) for dropping excess balls from the upper storage tank to the lower storage tank, so that the configuration of the island facility can be simplified and space can be saved. Moreover, the falling sound of a game ball can be made small by dropping a game ball along a belt.
[0020]
In addition, when providing the said fall guide member, it is preferable to provide in the back surface side of the downward part of a belt. When it is provided on the back surface side, it is preferable because the ball polishing apparatus is more compact than that provided on the front surface side, and the sound deadening effect of falling sound is further enhanced.
In addition, it is preferable to use an abrasive member such as a polishing cloth or a ball polishing skin, which will be described later, as the drop guide member, since the game ball can be dropped and transferred, and at the same time, the game ball can be polished.
[0021]
Further, in the ball polishing apparatus as in the ball polishing apparatus of the first aspect, the game ball is polished on both the front and back surfaces of the belt, and a regulating member that regulates a displacement of a predetermined amount or more to the back surface side of the belt may be provided. In this way, by providing a regulating member to regulate the displacement of a predetermined amount or more to the back side of the belt, even when there is no game ball on the back side of the belt, for example, between the surface of the belt and the polishing member The interval can be maintained at an appropriate size (a size that allows a game ball to be sandwiched). Therefore, even when there is no game ball on the back side of the belt, the game ball can be securely sandwiched between the surface of the belt and the polishing member, and the game ball is reliably lifted and polished on the front side of the belt. This is preferable.
[0022]
If a bearing is used as the restricting member, the bearing that contacts the belt rotates, so that the belt can run smoothly.
In addition, a pachinko ball is mentioned as a typical thing as the said game ball, A pachinko machine is mentioned as said game machine, However, This invention is not specifically limited to these.
[0023]
Moreover, as said abrasive | polishing member, it is preferable to use abrasive cloth and a ball polish. The abrasive cloth is not particularly limited as long as it can wipe off the dirt of the game balls, and various materials such as woven fabric (or non-woven fabric) made of polypropylene, polyester, etc., for example, should be used. Can do. In addition, as for the above-described ball polish, various types of synthetic leather and natural leather can be used as long as they can wipe off dirt adhered to the game balls.

【The invention's effect】
As described in detail above, according to the present invention, it is possible to perform ball polishing by utilizing both front and back sides of the belt, Even if the device is downsized, without reducing the efficiency of ball polishing, There is a remarkable effect that the apparatus can be miniaturized. In particular, in the case where the game balls are lifted and polished simultaneously as in claim 2, the height of the apparatus can be lowered by improving the efficiency of the ball polishing by utilizing both the front and back surfaces of the belt. .

In the invention of claim 3, the game ball can be dropped between the lowered portion of the belt and the drop guide member. This eliminates the need to separately provide a member such as a hose for dropping the game ball to a predetermined place as needed, and thus has an effect of saving the space of the equipment. Further, since the game balls are dropped along the belt, there is an effect that the falling sound can be reduced.
