Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an assembly shelf that can be assembled without using screws.
[0002]
[Prior art]
This type of conventional assembly shelf is a self-supporting structure in which the upper and lower ends of four struts made of L-shaped angle members are connected by horizontal members called braces or beams. And the shelf is supported by this structure.
Here, the brace is horizontally mounted in the depth direction to connect the columns, and the beam is horizontally mounted in the horizontal direction to connect the columns. Each of these comprises a main body straddling between the support columns and a hanging portion that is integrally suspended from both ends thereof, and has a generally downward U-shape.
[0003]
Then, the inner surface of the support and the hanging portion are engaged with each other by using engaging portions provided at least at two or more places in the upper and lower portions, thereby being connected to each other.
The use of such braces and beams is intended to be assembled without using screws, so the vertical part has a certain length in the vertical direction. This is because they are firmly connected to each other through braces or the like, and the support is made to stand up to form a robust structure. On the other hand, it is considered that if the columns are connected by a shelf plate having a thickness only in the vertical direction, the structure does not use screws, so that it cannot be firmly fixed and becomes unstable.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, such braces and beams cause an increase in the number of parts, resulting in a decrease in assembling or disassembling properties and a disadvantage in cost.
[0005]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In view of such problems, the present invention can reduce the number of parts and simplify assembly by combining the roles of braces and beams with the shelf board in an assembly shelf that can be assembled without using screws. This is to achieve cost reduction.
[0006]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
That is, the assembly shelf according to the present invention is an assembly shelf in which a shelf plate is attached to a support without screwing,
The shelf board is composed of a shelf board body and an extension member formed integrally with an L-shaped angle member at least at both ends of one side of the shelf board, and the extension member and the shelf board body only by this extension member By forming a mounting part whose vertical dimension is larger than the thickness dimension of the shelf body, and attaching the support column to the shelf board using this mounting part, the support column and the support column are connected by the shelf board. The column is composed of a substantially L-shaped angle member in cross-sectional view composed of a plate material parallel to the depth direction and a plate material parallel to the left-right direction, and the first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are respectively formed on the inner surfaces of the plate materials. A mounting surface is formed, and the mounting portion is provided with a first mounted surface and a second mounted surface, and between the first mounting surface and the first mounted surface in the corresponding column and mounting portion. The first engaging portion on the support post A second engagement portion is provided between the second attachment surface and the second attachment surface of the attachment portion, and the first attachment surface and the first attachment surface are brought into close contact with each other. From the first engagement start position where the second attached surface is separated, the second attached surface and the second attached surface are brought into close contact with each other by sliding in the horizontal direction, and only the first engaging portion is engaged. The shelf is moved to the second engagement start position that has been brought into the state, and is slid vertically downward from the second engagement start position to place the second engagement portion in the engagement completion position in which the second engagement portion is also in the engagement state. It is characterized by mounting the plate .
[0007]
If it is such, it will become possible to fix firmly a support | pillar and a shelf board using simple attachment means, such as engagement, by giving a sufficient vertical direction dimension to an attaching part. Therefore, the role of braces or beams required in this type of conventional assembly shelf can be shared by the shelf board, and the number of parts can be reduced. As a result, it is possible to further simplify the operations related to assembly and disassembly.
[0008]
As a specific embodiment that is particularly effective for wobbling of a standing column, two or more engaging portions arranged vertically are provided between the mounting portion and the column, and the column is attached to the mounting portion by these engaging portions. The thing which is trying to attach in conjunction with is mentioned. In order to make the pillars stand alone and firmly by joining only the shelf board and the column, it is preferable to provide mounting portions at the four corners of the shelf body and to mount the columns from the outside of each mounting portion, respectively. . In this case, it is very effective to have at least the shelf arranged at the uppermost and lowermost stages with the attachment part. The structure is simplified by having the roles of the brace and the beam in one attachment part. In order to suppress the increase in the weight of the shelves without difficulty, the support column is composed of a plate material parallel to the depth direction and a plate material parallel to the left-right direction, and is arranged so as to open toward the inside. The first mounting surface and the second mounting surface are formed on the inner surface of each plate member, and the mounting portion is formed in the left-right direction with the first mounted surface facing outward along the depth direction. A second mounted surface facing outward along the first mounting surface and the first mounted surface in the corresponding column and mounting portion, and the second mounting surface and the second mounted surface. Engagement parts are provided between each Theft is desirable.
[0009]
In order to make effective use of the shelf body and to increase the vertical length of the mounting portion as much as possible, an extension member having a substantially L-shaped cross section is suspended from or suspended from the corner of the shelf body. The side surface of the extension member is configured to be flush with the corner side surface of the shelf body, and these are used as the first attached surface. The front surface or the rear surface of the extension member is the corner of the shelf body. It is preferable that the front surface of the part or the rear surface of the corner be flush with the second mounting surface.
[0010]
【Example】
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
As shown in FIG. 1, the assembly shelf according to the present embodiment includes four support columns 1 and a plurality of shelf plates 2, 2 </ b> A that are connected to each support column 1 at the corners and arranged vertically. This is called non-bolt shelving, in which the shelves 2, 2A can be attached to the support column 1 without using screws.
[0011]
As shown in FIG. 2 and the like, the column 1 is made of an L-shaped angle member, and one of the pair of plate members 11 and 12 orthogonal to each other is parallel to the depth direction and the other plate member. 12 is arranged in parallel with the left-right direction so as to open inward. Each of the plate members 11 and 12 is bent so as to have a fold extending in the vertical direction, and a shallow groove-shaped recess 13 and 14 is formed at the center of the outer surface in the vertical direction. Here, the inner surface of one plate member 11 forms the first mounting surface 1a, and the inner surface of the other plate member 11 forms the second mounting surface 1b.
[0012]
Thus, in the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3 and the like, the shelf boards 2 arranged at the uppermost stage and the lowermost stage are respectively suspended from the rectangular-plate-like shelf board body 3 and the four corners of the shelf board body 3. The four extending members 7 having a predetermined length are used. The shelf board main body 3 is made of, for example, a hollow sheet metal that opens downward, and a rail (not shown) is spanned inside to exhibit a predetermined strength. The extension member 7 is an L-shaped angle member integrally attached to the corner portion of the shelf board body 3 by welding, for example, and the side surface 7a of the extension member 7 and the corner side surface 3a of the shelf board body 3 are flush with each other. The front surface 7b (or the rear surface) of the extension member 7 and the corner front surface 3b (or the corner rear surface) of the shelf main body 3 are flush with each other. Here, the extension member 7 and the corner portion of the shelf main body 3 constitute the attachment portion 4. Further, the side surface 7 a of the extension member 7 and the corner side surface 3 a of the shelf body 3 constitute a first attached surface 4 a, and the front surface 7 b (or the rear surface) of the extension member 7 and the corner front surface 3 b of the shelf body 3. (Or the rear surface of the corner) constitutes the second mounted surface 4b.
[0013]
Further, in the present embodiment, a pair of first engaging portions 5 are formed between the first mounting surface 1a and the first mounted surface 4a so as to be spaced apart from each other, and the second mounting surface 1b and the second mounted surface are formed. A pair of second engaging portions 6 are provided between the mounting surface 4b and spaced apart from each other. Accordingly, the vertical separation distance between the first engagement portion 5 and the second engagement portion 6 positioned above is equal to the vertical separation distance between the first engagement portion 5 and the second engagement portion 6 positioned below. It is set to become. In the following, the part related to the support column 1 arranged in the front will be explained, and the part related to the support column 1 arranged in the rear is only reversed in the context. An example of a procedure for assembling an assembly shelf having such a configuration will be described.
At first, the shelf 2 arranged at the lowermost stage is attached to the lower ends of the four columns 1. First, the shelf 2 is brought close to one column 1 from the side, and the head 512 of the protruding portion 51 provided on the shelf 2 is provided on one plate 11 of the column 1. The first mounting surface 1a and the first mounted surface 4a are brought into close contact with each other by fitting into the recessed portion 52 formed. At the first engagement start position P1 shown in FIGS. 4 and 8 (shown by a solid line), the second attachment surface 1b and the second attachment surface 4b are separated from each other, and the second engagement portion 6 is configured. The hole portion 62 and the attachment claw portion 61 are in the same height position and are not engaged.
[0017]
Next, the neck portion 511 of the protruding portion 51 is slid horizontally along the first through groove 522 until reaching the end thereof in the first direction D1, and is shown in FIGS. 5 and 8 (shown in phantom lines). 2 Position at the engagement start position P2. At the second engagement start position P <b> 2, the second mounting surface 1 b and the second mounted surface 4 b are in close contact with each other, and the claw body 611 configuring the mounting claw portion 61 is formed in the rectangular through hole 621 configuring the hole 62. Is in a state of being fitted. At this time, the first engaging portion 5 is in an engaged state, but the second engaging portion 6 is not completely engaged.
[0018]
Subsequently, the neck portion 511 of the protruding portion 51 is slid vertically downward along the second through groove 523, and is positioned at the engagement completion position P3 shown in FIGS. As a result, the back surface of the claw body 611 engages with the peripheral surface of the tapered hole 622, the connecting body 612 and the tapered hole 622 are taper-coupled, and the second engaging portion 6 is also engaged.
[0019]
In this way, the shelf board 2 is sequentially slid in two different directions with respect to the column 1, that is, in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction, and the L-shaped angled mounting surfaces 1 a and 1 b constituting the column 1 are respectively orthogonal. However, it is made to connect with the to-be-attached to-be-attached surfaces 4a and 4b of the corner | angular part of the shelf board 2 via the 1st, 2nd engaging parts 5 and 6. FIG. In the same manner, the column 1 is attached to each corner of the shelf 2 one after another, and after the installation of the shelf 2 and the four columns 1 arranged at the lowest level is completed, the column 1 is placed at the uppermost level on the upper end of the column 1. The shelf 2 to be arranged is attached. The assembly is not limited to this procedure.

In this way, the four struts 1 and the upper and lower shelf boards 2 are strongly connected, and a self-supporting and robust structure is completed. Thereafter, the intermediate shelf 2 </ b> A is attached to the column 1. In addition, this attachment is performed by hooking hook claws (not shown) provided on the shelf board 2 to hook holes 15 provided on the other plate member 12 of the support column 1 like the existing ones.
Therefore, according to the present embodiment, in this kind of assembly shelf which does not require screwing, the shelf 2 has the role of braces or beams, which has been conventionally required, and the shelf 2 and the support column 1 are directly strengthened. Since the brace and beam are not necessary, the number of parts can be reduced and the assembling / disassembling work can be further facilitated.
[0021]
In addition, this invention is not limited to the said Example. For example, if it is a tall thing, it is effective to equip an intermediate shelf board also with an attaching part. Further, various modifications are conceivable regarding the configuration of the first and second engaging portions. For example, in the above embodiment, two types of struts are necessary. However, if the recesses and the holes constituting the first and second engaging portions are symmetrical in the vertical direction, only one type of strut can be used. An assembly shelf can be constructed. Furthermore, it is good also as a structure which provides a protrusion part and an attachment nail | claw part in a support | pillar, and provides a recessed part and a hole in a shelf board.
[0022]
Other specific configurations of the respective parts are not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the present invention.
[0023]
【The invention's effect】
According to the present invention described in detail above, it is possible to firmly fix the support column and the shelf board using a simple mounting means such as engagement by giving a sufficient vertical dimension to the mounting portion. Become. Therefore, the role of braces or beams required in this type of conventional assembly shelf can be shared by the shelf board, and the number of parts can be reduced. Accordingly, it is possible to simplify the operations related to assembly and disassembly. Specifically, it is preferable to provide two or more engaging portions arranged above and below between the attachment portion and the support column, and by using these engagement portions, the support column is attached in association with the attachment portion. Such a configuration can effectively prevent the wobbling of the column.
[0024]
If mounting parts are provided at the four corners of the shelf body, and each column is attached from the outside of each mounting part, it is possible to make it stand by itself by joining only the shelf board and the column. become. In this case, it is extremely effective to provide at least the shelf plates arranged at the uppermost and lowermost stages with the attachment portions.
[0025]
The support column is composed of an angle member having a substantially L-shaped cross section composed of a pair of orthogonal plate members, and a first mounting surface and a second mounting surface are formed on the inner surface of each plate member, and the mounting portion is formed in the depth direction. The first mounting surface and the second mounting surface facing the outside along the left and right direction, the first mounting surface and the first mounting surface in the corresponding column and mounting portion , And between the second mounting surface and the second mounted surface, each mounting portion is provided with the role of a brace and a beam. It can be simplified.
[0026]
An extension member having a substantially L-shaped cross section is integrally suspended or raised from the corner of the shelf main body, and the side surfaces of the extension member are configured to be flush with the corner side surface of the shelf main body. If it is set as a to-be-attached surface and the front surface or the rear surface of the extension member is configured to be flush with the corner front surface or the corner rear surface of the shelf body, these are the second attached surfaces. The length of the mounting portion in the vertical direction can be increased as much as possible by effectively using the shelf main body.
