Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a defecation apparatus provided with a mechanism for discharging dust (dust) in an endless defecation belt formed so as to make a U-turn at both ends.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as shown in FIG. 2, an endless defecation belt 1 formed so as to make a U-turn at both end portions A and B is moved in the direction of arrow 2 (from left to right in the figure). Accumulates on the upper belt, and is removed by the feces remover 4 while making a U-turn on the right side B in the figure, and discharged to the outside by the fecal removal conveyor 5 provided below.
[0003]
On the other hand, if the operation of the belt 1 is stopped for about a week, dust accumulates on the lower belt during that time. The accumulated dust on the lower belt is discharged at the A end (the end on the side where the feces remover is not provided) when the operation is resumed.
[0004]
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of a conventional apparatus that discharges dust on the lower belt at the A end that proceeds in the direction of arrow 3. In this case, the dust accumulated on the lower belt entering in the direction of the arrow 3 is provided in the vicinity of the roller x provided at the U-turn end as shown in FIG. The dust box 6 has a structure that accumulates dust adhering to the roller x in a slender dust box 6 that scoops the dust, and the dust box 6 is pulled out in the direction of 6c once every four to four weeks to remove dust . In the figure, 7 is a roller for smoothly moving the belt 1.
[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described conventional example shown in FIGS. 3A and 3B, dust in the defecation belt 1 is accumulated in an elongated dust box 6, and the dust box 6 is oriented once every 1 to 4 weeks. An operation of pulling out in the 6c direction was necessary.
[0006]
It is an object of the present invention to eliminate the need for an operation of pulling out the dust box as in the above-described conventional example and to automatically discharge the dust in the defecation belt.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, the means adopted by the present invention is a defecation apparatus in which a defecation belt is wound endlessly between two rollers, and a defecation machine is provided at an end of the upper belt in the traveling direction. In this case, the roller positioned at the end of the lower belt in the traveling direction is a spiral roller having an inclined angle reversed at the center, and dust accumulated on the surface of the lower belt with the roller in the left-right direction. It is characterized in that it can be automatically discharged.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Next, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to examples shown in the drawings.
[0009]
FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 1 (a) shows a U-turn end portion on the side (A side in FIG. 2) on which the feces remover 4 is not shown, with the feces removal belt 1 removed. It is the perspective view which shows, and the figure (b) the front view which shows the principal part.
[0010]
In FIG. 1, reference numeral 8 is a roller provided at the U-turn end portion on the side where the feces remover 4 (FIG. 2) is not provided, as shown in FIG. It is a spiral roller having an inclination angle that reverses the inclination angle on both sides with respect to the boundary and discharges dust transferred in the direction of arrow 3 on the lower belt 1a to the left and right sides.
[0011]
Next, the operation will be described. Dust collected on the lower belt 1a of the endless feces belt 1 formed so as to make a U-turn at both ends A and B in FIG. It is transferred in the direction of arrow 3 and is transferred to the left and right sides with the central portion as the spiral roller 8 provided at the end rotates. Eventually, as indicated by the arrow 8a, it is automatically transferred to the outside from both ends of the lower belt 1a. Discharged. The dust in the automatically discharged defecation belt is appropriately collected below the belt and carried outside.
[0012]
In this way, dust in the defecation belt is automatically discharged by the spiral roller 8, so that the dust box 6 is pulled out in the longitudinal direction of the box 6 once every 1 to 4 weeks and removed as in the conventional example (FIG. 3). Work can be eliminated and work can be streamlined.
[0013]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, in the defecation apparatus in which the defecation belt is wound endlessly between two rollers and the defecation device is provided at the end of the upper belt in the traveling direction, The roller located at the end of the belt in the traveling direction is composed of a spiral roller whose inclination angle is reversed at the center so that dust accumulated on the surface of the lower belt can be automatically discharged in the left-right direction. Since the dust in the defecation belt wound between the two rollers can be automatically discharged by the spiral roller provided at the belt end, the dust box can be removed as in the conventional example (FIG. 3). The work of drawing and removing the box once in 1 to 4 weeks in the longitudinal direction is unnecessary, and the work can be made efficient.
[Brief description of the drawings]
1A and 1B show an embodiment of the present invention, in which FIG. 1A is a perspective view in which a belt at a U-turn end portion on a side where a feces remover is not provided is removed, and FIG. is there.
FIG. 2 is a front view of an essential part of the entire apparatus using a defecation belt.
3A and 3B show a conventional example, in which FIG. 3A is a perspective view showing a belt end portion with a belt removed, and FIG. 3B is an explanatory view of a main part.
