Description
【0001】

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When inserting a flat cable into a connector by pinching it with a finger, especially when many components are mounted around the connector, it is difficult to insert the finger into contact with the mounted component. Even later, there was a problem in that it had to be supported at a correct position with a finger until the connector was locked, and it was unstable and likely to shift.
[0006]
The present invention is for solving the above-described problems, and an object thereof is to easily and reliably join a flat cable to a connector.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In the present invention, in order to solve the above-described problem, a redundant portion is provided in which a flexible insulating sheet in the vicinity of a flat cable connector is extended to the outside on the same surface as the insulating sheet .
In addition, the redundant part has an annular shape surrounding the connector to be inserted.
Further, the redundant portion is a hole for positioning against the connector are formed.
[0008]
In addition, a reinforcing plate is formed in the redundant portion.
[0009]
[Action]
When inserting the flat cable into the connector, pinching the redundant portion with a finger can avoid contact between the finger and the mounted component, thereby facilitating insertion.
Further, by forming the redundant portion around the connector, the flat cable can be fixed at a predetermined position after the connector is inserted, and will not be displaced until it is locked.
[0010]
Further, by providing a hole in the redundant portion, it is possible to prevent a shift until the lock is applied by inserting a pin into the hole and fixing it after inserting the connector. Furthermore, by providing a reinforcing plate in the redundant portion, the strength of the redundant portion is increased, and durability against repeated insertion into the connector and pin insertion is improved.
