Description

【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a passenger conveyor cleaning device for removing dust and the like accumulated on an oil receiving plate disposed below a return side of a step.
[0002]
[Prior art]
FIG. 10 is a side view showing a general passenger conveyor, and FIG. 11 is an enlarged plan view showing a main part of the passenger conveyor shown in FIG.
[0003]
As an example of a passenger conveyor, an escalator shown in FIG. 10 includes a driving machine 2 provided in an upper machine room 1 and an upper driving step chain sprocket 3 for transmitting the driving rotation of the driving machine 2 via a driving chain 2a. A chain sprocket 5 provided in the lower machine room 4, a step chain 5a wound around the chain sprockets 3, 5, and a plurality of endless steps 6 fixed to the step chain 5a. The step 6 is moved in a predetermined direction in synchronization with the rotation of the drive chain sprocket 3. An oil receiving plate 7 is provided below the step 6 on the return side from the upper part to the lower part. As shown in FIG. 11, a plurality of mounting shafts 8 are arranged at regular intervals between the pair of left and right step chains 5a. Each step 6 is fixed to a bearing 9 provided on each mounting shaft 8 with a bolt (not shown).
[0004]
In the escalator configured as described above, dust and the like fall and accumulate from the steps 6 on the oil receiving plate 7 provided below the return side of the steps 6, so that the dust is regularly cleaned and the oil receiving plate 7 is always kept on the oil receiving plate 7. It must be kept clean. Such an operation of cleaning the oil receiving plate 7 is such that the steps 6 are removed by about half of the total number and removed by a manual operation using a broom, a rag, or the like. Therefore, it took a lot of time and effort.
[0005]
Therefore, conventionally, for example, as described in Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-20072, a base portion having a fixing portion for holding a mounting shaft of a step and a base portion connected to the base portion to form an oil receiving plate. A lever that rotates the mounting shaft of the step according to the inclination, and a right-hand cleaning unit and a left-hand cleaning unit that are attached in the width direction of this lever unit. Each tip has a rake shape to sweep and collect deposits on the oil receiving plate. A cleaning device for a passenger conveyor provided with a cleaning unit described above has been proposed. In this conventional cleaning device, any two steps are removed, the removed opening is moved to the upper machine room, and the cleaning device is attached to the step mounting shaft on the moving direction side of the two exposed step mounting shafts. With the base fixed, the passenger conveyor is driven in this state, and the cleaning unit is moved from the upper part to the lower part while contacting the oil receiving plate to sweep the deposits on the oil receiving plate to clean the oil receiving plate. It is supposed to do it.
[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, in the conventional passenger conveyor cleaning device described above, since the cleaning portion is disposed so as to be substantially perpendicular to the oil receiving plate, the oil receiving plate is provided with a structural step at a part in the longitudinal direction. For example, when there is a joint portion of the frame of the passenger conveyor or the like, there is a problem that the cleaning unit is caught by the above-described step and the cleaning unit cannot be moved from the upper portion to the lower portion of the oil receiving plate.
[0007]
Further, when the oil receiving plate is divided into two parts on the left and right sides in the width direction and the joint portion has a step, that is, when the oil receiving plate has a step extending in the longitudinal direction, the cleaning unit rides on this step. In this case, since the cleaning portion is separated from the surface of the oil receiving plate other than the stepped portion, there is a problem that the entire region in the width direction of the oil receiving plate cannot be cleaned at once.
[0008]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned circumstances in the related art, and a first object of the present invention is to smoothly clean the surface of an oil receiving plate even when the oil receiving plate has a step extending in a width direction. It is an object of the present invention to provide a passenger conveyor cleaning device that can perform the following.
[0009]
Further, a second object of the present invention is to provide a passenger conveyor cleaning device that can clean the surface of the oil receiving plate at a time over substantially the entire area in the width direction even when the oil receiving plate has a step extending in the longitudinal direction. It is in.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the first object, the invention according to claim 1 of the present invention comprises a mounting member connected to a mounting shaft of a step and a support supported via the mounting member and disposed below a return side of the step. A contact member for contacting the oil receiving plate, wherein the contact member slides on the oil receiving plate by driving of the step to clean the oil receiving plate. An inclined member is provided at a front portion of the contact member in the traveling direction so as to be gradually inclined upward in the traveling direction of the contact member.
[0011]

At this time, the central cleaning body 12 and the main cleaning body 13 are positioned on the oil receiving plate 7 in the upper machine chamber 1 in FIG. Put on.
[0023]
When the passenger conveyor is driven in this state, as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the cleaning device 10 moves from the upper portion, and deposits deposited on the oil receiving plate 7 are removed from the respective contact members 19, 26, 35, Since it is swept and collected on the oil receiving plate 7 in the lower machine room 4 of FIG. 10 by 41, the collected deposits are removed, and the cleaning device 10 is removed in the lower machine room 4 to complete the cleaning of the oil receiving plate 7. It has become.
[0024]
For example, when the cleaning device 10 travels from right to left in FIG. 3, when the contact member 19 of the central cleaning body 12 approaches a step 46 extending in the width direction of the oil receiving plate 7, the contact member 19 Since the inclined side 24 of the inclined member 20 located at the front part in the traveling direction contacts the start end of the step 46, the inclined side 24 slides on the corner of the step 46 and the arm member about the rotation axis 17 of the mounting body 11 as a center. The central cleaning body 12 passes through the start end of the step 46 by rotating 18 in the counterclockwise direction in FIG. Next, as shown in FIG. 3, when the contact members 26 of the pair of left and right main cleaning bodies 13 approach each other, similarly, the inclined side 33 of the inclined member 27 slides on the corner of the step 46 and the rotation of the mounting body 11. As the arm member 25 rotates upward about the shaft 17, the main cleaning body 13 passes through the start end of the step 46. Next, the same applies to the first auxiliary cleaning body 14 and the second auxiliary cleaning body 15, and the first auxiliary cleaning body 14 and the second auxiliary cleaning body 15 pass through the step 46 without being caught. .
[0025]
Thereafter, when the contact member 19 of the central cleaning body 12 approaches the end of the step 46, the inclined side 24 of the inclined member 20 passes through without contacting the end of the step 46, and the rotation axis 17 of the mounting body 11 is centered. The central cleaning body 12 rotates clockwise in FIG. 4, and then the contact members 26 of the pair of left and right main cleaning bodies 13 are also the same. Further, as shown in FIG. 4, when the first auxiliary cleaning body 14 approaches the end of the step 46, the inclined side 39 of the inclined member 36 passes through without contacting the end of the step 46, and the main cleaning body 13 The first auxiliary cleaning body 14 rotates clockwise in FIG. 4 about the rotation shaft 29, and then the contact member 41 of the second auxiliary cleaning body 15 is also the same.
[0026]
Further, for example, when a step 47 extending in the longitudinal direction is formed as another oil receiving plate 7a as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, the contact member 19 of the central cleaning body 12 has a width larger than the width of the step 47 in advance. The contact member 26 of the main cleaning body 13, the contact member 35 of the first auxiliary cleaning body 14, and the contact member 41 of the second auxiliary cleaning body 15 are arranged at positions that avoid the width dimension of the step 47 in advance. ing. Further, for example, even if the step 47 is intermittently arranged in the longitudinal direction of the oil receiving plate 7a, the contact member 19 can be cleaned by the inclined member 20 of the central cleaning body 12 without being caught by the step 47. is there.
[0027]
In the present embodiment configured as described above, even when the oil receiving plate 7 has the step 46 extending in the width direction, the central cleaning body 12 can pass through without being caught on the end of the step 46, so that the contact member 19 As a result, the surface of the oil receiving plate 7 can be smoothly cleaned, and the same applies to the main cleaning body 13, the first auxiliary cleaning body 14, and the second auxiliary cleaning body 15.
[0028]
In the present embodiment, even when the oil receiving plate 7a has a step 47 extending in the longitudinal direction, the contact member 19 of the central cleaning body 12 is engaged with the step 47, so that the arm member 18 The contact member 19 slides on the step 47 while the contact member 26 is turned, and the contact members 26 provided on the main cleaning bodies 13 on both sides slide on the remaining portion of the oil receiving plate 7a. The surface of the plate 7a can be cleaned at one time over almost the entire area in the width direction.
[0029]
Further, in the present embodiment, the arm member 18 of the central cleaning body 12 is constituted by the pipe portion 21, the rod-shaped portion 22, and the other pipe portion 23. The contact angle between the contact member 19 of the central cleaning body 12 and the oil receiving plates 7 and 7a can be adjusted by changing the length of the arm member 18. Further, since the arm member 25 of the main cleaning body 13 is also the same, the length of the arm member 25 can be adjusted according to the distance between the mounting shaft 8 and the oil receiving plate 7, and the length of the arm member 25 can be changed. Thereby, the contact angle of the contact member 26 of the main cleaning body 13 with the oil receiving plate 7 can also be adjusted.
[0030]
Further, in the present embodiment, the arm member 25 of the main cleaning body 13 is set to be longer than the arm member 18 of the central cleaning body 12, and the central cleaning body 12 travels ahead of the main cleaning body 13 in the traveling direction. , The overflowed sediment can flow to both sides and be collected by the main cleaning body 13 even when the accumulation amount of the sediment on the contact member 19 of the central cleaning body 12 exceeds the allowable amount. It is possible to prevent objects from being missed.
[0031]
In the above embodiment, an escalator has been described as an example of the passenger conveyor, but the present invention is not limited to this and can be applied to a moving sidewalk or the like.
[0032]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the central cleaning body 12 includes the contact member 19, but instead of including the contact member 19, the center cleaning body 12 may be configured as a rake having a plurality of claws. The same applies to the main cleaning body 13, the first auxiliary cleaning body 14, and the second auxiliary cleaning body 15, respectively.
[0033]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the central cleaning body 12, the main cleaning body 13, the first auxiliary cleaning body 14, and the second auxiliary cleaning body 15 are provided is exemplified. The number of cleaning bodies and auxiliary cleaning bodies can be increased or decreased depending on the shape of the plates 7, 7a and the amount of deposits deposited on the oil receiving plates 7, 7a.
[0034]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the contact member is gradually inclined upward in the traveling direction of the contact member, and slides on the end of the step, so that the contact member is not in contact with the step. Since it passes without being caught on the end, compared to the conventional case in which the contact member contacts the oil receiving plate almost vertically, even when the oil receiving plate has a step extending in the width direction, the surface of the oil receiving plate is It can be cleaned smoothly.
[0035]
According to the invention of claim 2 of the present invention, the contact member provided on some of the arm members engages with the stepped portion extending in the longitudinal direction of the oil receiving plate, and this part of the arm members moves upward. In the rotated state, the contact member slides on the step portion of the oil receiving plate, and another contact member provided on another arm member slides on the remaining portion of the oil receiving plate. Even if the oil receiving plate has a step extending in the direction, the surface of the oil receiving plate can be cleaned at one time over almost the entire area in the width direction.
